one time on another platform when i was super new to self shipping i was like. how can you believe your f/o loves you back? and someone replied “don’t they bring you comfort? that is their love for you”

self shipping is amazing because i can have a terrible day, come home, get in bed and think about my f/o for a bit and my stress is suddenly lifted and i feel so much better. my imagination is healing my brain and that's beautiful.

I want to reverse the role for my comfort character or f/o. I want to make them feel loved, special, and appreciated. I want to hold them close and tell them how much they mean to me. I want to spend time with them and allow them to open up and trust me. I want to support them when times get hard and celebrate with them when things are greater than they've ever been. I want to be my f/o's safe space, I want to show them true comfort and acceptance, because they deserve it.

your f/o likes your body hair btw.

they like you belly hair/happy trail, your hairy legs and thighs, you hairy arms, your hairy face, your chest hair, even if you have back hair or any hair in places most people wouldn't expect to see hair on.

if you choose not to shave, they don't care and encourage you to keep it if it makes you comfortable and/or you cant be bothered. they'll rub the hairy parts of your body, liking how fuzzy/soft/scruffy it is. they won't flinch or be disgusted if they touch it. they won't care if they feel it on their face or any other part of their body.

if you DO shave it, they'll help you with it, getting parts that'd usually be too difficult to reach and fully shave. they'll help make everything even and clean. and after you've washed up they'll put their cheeks on the newly shaved spots and feel the fuzziness tickle them and it'll make their heart flutter hard

So I've been reading @matrixbearer2024 's fantastic "Get Off My Screen!" series and I had this horrible idea. If Vox is connected to Y/N's computer in some capacity, would he be able to hear whatever music we happen to be listening to? And if he happens to be passively connected to our computer in the background or something, and forgot to, say, turn off that connection or something, would he end up accidentally playing whatever song we would happen to be listening to on his own speakers? Needless to say, if I were Y/N, this would happen at the very least, more than once.
