Bakugous favorite relaxing activity I’d literally reading a book with you in the bathtub.

Some couples watch shows together, some go on dates on the same day and same time very week. Others video chat or make dinner together over phone calls if they can’t be together physically

Bakugous and your thing? Reading

Bakugou literally met you when he saw you standing with one of your feet off of a step stool at the library bc the book you wanted was way too high to reach. He then started making fun of you bc the book was “a shitty read”

He was right but you don’t let him gloat over that

Bakugou and you would start certain books together and would not read without each other. Some days you’d be sitting in front of him on the couch or curled into his side in bed

and others you’d be sat between his legs against his back in a nice warm bath after a couple shower- those were his favorite nights

Most nights you’d just bask in silence or soft music while you both read at your own pace, waiting for each other to be ready to turn the page

Bakugou always finishes before you then teases you bc he can read faster

But sometimes he just wants you to read to him

Those days he’ll hold the book open and let you settle comfortably against him and always make sure to have a water bottle by the small side table so your throat doesn’t get sore from talking

He fuckin loves your attempts at voicing different characters and trying to be the best narrator you can be- any old character you try and squawk like make him bust a lung

He really likes hearing you read romance novels but don’t tell him I told you

He’ll fill the bath with bubbles, bath bombs or scented oils- even if he hates now slick it makes him feel- he’ll do it if you like it bc he loves you

Usually makes the bath on the hotter side so the water stays warmer and the reading sessions can last longer; sweating is part of the experience sometimes

But if the story gets really good you’ll read until your shivering then he’s toweling your down and reading more swaddled in blankets with hot drinks bc you just can’t stop when it’s just getting to the good part!!

Before getting into the bath, you both would get fully clean in the shower and discus what book you want to start or talk about what you’ve read so far and what your story predictions are

He also never takes a reading bath without showering bc the bath is for relaxing and getting all pruny- not for dirtying the water with the days muck and sweat

He’ll rest how chin on your shoulder or lean against your head or kiss your cheek when you read to him

Sometimes he just wants you to read him to sleep but he knows he would never live that down if he did

There’s been a couple times while you both read silently you doze off on him

He definitely reads ahead when you do- but he’ll never tell you that

FIRST DATE PROBLEMS

izuku, shoto, katsuki x gn!reader

cw. izuku anxiety, mentions of food, slight angst mostly fluff, cursing.

izuku midoriya ― arriving too early / running late

showing up almost an hour earlier than the scheduled time was probably a bad idea, but he was already at the door to the café and it was too late to turn back. well, he could bolt it out the door before anyone inside sees him but damn it, there's people behind him waiting for him to go in! why is he worried anyways? it's not like you are already there, right? wait, what if you're already here and you caught him coming in an hour earlier like a crazy person? but that just means you came there earlier than him ri- "hey kid, can you move?"

a gruff voice calls out from behind him and he jumps up, startled, "i-i'm sorry, sir!" izuku bows his head in 'sorry' before he enters the café properly. spying a free table in the corner, he makes a beeline to the table, dumping his book bag on the chair beside him as he slumps into one of the other seats, he picks up a napkin on the table and starts fidgeting with it. thoughts filled his head, the worst case scenarios at that. what if you don't show up? what if you get annoyed of him half way through? what if he starts mumbling in that so called weird way of his?

the what ifs were endless and he kept on thinking about it for about 70 minutes.

he checked the time, it's been 10 minutes since the time you were supposed to be here. you haven't flaked on him, right? no way, you aren't the type to flake, at least izuku doesn't think so. letting the paper napkin he'd torn to pieces by picking on it, fall to the table, he checks his phone again, no texts. none. not from you, his friends or his classmates. more time goes by, it's been 30 minutes. he's about to leave it and go home; he's been here for over what- almost 2 hours? and the workers at the café have been giving him weird looks. at least they haven't kicked him out yet, he thinks, going to stand up and leave just when a new crowd of people come into the shop.

among them is you, in all your glory. hair swept to the side because of the wind, wide eyes looking everywhere hoping izuku was still here. he lets out a breath of relief, thanking all might the heavens that you hadn't stood him up. when you catch his eye, he grins - his worries all gone - and he beckons you over. he watches closely as you dump your bag next to his and sit on the chair opposite him, "i'm so sorry i got late! i missed the train and my phone died right as i was about to text you."

shoto todoroki ― reservation error (thanks for helping my dumbass figure this out @uwu-bxtch)

he was sure he'd booked a table for his first date with you. he even made sure to buy himself a new suit just for this one night, he also asked you to wear your most formal clothing (hastily adding "you can wear something casual if you want to, but i think formal fits the restaurant"), he'd talked to you about how this date was going to be amazing - although he didn't show it with facial expressions that much, he couldn't help but smile slightly every time he told you how it was going to be, in his words; extravagant. he'd hyped you up, hyped himself up, even hyped up midoriya who wasn't even coming with you two on the date!

on the night itself, he'd gotten ready and had met you outside the expensive restaurant. he'd complimented you, taken your hand and lead you inside the restaurant, walking up to the worker who was checking in everyone and pointing them towards their respective tables. the worker stood up straight when he noticed the son of the current number one hero in front of him, clearing his throat and managing to appear even stiffer than he was before, "um, what can i do for you, sir?" his voice came out squeaky and you stifled a giggle at the effect shoto had on people just by being someone's son.

"i have a reservation, it's under todoroki," shoto said, keeping a steady gaze at the worker, not realizing he was intimidating the poor guy who gulped and scrambled to check the page for a reservation under todoroki. he reached the end of the first page, flipped it to the other side, his eyes scanning the paper as he brushed it to the side and checked the next page. squinting and staring in confusion before clearing his throat for the second time and shaking his head. "there isn't any reservation under todoroki, sorry."

shoto looks at the man in evident confusion, "that can't be. i made the reservation a week ago." when he got no reply he asked, "are there any free tables? i can pay double," he offered, shaking his head when you came to protest. the worker nodded, "there's exactly one free table." shoto ended up paying double and you had a nice dinner, before you ditched your coats and jackets and ran around the city rading random stores with silliest stuff you've ever seen.

katsuki bakugou ― getting rained out

"fuck the weather-man," he grumbled. his entire date - that he spent about 15 minutes planning - went downhill when it started to rain. he checked the weather forecast on the news report, on his phone, on a newspaper that was all about the weather AND he checked it about three times before he left his house for the date. clad in shorts, a tank top and flip-flops, he'd met you at the beach. it didn't help that there were no rainclouds or anything before it actually started to rain. he had went to get a popsicle, telling you how you didn't have to come with him but you insisted you came anyways.

just as he gave you your popsicle and you tore open the wrapper, eager to have something cold on a day as hot as this; there was a gust of wind, and the sky darkened. the white clouds were replaced by clouds as black as charcoal and the wind became stronger, realizing it was probably going to start raining any second, you exchange a glance and sprint back to where you left your bags. once you get there and grab your bags, you start running to the closest shelter just as it started to pour. quickly melting ice-creams and bags in hand, you make it to the shelter, drenched.

by the time you catch your breath and sit down on the bench with a roof above it- the only thing remaining from the popsicle was the stick. katsuki groans and throws away the stick, damp and wet his hair stuck to his forehead, water droplets flowing down from his hair line to his chin. he shrugged off his backpack and watched as you sulk in despair of your ice-cream melting. your wet bag placed on the wooden bench beside you, your hair just as damp as his, as you brush your fingers through it. "sorry for taking you on a fucked up date," he says when you catch his eye.

you shake your head, "eh no worries, we'll be stuck here together for an hour at most and i don't mind." you lean against the arm you propped up on your knee. staying like that for a few minutes before snapping your head up when you realize something, your voice loud as you yelled over the heavy rain, the moans of the wind and the sound of sand flying everywhere because of the wind. "is your bag waterproof?" his eyes wide, katsuki groans, "fuck the weather-man."

He has probably made a thousand posts asking midoriya how it works until people just, they just, accept it, I guess, there's nothing else they can do. He uses the Facebook mom tulip emoji and writes in all cap. Give him credit for being so sweet tho.

And probably it goes like this: "💞🥰🌷🤣WHAT AN AMAZING SUNDAY. GOOD MORNING YOUNG MIDORIYA HOW HAVE YOU BEEN" Ofc he will not hesitate to use all these emojis unironically, in fact, he doesn't know that is the ironic use of an emoji, leave him alone

• Someone told Shoto that Saiki K is based on true events and he genuinely believes it and tries to find Saiki K, claiming that he is the answer to all of his problems. Is very subtle about it tho.

• I think that in part one of these atrocious head canons we established that Keigo would willingly put effort to find the clit, right? Listen he probably asks what's the concept of the clit, like why is it outside and not inside- wait you have another spot inside, yeah? He's is so confused and for what? Won't stop for it mid sex but he searches reproduction organ anatomy later on on google because he brought some questions in his brain that need answers. On the clit. You heard me right.

• Dabi looks like he once had a break up that was so rough that he opened a Twitter just to drag the other person down. For once, I won't go into detail and will let your imaginations run wild.

• I have to do a a cursed one for Bakugo right? Well yeah uhm, he probably was caught flexing his muscles in the mirror during vacation, totally naked too, by one of his friends in his group and screamed in a high pitched voice and picked up that little hotel room fridge to cover himself up and chased them around the hotel room until he just crushed the poor item. To the floor? Because he tried to use it as a cover up and it just slipped... It's even worse if the friend was a potential s/o. He'll scream like one of the screaming/simping TikTok sounds.

• Bakugo also really hates chairs. Idk why I have this headcanon, but I know it in my heart that this man, as an adult, only has those round weird- ish IKEA stools around the kitchen table that's all. No more chairs. Nothing.

• this is too self indulgent but Kirishima and Deku look like the people who, while washing forks, spoons etc they create whole stories about them and treat them like characters, and others would just look at them so confused as to why it takes 16 minutes to wash off a spoon and why are they also crying but you wouldn't understand. This spoon is Cinderella. Back off and let. them. finish. their. stories.

• I feel like Jirou has phases where she only wants to wear black but then she sees a nice pair of jeans and buys it, and then buys some more and then she gets mad about having blue jeans and she dyes them, but then she grows out of that phase for a few months and she tries to find ways to make the fabric paint fade away

• I also think that she, after spending a little time with Momo, spends money on a lot of clothes, and it's not like Momo buys too many clothes, but Jirou always wants to upgrade her wardrobe and ends up feeling lost on what she wants to wear

• Denki and Kirishima turn into the same person a little more every single time they hang out together. You'll listen to Denki say 'manly' all the time and Kirishima starts trying to find leather jackets that look cool on him, and just adopts Dennis speaking habits.

prohero!bakugou who just got one of the best offers of his early career

its got so much goin for him

it would give him experience overseas/out of country, inside work and extensive fieldwork, near constant communications with other seasoned heroes on sight, its described as a long term gig, and after its all wrapped up it would undoubtedly give him a good shove up the charts and get himcloser to his goal that much sooner

the catch? he'll have little to no open contact with those he leaves for this specific job

when it's offered to him, he says he needs a day or two to think about it which shocked the people who reached out. they thought he'd jump at the chance to go- and he would've if not for that lousy ass catch

he goes home that night and immediately tells you about it

he explains that it's looking to be a long process job and being out of the country

you tell him he should totally take it- but then he tells you that he wouldn't be able to talk to you often or maybe even at all for whatever reason

you definitely have mixed feelings- knowing that he'd be gone for so long with nothing to keep you grounded while he's gone

but you dont want to hold him back either

"if you don't want me to go, i'll turn it down."

and he's dead serious too

the whole reason he wanted to think about it was to give you a chance to make him stay- bc he would

he would give up this opportunity in a heartbeat bc not only would it be hard on you- but he'd miss the hell out of you too

if cabin fever was possible to feel towards a person, katsuki knows if he goes he'd feel it towards you

it'd be homesickness pumped up to the max and with no outlet to talk to all those miles away (his friends and you not by his side)- he wouldn't know how to cope

mans is flabbergasted honestly

he gave you full rights to tell him to tell them 'no' but here you are- telling him to go anyways

"you realized i could be gone months with no authorization to contact you. not you, my folks, or any of the other idiots."

theres a hidden fear he's not bringing up and it's not like he's avoiding it, he just doesn't know how to say it without sounding absolutely pathetic

"you really think i should take the offer?" he's hesitant and quiet when asking you- just to see if maybe you'll change your answer

"Of course i do, this is a big opportunity. the last thing you want is someone else to snatch that up when it's being delivered to you on a silver platter."

he starts nervously toying with your clothes. picking at your shirt hem and pitching the fabric between his fingers

and definitely not making eye contact

"plus," he tuts to signal he's listening "you know you'd beat yourself up if you turned it down."

he huffs absolutely hating that you were right

"I'm shocked you didn't just accept it the moment they told you honestly," you lightly laughed at him as he slightly sent a scowl up at you

"you said we needed to talk about important shit like this- so im tryin' to fuckin' listen"

"Is that all?"

he hated how you could always tell that when he was baring his heart to you, you could still tell he was keeping something else

"we haven't been apart for that long, have we?"

"well no, but it's to be expected"

"and we wont be able to talk or see each other"

"yes, so you've told me"

"what if..." he huffs, planting his forehead on your shoulder so he wouldn't have to look at you "what if i come back and you don't love me anymore?"

“what?” That was eve last thing you expect to come out of his mouth

“I’ll be gone for fuck knows how long and I won’t be able to talk to you or see you or listen to you- so I’m just...” the unspoken ‘worried’ didn’t need to be said

You understood

“Well, what if you come back and you don’t love me?”

His head snaps from its previous resting place and the expression he wore was like you just said the stupidest thing known to language

You light tap your fingers on his forehead shifting his expression to more of a ‘what was that for?’ scowl

“You see how that feels? Being worried over things you shouldn’t be?”

Your way or comforting him was sometimes awkward and sometimes bit weird, but he has to admit to did help settle the concern in his gut

“Even if I can’t reply,” he starts and your sure now that his mind was made up. “Even if I can’t do shit, I still want you to text me”

“Will that be okay?”

“If you don’t I’m going to be the most insufferable hero on the team; they’ll wanna send me back”

You laugh at him and he cracks a smile too. After so long frowning, the upwards turn in his lips was a sight for sore eyes

“Alright then. What should I text about?”

“Everything. I want to know when you wake up, when you go to bed. I want you to tell me about your day and what you are for meals- and if you skip meals, you better cough up the truth or else” he pitched your side at his faux threat

“I just want to know it all. And- and maybe the occasional voicemail wouldn’t be unappreciated so i can hear your voice from time to time”

Katsuki still has some issues with swallowing his pride and being “mushy” so you were proud of the requests he was making without much pushing from you- not that you’d made him say it if he really couldn’t have

He contacted the heroes who had offered him a spot in their team for the mission and told them he accept it

He then took the remaining days he has left before departure with you

Taking time off patrols and only doing minimal work through his laptop at home when you were taking a shower or sleeping.

He’d help with all the household chores on his newly found window of down time.

Going shopping with you and holding spices he wanted to buy over his head so when you tried to grab it and put it back- it was well out of your reach.

Cooking new dishes you both hasn’t tried before, binging random shows, even being attached to your hip sitting on the couch as you both preoccupied yourselves

He wanted to spend every second possible by your side until he wasn’t anymore

When you drop him off at the airport security gate, you weren’t sure if he’d let you go. The hug he gave you felt right and secure and he wishes he could pick you up and take you with him

It was an early morning flight and it was barely 3 in the morning- it was for the nest bc less people had the chance to see dynamight clinging to his partner like a touch starved koala

“‘m gonna fuckin miss you so much”

You scratch at the nape of his neck and feel him huff into your own as his palms spread in your back- lifting you to your toes on the verge of swaying side to side

“I’ll miss you too, katsuki” you’d be lying if you said you weren’t getting choked up

When he fight let’s you go, he’s cupping your face and running his thumbs under your misty eyes

He’s mapping out your face and the way you look so he can burn it into his brain. The pictures he had in his phone wouldn’t be enough, he has to remember how you feel under his hands

“Remember your promise,” he instructs and you chuckle- a bubble of emotions in your throat

“I’ll make sure to text you so often you’ll wish you hadn’t told me to”

“That’s what I like to hear”

He kisses you goodbye before being ushered through security and before you can even get to an open public seat in the airport (bc you want to wait until his fight takes off before going home) you get a text

-I miss you already dammit-

You laugh, rubbing at your still wet eyes at the seemingly thick impatience he’s using to show how he feels

You figure he’s just doing this since he won’t have a chance in the future- so parking your butt in a chair you indulge him

-I bet I miss you more-

-I seriously doubt it-

-you’ll push me to the back of your mind the moment you land overseas and shift into dynamight mode!-

-yeah, fat chance. you’re always on my mind-

You smile at your phone and when he finally tells you he’s boarding the sinking feeling of being alone finally hits you- but you don’t regret this decision

You receive one last phone call from katsuki just before he needs to shut his phone down

You can hear the loud humming of the plane and the clambering background noise of others boarding that are coming in the mission too

“I love you” is all he says. And it’s all you say back.

Because you do- you both do.

“I’ll see you soon, okay? Kick some ass for me”

“Oh, you know I will, babe”

Then the line ends. And soon after his plane take off. You’ll miss him like hell, but you know he’ll be back

「Headcanons of Midoriya, Bakugou, Todoroki with S/O with a quirk like how Kujo Jotaro has Star Platinum.」

MIDORIYA IZUKU

♤ Please indulge him by telling him every single detail of your quirk. You know how much of a nerd this guy was and since you're his lover, it was natural for him to want to learn about your quirk. Midoriya understands the concept of your quirk after a bit of explanation. He sees these Stands as like this aura manifestation that fights for you. Midoriya sees it as another part of yourself, but he knows that these Stands have their own personality.

♤ Though having a Stand sounds like such a good quirk, any damage the Stand sustains results in an equivalent injury on your body and vice-versa so you're both connected. So Midoriya gets concerned that sometimes you're left out in the open, unable to defend yourself. If by any chance you always depend on your Stand, this boy will tell you that you should learn how to fight on your own.

♤ Midoriya is a hard worker and often requests to spar with you, at the same time, he'll teach you some hand-to-hand combat. He knows that you're strong together with your Stands but he proceeded to go on a rant about how you'll be vulnerable if you're surrounded by multiple enemies. He just doesn't want you to get hurt so he makes sure that you can fend off for yourself when your Stand can't protect you.

BAKUGOU KATSUKI

☆ Bakugou is just confused as hell. He has no idea how the heck this was even possible. To him, it looked like you had summoned an otherworld being onto Earth to fight for you. But of course, with some explanation, he finally understands how your quirk works. Once you tell him about how it has an overwhelming physical prowess in every basic characteristic along with the ability to stop time for a few seconds, he's very interested.

☆ Competitive boy, a very competitive boy. It doesn't matter if you're his girlfriend or not, he will demand to spar with you to test his abilities. Your Stand was strong, fast, and possesses the awareness and reaction speed to protect you in many instances. Even so, it takes a lot of mental strength to summon your Stand so there were times you overused your quirk and end up defenseless.

☆ This guy doesn't doubt for a second that you can defend yourself. You have a strong quirk that's for sure but when he thought about the situations where you would be left defenseless, he knows that you gotta learn some self-defense. This guy drags your ass to train almost every day but please understand that he does this because he loves you.

TODOROKI SHOUTO

♡ Todoroki is way more confused out of the two of you. He thought it was an interesting quirk. Sure there were a ton of quirks out there but he's only exposed to the quirks of the people he knew ― especially his classmates. He doesn't really show interest in people's quirks that much, he's usually the type to just learn by watching them use their quirks. So he just observes how your quirk works without asking you.

♡ Learns more from watching you train and during Hero lessons. He doesn't really train that much himself and often preferred to spend his time after classes to review his studies. However, on some occasions, he will go do some training. You'd tag along and train together with him. Todoroki was one of the strongest so he was someone worthy to be an opponent.

♡ At first, he thought that you were practically invincible as a Stand User but when you mentioned that you sustain any injury that your Stand receives, he starts to worry a bit. You rely on your Stand when it comes to battle and even though it was basically superhuman, it's still taking damage for you. Even though he's worried, he knows that you can handle yourself.

anyways, you moved into class briefly before the USJ attack even happened

so like.. late season 1 anyway

and the class was lowkey intimidated by you at first?? because wow— you’re from the other side of the world??

and most of the class thought that there would be some sort of language barrier

there is (kinda) but you’ve been studying japanese for a while now, which is a sigh of relief for them

putting aside all of that

you’re pretty shy and reserved (since you’re also quite intimidated by all of them)

[despite your quirk]

it’s not like you’re mean, you were just intimidated by all these unfamiliar people

but you’re a very likable person (eventually befriending todoroki after his edgelord phase, and gaining the respect of bakugou)

and while yes, you’re very likable— the class eventually noticed something

sometimes you doze off when people talk to you, and whenever someone brings up ‘home’ you go quiet

you also have these dark circles under your eyes— which they could suspect it’s because of the timezone change??

overall, you felt off— but you still tried to mask it from everyone to not create any problems

since y’all were very busy anyway

but they still noticed, which i mean.. how could they not?

with the help of the entire class, they managed to conjure something

since the girls are very friendly with you, they went to ask your favorite dishes and drinks,

the others (kirishima, kaminari, uraraka, and sero) decorated the entire common room while you were away

satou cooked the food, and momo created gifts that reminded you of your hometown

meanwhile— midoriya researched about your homeland, especially on your hometown.

(bakugou says he didn’t want to help, but he discreetly helped them anyway)

you’re approaching the doorsteps of the height alliance, and suddenly— you meet todoroki

“L/N, there you are.” todoroki speaks, in attempts of distracting you for a few more minutes

“oh, what’s up todoroki?” you stop, hand still on the door knob.

todoroki’s silent, thinking about something to say. “what are you doing later?”

it’s.. odd? well you see— todoroki’s trying his best

“hm, nothing much. why?” you ask, waiting for him to elaborate

he shakes his head— and he sees that the class is finally ready with their preparations, so he didn’t have to hold you up anymore.

when you open the doors, you’re elated to see the entire common space decorated similarly to how your homeland was— and with the class shouting a ‘surprise!’

you’re shook

they did all of that in a day?

and suddenly, your eyes start to water— which immediately starts a chain reaction of your classmates comforting you

“it’s okay to feel that way, Y/N!” mina exclaims, patting your back

“we could tell that you missed your homeland,” tsuyu comments, placing a hand on your shoulder “so we all did this for you.”

“i mean, who else would this class do this for?” bakugou teases you from your reaction, but everyone could tell that he meant well

after comforting you initially, y’all vibe with the entire setting, enjoy the food as you tell stories about things that happened in your homeland

you may be far away from your actual homeland, but the entire class makes you feel like you’re at home

they’re basically family

oh, and bakugou’s gonna scold you now for hiding your ‘shitty’ feelings like that

Anon Request: One of my favorite quotes for love is: “A way to a man’s heart is through his stomach”. I can vouch cuz my Dad fell in love with my Mom’s cooking when they first met. I got this cute thought of Bakugo, Mirio, Hawks, and Dabi with a black!gf that lets them try some of her cooking. I’d love to see their reactions to tasting baked mac n cheese, cornbread or pound cake, and pork chops! 🤤

A/N: Completely unrelated but related, but my grandma makes a mean lemon pound cake lmao

💥 This man's already knows how to cook, but you gotta show him the southern side of cooking lmao

💥 You probably have to force your way into the kitchen too, like hip check him out the way

💥 He'll stand in the corner in the kitchen with his arms cross and a scowl on his face like a kid 🙄

💥 You obviously have to pull out all the stops to give his taste buds the ride of their life

💥 The kitchen is covered in different dishes, but you don't let the sink stock up because you always clean after you're done with it

🐥He hesitantly opens his mouth, and you watch him as he chews, and you smile widely when his eyes go wide

🐥"You like?" And he nods his head quickly, and you have to stop him from test tasting everything you made

🐥You're glad that he enjoyed the porkchops, finally hooking him on some new meat

🔵This man stay coming in and out of your apartment

🐥He that the most along with the mac and cheese, and you had to force him to eat the green beans to balance out the meat and the starch, which he also eats in large amounts

🐥After that he's basically moved on from chicken, only asking for the porkchops, so now you find another meat eat

🔵So, you don't really expect for him to come over, so like any sane person does when they're hungry, you throw down

🔵Sometimes you see him every day, and then you're seeing him every other week, only getting radio silence

🔵Literally, the kitchen was covered in food, and you were very satisfied and proud of yourself, getting ready to enjoy all this food
