Tom Felton’s adolescence was anything but ordinary. His early rise to fame in beloved films like The Borrowers catapulted him into the limelight, but nothing could prepare him for what was to come after he landed the iconic role of the Draco Malfoy, the bleached blonde villain of the Harry Potter movies. For the next ten years, he was at the center of a huge pop culture phenomenon and yet, in between filming, he would go back to being a normal teenager trying to fit into a normal school. Speaking with great candor and his signature humor, Tom shares his experience growing up as part of the wizarding world while also trying to navigate the muggle world. He tells stories from his early days in the business like his first acting gig where he was mistaken for fellow blonde child actor Macaulay Culkin and his Harry Potter audition where, in a very Draco-like move, he fudged how well he knew the books the series was based on (not at all). He reflects on his experiences working with cinematic greats such as Alan Rickman, Sir Michael Gambon, Dame Maggie Smith, and Ralph Fiennes (including that awkward Voldemort hug). And, perhaps most poignantly, he discusses the lasting relationships he made over that decade of filming, including with Emma Watson, who started out as a pesky nine-year-old whom he mocked for not knowing what a boom mic was but who soon grew into one of his dearest friends. Then, of course, there are the highs and lows of fame and navigating life after such a momentous and life-changing experience.

The Harry Potter Reunion
Tom Felton x Reader (Platonic)

Tumblr media
Summary- (Y/N) were one of the many actresses who had worked in Harry Potter series. Playing Yelena Snape, daughter of Severus Snape, was a hard yet amazing work she had done. Meeting Tom Felton after 10 years was something she were looking forward to since she got the call for reunion.
The camera men and the lighting men ran around, keeping a check that everything is in order. (Y/N) sat on the green armchair as the makeup artists made sure she looked good and her hair was in place.
She nodded her thanks to them. She couldn't stop fiddling with her fingers, nervous about meeting her old friend and former costar, Tom Felton. They were extremely close during those 10 years of shooting and soon, they lost connection.
She was deep in thoughts until she felt a pair of hands around her shoulder as she was brought in a hug. A shocked (Y/N) turned her head to find Tom standing behind the armchair, grinning ear-to-ear as his arms wrapped around her shoulders.
"Tom!" (Y/N) squealed, standing up and hugging him properly. "(Y/N), it's been a long time since Deathly Hollows!" He replied back, smiling back at the lady who once played his character's love interest.
"It's true, Tom. Look at you," (Y/N) said, pulling away from the hug. "Loot at me? Look at yourself. You have grown up," Tom said, his face hurting from smiling so much. (Y/N) chuckled as her cheeks flushed.
The cameras recorded the two friends interaction. Everyone in the room smiling at them as they watched how they seemed to go along each other.
Soon enough, both of them sat in armchairs facing each other. (Y/N) looked around the sets of the Slytherin Common Room, so many memories were made there.
"Feeling nostalgic, (Y/N/N)?" Tom asked, looking at her. They didn't feel like they were shooting someone. It was like everything was so natural. "Yes. So many memories this set contains. It's like no time has passed," (Y/N) replied, returning her attention back to Tom and the camera.
Tom nodded, looking around as well. "Like time has not passed and we have grown up," Tom said, his own beautiful eyes turning nostalgic. "Grown up or grown old?" (Y/N) joked, laughing along Tom as he nodded.
"It's like it was yesterday that we met as like... 11 year old kids?" Tom tilted his head quizzically. "11 year old kids, goofing around with our wands," (Y/N) said, doing one of the many wand movements. "And now, here we are. All grown up."
"Some parents, some married," (Y/N) nodded, her mind wandering back to a few months ago when she and her partner for few years, Chris Evans, said their vows. "Actually, yes. How do you feel being married to Chris Evans?" Tom asked, smirking at her.
He always knew (Y/N) liked Captain America and to marry Chris himself, was probably a dream come true. "It's amazing, you know."
"So, how does it feel to come back?" (Y/N) asked, folding her hands in her lap and leaning forward a little. "It's awesome to be back, to meet all of you guys again. I am sure it is the same with you," Tom said, glancing at the camera.
"It is. I still remember the time when I used to hide food in my robes," (Y/N) said, chuckling at the memory of Chris Colombus scolding a 12 year old (Y/N) for sneaking food. Tom let out a heartily laugh. "I remember that. Chris had scolded you so much about that."
"Throughout the films, I loved how Draco and Yelena's relationship improved gradually. And how they developed as an individual as well, battling the evils and their demons as well," (Y/N) said as the topic of their characters came up.
"I remember when, while shooting for Half Blood Prince, I was told by our director, David Yates, that there was a kissing scene between us," Tom said. (Y/N) giggled behind her palm, nodding. "We spent the week kicking and screaming that we didn't want to do that."
Tom nodded, his eyes casted down as he remembered those days. "We were teenagers back then, all hormonal and everything," Tom added with a huge smile. "Yeah, and then I remember us having a conversation about it."
Those were the days, (Y/N) thought to herself. Tom nodded. "We had talked of what we were expecting and then guess what," Tom turned to look at camera with devilish smile directed towards her. "It was her first kiss," Tom said, making (Y/N)'s face turn red.
"I hate you so much," she whispered silently. Tom laughed as if she had made some joke. "We all know it's not true, (Y/N/N)," Tom said with a smile. "Fine, yes, I admit it. It was my first kiss," (Y/N) said with a sigh.
"We had like 15 takes of it, right?" Tom asked, his hands intertwining in his lap. "15 or 16, I can't say for certain," (Y/N) said, trying to remember the number of takes it took them to kiss properly. "Yeah well, it was around that number. And the whole cast was there."
"Everyone were like 'Hey! I heard you and Tom gonna kiss next week. We are going to be there.' When the day of shoot came, I was like 'God's! Is everyone going to be there?'" (Y/N) said with a sigh at the last, making Tom laugh again.
"Same, (Y/N). It almost became frustrating at last," Tom agreed, crossing his legs. "And when the day arrived, we were so nervous. And we would end up laughing always," (Y/N) said.
"I so much wish that Alan sir was with us," (Y/N) said, her eyes tearing up a bit. "You were close with him," Tom said, his voice soft. "Yes. My most of the scenes were with him. He had become a real father figure to me," (Y/N) admitted.
"At beginning, I was sort of scared of myself. I was like, 'You got to be cool and smart because he is Alan Rickman,'" (Y/N) said. "Yes, and I was making it such a big deal for myself that when I met him, I almost fainted," Tom added.
Both of them let out a laugh. Then, at last, it was again time to say goodbye for the time being.
"It's been while since we had not met each other and it was so good. I guess, we all became family during those 10 years and somehow, at some point of time, we helped each other through hard times," (Y/N) said, tears threatened to spill down her eyes.
"You are getting emotional, (Y/N/N)," Tom tried to joke, through everyone could see he was about to cry as well. "We have been a part of each other's life and I am proud of how everything played out and playing Yelena was awesome."
Tom stood up, extending his hand for (Y/N) to take. They hugged again tightly, promising to stay in contact.

I wonder how different the books would have been if the movies hadn't happened before the story was done, like maybe Sirius wouldn't haved died and I think Draco could have gotten a better redemption arc too. Honestly authors like jkr just shouldn't have any connection with fandom if this is how they're gonna treat their character afterwards
I don’t think the treatment Sirius got had anything to do with the movies honestly. Sirius/Remus discussions etc started after POA book release and what her decisions were influenced in response to that in my opinion.
Draco is a different case though. She really disliked people finding Tom Felton attractive, as if that was the only reason people were interested in Draco. She wasn’t too happy with Tom Felton encouraging Drarry fans either lmao. She identifies Hermione with herself way too much and she was incensed that people shipped her with Draco. In my opinion, she dropped Draco’s redemption arc halfway because of her personal resentments.
She personalizes things way too much, see also Pansy about this. Pansy is “every girl who ever teased her at school” and “the anti Hermione”. She “loathes” her. She doesn’t approach Pansy like a dimensional character. It’s the same with Draco, she’s interacting with her idea of how Draco’s perceived. First signs of her “think about the kids” paranoia/bigotry in action really.

Thomas Andrew Felton (born 22 September 1987) is an English actor, who is best known for his portrayal of Draco Malfoy in every film in the Harry Potter film series.
Born in Epsom, Surrey, he grew up in Epsom with his mother, Sharon, his father, Peter, and his three older siblings, Jonathan, Ashley and Chris. Felton.
In 2022 he directed the premiere of the film Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.
On 13 October 2022, his memoir Beyond the Wand - The Magic and Mayhem of Growing Up a Wizard was released.
Felton attended Howard of Effingham School until May of 2004.
Felton's favourite car brand is BMW.
Felton listens to rap and hip-hop music.
Felton visits St Lawrence in New York almost annually to compete in the Carping Competition.[citation needed]
Felton currently has music videos on YouTube, under the account "feltbeats", featuring him singing and playing guitar. His songs can also be bought on the iTunes Store and Amazon.com.
Felton also appeared on Eight Out of Ten Cats, a comedy panel show about public opinion, news and statistics. It was during this appearance that host, Jimmy Carr, treated him in a comedically patronising manner, (due to his being noticeably younger than the other panellists), particularly at his excitement about the at-the-time new Transformers film.
Felton was the first of several actors from The Borrowers to appear in the Harry Potter films; others include Mark Williams (Arthur Weasley) and Jim Broadbent (Horace Slughorn).
Felton's real-life ex-girlfriend Jade Olivia plays his on-screen wife Astoria Greengrass in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.
Felton's real hair colour is a dark blond and he has, to date (December 2010), dyed his hair 18 times for the films.
Felton is one of the thirteen actors to appear in all eight Harry Potter films.
Felton's co-star and on-screen enemy Emma Watson had a crush on Tom in the earlier films.
Felton was sorted into Gryffindor on Pottermore rather than Slytherin, the house of Draco Malfoy and the one he had personally identified with. Series author J. K. Rowling agreed with this sorting, however, noting that she "could've told [Tom] that years ago".
Felton has acted alongside both Fiennes brothers - Ralph Fiennes in the Harry Potter films, and Joseph Fiennes in the 2016 film Risen.
Felton's role as Julian Albert/Dr Alchemy on "The Flash" also referenced his role as Draco due to the Philosopher's Stone, which the main villain Savitar relied on, as that was also his first movie.
Emma Watson penned the foreword to Felton's memoir, Beyond the Wand - The Magic and Mayhem of Growing Up a Wizard .

REVIEWS OF THE WEEK!
Books I’ve read so far in 2022!
Friend me on Goodreads here to follow my more up to date reading journey for the year!
___
301. Lore Olympus Vol. 1 by Rachel Smythe--⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was not expecting that!!! I loved this so much that I immediately want the next volumes!!! The art work took me a little to get used to, but the story immediately drew me in. I loved seeing a new adaptation of how these two came together, but I especially love the portrayal of Hades in this. Why was he drawn in such a way that made me immediately root for him? I...don't blame Persephone.
Tumblr media
___
302. I Think Our Son is Gay by Okura--⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a cute read with some great moments where the mom and younger brother actively stood up for him against the bigotry of the dad. I loved that while the son feels like he isn't ready to come out to his parents, his mom is creating this safe environment for him to come out one day. I don't know if I'll read the next one, just because this felt a bit episodic and I like series that have more of a flow to the storyline. But we will see, who knows if I'll cave and read the next issue!
___
303. Beyond the Wand by Tom Felton--⭐️⭐️⭐️
I really enjoyed this autobiography because of how honest Felton is and how surprisingly funny I found him. I'll admit that I never gave much thought about him as an actor whenever I watched the movies in that series, but I'm glad I decided to check this one out because it was so incredibly insightful. Felton talks about how he ignored his mental health as his life continued after his pivotal career role, and how his worldview changed as he grew and learned more about himself. I'll admit that after reading this, I also grew to understand and appreciate why he was such a fan favourite. His personality shines through his writing and the book flew by. I felt like I was a friend of his while he detailed the events, small and major, that make up his life. I know that the series in question was a huge part of his life and I know that the series has gone beyond the horrific commentary of the author, but it was still jarring to hear her name so casually mentioned throughout the book. I'm sure that he like many of us (him more-so because he was actively a part of making that magic happen) that the series changed his life in many ways, but I will throw the disclaimer out there that her name is mentioned and none of her actions are mentioned along with mentioning the name (this includes quotes she's said surrounding the series. We all remember Dumbledore's many wise comments.) It's all positive and that made me pretty uncomfortable. Anyway, I really, really enjoyed this and I'd recommend it--but keep in mind my TW mentioned above.
___
304. Intercepted by Alexa Martin--⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Re-read in December 2022! I was craving a re-read of the first two books in this series. I found the audiobooks at the library and just went for it. Looks like I never wrote my review in 2019 LOL For the most part, I love this book. I love the idea that the MC gets her hot football player who treats her like the queen that she is. I loved their chemistry and the spicy scenes that we get. What I didn't love was that frustration final conflict and the random hashtags that the MC started using after the halfway point of the book. Am I wrong in saying that they randomly started happening? Anyway, that being said, I'll probably re-read this book again in the future because some books just crawl under your skin and stay dormant until the bug bites you again. Plus, I just love seeing a beautiful black woman getting the love she deserves!
___
305. The Mighty Heart of Sunny St. James by Ashley Herring Blake--⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is the second book I've read by Blake and just like the first book, I LOVED this one. It was so incredibly heartfelt and the MC is dealing with some pretty heavy stuff like her health (a new heart transplant), her complicated relationship with her birth mom, her ex-best friend, her sexuality, and the new friend who she literally meets in the coolest way possible. One of the reasons why I love middle grade books like this is that they always offer something so incredibly special because it's written for those young minds that are still developing who they want to be as adults. These kinds of books are pivotal in growing that sense of understanding and empathy that these young readers need as they grow. But I think books like THE MIGHTY HEART OF SUNNY ST. JAMES also offer adults that moment of emotional complexity that older books might not be able to offer us. A child's difficulty with dealing with the emotional trials that life sometimes throws at them makes books like this one more poignant because we get to see these young minds learn and grow as they confront these challenges. Blake does a beautiful job giving us such an impactful novel. Sunny, the mc, is just a child but she's already learning to navigate her complex world. All of that to say that I loved this book and I think everyone (child, teenager, adult) should read this.
___
306. Knight of the Ice Vol. 1 by Yayoi Ogawa--⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have finally read this and I'm not going to lie, I really enjoyed it! This definitely felt like a hetero version of YURI ON ICE lol. I don't know which one came first, but it felt like it because not only is this about figure skaters, but there are also side characters that give off similar vibes. Anyway, this was fun and kind of cute because of the obvious love these characters have for each other. I just know that the next few volumes are going to be misunderstandings and stolen looks and honestly, I'm so ready for it.
___
307. Fumbled by Alexa Martin--⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Re-read in November 2022! Okay, I'll be honest: this is the one I really wanted to re-read. I am the biggest sucker for secret babies/kids. I love seeing those bonding moments between parents and child, and usually how the dad is just a massive asshole until he becomes putty in the hands of the child or baby. Also, I still love how this one addresses the brain damage that can happen when you get hit in the head repeatedly in a sport like football. I'm changing my rating to four stars from the three stars I gave this in 2019. Past me had probably read a million sports romances at the time whereas present me is seriously missing them.
___
308. Five Survive by Holly Jackson--⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I received a copy from the publisher since I interviewed the author on the Indigo Instagram! I was a big fan of Jackson's first trilogy (except for the last book which I may or may not have DNF'ed), so I was really excited for this one. Somehow, Jackson managed to write a heart-racing, quick read that takes place over the span of eight hours. In those eight hours you learn of secrets, see the bully side of a certain character, encounter violence and blood, and feel the panic that the characters are feeling while being stalked in the middle of nowhere by a sniper. I talked to a friend about the conclusion because I wasn't the biggest fan of it. I think that this book will translate great into a movie, but I do wish there was a little more character growth regarding one character and that the ending wasn't so...how it was. Anyway, that being said, I really did enjoy this one. It's a fun and quick read that the author (in our interview) mentioned should be about an eight hour reading experience!
___
309. The Stone Child by David Alexander Robertson--⭐️⭐️⭐️
Listen, I've enjoyed this series, but I'm going to be honest: I didn't care a lot for a chunk of this book. I don't know what it was, but I was bored and I even zoned out a few times. Maybe one day I will re-read this and feel differently. I wasn't a big fan of the MC's constant snapping. I can understand that she is grieving and that she is an emotional mess because of everything she's experienced and is learning about her life, but it felt repetitive for her to just snap and then immediately apologizing and just...what was the point? I don't know, I just felt annoyed by it. She was definitely not my favourite in this one. I DID enjoy seeing them explore some of the changes that they encountered and the surprise connection between the MC and her best friend. I look forward to reading more about that in the next book! There was also a beautiful moment near the end that made me almost tear up. We will see how the next book is!
___
310. A Rip Through Time by Kelley Armstrong--⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I remember thinking, when this book ended, wow, I actually really loved that. I'm always hit or miss with Armstrong books, but this was such a surprising read. It truly gave me OUTLANDER vibes but with a mystery at its heart. The character development between the MC and the two other main characters was entertaining, and I loved hearing the comparisons between the past police work and how the same work would be done in the present day. I'm looking forward to the next book because I want to know some answers. This didn't really have romance--more like a potential budding romance for a future slow burn. This book was mainly setting up the world and the characters for future mysteries and I loved it. If you want a time travel book that isn't all about romance and has some intriguing murder mysteries thrown in there, then you might really enjoy this one!
___
Happy reading!

I just need to vent lots of things regarding the Harry Potter reboot so bear with me
First of all WITH ALL OF THE POTENTIAL STORIES IN THE WIZARDING WORLD THEY DECIDED TO REBOOT THE OG THE WORLDWIDE LOVED ONE???? No marauders? No Hogwarts founders? No Tom Riddle origin story??? Like....how can they expect a random british boy to create the IMPACT Dan Radcliffe's face had on the world....like no. And also the only person of that cast that'll return will be Felton, I just know it.
And also, the movies are RECENT, yeah the first one is 20 years old but 20 years is not long enough to reboot a series that had the IMPACT Harry Potter had, like they still sell LEGOs and cutlery sets with the original actors face at my Walmart and they don't seem like antiques. Think about Indiana Jones or any other iconic character that has only been played by one actor, that's what Harry Potter should be (with exception for the play that most of us ignore) BUT NO THEY WANT A WHOLE NEW CAST
Now, the fact that JKR is going to be super involved and they're going to try to be as loyal to the books as they can is a blessing and a curse because of course having the author in a project like this is something fans love but we're talking about JKR and, she, you know, got herself into some messes recently and...yeah. But also, as much as I would love to see more of things that the og movies skipped and more depth to characters I still love, I can't help but think that it's going to turn into some political agenda (and I know everything is political but I'm talking about blatantly obvious political) or some kind of statement idk. Also, if it's going to be an almost book to screen copy they're going to run into a wall called plot holes and wonky worldbuilding.
As someone who read the books 11 times in a year because they had no friends in elementary school and revisited them constantly until a couple years ago, I can say that the series is full of plot holes and yeah they're going to need to fix that, but also some of the world building is just not done right, many things don't make sense or contradict themselves, and I'm not saying I don't appreciate the world we were given, I loved ot and still do, and I really appreciate the mythology, research and work that went into it but there's a point where some things just get ridiculous. (Examples: the secrecy things with wizards has some big questions to be solved, why are dentists unknown to wizards, do wizards know math or what do they do before hogwarts, the sirius black trial, why are the weasleys poor in the wizarding society, like there's really no sense in that (or at least I think so))
Also JKR should not go anywhere near the script, she wrote the scripts for the first Fantastic Beasts movies and then the third that was a little bit less of a mess had another screenwriter but by that time it was already too late and we all know how that went.
Also, this thing is going to need a gigantic budget but it's going to be a series and we know warner had some troubles or something recently (I don't remember all the details but yk, the discovery situation and them cancelling movies and originals from max). But the thing is that we could be looking at an amazon's lord of the rings situation where the firsts episodes were a success but only 40%-50% of viewers who started the series watched until the finale. And they want to make this a decade long project and I don't know if they're going to make it past season 4 even, but who knows I'm no expert in economics
Overall this shouldn't be happening but...

Warner Bros fired one of their PR for saying“next question, please” , when Tom Felton was asked by a Sky journalist about Rowling's absence in the 25th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone celebrations.
After being asked why the line of questioning was cut short, the PR team said to Sky journalist: “JK Rowling is not connected to Warner or Tom Felton, the team felt it was not relevant to the piece,” and they wished to “separate the art from the artist.”
However, although omitting her name from some promotional materials for Fantastic Beasts, Warner has publicly defended the author and stated they are “proud” to work with “one of the world’s most accomplished storytellers.”
Warner denied that Felton had been stopped from talking about Rowling on their behalf, saying that the statement had been “wholly wrong” and adding that “Warner Bros. Studio Tour London regrets it happened as part of a media event that day.”
Source: X and X
Why this happened?
Tom Felton has a huge fan base in Potterhead community, because he is one of the few actors who are still a lot involved in the HP Fandom. Unlike Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson, who menaged to carry on with their careers aven after their teen years, Tom Felton isn't well-known for his present-day work.
Daniel Radcliffe passed through the child actor downfall: the pressures of Hollywood are just too much for children too handle and this led Daniel Radcliffe to cope with alcohol abuse to escape from his fame and future, but fortunately he menaged to get his life back on track. Emma Watson is the most successful child actor emerging from HP movies: accomplished actor, humanitarian, graduate of Brown University, was appointed UN Women Goodwill Ambassador and dedicates her efforts towards the empowerment of young women and in promoting gender equality.
Tom Felton's career is more close to Rupert Grint's one: both of them continued acting since the Harry Potter franchise, meaning that their careers are much more impressive than a lot of people might have expected, but are full of minor roles only.
So, it's natural that Tom Felton (unlike Rupert Grint) continue to be closely connected with HP community, which is a way to remember the greatest success of his life and keep his name on media, using his past role as Draco Malfoy.
However, Tom Felton, unlike the Golden Three (Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint), became a very controversial figure for the LGBTQ+ HP fans!
Here an easy summery about WHY Tom Felton is not “wholesome” as he seems to be:
Tumblr media
Source: twitter
Okay so first of all he liked one of jk Rowling’s transphobic tweets, and he had liked under 100 tweets and he had had Twitter for many years at that point so he must’ve read what it said, and then he started getting called out for being transphobic so he unliked it, but never gave an explaination or an apology.
He also never spoke out about jkrs transphobia, which he certainly knows about. And while most of the actors spoke out he stayed quite and has simply ignored the whole situation and didn’t stand up for trans people.
And quite recently he called jkr a genius which definitely isn’t true considering she’s a disgusting transphobic human being. And before you say “but he meant her writing” her writing is extremely problematic considering it includes racism, anti-semetism, fat phobia.
And more stereotypes. She also plagiarized almost of hp. And then he also promotes dracotok where they mostly sexualize him when he was in hp and a MINOR.
And yeah I and many more ppl find his actions problematic. And I think that him not speaking out about this when he has such a big fan base proofs that he doesn’t really care about the trans community.
And please if you’re a cis fan of him don’t speak over trans peoples voices when they try to explain how he’s hurt the trans community cuz I have seen many of his fans doing that. And just because some trans ppl forgive him doesn’t mean the whole community has when he hasn't given an apology.
Okay I’m just gonna add to this thread Tom has also now blocked multiple trans creators on tiktok for calling him out and asking him to apologize and address the situation.

celebrities (!): i have soooo many slightly older celebrity crushes and i just have to post about them (to name a few: tom felton, mads mikkelsen, ben barnes, freddy carter etc)
my edits (!): i make stuff online! it's mostly things like phone/desktop wallpapers, posters/t-shirt designs, aesthetic collages. all the fun stuff we like for obsessing over fandoms. i don't currently have a place for them to be monetized/supported, so i suppose i could do it here.
some other stuff abt me *・゜☆゚.*・。゚
unpublished author
gothic
fangirl & bookworm
brown/Desi, Muslim (again, not an extremist)
hard rock, alt, goth & metal music fan
introvert (intj-a)
straight, she/her
obsessed with (criminal/forensic) psychology, english literature, and almost everything artistic
ofc, these aren't the only things I'll be talking about here. there will be many (many) posts about music, and other small pleasures of life. do look out for them :) my works are always tagged with "the pureblood witch's crafts" from this account. my artwork will also most likely have a watermark with my alias "Athena Fontaine".
if i am inactive here, pls do remember that I still have to go to school and am quite busy with a lot of other things. i may have scheduled posts or things like that, but i do not promise them. along with the need to be powerfully independent, i also need good grades.
any violence or hatred towards anything or anyone will not be tolerated. i allow constructive conversations, but that does not mean you get to abuse that and overdo things.
hope you enjoy my content :) *・゜☆゚.*・。゚

Tom Felton was seen with a cigarette in his hand at JKF airport in New York on Sunday.
The Harry Potter star, 35, was dressed down as he was walking next to a woman who had on a beige raincoat with her red hair pulled up.
This is the first time the actor has been seen since he shared that he had a 'secret love' for his Harry Potter co-star Emma Watson.
He was dressed low-key as he pushed his silver suitcase wearing a pair of gray joggers, a navy blue sweater, round framed glasses and billed cap.
The Little Bit singer carried a guitar, wore white sneakers and placed a black backpack atop the case as he headed toward the exit.
Tom traveled to the US to promote his new memoir, Beyond the Wand: The Magic and Mayhem of Growing Up a Wizard.
The actor-turned-author dished on behind-the-scenes antics on the eight films in the Harry Potter franchise in his book.
Included was his admission that he had a 'secret love' for co-star Watson, 32, explaining, 'I loved and admired her as a person in a way I could never explain to anybody else.'
The two played enemies on-camera, with Emma in the role of the brilliant Hermione Granger to Tom's snobbish Draco Malfoy, but behind the scenes, they developed a genuine friendship.
In an excerpt published by The Evening Standard, Tom wrote, 'I've always had a secret love for Emma, though not perhaps in the way that people might want to hear. That isn't to say that there's never been a spark between us. There most definitely has, only at different times.'
Emma, for her part, concurs. In leaked images sent to Glamor, the Little Women actor wrote the forward for Beyond the Wand, explaining that even though she met her co-star as 'a moony and probably rather annoying nine-year-old girl who followed him round like a puppy, desperate for his attention,' the relationship 'blossomed and endured.'
The Beauty and the Beast star explained the feeling they have for each other as 'one of the purest loves I can think of.'
'We’re soulmates, and we’ve always had each other’s backs. I know we always will.'
Tom will be talking about that and much more as he tours the US to promote the tome.
Appearances are scheduled in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Houston, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Ooh which books did you read recently that you said we’re duds?
Sorry, this ask came in forever ago too! I guess I should start by saying that the word “dud” might be a tad harsh because opinions are subjective. These were all just books that didn’t live up to the hype or expectations I had based on their descriptions or reviews/recommendations 🦎
Funny You Should Ask by Elissa Sussman (this is the book based on the interviews with Chris Evans and Tom Hiddleston)
Old Country by Matt Query (the concept sounded SO good but they really had to go the white savior complex route 😒 also nothing was really explained well)
Small Angels by Lauren Owen
House of Hunger by Alexis Henderson (I had just read The Year of the Witching by the same author before this one and really liked it, so it was a bummer she wasn’t able to recreate the same allure for me)
The Southern Book Club’s Guide to Slaying Vampires by Grady Hendrix
Dreamland by Nicolas Sparks
Beyond the Wand by Tom Felton
Before I Do by Sophie Cousens
The Wall of Winnipeg and Me by Mariana Zapata
