I mean, love wolfstar all you like (I occasionally enjoy it too when it's written well, and I've definitely read more wolfstar than remadora) but this is ridiculous.

Personal Thoughts: the classic, obviously most people already know this one, but its a great place to start if you're new to the fandom or curious. This is canon compliant, so you know how it ends, but I swear its worth it. tbh i havent read this one in forever, because i love Regulus too much. Remus is such a fascinating character and i love reading his story

some peter head-cannons because this fandom neglects the poor boy

he/they (prefers they but dosnt want to inconvenience others by saying that so only really the other marauders use they)

short but not the shortest (is like an inch or a couple cm for you not americans taller than sirius and loves to talk about it)

is aroace but doesn’t realize it until like the middle of sixth year, and because he doesn’t realize it for a while dates and sleeps with so so many people. like you could point to a random student in the great hall at dinner that was about their age and they would probably be peter’s ex of some kind

loves cheese. loved cheese before they became animagi. when they were working on that james and sirius would joke that peter would be a mouse or a rat because of how much they likes cheese

is like besties with cat form mcgonnagal. he doesn’t know it’s her but she knows it’s him and they sometimes will hangout and run around the hallways. they bond over their love of cheese.

because he’s besties with mcgonnacat, he never had any problems with pet cats and strays bc minerva told them pete’s a friend. (also helps that they steal cheese for them from the kitchen)

is actually pretty good at school but his B+s and A-s aren’t that noticeable next to james and remus’s consistent As and A+s (or whatever the equivalent would be at hogwarts)

a god at chess

is a really good singer but only ever sings in front of the other marauders (once he drunkenly did karaoke with mary and she asked for his autograph after(jokingly ofc but still))

got a muggle driving license bc he thought that would be helpful. bc of this he was the designated alcohol getter on their cornwall ‘77 trip (atyds is canon shhh)

also always the designated snack getter from the kitchen when they’re doing anything

always has ibuprofen or some kind of pain relief potion in his pocket/bag bc remus is always in some form of pain from his furry little problem, james is always sore from quidditch and sirius gets migraines. mary also gets really bad cramps and never complains but peter can tell when she’s in pain. he himself has chronic joint pain but never takes the medicine because what if his friends need it?

also always has extra cigarettes and a lighter in his bag even though he dosnt smoke

he also always has an extra tampon and pad

when hes drunk he can’t transform to or from his rat form. so if hes drunk and a rat at the time, hes kinda stuck at a rat, at least until he sobers up a bit

can play guitar and the drums and a little bit of piano

loves quidditch and watching quidditch and the idea of playing quidditch but in reality is a bit afraid of heights (though in james’s backyard where the goal posts aren’t to high, he’s an amazing keeper)

Okay folks! My first post. I downloaded this app specifically to find a Wolfstar Roleplay. I’m literally craving a good decent Wolfstar roleplay, like i need one so bad. My most recent rp partner absolutely abandoned me (i’ve been on delivered for 24hrs) and i literally need a new one.

I obviously ship wolfstar and i usually write as Sirius but i could possibly try for Remus. I ship Jegulus, but also Jily, and of course Evan and Barty (i forget their ship name?).

My usual Roleplays with Wolfstar are just starting from around maybe their fourth year when they start to realize their feelings for one another. I usually do the basic friends to lovers trope and stuff, just going through their years as they like each other, find out, start dating, etc. I base a lot of my stuff off of ATYD sooo, just fyi. I also do mostly cannon, maybe adding a few things here and there, and the ships ofc.

I love angst so much, my favorite thing ever. So, if you have any triggers make sure to tell me beforehand, i’ll probably ask first anyways. I also can do NSFW but it’s obviously not required at all, i like skipping. I use paragraphs mostly, no short answers, you need to be a decently detailed writer. I use “..” and i talk in third person.

I usually Roleplay on Discord, but i can do other platforms if you don’t have it. Just comment if you’re interested!!! Or just add me, my Discord is tea7800.

(Also… David Bowie is literally my hero and Lady Stardust is literally Sirius’s song.. and i think it’s the cutest when Remus exposes Sirius to David Bowie for the first time..)

Hot take, but Atyd isn't actually that good. It made Remus a huge misogynistic dick, and goes against many popular head cannons. I think that the writing itself isn't that bad, but I don't know why it's so praised in this fandom. I literally hated most of the characters in it, and I was forcing myself to read it cause I felt I needed to. There are some good parts, for sure, but I think in general it's over rated. That being said, if you like it, yay, I'm not saying you shouldn't, it just isn't for me, and I feel like it ruined the characters for me.

Also most common hcs don't line up with the story. Not that that makes it bad, it's just confusing to me that it's so beloved when it goes in a completely different direction than many things id deem fannon.

We then spent an hour slowly skating around together and talking about the marauders and I convinced them to read atyd which they weren't sure about reading bc its cannon compliant. So I just made 2 friends and ruined their weeks at the same time.

Don't worry i didn't read it that way and yes i would love to go on a rant

i try to give the tiktok fandom grace because it's a fairly new way to be in a fandom as tiktok hasn't been around for as long as other apps such as tumblr, instagram and twitter. I have my own tiktok account and accounts that i follow and love so it's not the entire fandom that i have a problem with but more so just throw attitude of a large amount.

I think it's because a big majority of the fandom from there joined through reading atyd and while i won't go into my own thoughts on the fic itself i really dislike how people have treated the fic and how it has effected how they treat others

One fic blew up and "everyone agreed that it's cannon" (everyone did not) so now suddenly i get the vibe that everyone on tiktok (and twitter tbh) have this idea that we all have to think the same and they all want to be the person to give out an idea that sticks.

It's like this whole Darryl Crouch thing that's going off on there currently and how every now and then you see a tiktok saying "i came up with this ship" "i convinced everyone to read this fic" "i came up with this headcannon" like anyone cares.

It's another reason why i dislike all of the fanfilms that the tiktok fandom love to start but never finish. There's like five of them and all of them are asking people for money to fund their film that they havnt even written a script for and then they interview their own cast as if they're celebrities. I love a fanfilm as much as the next guy but all of those popular ones on youtube did just fine on their own without an entire tiktok account dedicated to promoting it.

And then you have how they treat each other as if they're all celebrities. They'll be shipping cosplayers together and making tiktoks talking about other people while using their first names and nothing more as if I know who tf that person is.

Idk. Idk if i just don't get tiktok but i've been in fandoms since I was 12 years old which was 9 years ago and never have i been in a fandom that so big headed as the marauders fandom on tiktok and a big part of that is the vibe that they're all hoping that WB calls them up and offers them a job working for a new marauders era project based off their tiktoks. Like it doesn't feel like it's just for fun it feels like everyone is an inspiring actor or writer and they're all in competition to see who will get a big job. idk i just hate it so i try to stay out of it while also keeping the part that i like around which are mostly just the edits

Ok this may come off as ramble-y but i just wanted on come in here gush abt how much I love your fics!! I'm a big fan of atyd so intially that's how i found your work -- through Sirius' perspective -- and i loved that shit (dare i say more than the original,, they're both amazing ofc I'm just biased coz Sirius is my fav character). I come from a super religious/conservative background and I have never related so much to a character with internalised homophobia -- like the resemblance was a little uncanny ngl lol.

But yeah,, than i read 'thtf' becoz i was craving some lesbian fics (coz the marauders' fandom is in a lesbian drought let's be real). And it was so good and i absolutely bawled my eyes out. You're writing i think especially shined in this fic and i remember i would go back an reread pages because they we're so beautifully written lol.

And then i read ur cowboy and zombie au fics (even tho I don't really ship jegulus/marylily) but they were still amazing and so, so fun!!

My favourite fic of yours by far tho is ur most recent fic, 'As the Worm Moon Dies'. I'm a sucker for fics that expand on the world-building/magic of hp because i feel like there is so much missed potential in the og hp series due to jkr neoliberal centrist politics (gag). I loved how u depicted magic in series as more of a spectrum and how every human has the capability for it. I loved how u described the elves and their enslavement becoz holy shit is that a horrible plot point in the og series (dw!! they liked being enslaved!!). Sirius as a death eater is so weird becoz canon sirius would never -- but it also shows just how much of an influence James and subsequently the Potter's had on his life. Ooooh also don't even get me started on the werewolf fighting rings and the hypocrisy of pureblood societies its absolutely so fascinating to me!! Ahh i've reread it so many times already lol. (and obviously, the wolfstar is *chefs kiss*)

I love ur writing so much i actually started reading the captive prince series solely so ic ould read ur fanfics on it lmao. (up to book 2 -- so far very interesting -- and wondering what Laurent's perspective could possibly contain).

Honourable mentions to ur nobleflower and emmary fics because they were awesome and ur characterisation of emmaline as a butch aloof lesbian is now absolutely cannon to me!!

Anyways sorry for rambling so much i just needed to fangirl about ur works!! I just wanted to thank you for all the time you put into them and your services to the marauders fandom. Oh, and if you ever published a book one day i would read it no doubt.
