Waaa~ I'm excited for May!! Tbh, I've abandoned ALL (literally) of my school assignments and other work because of my severe unmotivatedness (I'm sorry for making up words lol). I've been bed-rotting for the entire week. Idk what happened to me, but I'm glad that one of my friends called me to hang out today, so I finally summed up the endless bed-rotting phase lol.

Typically during the summer I tend to push myself further to be better, especially because my birthday is in the fall. So I use this time as a time for change for the mew year of my life. This summer my life is packed with a city internship, a paid SAT camp, my job, working out, and coding practice.
With all this it’s easy for anyone to get burnt out and overwhelmed, including me. So to stop myself from getting burnt out I try to balance everything out by planning ahead of time with a calendar app so I dont have to remember everything off the top of my head. Using a calendar really helps me to keep everything in track. Its also good for progress tracking and remembering the past.
I place every event I plan or am invited to on the calendar and I check it in the morning and the evening. A common complaint I hear about calendar planning is that people try to stick it like it’s God’s word. It's not, the calendar is not a strict law, it's flexible, and it's a guide to help accomplish your goals and deadlines. If something comes up that is not easily changeable like a doctor's appointment at a time when you planned on going to the gym, move your gym schedule for that day only either earlier in the day or later, or you can even skip it entirely, though I wouldn't recommend doing it often. It all depends on what works best for you, your goals, and what you want to achieve.
