This is a phrase I just heard from Dnd shorts that captures perfectly why I often try to make the effort of commenting on posts and telling people that I enjoy their work and why Even to small creators, I advice everyone to make the extra effort to tell them, I can guarantee it makes all the difference in the world, it's not cringy or obnoxious, it'll just brighten someone's day

Sometimes I forget people go out on Saturday night because I work Sunday mornings.

A group of very drunk girls walked by and were whooping so loudly the neighbour’s dog came out to bark at them, causing them to scream. Thought it was enough to get them to quiet down, but no, now they’re baby talking the dog... who is still barking.

I’m not yet thirty, but I feel so old...

#i moved to a quieter neighbourhood because i was too close to downtown #and people in the city apparently go out every night of the week #and i lived off an alleyway #my new place in a quieter side street #but every now and then a very loud group of young people decides to walk down my street on their way between the busier main roads #and it's totally fine #but they're a lot of people out tonight #and the dog's not having it #and he's really reactive #but no one is taking him inside #he is a very large dog #and very loud #i work six days a week and i just want a little peace and quiet
