WEDDING BELLS YALL

and brainrot. I've been sketching these ideas out for like, a year. And done nothing with them until this point

this has been festering. in my mind.

*note: I didn't get around to drawing it, but I imagine Sun, Moon, and Y/n say their vows at the Bell place thingie that I need to reread in the fic. Y'know, the place Moon climbs up to, to get away from y/n. Yeh they declare their love up there and smoochies*

I should really reread that bit actually lol

Before moving forward, I'm gonna rant about outfits

this is the outfit that I base Sun and Moon's wedding look on because I just think it fits so well. I share this so you guys see the vision and forgive my inexperience with drawing these folds

Also, I went through several variations of what Y/n would wear before settling on this bc nothing that came up when I searched "gender neutral wedding gear" really fit

Wanted a mix between gown and suit and y'know this ended up being more suit but I like it a lot so we're going with that. It also came to me in a vision so that has to say something.

(Ok but I did envision Y/n having a dress similar to this one character's dress in Bad Guys but I couldn't draw it so I scrapped it)

(ok some details stayed but most of the concept had to go)

Btw. All of them (including guests) have pockets. just. to ease your mind.

Anyway I still have a whole list of wedding shenanigans I need to draw

Sarah and Yao being some because when I tried before I couldn't sketch them out to my liking.

And the more CCRT gets expanded on, the more I'm sure will be present in their wedding since there are only 3 chapters out so far and enough art for me to make my guesses dlkkldsf

I'm sure there are plenty of fun things that can be included into this wedding, or edited, once more is revealed of the characters and their relationships

and who would be wedding guests is a little more up in the air, for instance and... who'd be able to show up in the first place considering unknown state of... living

Summary: You avoided him at all costs because frankly, he was an asshole, doesn't mean he avoided you though. He constantly flirts with you but you just take it as him trying to anger you. It works, but you start to feel like he's being serious, and you have butterflies in your stomach just thinking about him. However, he finally confronts you one day, and you don't know what to do.

Notes: I'm not proud of this writing at all, but I'll keep it as it is for you guys!

Did he just say, all the pictures you have of him? How could he have known that? Gulping, you stared him and stop walking, watching as he walks ahead without a care in the world.

“You comin’?” He asks, stopping a few feet in front of you and turning his head to face you, a smirk present.

“Shut the frick up or else I will kick you in the no-no zone” Your eye twitched as you walked ahead of him, taking deep breaths- nobody could actually breathe here so at least you simulated it to calm down. He never failed to piss you off, how the FUCK did get in and why did he go in there at all anyways?

The both of you walked in silence for a few minutes, equal amounts of anger and feeling butterflies in your stomach for the rabbit. The anger was justified, but the attraction was far from it, in fact, the anger came mostly from that attraction. It was ridiculous that you fell for that dumbass rabbit because he was nothing but a tease and a bitch to everyone.

“You're not gonna ask me how I got in, Cutie?” He was fucking with you and he loved it as your door entered your vision. Gripping the handle, you started to turn it before his hand wrapped around your wrist somewhat firmly with his head next to yours yet again. He loved to get up into your personal space huh?

“You can’t fool me, we both know how you truly feel about me, but don't you want to know how I feel about you?” He whispered on the side of your head again- not ear as you had none but a close approximation- and remained there, waiting for a response. There was no need to argue with him about this, he was just taking the piss.

“Oh please, I already know how you feel about me. You flirt to make me mad because you don’t like me. Simple, As. That.” You opened the door roughly and tried to push him away, however, he followed you inside and shut the door behind him. Grumbling, you sat on the bed in shame as he walked over to you with an eyebrow raised. Standing in front of you, he was staring and smirking with his shitty ass face.

“Oh really?” Jax then leaned closer, so close his face was directly in front of yours, causing you to lean back. The rabbit only got closer which led to you falling back on the bed and he pinned you down with both of his hands over yours, face inches now from yours.

“Because I have been flirting with you for so long, waiting for you to make the first move, but I guess I’ll have to” His mouth then covered yours, he was kissing you! You froze for a second, not knowing what to do, then you decided to give in and kiss back, chest fluttering with butterflies. This was actually happening! You relaxed and melted into his affection. His kiss was passionate, but not rough. However, it lasted far too short as before you knew it, he pulled away, staring at you with wide eyes and blush on his round cheeks. You yourself had a very hot face, wide eyes as well looking back. Jax stood up and had a tiny smile on his face, he started to leave.

“Wait! Where are you- where are you going?” You begged, breathless as you quickly sat up, holding your hand out to him.

“To tell Zooble you were too chicken to make the first move” That’s it? He was just going to leave after that? After that kiss? Anger started to seep through you again, how dare he?

“Don’t-don’t leave…please” So why were you begging for him to stay with you? It wasn’t like you were lonely, you were good friends with Ragatha and Kinger! But it felt…different…with him, like you wanted to be vulnerable with him, like you were safe with him.

He stopped as he was just about to open the door, sighing. You knew he had a hard time opening up to others, but maybe he would at least open up to you as he turned around. Jax walked back to the bed and sat down next to you, looking at you with an unreadable expression. He didn’t make any sudden moves though, he just stared down at his folded up hands in his lap.

Nothing was said for an undetermined amount of time, just enjoying having each other around in pure silence. You didn’t expect him to spew his issues right away, it was just important for him to know that he was no longer alone and can have a person to go to for anything. The status of your relationship was up in the air, but it was confusing how you actually felt towards him. You knew you hated him, but you had such a big crush on him.

“Hey, how did you get in my room in the first place Jax?” He was admiring the pictures you had of him on your walls, Caine gave you a camera a while ago and you took them of Jax when he wasn’t paying attention.

“I got keys to everyone’s room Cutie, I thought you knew that since you were so in love with me” He wiggled his eyebrows in your direction, teasing you. In love? As if. As for the key thing, how did he even have all of those keys?

“First off, how the hell do you have keys to everyone’s rooms? Second off, I am NOT in love with you, it’s…it’s…” You were at a loss for words, it wasn’t love, but what? A silly crush? It’s not like you had many options here in this digital world, most people were already abstracted before you arrived, nobody really sported a human appearance here, and you had next to no memories of your old life in the real world.

“Some secrets are best kept secret” He winked at you “And you totally are in love with me, heh” He chuckled with sad eyes as he sighed, looking down at his feet. You sensed a shift in his tone, now wanting to change the conversation.

“We better uh- leave before they get worried huh?” You looked towards Jax as he was looking through your stuff like it was his, but he was very slow about it, yet not methodical.

“Yeah, sure” He was seeming slightly absent now, voice hollow, as he set down the small figure on your desk and swiftly exited your room with coldness. What the hell got into him?

Astarion and Karlach Being Adorable Neighbors In Camp

I was mainly thinking about how cute some of the camp setups are and how the companions are placed and since I adore Karlach and Astarion's relationship, I thought I remembered there being a few times they were next to each other in camp. So I looked and didn't realize how often they actually are next to each other or not too far off from each other with some being particularly cute when thinking about both their character! No particular order just gushing about these dorks...

WILDERNESS - Main Camp

First of course is the main campsite in Act 1 I'm sure I need no reason here it's just cute that no matter the order you pick them up the fact that Karlach and Astarion are cool with being neighbors right off the bat is super endearing. Also, don't mind the blood Karlach certainly doesn't anyway.🤭

GRYMFORGE

Another favorite of mine is in The Grymforge in the Underdark. Now I originally thought that Astarion was by himself over here and found it really nice how he likes being near the light, but then I come here and see Karlach is right in front of him. Since I noticed Karlach also likes camping near sunlight (Which is understandable there's no sun in Avernous so of course she's a fellow sunlight enjoyer) I though it be cute if whenever one of them finds a nice sunny spot to camp the other comes to visit to sunbath together.

THE UNDERDARK

Y'all are so rude for this one because why did no one tell me they set up their tents back to back in the Underdark! This one surprised the hell out of me like my god my memory is bad because I remembered Shadowheart and Astarion's tents were facing each other and thought that was cute, but never remembered Karlach's tent was right behind him like these idiots got each other's back in the Underdark! I can't with them! Anyway, this is my favorite realization...🥰

OWLBEAR CAVE/ZHENTARIM HIDEOUT

They're just right across from each other in this one with Astarion being on top of the hill with Karlach being just below. Again I like to believe they chill in the sun together.

SPIDER CAVE

The most interesting group! These guys are also grouped up in the Grymforge campsite just more spread out which is cute. The late-night conversations gotta be wild with this group.

ROSYMORN CHAPEL

Look at these dorks! They're so comfortable and secure with the other around I adore them. Going through each campsite and getting these scene shots made me love them more and more.

LAST LIGHT INN

Okay, so they're a bit apart in this one but let me be delulu there still across the way from each other.

SHARRAN TEMPLE

This was another one where I thought Astarion was alone( Currently playing Origin!Karlach probably doesn't help because her tents not there so it just looks like he's alone sometimes), but then I came down and of course, Karlach was right there with him. My poor heart! These idiots are so cute camping in their own little spot by the goddam chasm no less!

ELFSONG TAVERN

Cuties grouped up! Also very proud of Astarion for being brave enough to sleep next to not one but two magical bombs.

WYRM'S LOOKOUT

uGH THEY SO CUTE! It's just interesting to think about little agreements of where they're setting their tents at different points in the story and even more so when you do an Origin run and consider where their tent would be if it was present. Just the brainrot that's forming right now I can't with them!

RIVERTON

Finally, my Durge waking up from sleeping in the stables and who's there across the way? My sillies being comfortable being near each other again. Astarion gets the pleasure of listening to Karlach gush about Jaheira I'm sure. They just like having the other nearby so often it destroys me to think about their relationship.

So yeah that's it this was fun going to each campsite and noticing how often some of the other companions camp near each other and who was cute. For instance, I didn't notice how often Shadowheat and Laezel camp near each other as well as Gale and Wyll. Astarion camps next to Shadowheat and Gale a good amount of times. So does Karlach with Lae'zel and other cute groups or pairs. All in all, I found these all adorable and thought it was fun to think about, anyway I'm done gushing over these dorks for now, hoped you enjoyed it!

You were not in the mood for practice today. Not for any particular reason, but today just didn’t feel like the day. You just felt so gross for no reason! Maybe it was that time of the month again. You weren't sure, but you still needed to go, no matter how much you wanted just to leave the locker room without a word. You were thinking all of this while filling your water bottle with a mopy look on your face. That is til you were grabbed into a surprise bear hug from behind that made you shriek. There was an unforgettable laugh that flowed into your ears and you groaned as you were released, only to turn around and punch your attacker in the arm which only provided more laughter.

“Fuck you, Vanessa Palmer!” you yelped as you attempted to hide the smile that began to grow, tugging at your lips to reveal your teeth. Some of the other girls began to peek around the lockers momentarily before returning to what they’d been doing. Van only grinned, suppressing her laughter as she wiped tears from her eyes.

“Damn, that was so good! You really screamed that time!” you rolled your eyes, picking up your water bottle that had now spilled into the fountain, ruining all your work.

“Yeah, not like you’re familiar with that,” you murmured so only your companion could hear despite the echo the locker room had. Van wiggled her brow and grinned, but a mild blush still filled those freckled cheeks she had. Probably from her ego.

“Oh you know and I’m damn proud,” she said, her chin practically resting on your shoulder as she whispered in your ear.

“Well keep acting like that and you won't hear it till next semester,” you raised your brows high and gave her a grin of your own. Her hands subtly found your hips and she shook her head.

“Eh, I know you. You’ll come around. There ain't a guy in this school who can do what I do,” you tilted your head then turned your eyes down to your water bottle as you screwed on the lid.

“Who said anything about finding a guy?” you promptly walked away from her and back to your locker to grab your towel before heading to the field. But you did catch a glance at the goalie, lips parted as she tried not to leave her mouth agape. You knew she hated that idea but in a sexy way. You smiled knowingly at her but darted outside before she could say anything about it. You were still grinning when you took your place in the group circle for stretching next to Shauna. The brunette glanced at you, noticing your grin, and tapped you on the shoulder to get your attention.

“You good? Heard you scream in there,” she nodded her head towards the locker room door just as Van made her grand entrance. You chuckled again and nodded, twisting your back to loosen up before leaning down to touch your toes.

“Oh yeah. I just got her back for that is all,” Shauna gave you a knowing look and nodded.

“How’s all that going anyways?” she asked in a whisper as you both leaned down.

“Oh, you know. As well as you’d expect,” you played coy, not wanting to give too much away.

“And she’s good?” Shauna, always curious asked. You gave her a simple, wordless look, and her brows raised. “Damn, good on you,” she chuckled with you. Shauna was the only person, if anyone, who knew of your “relations” outside of soccer practice with Van. It hadn’t been on purpose. She’d walked in on Van kissing you in the locker room lang after practice when you hadn’t expected anyone to come in. thank god it had been her rather than someone like Laura Lee. The girl was great and all, but had she seen she’d likely have called for hellfire to rain down then and there. She was cool about it and kept that secret safe for you both. You suspected others might have picked up on it, but Shauna was the only one to know in detail.

“Alright ladies, time for drills,” Coach Ben interjected, bringing out the balls for practice and putting an end to stretches. “We’ve got three weeks before it’s time to start thinking about nationals, so let's bring out A game, alright?” you lined up for basic net aim to practice shooting and to help Van with blocking. You hung back in the line with Shauna while Jackie went first, watching quietly as the other girls had their go. Jackie was blocked rather quickly and didn’t seem all that happy with it. She joined the line again behind you with an irritated look. Next was Tai and then Lottie, who all got blocked just like Jackie, who now had a furrowed brow and a firm frown with crossed arms.

“Damn, Van’s really on it today,” Jackie huffed.

“Good. We need her focused up,” Tai said simply with a shrug.

“She seemed mad when I went,” Lottie chimed in. Shauna gave you a knowing look and you chuckled to yourself, leaning into Shauna's ear to whisper.

“She’d not mad. She’s bothered, shall we say,” Shauna suppressed a snorting laugh and covered her mouth, but you could see the smile in her eyes.

“y/n, eyes up!” Coach yelled. It was your turn and you hadn’t been looking.

“Right, sorry,” you said, moving up to get into position. You made fleeting eye contact with your goalie with a smirk on your lips before focusing back on Couch, who kicked the ball your way. You made a mad dash, moving to the left of the net before switching up last second to nip the net in the right corner. It made a satisfying swishing sound and Van nearly nosedived into the dirt. There was a quiet cheer with unceremonious applause behind you and you jokingly took a bow, enjoying the praise. You turned to Van, who had gotten back on her feet and was smearing dirt across her cheek. You wrinkled your nose with a smile, saluting her as you jogged to the back of the line. She finally loosened up, smiling and shaking her head before focusing on her task once again.

Things didn’t go wrong till you were doing your classing 4v4 drill. It was you, Tai, Laura Lee, and Natalie against Jackie, Shauna, Lottie, and Allie. The field had been made smaller with cones moving the endzone up. It was simple and you’d done it a million times. Just get the ball into the other “team’s” endzone, but each player only got three touches on the ball. It was all about synchronization, speed, and timing. You were on you’re third run of the drill by now and you’d gotten into a good groove with your team. Maybe that had made you cocky.

You started simple. Tai scooped the ball on the whistle and drove it down the field as far as she could. After her three touches, it was passed to Natalie, who drove it farther down. She was prepping to pass it on to Laura Lee when Shauna slid in out of nowhere, knocking the ball out of the way and into Jackie, who quickly passed it to Allie but was intercepted by Tai again. The ball was far too close to your endzone for your liking, and while there wasn’t a goalie for this exercise, you took it upon yourself to stay close to the endzone in case of an incident like this. Tai was prepping to pass the ball back to Laura Lee or Natalie, both being in range and ready, but as she started the pass, Allie did a running slide and- smack.

You have no other recollection of what followed other than a blur of black and white, and a loud crackling, crunching sound before you even realized you’d hit the ground. You squeezed your eyes shut tight, everything spinning around you as the ringing in your ears subsided and you heard muffled voices of concern, but especially Van cursing quite aggressively. You refused to open your eyes as you bit your lip hard.

“y/n, can you hear me? Hey! Help me here, I need her to sit up and lean forward as much as she can!” you heard a squeaky, high-pitched voice yelling beside you as someone slid in behind you, helping you move up and leaning forward as instructed. You realized this was Lottie as you started opening you’re eyes. You felt crowded around you, that is till you noticed Van nealed in front of you, reaching out to cradle you’re facing in her palms.

“ok, chin up and take a breath for me. You’re tuning purple,” she instructed. You let go of the air you'd been holding in your mouth with a shaky groan. You hadn't even realized you'd been holding your breath.

“Misty, go call her mom,” Coach instructed.

“What's her-” the blond started. She was right beside you, you noticed now given how close her voice was.

“I’ll go with her,” Shauna pitched in, thankfully knowing your home phone number. It only then clicked. You'd broken your nose, maybe. It was so hard to tell with things like this. You looked down at the grass between your legs at the small pool of blood forming from the heavy stream coming from your nose. You reached up a curious hand to touch the unseen injury, crossing your eyes for some kind of image. It still wasn’t registering, given the adrenaline rush you had going on. You heard Lottie hiss beside you, her hand on your back.

“Oh no, don’t…” she murmured, but Van took care of it, taking your hand in hers before your fingers made any contact with your nose.

“Let’s not do that, ok?” she used her gentle voice with you. You’d always liked that.

“How bad is it?” you finally managed to ask.

“Well, you kinda look like shit. You also busted your lip,” Van chuckled. You managed to reciprocate and sat up more as the bloodstream subsided.

“Why thank you,” you tried joking, but you started feeling lightheaded.

“Ok. Van take her to the locker room I’ll have Misty bring you some ice when she’d done with the phone. And help her get her things, alright?” he seemed quite irritated with the whole situation. Van nodded and let go of your hand in exchange for hooking her arm under yours with your arm over her shoulder as she helped you hobble to the locker room without falling over. Lottie followed behind to grab your things. Allie, who was standing off over by the bench turned her gaze from you as you passed.

“Here, lay down on you’re back. And breathe through your nose for me, ok,” Van instructed once in the locker room, sitting down beside you. She helped you into a lying position with your head in her lap. Lottie left your water bottle and towel on the bench beside you while Van helped you lie down. “Hey Lot? Can you get me a wet rag?” Van asked, her hand absently running over your forehead and hair. She wasn’t hiding as well as she normally did at the moment. But in your lightheaded state, you didn’t mind it. Lottie nodded, disappearing for a minute and returning with a wet rad as requested. Van nodded her thanks and smiled ad Lottie left quite quickly, leaving you alone with the redhead.

“Look at you, nurse Vanessa. Never thought you the type,” your voice was horse suddenly. Van chuckled and rolled her eyes.

“I’ve had enough sports-related injuries to know what's up. I’m gonna dab some of this blood away and cool your nose down for the swelling till we get that ice. That alright?” you nodded. The rag was cool on your nose, but it was enough to have you feeling the pain now. “Damn, you took that like a champ, huh?” she murmured as she wiped away the last bit of blood crusting around your nose. You shrugged, hands folded on your stomach as you looked up at her.

“I didn’t even have time to react or feel it,” Van smiled again. Her free hand moved to caress your jaw, brushing loose hair from it. Her fingers brushed against your throat where she could feel your pulls beating. She wasn’t hiding the intention well. She dabbed the rag at you’re lip.

“Allie should have planned that better,” she mumbled.

“I don’t think Allie thinks about stuff like that,” the ginger scoffed.

“Yeah, and one day it’s gonna get her seriously in the shit,”

“She’s young. She’s got time to learn,”

“Well, she better learn quick,” you couldn’t help laughing, then hissing with a cringed look as the involuntary scrunching of your nose sent a shockwave of pain over your face.

“Hey, careful. And where’s misty with that ice?” Van cooed, her brow knit in worry. It was so sweet of her, honestly, the tenderness and concern mingling in her gaze for you. You couldn’t help smiling up at her. “What?” she asked, noticing the look.

“Will you kiss me?” you asked in a low tone, almost a whisper. She paused, moving the rag away from you’re face.

“I wouldn’t want to hurt you more…” she argued against the voice in her head telling her how she wanted to say yes.

“Then be gentle,” you insisted. “You will. You’re always gentle with me,” Van smiled and sighed, giving in. She leaned down, her lips sideways against yours. She kissed softly. Too soft for your liking. You reached up your hand, hooking it around the back of her neck to pull her down further. Her free hand caressed your forehead and she chuckled against your swollen lip. The added pressure sent a mild pain through your lip, but you didn’t mind. You enjoyed the feeling in a mildly masochistic way. She pulled away first but lingered to smile down at you, admiring your eyes.

“I’m gonna have to be gentle with you for a while, aren't I?” she mused. You shrugged, brushing your fingers over her cheek.

“Yeah, but we both like that,” her only reply was a hum before she leaned back in for another taste.

Nights in Tusla were always comforting. the smooth, cool breeze that messed up all of the greasers hair and that blew the girls’ skirts around gently was always there, and the shine of the drive-in movie screen playing some movie that no one really paid attention to. The drive-in was a place that everyone could go to if they wanted to just unwind, see a fight, or actually watch a movie (even though that was rare).

y/n spent most of her nights there. She worked as often as she could so she would be able to support herself and some of her family. she made decent money and it was an easy job; pouring drinks and popcorn and getting to sneak a peek at the movies playing each night was a good time, especially if a fight happened and she could lean over the counter and see it - those were her favorites.. even if they did make her a tad anxious.

On this specific night, Y/n was admittedly a bit bored. The movie playing was nothing of her interests, and there was little traffic at the drive-in. She busied herself with watching a couple of her fellow workers play a card game. Her eye caught someone walking up, so she got back up and started to turn the wheel for the popcorn, making sure it didn’t burn.

“hey.” a boys voice cut through the air.

Y/n turned around and there stood a boy. he had tan skin, raven black hair, and big, dark eyes. he was wearing a leather jacket and some blue jeans. his hair was greased back but it looked cute nontheless.

“oh, hey there.” y/n smiled at him, leaning on the counter slightly.

“can i jus’ get a coke?” he asked, a small smile on his face.

“course ya can.” y/n smiled at him, pouring a drink quickly.

“you know.. i don’t see too many guys as cute as you ‘round here.” y/n shamelessly flirted with him, offering him a tiny smile.

“o-oh..” he blushed a bit, the tips of his ears turning red.

“well… don’t wanna keep you waitin’ all night!” y/n laughed softly, handing him the coke he asked for.

“i-uh-t-thank you.” he smiled, handing her a $5 and walking off. y/n watched him walk off, smiling to herself. If he came here again, she just had to ask his name.

A couple days later, y/n was back at the job; working her ass off and bustling around the counter, grabbing popcorn and sodas and various candies that people were demanding. The movie playing was a new one, so naturally a lot of people bustled in with lots of money. Y/n’s work outfit was stained from butter and sodas, but she knew she was gonna get good pay at the end of the day. she was holding two cokes in her hands and balancing a candy bar on her arm. she carefully dropped them on the counter and looked up to take the money and to get the next persons order. She was met with the pretty eyes from the same boy she had met just a few nights ago. An immediate smile covered her face.

“hey cutie! you’re back!” she smiled, grabbing a coke again. He just smiled, a blush covering his face again.

“you want a coke?” y/n asked, sliding it over to him.

“sure.” he smiled, pulling out another $5.

y/n smiled, taking it from him. “so what’s your name anyways? I can’t let such a handsome guy get away without at least asking his name.”

he blushed again, smiling at her flirtatious antics.

“it’s uh.. my names Johnny. Johnny Cade.” he ran a hand through his greased hair.

Johnny. it sounded nice, fit him well, too. y/n thought to herself, her cheeks tinting just a little pink.

“well, Johnny, i hope to see you around here again. you make the nights a lot more fun.” she smiled, turning around to take an order from a soc dramatically ringing the small bell they had.

Johnny was left to stare as she walked away, a small chuckle leaving his lips as he walked back to join Ponyboy and Dallas, eager to tell them about the girl he kept running into.

Y/n didn’t see Johnny until a week and a half later. It was another boring shift, filled with bad puns from customers and drinks spilling on counters, making y/n have a mini heart attack every time she accidentally touched a sticky counter. She was talking to a younger child and giving him the popcorn he had asked for when Johnny came up to the counter. he looked different; more nervous. He had a gash on his cheek.

“holy shit. what happened to your handsome face?” y/n asked, moving over to him and grabbing a coke from underneath the counter.

“hey.” he blushed softly.

“got jumped by some socs yesterday. no biggie.” he said.

y/n looked at him in slight bewilderment.

“no biggie? you’ve got a nasty gash, Johnny.” she worried, sliding him the coke and studying his face.

“it’s okay, really. guy jus’ had a couple o’ rings.” he gave her a warm smile.

“okay.. if you say so.” she said, moving to scrub a sticky area of the counter.

“hey.. i was thinkin,” Y/n looked at Johnny as he spoke.

“since you got my name last time i think i should get yours.” he smiled.

“oh really?” y/n teased, leaning over the counter so their faces were inches apart. he blushed scarlet, nodding.

y/n giggles softly.

“sure, Johnny Cade. it’s y/n.” she smiled at him as he handed her a $5

“pretty name.” he complimented with a blush.

“not as pretty as you.” y/n flirted again, taking the $5 and pocketing it.

he just blushed, looking down.

“see you around, Johnny.” y/n smiled, sending a wink his way and walking over to serve another person.

Y/n spent almost every night for the next week working at the drive in. She hadn’t seen Johnny too much - which she’d be lying if she said she didn’t miss. The interactions with the pretty boy had always managed to brighten up her shifts, even if it was mainly her flirting with him. The way his eyes sparkled and his hair shone in the light from the drive-in. The way that his cheeks tinted red every time y/n complimented him.

Y/n was humming to herself, watching some kids play a game of football but with the little paper scraps they had stolen from the booth earlier. It was a slow night. her cheek rested in her hand as she leaned against the counter.

“hey, y/n!” Johnnys voice called out. Y/n whipped around and immediately smiled when she saw his pretty face.

“hey, lover!” she smiled, the playful nickname rolling off her tongue. he laughed slightly before walking up to the counter.

“how are you tonight?” he asked, watching as y/n reached behind the counter.

“oh, you know. slow night.” she smiled, handing him an ice cold coke.

“thanks, y/n.” he smiled, pulling out yet another $5.

“How about i make you a deal?” y/n smiled at him.

he looked intrigued. “i cant make a deal if i dunno what it is. that’s sketchy.” he smirked slightly.

y/n rolled her eyes with a smile.

“you can have the coke on the house tonight.. if you go on a date with me.” she winked, sliding the $5 back to him. his face went red and he looked into her eyes.

“r-really?” he asked with a smile. she nodded.

“i don’t make this offer often.” she said playfully.

“well then i better accept.” he smiled, matching her energy.

“well when works for you, johnny cade?” y/n asked, handing him the coke.

“how ‘bout tomorrow, 7pm, the dingo?” he suggested.

“perfect.” y/n smiled, handing him a slip of paper.

“that’s my number. call me.” she winked, leaning over and gently kissing his cheek. he blushed, watching her walk away and tend to other things.

Total Drama AU, where Heather makes an alliance with Noah and Lindsay, instead of Beth and Lindsay... With Noah being the Brains of the Team, while Heather is the Leader... And Noah slowly gains a soft spot for Lindsay...

*Noah gets to be the schemer that he was always meant to be.

*In their first challenge, Noah knew how to properly build the hot tub and casually tells the others how to do it.

*Heather notices how smart and clever Noah is and decides that making an alliance with him would be perfect.

*Heather makes the alliance with Noah, while they were running for the Stay Awake Challenge, then later she makes the alliance with Lindsay while they were all staying awake.

*Noah compliments Heather for the clever idea of stealing Eva's mp3 player to make the strong girl angry and get kicked off.

*When Noah falls asleep, he ends up platonically cuddling with Lindsay and Heather then he wakes up super embarrassed about it, but Lindsay thinks that sleeping Noah is a cutie.

*During the Dodgeball Challenge, Noah does the sport even though he was terrible at it (which Heather teased him about, while Lindsay gives Noah encouragement), in this story Beth gets eliminated cause she was scared of getting hit in the face and kept running away from the ball (I'm sorry Beth).

*When Heather was angry at Gwen for refusing to accept her leadership and wanted to humiliate her by reading her diary to the world... But Noah quickly tells her that idea is stupid, cause Heather will only gain enemies that would want to eliminate her early... So, Noah came up with a better idea, that would both humiliate Gwen and vote her off the island as a bonus...

*Using his genius intelligence and skills, Noah hacks into the confessional cameras in the outhouse, as well as probably other cameras and gets a lot of Gwen's meaner words... Including the ones where Gwen insults everyone on her team, except for Leshawna and Trent (cause TDI Gwen was a grumpy, goth girl and she was a bit of a jerk sometimes; I'm sorry Gwen, I like your character)... Noah creates a video of all of Gwen's mean words, gives the video to Heather, who shows it to everyone at the talent show...

*Almost everyone turns against Gwen and the poor goth girl gets voted off that night, with only Leshawna, Trent and Cody comforting her... Gwen is touched that Cody forgives her for calling him annoying in the video and they become friends, before she leaves... Heather and Noah are proud of themselves, while Lindsay can't help but feel guilty (even though Gwen had insulted her too)...

*In the Outdoors Challenge, Noah almost immediately knew that the bear was only Izzy in a bear costume... when the actually bear shows up, Noah shares a tree branch with Heather and Lindsay.

*Noah lies about his worst fear being that he has to kiss Heather, causing everyone to laugh at the joke... Chris knows that Noah is lying, but tells Noah to kiss Heather anyway, cause Chris knows that Noah will hate it... Afterwards, both Noah and Heather don't stop using mouthwash until their mouths are numb, while Lindsay playfully teases them about being a cute couple.

*During the Canoe To Another Island Challenge, Noah and Lindsay begin to slowly bond and start becoming actual friends.

*During the Deer Paintball Challenge, Hunter Noah helps Deer Heather find the perfect place to hide and guards Heather, while Lindsay looks for berries for them to eat... Heather then keeps insulting Lindsay (who wasn't there at the moment) which angers Noah to the point where he decides to shoot her with the paintball gun and Heather later grabs Lindsay's gun to shoot him back... They still have the alliance, but Heather had to promise not to insult Lindsay to Noah's face anymore.

*However, while Heather always saw Lindsay as a puppet, Noah instead slowly develops a soft spot for the blonde fashionista... and that soft spot eventually helps Noah become a somewhat better person.

*Lindsay becomes Noah's BFF, instead of Owen.

*During the Cooking Challenge, Noah smirks and does nothing when Leshawna and the others lock Heather in the fridge.

*During the Trust Challenge, Noah and Owen get paired together and they bond quite a bit.

*During Chef's Challenge, Lindsay helps Noah power through the challenges, while Heather taunts Noah for letting his friendship with Lindsay 'make him soft'.

*During the Bike Race Challenge, Noah is proud of Lindsay for standing up to Heather and hugs her... Lindsay gives Noah a platonic kiss on the cheek, before she accepts her elimination and leaves on the boat... After Heather doesn't give up her invincibility to protect Lindsay, Noah breaks up his alliance with Heather.

*Either Noah makes it to the Final Three and defeats Heather in the Triple Dog Dare Challenge (with Owen's help)... or Noah accidentally gets voted off by the eliminated contestants (like what happened to Leshawna in canon), but before that happens, Noah perhaps hacked into Chris's computer earlier and knew about the eliminated contestants possibly voting someone off... and Noah decided to leave written ideas for challenges (like the Triple Dog Dare Challenge) and hope that one of his ideas finally get Heather eliminated (which it does).

*Noah secretly feels a little guilty for being the indirect reason Heather was shaved bald (he felt like that was going a bit too far), so he leaves Heather a wig for her to wear by her resort room's door and Heather doesn't find out who it's from... or does she?

*Lindsay and Beth still become friends at 'Playa De Losers', while Noah still becomes friends with Owen... but Noah and Lindsay are each other's BFF, in this story... Noah and Tyler also get along (since Tyler is dating Lindsay)...

*Lindsay also convinces Noah to properly apologize to Gwen.

MLP Mane 6 - 2024 Human Designs

I've been wanting to re-design my MLP FIM Human designs for a while now, as the previous versions were from 2021-2022, and I really don't like those old designs now. They can still be found on my page, and I won't delete them, but I thought it was about time for an upgrade! (Also in that original batch I did, I never drew AJ, so I'm also making up for that :/ )

And, just to get it out of the way: This is MY own interpretation of the characters. I'm not going against anyone else's designs, and I would hope that no-one would do that for me. They are ponies without specified race or ethnicity, an artist is allowed to interpret them however they want.

Anyway, as for the designs themselves I wanted to include small details about the characters, mostly head canon stuff. I'll run through each of them and give my small commentary on my designs.

Quick Note: Each of the mane 6 are wearing Friendship bracelets, and each matches a specific other character, but that doesn't mean that they value their overall friendships any less. I simply chose the combinations from the episodes I remember those specific two (or more) being in together. But, for the sake of harmony, let's say that they all have bracelets of each other, and simply chose just two to wear to their photo shoot.

Rainbow Dash: I wanted a very tom-boyish/partly sporty look for her. Baggy shirt (probably wearing a sports bra?), athletic shorts, bandages & scrapes (from falling, etc.) and some very nice sneakers. (One of her most prized possessions)

Pinkie Pie: Fun colors and fashion, I wanted her hair to be as wonderfully fluffy and curly as it could be. Also her sandals were so fun to design, I imagine she calls them her "cake shoes".

Twilight Sparkle: Far more subtle in design and colors, but I figure that's what she'd want. Also her hair shape is so fun, I'm so proud of it.

Apple Jack: Actually one of the more detailed designs, but I just had to include everything I thought of. I imagine she's very tanned from her work, but it follows the line of her clothes, and her freckles most often appear there. (I'm not actually sure if that's how freckles work, I'm just assuming :/ ) Also my dad gave me the idea to put her cutie mark on her belt buckle. (I was just gonna do trees or smth, but this is far better)

Rarity: Lots of little details, and attention to detail. Looking at it now, I could've added more white into her design than I did, but I'm okay with her palette. Her hair was my favorite to color :)

Fluttershy: (My favorite) Was a simpler design, like Twilight, but again I think she'd appreciate that. There are some scars on her legs, hands and parts of her face, and I added those as she works with animals, and I'd figure that, although they do listen to her, they are still animals and can get rowdy without warning. And they are fully-healed scars, she's not in pain, her skin just has a lot of story to it. (And you know me, I had to add a bit of Discord's influence in there! I imagine that he made the necklace for her, and although it's strange and doesn't seem to go with any outfit, she loves it dearly.)

notes : i'm back again! honestly, i've been really tired lately. i moved in to my dorm, then it was the first day of school, and now i'm busy training dancing because i have a performance coming up (god bless my soul). and now there's new exchange students from japan that are coming to my school next month. to add up, my classes hasn't even started yet 😭. i'm doing fine though! just need a bit of rest then i'm ok. anyways, this fic is inspired by me cuz i'm a barista myself and i just had to write this down as soon as i thought of this. im quite proud actually and i hope you enjoy this as much as i do! i almost forgot, here's the link for the latte art that sunghoon did in the bonus part of the fic. hope you enjoy!

co-barista!sunghoon who asks you what to do on his first day working as a barista. obviously you started off strong by teaching him how to take orders. you also taught him how to extract espresso shots too! man was so happy and proud when he made his first espresso shots.

co-barista!sunghoon who stresses out while taking orders during lunch rush. rants to you about it as soon as the orders had quiet down. you didn't know why but you find it cute seeing him lowkey panicking while taking the orders. bonus! he also may or may not have mistaken a few orders during the rush.

co-barista!sunghoon who attracts girls in the coffee shop and will sometimes ask for a picture or his number. sales have been going up rapidly ever since he started working.

co-barista!sunghoon who on the next day arrives early and shyly asks you to teach him to make latte art. of course you did but you gave him a heads that it might take him a couple of tries to somehow achieve it.

co-barista!sunghoon who was amazed by your latte art skills and had sparkles in his eyes as soon as he saw the final product. he didn't even know that you could make a swan let alone a penis! of course he was impressed.

co-barista!sunghoon that tries his hardest to impress with his first latte art but fails miserably and makes a lopsided heart instead. of course you reassured him that it was good enough but for him it really wasn't. he really wanted to impress you the way you impressed him. and so, he tried doing it again.

co-barista!sunghoon who accidentally burnt himself while trying to steam the milk and it ended up all over his apron and the floor. you immediately went to get the mop while sunghoon was left alone embarrassed. poor boy just wanted to impress you.

co-barista!sunghoon that you taught how to steam the milk properly and got flustered as you helped him guide his hands to angle the pitcher right. he found it cute how you had to go on your toes because the machine was a bit too high for you to see the milk steaming. he didn't really listen the whole time you were talking but he was damn sure that it made his heart go a bit faster than usual.

co-barista!sunghoon who watched multiple videos on how to make latte art as soon as he went home. though he didn't have any equipment in his apartment complex, he listened carefully and attentively as if it would really affect his grades. he wouldn't admit it but he stayed up until 2am just watching videos on how to improve your latte art and how to steam the milk correctly.

co-barista!sunghoon who clocked in while looking like he was sleep deprived. his under eyes were dark and he looked like he could sleep anytime. you asked if he was doing fine but then he replied, "yeah, don't worry about it. just slept a bit late last night."

co-barista!sunghoon who subtly gets to know you by the playlist that you made for the coffee shop. after about a week of him being a barista, he learned that you like niki a lot, especially her album 'nicole'. what you didn't know is that he secretly scans the coffee shop's spotify to see what you mostly play during your shift. he also has seen you singing the lyrics while making a few orders.

co-barista!sunghoon who asks you out to get food after your shift. you tried to decline thinking that it would waste his time but he insisted it. both of you ended up in a ramen shop just nearby and ordered away.

co-barista!sunghoon who insisted on paying the bills and now the two of you are bickering about it. both of you ended up deciding that you pay the bills. now sunghoon's determined that he'll surely pay the bills next time.

co-barista!sunghoon who asked you out for the second time to roam around town and tell you that it's his treat this time. you'd be lying if you said it didn't make your heart flutter.

co-barista!sunghoon who always waits for you then accompanies you after your shift and will walk with you to your apartment complex. he doesn't care if it's a bit far from where he is, all he needs to know is that you're home safe.

Summary: A 5 year anniversary for you and your boyfriend, and your gift to him needed to be perfect. Recalling all the happy memories you had together, annoying your friend with how in love you were and perfecting you gift to Childe. But was he truly in love with you in the first place?

A/N- When I told my friend this was going to be an angst fic, she was quick to not want it…sooo if this gets enough notes I might consider a part 2. I’m actually semi-proud of this fic! :D Some basic info you’ll need to know about the OC I included is that his name is Zakhar and he’s an electro claymore user apart of the Fatui. He was really only added because I didn’t know the personality’s of any other Fatui well enough to write about…(that would fit in the scenario anyways)

"And you're doing this, why?"

Came a tired voice behind you. You turned and your eyes met those of a dark navy. One of your best friends ever since your boyfriend introduced you to his group. Zakhar.

"Because it's our anniversary!"

You replied, sighing and shaking your head at him as if it was common knowledge. Then again, with how lovey dovey you and your boyfriend usually were, you suppose it is common knowledge in the Fatui. You continued to cut up photos in different shapes and sticking them in a mini scrapbook. You were planning to fill a book with all the memories you had with your boyfriend. You absolutely adored him.

You adored Childe.

You adored Tartaglia.

You.Adored.Ajax.

"Doing all this for Lord Tartaglia seems like it'll take awhile...especially with how perfect you want it to be"

Zakhar speaks, moving to stand next to you and look at your work. He was probably one of the first to find out about yours and Ajax's relationship. You rolled your eyes at him as you continued to perfectly and carefully place all the pictures on the current page.

"It's our 5 year anniversary, of course I want to make it perfect"

"I just think that there's no need to be this obsessed with your gift to him"

He shrugs, crossing his arms. You let out a dramatic gasp as you set down the scissors and yet another couple photos you took with Ajax's. Zakhar looks at you amused but lets out a light chuckle. Picking up the photo you set down he studies it for a moment, and before he could even ask anything, you were quick to explain.

"That's when we first met!"

"You took a photo of when you two only just met?"

"Yes, and it was cute okay!"

You reply, snatching the picture out of his hands with a fake pout, you carefully cut it into a heart. Although you may not believe in love at first sight, you can say that's what you felt when you first met him. Of course it took much longer than that for you to develop feelings for him. You can still remember that day clearly, you had just returned from a trip from Fontaine when you met him and you were more than happy to tell your friend all the details.

"Hey, wait up!"

Came a carefree voice. You turn and are met with blue eyes gazing into your own eyes. You raise your eyebrow at him. You studied his appearance a bit, definitely not clothing you'd see in Liyue, perhaps someone visiting? Still you stopped walking and waited for him to run up to you. He stood beside you and grinned at you.

"Thanks comrade, the names Childe. What's your name?"

"Childe? An odd name but...my names [Name]"

Childe held out a hand to you, urging you to take it, you looked curiously at him but took it anyways. There was something up with the man next to you, but you couldn’t put your finger on it.

“So [Name], fancy hanging out with me for a bit? I’m new to this Nation of Contracts, and~ having such a cutie like yourself being my tour guild would make my stay more bearable no?”

You looked at him for a bit, slightly surprised at the compliment but shrugged it off. You also shrug off that he seemed to be lying about being new to Liyue. Was this his way of flirting?

He stared back and it was clear he was getting nervous after such a long silence.

“Actuallyyy, if you don’t want to you don’t ha-”

“Sure, I have time. But you better make it worth my while”

Childe looked at you for a second then grinned. He pulled out his Kamera and gestured to you to come closer. You looked at him confused and curious, and it seemed he sensed it as he quickly explained he wanted to take a picture to capture this memory.

You laughed softly at the ginger's antics before agreeing, once he took the photo, he handed a copy of the photo to you before running off. Yelling that he’d meet you here the next day at 8.

“That was a cute meeting?”

Zakhar asked judgmentally, looking at you with an almost deadpan expression. He clearly did not find anything about the meeting cute.

“Him failing at flirting and you find that cute?”

You nod matter of factly with a grin, before waving him off. He wasn’t there so how would he know how cute Childes' expression was when he attempted to flirt with you? He wouldn't know how cute it was when his face lit up when you agreed to be his ‘tour guide’.

Zakhar rolled his eyes, his eyes scanned the assortment of photos still around your desk. Ignoring the paper scraps, scissors and stickers also on it. He studied the photos that had yet to be added.

“What’s that one?”

He pointed at a picture of you and Childe. You eyes glanced over at the one he was pointing at and your eyes softened. It was a picture of you and Childe outside a restaurant in Snezhnaya. His arm wrapped around your waist as he grinned at the Kamera, you were covered in his scarf, a bright smile also on your face.

“Our first date, he took me to Snezhnaya and asked me on a date, confessed to me after dinner as well”

“Shouldn’t confessions be before the dinner date?...Wait, wasn't this also after you found out about his actual job?”

“Well…yes actually, it was…but I’ve known Ajax for awhile now that I suppose I didn’t care…and also he confessed before and after the date”

You state a dreamy look in your eyes, ignoring the look on the electro user's face as he pinched the bridge of his nose. Clearly confused at how you were so willing to ignore your boyfriend's occupation. You don’t even notice however, as you recall how the date went.

“[Name]!!”

You turn and see Childe running up to you, you shiver a bit due to the cold and wrap your coat around you more. Smiling at him as he walks over.

He took notice of your shivering and was quick to wrap his scarf around you.

“I’m used to the cold, don’t worry”

He reassured you, before taking your hand and walking with you to a fancy restaurant. You two chatted a bit, and deep down you could tell Childe, or at this point, you knew him as Tartaglia now. He was glad you didn’t seem to care about his status as a Fatui Harbinger.

Though in all honesty, you also wondered how you didn’t figure it out quicker. Especially after finding out what he did in Liyue. Then again you were in Fontaine when it all happened and no one was talking about it when you came back.

Eventually you arrive at the restaurant, and Tartaglia, like the gentleman he is, opened the door for you and even pulled out a chair for you to sit on when you both entered.

The dinner was amazing, and Tartaglia was more than happy to pay, as you two walked out. He walked you home, or atleast to the hotel you were staying at. And as you arrived, he was about to turn and leave. “Wait, Tartaglia”

He turned and hummed in response, you took out your own Kamera and held it up.

“Can we…take a picture?”

He chuckled a bit and walked over, wrapping his arm around your waist and grabbing your Kamera.

“A picture to remember our first date? You’re rather cute aren’t you love?”

He speaks, placing a kiss on your forehead before snapping a picture of the two of you, however you don’t miss the soft voice of his as he mutters.

“I love you”

“Oi…Oi!”

Came a voice that snapped you out of your thoughts. Fingers snapping in front of you also brought your attention back to your friend who’s been trying to gain your attention after you started daydreaming.

Your cheeks flushed embarrassed as you scratched the back of your head with a small smile.

“Sorry-”

“Whatever, are you nearly done now? Childes meeting with the other harbingers should be finished soon, then you can give him your gift”

Zakhar states, crossing his arms, eyeing the remaining pictures. Your eyes widened in surprise and glanced at the clock. He was right, you better finish soon if you wanna meet with Ajax after his meeting. He was bound to be tired.

After a bit of begging you managed to convince Zakhar to help you finish the scrapbook. Once it was completed you hugged the book to yourself and happily walked alongside Zakhar to the Fatui headquarters.

“Did I tell you the day I met Ajax's family?”

“Please stop getting all nostalgic-”

“Well!”

You completely ignored his wishes as you started telling him about the day. How his siblings instantly loved you, his parents took a bit to warm up to you, helping with dinner and the proud face Ajaxs had when he watched you get along with his family.

This was the day you learnt of his real name. He allowed you to call him by Ajax, which should’ve been probably something that’s to be expected when you’re dating someone. Yet you felt so honoured he trusted you enough with said name.

You continued talking about what happened when you stayed with Ajax's family for a week. The crafts you made with his younger siblings, the talks you had with his older siblings and the uneasy tension you had with his parents before they warmed up to you. How you two shared a bed. It was clear you were very in love with Ajax. And it was also clear Zakhar was growing tired of it.

“And then-”

“Shhh”

He put his hand over your mouth to stop you from speaking any more. Using a free hand he rubs his temples and looks at you before gesturing that you’ve arrived. You were so caught up with your retelling of memories you didn’t realise you talked about it all the way to the front door of the Harbingers meeting room.

You patiently waited outside, the scrapbook still hugged to your body as you waited for everyone to file out of the room. As the Harbingers left, some ignored you while others gave you a nod of acknowledgement. Ajax was the last to walk out, wearing his large coat.

“Ajax!”

Your eyes didn’t fail to see how he winced as you called out to him. You weren’t being too loud were you? You shake your head, he was probably tired from the meeting.

You walked up to him and were about to hand over the scrapbook when Ajax glared at you.

“What are you doing here [Name]?”

He asked, his tone differed from his usual carefree ones. And it definitely didn’t escape yours or Zakhars attention.

“I…wanted to see you…it’s our anniversary?”

“Right…our anniversary…”

Ajax speaks, nodding. He seems lost in thought, you were about to speak up when he raised a hand to stop you.

“[Name], I think we should break up”

“...Sorry?”

Ajax looked at you, it was clear to you that he wasn’t joking. Did you do anything to make him want to break up with you? Now that you recall, he was starting to get distant since a week ago.

“I…have no use for you anymore…look, I’m not going to continue dragging this relationship on when I never had any feelings for you…you were simply…”

“A pawn in chess?”

Zakhar asks, raising an eyebrow as he walks over to the two of you, having listened in. Ajax pauses before slowly nodding, going to explain more.

“[Name] was…a key to get information on someone that made enemies with us…”

“And you thought the best way to do that was to pretend you liked them? To act as if you two were a happy couple. I don’t mean to judge Lord Tartaglia but that doesn’t seem like a good reason”

You stood there for a bit, clutching the scrapbook in your hands still as Ajax and Zakhar argued. Your mind was trying to process.

So Ajax just came up to you so he could get information on an enemy of the Fatui?

So Tartaglia only took you on a date to act like he truly loved you, so that you trusted him?

So Childe only brought you to meet with his family to act like he trusted you.

Your lips thinned as you dropped the scrapbook and ran off, gaining the attention of the 2 Fatui members.

“[Na-”

“You have no right to try and call after them now”

Zakhar glared, before running after you. Due to being in the Fatui for a while, he easily caught up to you, finding you crying. And although he wasn’t all too good at comforting someone, he still took you back home and tried his best to calm you down. Taking care of you until you fell asleep.

Meanwhile with Childe, his eyes glanced at the book you dropped, picking it up he flicked through it and felt his heart clench. You made a book filled with the memories you had with him, a book meant to show all the happy times you had with him.

Yet it was only a book of lies now.
