work has been WAY less dreadful lately and i feel like im finally connecting with my coworkers because im not as shy & ive gotten more comfortable there and feel more adult in general but idk i think im just feeling down or something because i just cried about not being able to find a clean bowl in this stupid house i haven’t eaten since lunch and theres nothing here that i want/ wont make my stomach hurty except soup and thats going to be so unsatisfying its so dumb but i AM dreading work tmrw we have a meeting which always makes me insane anxious i hate being trapped in a room and having to sit there and not be visibly anxious have to appear cool calm collected but not trying to throw up at the same time like im gonna be anxious all day which means i wont eat much because im afraid of puking and then ill feel worse because im hungrys im going to rip my skin off AHHHHHH!!!! <- thats me screaming

#i FINALLY was able to take my old center console out of my car and put in the one i dug from a junkyard#its SO MUCH BETTER LOOKING ITS ALL TOGETHER AND EVERYTHING HAHA#i broke my last one when i got rly angry and screamed and i punched the dash so naturally uhh#the center console bezel broke#and then it just kept breaking the more i fucked it up#now it's refreshed YAYYY#altho i gotta take it apart again to get into where the stickshift is cuz umm#theres a LOT of coins around the stick connecting to the transmission lol#like. a lot. it also needs a lil internal cleaning#but ill get there eventually#for now IT JUST LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AND WHOLE AGAIN AHHHHHHHHH#it took a Long Time (hours lol) because i didnt wanna fuck anything up and um#there were complications in the form of plastic that needed to be figured out#it all worked out tho YAY AHH omfg sry so excited#its been years since i had a NICE CENTER A/C CONSOLE AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH#fuckin accomplishment fr#i gotta swap my stickshift bezel out too bc i pulled a way nicer one from the junkyard but i gotta disconnect the cig lighter#n idk how to yet im scared ill break it#but >:) all in due time#AHHHHH YAY#hehe#txt#voxxrambles#SUCH A GOOD DAY#toyota corolla#my car tag has now been created >:)#actually its so funny#the console replacement took longer for me than it does to literally change brakes and oil AND calipers combined i swear#at least it felt that way

Hope im not bothering you and I dont know if this had been talked about before on your blog but I was really really curious about your opinion on something. I know we have to take a grain of salt when it comes to actors interview cause they don't write the show but what are your thoughts on Ryan using neutral gender pronouns when talking about Eddie's possible futur relationships? (Using partner and themselves instead of girlfriend or herself when he has been until the marisol break up very much explicit with using lots of femal pronouns concerning Eddie's love interest and relationships)
Like I said I know Ryan most likely isn't aware of much for season 8 but its very likely that some stuff must have been talked about and I dont want to be that buddie shipper but to me it's screams that it has been talked about, and I'm not saying it has been confirmed among themselves but with him using gender neutral it screams so loud that at least buddie has been talked about. Sorry that was long but its been wracking my brain and I really wanted your opinion cause honestly I love being one of your avons cause you are always lovely and sweet and formulate very lovely responses (thank you so much btw cause I really really love when you answer me ❤️)

so I wanna do a little trip/photo dump of my latest jeffy adventure. I may delete this who knows but for now, adventures below!
I tbh wasn't at my best during this trip, I had a bit of a not fun ocd episode while traveling and I do feel like I spent most of the trip trying to get back to my baseline okayness - so to my lovely friends and travel partners thanks for being awesome and treating me with kindness!! I really, really appreciated it 💖💖
okay now time for obnoxious trip slideshow haha
chiang rai was beautiful. we went to an insanely gorgeous garden cafe on the first day
on the second, we went to the white and blue temples
btw I love doing street photography so 2 of my favs from chiang rai:

tbh by the time Jeff was onstage I'd been standing around since 2pm (he got on stage...at 10pm 😭) the things We Do for Barricade. I was soooo sweaty and frazzled by then
it was a very cool set up tho! it was a little music festival, lots of food/etc, and they lit up hot air balloons over our heads
we saw a few performers and slot machine!! who were right before jeff. finally got to see them live and ohmygod did they pop off!! at one point they were in front of us just tearing up the stage for ages, they threw guitar picks at us haha (I did not catch one lol)
and then jeff.....look we all know how that went down
but here's a screenshot of when he Looked at me the first time and i fucking realized if I can see them.....they can see me. no??? jfc i think i like super reacted, flailed backwards a bit I think. i prefer to not beobserved okay?? but anyway and that's why he came for my throat later i believe. demon
then look after jeff it was just jumpscare after jumpscare, bumping into his band member at midnight in our hotel lobby (all the musicians and sound crew were having a big drinking party on the steps of the hotel. jeff wasn't there tho) and then the next morning bumping into rasika checking out etc etc
okay some of my fits on the trip! day 1, then jeffy day and the next travel day, which ended up being the Day we followed Jeff and his team around at the airport, unintentionally
each of these in front of the cupboard nowhere near as good as jeffs lol
some of the treasures i got at the show! these are mainly bread's amazing creations. @patpran thank you so much i adore my jeffy cat stickers ;.;
also (made by another fan) the jeffy pop socket i'm screaming,,,,,should i put it on my phone..
okay now bkk!! i got a few street shots cause i love doing that
then witnessed jeff on the bts and found some cat pants
and went plus size shopping at platinum mall. i knew about the names before hand but oh my god im laughing
and then!!! bang sue junction, which is mile and apo's fav hang out spot for vintage shopping. sadly we didn't bump into them. but it was such an awesome place to explore
we also wrote a lil letter each and wrapped up some presents to send to jeff. i would like to say it takes 2+ ppl to puzzle out a thailand post box and how to put it together (and there was only 2 of us at that point lol ;.;)
okay i was gonna add more but that's heaps, i think. despite my brain being frazzled 24/7 on this trip it was a good one. thank you so much to @patpran who showed me all the cool places and was a very lovely travel partner!!! you were awesome!!!
i'm honestly so grateful i got to go, and have these experiences ahhhhh, i'm gonna treasure it (sorry post trip emo-ness) anyway i gotta get back to work now but, if you've read this far, you're a star haha <3

I watched the Storyteller version of Sapsorrow and knew it sounded familiar! I read "The Magic Fish" by Trung Le Nguyen. It's a graphic novel about a young Vietnamese boy struggling to come out to his friends and parents, particularly because they're immigrants and he feels they might not understand. His mother and him bond over fairy tales and there are three main tales in the novel that are used thematically, the first is Tattercoats (i.e; Sapsorrow), the second is a Vietnamese story Tâm Cám, and the third is the little mermaid. The Tattercoats story is a little different than the Sapsorrow Storyteller version or your version, but the art is beautiful I seriously recommend the book from the art alone (and if not the art, the Vietnamese fairy tale is kind of like Cinderella at the beginning but so interesting and full of plot twists).
I have to thank you for introducing me to Storyteller though, I'm gonna have fun looking at all their other retellings.
Oh my goodness, I know The Magic Fish! I haven't read that one in years!! Thank you for reminding me it exists, sweet snail. I adore it.
Of the Storyteller Series (1988), I have littered some of the plot points in several others.
Remember Me: (Shanks x Bride!Reader), I had "the true bride" in mind. Particularly her apprehension at having her hair touched. In the story in that case, it was a promise to not let another person kiss their cheek - in mine it was a sweep of the hair.
Drawing inspiration from things that impact your heart is so much fun. Makes it all the more real, in my humble opinion.

He has to perform a series of storytelling adventures and present them towards the court for a hundred days. On the hundredth day, he has come up with nothing. What will he do?

He will only reveal himself to his wife at night, cursed as a monster within the hours of daylight. She wants to break him of this curse, but has no knowledge to help him.
The Three Ravens - Sanji
Just imagine Sanji desperately crying out for his love to grace him with the sound of her voice, begging her to say something to aid in her defence - bound to the stake and threatened with death if she does not speak. Ahhhhh. Screaming.

You are dreaming again, but this dream compared to your usual dreams of unicorns,rainbows and ever flowing ice cream was different.. The bodies of sinners and exterminators littered the harsh red land around you, staining the ground with a mix of their blood. This heightened your fears until you heard a familiar voice in the distance. You quickly ran as fast as your little legs could carry you until you finally spotted the person you were looking for. Just around the corner, your papa stood, beaten and furious, shouting at the wicked sinners. Daddy's anger was unpleasant, and just as you were going to call out to him, you noticed something that made you scream in horror.
A gleam passed through Papa, and you watched as his life faded away. When he went down on his knees, his gaze locked with yours, but as he fell forward and hit the ground, lifeless, you screamed at the top of your lungs, "PAPA NO!" while thunder crashed.”
You awaken with a jolt sitting up you quickly survey your surroundings realizing you were no longer in that scary place but you were back in your cozy nursery but none of that mattered at the moment instead your eyes watered up the tears streaming down your face as you began let out loud cries of distress those heart-wrenching sobs becoming lip wobbling sniffles when the door to the nursery opened revealing your very exhausted papa dressed in his blue bathrobe with gold edges upon it. When he came to the crib, you immediately raised your arms to him. His ashen brown hair was slightly messy from sleep, but he had a worried expression on his face. He quickly picked you up and nestled you in his arm. “Hey, hey.. What's the matter, little shining star? Is it another nightmare?
Shhh..... Papa is present.. Papa is present.. Let your tears fade away, my little star. I've got you.” Adam let out a loud yawn as he carried you out of the nursery whispering soothing words as you both made your way down the dimly lit hallway his pace only stopped when he spotted Lute coming out of her room in her panda bear pajamas sucking on her matching pacifier rubbing her eyes but Adam just let out a soft sigh before grabbing the others hand as he passed by and lead you both back into his bedroom.
"Come along, my little ones.. time for all good little angels to be in bed asleep...No more nightmares, for I will protect you both.” In that moment, as the three of you passed from the hallway into your papa’s room to go back to bed, you felt safe, but you had a strange inkling that the dream from before was not so much a dream but you deal with that in the morning after some pancakes…
