Or would the Tsaritsa steal her away first, being the ruler and all, and only let the Empress go to the others after she's thoroughly satisfied 🤔
The Tsaritsa always goes first! High ranking Fatui members always get the first pick, so the Tsaritsa and female Harbingers gets to have Empress all to themselves to play with her till they’re fully spent. Which, btw, might take a long time because the Tsaritsa’s, Arlecchino’s, Signora’s, Columbina’s and Sandrone’s stamina is very, very long 😭
By the time the Empress has spent the night in the Tsaritsa’s chambers being passed around like a blunt between the Harbingers, the tired Tsaritsa is looking for more of a “show” while she rests. So once the Empress shows signs of recovery, she summons her lower Fatui women (the Cicin Mages, the Mirror Maidens, the Operatives) and allows them to have a go at the beautiful, extraordinarily rare Empress <3
Basically, the female Fatui Harbingers + The Tsaritsa only let the lower goons play with you once their turn is done. After that, they all like to watch as you get passed around while they recover from the orgy they just had with you moments prior.
