Eren was sound asleep until you yanked the blanket he was resting in away from his body.
He jolted up, wide awake ''Y/N, what the hell are you doing?!'' he yelled out.
'You're a dirty fucking liar, Eren! You've been screwing around with Mikasa? Are you fucking serious?''
Eren's brows furrowed and his nose flared up.
''fine. I admit—ive been cheating, I can't STAND being around you! Every time around I'm around you I just think to myself, 'Who the fuck does this girl think she is?' You are so fucking boring Y/N!'' Eren's words hit you hard, leaving you speechless. The room fell silent as the weight of his confession hung in the air.
Eren stood up slowly and mumbled under his breath ''I'm sorry. I'll leave.''
He took what he could and left your guys' shared apartment.
Leaving you alone. Surrounded by darkness and the echoes of his hurtful words.

Sorry for the ramble in your inbox incoming- I'm a really huge fan of your analysis type posts like the ones about Cathal and recently Flint ;A; So I hope its ok to maybe throw in my own 2 cents about Cogs/their society- (Sorry this gets rambly I thought about this last night and writing this like an hour after waking up lol)
I think what alot of people kind of (I wouldnt say ignore- more of:) don't really get is that I dont believe characters like Cathal or Flint have bad tendencies because they really want to in a way, (I kind of worded that poorly but point is) but because their society rewards and encourages that type of behavior. I think you said something kind of similar on Cathals post- But especially for Flint, whose a Bossbot (Who are literally the embodiment of a toxic workplace and elitism. I believe a old snippet from the TTO magazines says "They have no real skills of their own, just the ability to push down others and stay on top!" Or something to that nature.) he has to be demanding and imposing. There is no benefit to him in being kind. (Like looking at Misty for example) And don't get me wrong I don't believe that if Flint and Cathal were removed from Cog society they'd be better/objectively nicer (Like Flint not being condescending to Toons and Cathal not making people do things for him and being encouraged to try) But I do wonder how much of it is pressure, or how much of it is egged on and rewarded. Atleast in the aspects it relates to how they treat others.
(..And also I wonder what happens to Cogs that don't get jobs and are seen as ..not functioning. Since Graham was freaking the hell out in "Meeting Of Two Minds" over the possibility of not getting the job. I have a whole thing about this actually in my oc lore but thats another thing entirely I'll write about someday I swear)
Also I gasped when I saw the doodle of Graham in the MSI shirt finally a MSI listener Graham truther. I think he'd like the album "How I Learned To" and of course "You'll Rebel To Anything". I associate him mainly with the songs "Lights Out", "On It", and "You're No Fun Anymore" :p (This has been my favorite band since I was like 13 and now I get to spill all my opinions xD) I always imagined him doing the guitar backbend their bassist does! And my final hc is that Flint plays bass and Graham plays the main guitar. I think it fits them .. some people overlook bass when its actually pretty hard to learn from what I hear and vital to the song. (Like heres Feel Good Inc w/o the bass.. feels wrong x_x)

THe biggest issue with Cogs Inc is that it REWARDS and ENCOURAGES these poor behaviors, worsening these characters as people. ESPECIALLY cathal considering the position of power they’re in. I’m sure it applies to a ton of other cogs too, but unfortunately I haven’t gotten to them yet bc I’m not as insane abt them . LMAO
And yeah since cogs are literally built for work, it’s a wonder what happens to those who can’t find a job as easily as others. Hoping that gets built on since it’s clear in MOTM that these cogs have to actually apply and go to interviews and probably face some trial and error to land a job, just like people IRL.
ALSO. THE BAND HCS. I love it and you’re SOOOO RIGHT about the backbend that is so grahamcore. And yes I’m pretty sure Flint does play bass, I think his creator mailman said smth abt that on their blog . AND IM SO GLAD YOU BROUGHT UP FEEL GOOD INC bc i did draw flint in a demon days shirt in that same animatic . And ive def drawn them in the same shirt a couple times in the past too . I’ve always imagined him to be a Gorillaz fan, maybe graham too

Im taking this as a chance to finally ramble abt her anyways so Janet's core inspo when designing her was to avoid 2 key things. Don't make her like Immortal & Th Restless's Clara (due to clara representing michael, not mrs afton, so i wanted to avoid that), and don't base her too heavily off of Ballora. I still have ties to Ballora's character (a music-based theme, blue-centric colour palette, im sure there were more basic ideas but everything else is more hc than themes to keep up) due to my hc thingy of each Funtime having ties to William's wife + kids, but yknow.
But yeah. Funky lady who played bass guitar + did backup vocals in a band during her high school and college years. Literally her and William dating can be summed up by "Seriously, what do you see in that guy?!" "He makes me laugh." bc she was and is WAY out of his goddamn league. Not just bc of the whole serial killer thing he was just an even bigger loser in college. Normal people dont develop a crush on a woman after she nearly breaks your nose and makes you bleed, William /j
But yeah uhh. I also dont like the idea of her being absent or neglectful purely because I got way too attached to her (i was originally gonna do that just to make things easy for myself but. Pretty lady,,, I am a very simple lesbian what can i say) so like. She obviously wasnt the greatest, most fantastic mom to ever exist given she was kinda maybe sorta well aware William was making some weird fucking clowns, but like. Hey. She tried. Also side note my reasoning for her being absent during the whole. Yknow. '83 event (and just evan's bday in general) is bc Evan + Elizabeth are twins and Elizabeth demanded a girls-only trip for her bday, and Janet promised Evan she'd do something just as special for him when she got back. That never happened bc he died lmao loser /j
But yeah uhh. Shes got a lot of regrets. Wishes she coulda done a lot of things better. Kinda dies with those regrets. Ive seen people say that one of fnaf's charms is that no character is 100% good and i LOVE that, and wanted to keep it up with Janet. Good mom and overall a good person, however made some bad decisions along the way and whatnot.
Im still working out specifics (ive been slowly working on a lil private fic abt her and william meeting + their early relationship) but uhhh. Minor notes that dont get their own paragraphs is that William sampled her voice for Ballora so yay easy voice claim, she had an on and off relationship with her band's lead singer (her name's Bev), her birth name is actually Janice Schmidt but if you call her Janice she'll knock at least 2 of ur teeth out, she's a runaway teen and got adopted by this older couple bc her home life kinda sucked (idk specifics yet), and also girlie has an extensive criminal record of minor angsty teen type charges. Also teen Mike dying his hair and then 2020's Michael's hairstyle are both kinda references to Janet's hair because he wnated to look less like his father. Thats all ty. you could definitely read wilson as sympathetic (i guess....once again i barely remember batdrs storyline other than vague feelings of frustration) (EDIT: ty for the replies for reminding me that he REALLY ISNT THAT SYMPATHETIC hes just got some family issues and has acted like This for decades) and i dont think he's wholly evil but like. the way he acts is for a reason. his job in the story is to make the ladies/players Uncomfortable.
(note that this ISNT about his appearance. i know that there was some criticism when the game first came out about making the disabled old guy the creepily uncomfortable villain, and that's not what im talking about. put any grown man in place of his canon appearance and IM SURE THE CHARACTER'S REACTIONS WOULD BE SIMILAR)
both protags being female and being made uncomfortable by him is something that im SURE WASNT AN ACCIDENT. i have been in their shoes. im certain a lot of feminine (and not exclusively either) people around the world have been in their shoes. it reflects something that happens in real life and to me thats PART OF THE HORROR. you don't know how much i was SQUIRMING when i was playing batdr because oh god i felt audreys trepidation and i was impressed with how calm she was being in that situation. its about the power imbalance. its about being a woman alone (or alone enough) with a man. its about A LOT OF FACTORS
anyways i probably didnt word this perfect but at the end of the day wilson serves a purpose in the story and oftentimes that purpose is to make our ladies UNDERSTANDABLY uncomfortable. its not about how he looks, its about how he acts

Hi!! I saw your MK mystery swap and was going through the doc and saw the red eye Jake is not to be featured? I haven’t been back to this fandom in a long while so I’m not aware if Jake having the red eye depicts him seriously wrong..?
Hi! Totally no worries, it’s something that’s become pretty ubiquitous and widespread and on platforms where there’s less discussion or talk ab it it’s not as, well, talked about!
Essentially, giving Jake the red eye is harmful for a mix of reasons, all generally tying into that it contributes to the idea of him being sinister or evil or “other” in some way. From what I know the trend of it started from a mix of those in more anime-art communities giving it to him (as a shorthand/visual of him being more sinister, violent, unhinged, etc) and then people either followed that after seeing it enough or went with it off the behind the scenes image showing Oscar as Jake wearing some kind of dark contact. Whatever the reason, it has a whole lot of connotations in the end that aren't great.
From the start its a differentiation detail thats not needed. It's not canon, and Jake is probably the system member with the most visual cues to indicate Its Him (hat, mustache, gloves or jacket, etc.). From there we get into implications and connotations. The one red eye is often used or helps to imply something off or sinister, most often seen in extra violent/"evil" or bloody art of Jake, or as a visual to make him seem out of place or like he's hiding something. It's a glare, a twinge of villainy or “madness” etc. And even if that is not the intent when giving it to him (I’ve seen plenty of art that’s chill and fine where it’s a choice that’s been made) it's easy to have it be read that way anyway, as that is not only the culture that has grown around it on a larger scale, but as a visual shorthand it still gives him an offputting feature that separates him from the others for no real reason. Why does he have it? What does it mean? Why is he the one given it and for what reason, etc.
In the end it all overall contributes to the wider view or stereotype of him as the "evil alter,” again, even if the depictions of him with it do not do that intentionally. Jake is the outsider, the one with madness in his eye, with some kind of hidden violence. It also can contribute to some antisemitic stereotypes, depicting a Jewish man with a sinister feature or the "evil eye,” especially if tying into his shooting of Harrow as some “unhinged” thing instead of rightful revenge.
This post and the additions and discussion below go further in depth on certain things and have points of view from others as well, but overall it’s just something better to avoid as it’s not needed as a detail and has become a wider hallmark of evil alter Jake depictions in fandom (similar to only giving MCU!Jake the nose bandage, perpetuating that he’s the one in the Duat scene with the broken nose, which can b blurrier but I can also talk ab if needed!) so it’s better to steer clear of!
But not knowing about it before is not a bad awful “you suck” thing, again, it’s extremely widespread due to a bunch of different factors, and if you don’t know you don’t know! Tumblr is also the main space I’ve seen any mentions or discussion of it happening due to the blogging nature. I hope this helps and if you have further Q’s I’m happy to answer as well :-)

tid: idk i feel like this could be a rogue Sophie/gideon or cecily/Gabriel moment. or wessa with jem existing too. who really knows but all of the above i would enjoy <3
tlh: um maybe hopefully plz thomas and Alastair we barely got to see them actually be a couple I feel like so that would be fun. I would also love a luciejesse or herondaisy moment <3
tmi: um well OBVIOUSLY this is what I’m most excited for because i have a normal attatchment to the characters of the mortal instruments. ANYWAY i want sizzys proposal in full detail. we got the clace and the malec ones give them the lovely proposal that i deserve to read. pay them RESPECT. i would also looooove a clace story like any at all. i love and miss them dearly. I would also love a malec story with the kids bc we have literally hardly seen into their family life after they got Rafael but maybe that’s what tec3 is for idk cassandra doesn’t acknowledge its existence. but also if they’ve had two books I’m not exactly sure if she’s writing more about them. DO NOT GET ME WRONG!!! I would loooooove more malec content im not an IDIOT but like idk. but also they’re fan favorites so i just don’t know. im trying to see into cassandra’s mind and it’s not working. i would also actually drop dead to the floor and cease to exist if it was centered around the tmi gang as a whole going on a date night all together triple date moment!!! tda: well Cassandra’s use of the word throuple makes me assume it’s a safe bet to think one of them will be kierarktina but there’s also the delusional thought that she’s talking about herongraystairs. so idk abt that but yeah kierartina. a Diana and Gwyn moment would also be like somewhat shocking but fun and fresh. idk there’s not that many tda couples tbh. emma and Julian already got their moment in sobh and i don’t wanna read about them so I’m hoping it’s not them. idk
misc: the thing is i feel like this project is very ambiguous bc the theme is just live and romance so it could be anything like people who were never officially couples. unrequited love is fun. kit and ty moment. but also they’re the focus of twp so im just not gonna go there and Cassie may not either. i was also thinking abt this and a malcolm and annabelle story would be reallyyy interesting. also they don’t really fit into one specific series but they’re around in tec,tmi and tda bc they’re awesome i would LOVE a Helen and aline centered story like tell me about their time on wrangel island because we know next to nothing about that seemingly important place and what the hell goes on there. and helen and aline get fuck all in these books. anyway. that’d be a good time. also like. she said there may be some spice . but like i want love confessions and silly goofy character moments and actual stories not just characters going at it yk. so liek what are the vibes here cassandra…
