My OCs are probably the final point of trust I can offer someone. Like they have become my acid test in relationships. I've only had a few friends who knew I had OCs in the past, and maybe cared enough to at least know one or two of their names or at least recognize them when I draw them, but I hope to someday actually meet someone who I can talk about my OCs to without feeling like I'm being judged.

But so far, every time I test those waters in conversation, it springs up all the other person's red flags and I instantly know right away to keep them at arm's length. If someone thinks they care enough about me to want to know get close to me, they should know that my OCs play a HUGE part of my private life that I don't reveal to just anyone, and are on my mind for the the majority of my time. These characters are all parts of me whether the person likes it or not. And to reject that makes me think they never really cared at all, they only liked the facade I put on otherwise to appear "normal" to other people.

But Idk how to tell people that outright without sounding like a creepy weirdo either. So maybe I should just accept the fact that I am, in fact, a creepy weirdo. :(

to be honest, I think naming the main character of Gushing Over Magical Girls Utena, as in Revolutionary Girl Utena, is a fucking *inspired* choice. Like, yes, put your smut on the same level as high art. Dare us to evaluate it against such a thematically rich juggernaut of a story. The sheer confidence to invite that comparison is one thing, but the fact that it actually kind of works is another beast entirely. After all, both Utenas are young lesbian magial girls struggling with a desire for power, and wondering whether they're attracted to other girls in the right way. I'm not saying Utena Tenjou would definitely be into BDSM, but she canonically has some complex feelings about power dynamics. The more I rotate this parallel in my mind, the more I think it works, actually.

There's a sequel about angels based on the seven virtues, but it didn't catch my interest as much as the first one.

If you're real desperate, I hear there's a good lesbian couple in Prison School. It's mostly about straight guys committing various infractions and getting punished by a scary bdsm lady, but the women are genuinely pretty well written, and later it turns out the bdsm lady is a lesbian, and she doesn't get any less hypersexual about it.

Now, I won't say any of these are GOOD shows, but they do feature weird lesbians putting each other in contrived horny scenarios.
