OMG YES YEP SO CUTE. I changed the wording a little because I felt like it wasn't QUITE something Marc would say, but it's the same point coming across. I hope you like it! - also I did gn! Reader since there's no smut so that didn't really matter.

Marc had been so kind to set up a beach day for the two of you. He didn’t always get excited about doing things like that so it was nice on the few days he was feeling mentally up to it. You had a feeling it had something to do with the new bathing suit you bought the day prior, but you would take what you could get.
Getting him to join you in the water wasn’t as impossible as you thought it would be. All it took was some well timed batting of your lashes and a pout that made his knees buckle. He didn’t go in far with you, but just far enough for him to stand and let you hold on to his shoulders and float there easily. He leaned over and kissed you.
“You know I hate coming to the beach.” He said, giving you a little smirk, “but I love seeing you in that bathing suit.”
You giggled as Marc hungrily kissed at your neck, “Marc, we’re in public.”
He ran his hands over your sides, “no one will see us, c’mon baby.”
You tugged out of his grip and swam away, hearing him shout your name from behind. You splashed the water toward him with your feet as you moved to shore. You could swim faster than him, but once you were on land, all bets were off. It was an all out chase, and he wasn’t far behind you.
“Gotcha.” He wrapped his large arms around your waist and lifted you while you laughed incessantly.
“Let me go!” You giggled.
He laughed too as he put you back on the ground. You turned around to look him in the eyes, they seemed to sparkle in the sunlight. He stared at you, smirk tugging at the corners of his lips. You thought he would lean in and kiss you, but he didn’t, he just watched, admiring you.
“Why are you staring at me?” You felt the heat rising to your cheeks.
“I just want to remember your smile forever, burn it into my memory.” He pressed his lips together into a line, realizing how corny that was.
You furrowed your brow, “you’re such a dork.”
Marc let out a heavy sigh, “I know.”

"I miss fucking you, dude." Rafe calls out suddenly from beside me after staring at the dark ceiling for ten minutes, bored out of his mind. I know my lack of movement, my lack of anything really, is really boring for him and I know taking care of me has taken a toll on him.
But oh my god he's getting so annoying.
"Dude, shut the fuck up." I laugh, reaching out to whack his thigh as he rolls towards me, ignoring the movie that he put on the TV. He curls up next to me, eyelashes batting cutely at me in an attempt to woo me over.
"I'm just saying, you're completely bed bound, laying like a couch potato but still looking immaculate." He groans, reaching out to rub my hips soothingly, the massage healing an ache that I didn't know I had. "You're like a feast and I'm a starving man." He presses a kiss to my shoulder and I grin with a simple eyeroll.
"You're such a whore." I giggle but it only fuels him more, his face smushing into the pillow beneath him in an attempt to stifle his horniness. "Stop pouting."
"I crave you." He mumbles into the pillow, rutting his hips dramatically into the bed a few times for good, dramatic measure and I giggle, wanting nothing but to throw my head back in laughter but the brace stops me.
"And I crave peace and quiet and a boyfriend who'll wait on me hand and foot."
"I wait on you with every fiber in my being." He flirts, propping himself up on his elbow and looks down at me with a soft look, hand reaching up to soothe the crazy hair that tangles in front of my eyes. "A handy?" He asks and I laugh loudly and exasperatedly, shoving him away from me.
"No! Rafe! Stop, puppy dog eyes aren't going to work this time."
"Can I have a kiss?" He asks with a pout, leaning towards me as his eyes move in a triangular movement between my eyes and my lips. I pucker my lips, giving him a simple peck on the lips but he tuts. "Not that pussy shit, I want a real kiss. I brushed those teeth this morning, I know they're clean so no using the 'my breath stinks' excuse'."
"Fine, get over here." I pull him in, cupping his cheek, pressing my lips firmly against his and he lets out a sigh of relief, sinking into the way that our lips sink together, his lips guiding mine to part as the kiss deepens.
"I"m like a preteen- popping one just from kissing you." He mutters into the kiss and I close my eyes with a snort.
"You're such a dork."

2. Favorite canon thing about this character
Jack: the fine line between him just being a silly lil guy and him being full-on sinister, and how fast he switches between the two! It's a good, fun vibe! Also let's be real, im a simple man. i see Brad Dourif with terrible long hair and a trench coat, i can't not love him
Yutani: Him, Raimi and Weyland share one braincell. Their dynamic is fun, especially the one he has with Weyland where it seems like they just like bothering each other? In the end, they're all still 3 well-intentioned dorks with a kinda bad plan. Also him being huge weeb is never not funny.
6. What's something you have in common with this character?
Jack: my go-to answer to this one used to be The Aesthetic bc for a bunch of years my Jack Dante outfit was just part of my regular wardrobe. Not so much these days, but hey i got the little logo as a tattoo, so i think that still counts :p Also a love of cartoons!
Yutani: look i know it's a headcanon and that's literally the next question but. Aroace Yutani REAL
12. What's a headcanon you have for this character?
Jack: The CHAANK person he knows the most and dealt with the most often is John! John is just as scared of him as anyone else, but more or less knew how to handle him for the most part? That sure doesn't mean Jack /liked/ him though, obviously, and all of that flies out the window immediately once John feels like he isn't in control of the situation. Jack: i just like thinking about his dynamics with the other CHAANK people, really! Which is funny because i don't think that's something i actually ever wrote much? But if we're talking pre-movie setup, i do think his dynamics with John, Scott and Nicholson are stuff that's super interesting. Sad lil kid!Dante is something i used to ponder A Lot that just doesn't click with me as much these days? And big props to all the people writing reader/Dante fics, im amused that it exists in the first place, but ngl there's nothing i want less than to be involved if im reading something asdfkg

27. Thunderstorm😈: Angst and Hell Valley are synonymous at this point. I really liked this one, especially how it transitions from colored to black and white

My goal for this prompt list challenge was to focus on quality over quantity. There’s a few half-assed art pieces that snuck in, but it could have been worse. By quality, I wanted clean line art, backgrounds, and if I have enough time, color!
What drove me to create art: Showing other people that are in this fandom (most notably ⚡@cheriboms). I’d love to interact with other mutuals on here. Shout outs: 💛@bttf-dork 💛@synthsays 💛@alex-a-fans. I feel like I’ve been doing that more towards the end of the challenge, but yall give me motivation! And sometimes, inspiration!
What I learned:
🤔 I can actually draw backgrounds if I actually try [wowowow who'da thunk] It’s much easier to draw a background from a reference rather than coming up with one on your own. So I need to keep that in mind whenever I feel discouraged.
🤔 I feel like my work is very dramatic. Like melodramatic fr. Or at least it can be... I blame watching those tv dramas with my mom when I was a kid. But then again, if you want to incite emotion out of an audience, you gotta know how to frame stuff and do all the fancy cinematography work. So you gotta be dramatic to an extent. I got really really bored with my ideas that weren’t telling a story(or rather a more interesting story…). And that effected my motivation.
🤔 Looking back at the list, I noticed that my top 5s are all either silly or wholesome and I’m glad and relieved about that. I said that I’m really dramatic and there’s quite a bit of angst in there, but ig I’m not THAT edgy (or maybe the prompts didn’t allow me to be🤔👀)
Things that I want to improve on: COLOR THEORY. Brush theory/line weight. I’ve been experimenting a tiny bit with this throughout the month, but I want to delve into it. Since I didn’t work on something for more than a day, I felt like I was throwing shit at the wall and seeing what sticks.🤪I didn’t get to really study what colors work well and why and experiment with it.
A lot of the ones that I’m not very proud of could be chalked up to not having enough time to work on it/make it better, so that’s an interesting dilemma.
TL,DR; I talk too much. Gotta work faster smh git gud 🙄

The Time-Loops
First of all, to clarify, Daniel is trapped in a time loop. Shenanigans ensue.
Second of all, the world slightly alters with each loop, sometimes is something small like what someone wears one day, and sometimes is something bigger, like being looped into the wrong time period. Think of it more so as Daniel going through different AUs that mostly stick to the relative timeframe in which the events of lookism take place.
Third, my version of Daniel may seem OOC, but this Danny has gone through things his cannon version hasn't. He has killed, died, and repeated a few episodes of his life at least a thousand times. He's traumatized and feral, if you don't like him don't read!
Also, I'd love it if you could come up with ideas for the loops and I appreciate every comment, like, and reblog more than you can imagine.

Rarepair Hetalia Week - DAY VI - Mermaids n' Pirates
Almost last work for @hwsrarepairweek2022! - This is the first time I do this kind of AU, so while I was drawing it, that line came up and then I had the idea of a context for this:
Iberia is a Mermaid Queen, ruler of the Mediterranean area. She has two children who are the inheriters of the kingdom. It is said there is a whole country-like under the seas made of pure gold and pearls. Of course this makes marines and pirates to navigate there, but there are legends of being devoured and the ships always dissapeared.
Our ambitious Arthur goes to adventure to find treasures with his crew, but their destiny is the same as everyone else. Fortunately for him, the princes weren't hunting for her mother or for them (yes, human meat is a delicatessen), and one of them rescued him and put him in land. The mermen have never been seeing by humans, and then Kirkland, after a couple of months, went to look for him once again. Since it seemed an accident - or the human is a total dork - Portugal rescues him again and then this scene happens.
Nop, t's not a fic, just the idea came out alone so, I shared it with you!
Thanks to @geocore who let me use their desing of sea-creature Portugal, as they imagine him from the myths. I applied it for a merman and it fits perfectly so, welcome to my new visual headcanon my friend )?

3) What was your first fandom?
So like, the first fandom I ever read fic for was Buffy the Vampire Slayer (I'm fucking old, okay?) I bought a bunch of the Angel/Buffy crossover novels, I wrote HORRIBLE prepubescent fueled fanfiction and saved it to floppy discs. I'm so glad that's all long, long gone and no one will ever find it.
The first fandom I was old enough and like, competent enough to really participate in? Probably Pokemon. WAY back in Ye Olde Tumblr days I ran a Sir Aaron Pokemon roleplay blog and then went on to run a few Dragon Age RP blogs (some that still exist out there.)
15) What are some of your favorite tropes to write?
It's probably no secret I love angst and hurt/comfort, obviously, but those feel so broad. I guess I like totally-requited-unrequited-feelings, it's a huge theme in my BigChan fic and in my novel. Another I really enjoy is Person A hiding an injury from Person B. Muah. It's so good.
I also often explore the themes of death and grief. Death and grief are so complicated and manifest in so many different ways that I really enjoy playing with different aspects of it (my most popular fics from other fandoms all revolved around mortality, death, and martyrdom.)
22) Pick out a random line from a fic you're really proud of
Okay so I'm mentioning this one first because it's the one I'm most known for but I want it ON RECORD that I felt like a huge dork asshole while writing it and thought to myself "everyone is going to laugh at how corny this is" and yet a whole year later I still get people screeching on Twitter about how they think it's such a good line and they still think about it (thank you all, I love you.)
“Yes,” Stede breathed, his own hands coming to rest on Ed’s arms as he leaned back into his touch. He gasped and tilted his head to the side, allowing Ed more room as he nipped and kissed his way along his neck. “Edward… Are you going to deflower your King?” He asked, hoping the slight waver in his voice didn’t ruin his teasing tone entirely.
“From stem to stamen, your Majesty.”
Now my personal choice? This one is from Chapter 2 of The Lyrebird King and I dunno, it's not really anything special but it scratches my brain just the right way and makes me happy. I feel like it perfectly sums up the dynamic between Aries and Caius in their early days.
As Aries leaned forward, knife pressed against the soft flesh of his unprotected torso, Caius succumbed to a startling realization. He didn’t want to hurt Aries. His eyes fell to watch as a small crimson bloom spread across the thin cotton of Aries’ shirt, the nocuous mark enough to shock him into dropping the dagger with just a twitch of his fingers and a halted gasp.

I love this only because I currently have cellulitis all over my body and I'm so sick and so in pain. Since Eddie and my boyfriend are twin flames, here's this very real, accurate convo that I believe would happen lol.
"Jesus- was that a sneeze?" Eddie squeaks from behind me, leaning up onto his elbow to look down at my sniffly form. He pouts sweetly and chuckles under his breath, reaching out to brush away the hair that has matted to my forehead from sweat.
"It was a sneeze and a cough." I huff, not even recognizing my voice as my own with how hoarse and dry it is, my eyes fluttering shut in response to the itching that lines my tear ducts.
"What a booger-filled beauty you are, huh?" I send the tissue box at him full force with a sigh, flopping back onto the bed but he's quick, tossing the tissues back at me and he lays down beside me. "What can I do? Give me instructions."
"I need you to lower your voice and rub my temples- I have a killer headache." My lip wobbles as he coos gently under, apologizing quietly for his loud volume. His thumbs are quick to work at massaging my temples slowly, the soft pressure easing my pounding brain just the slightest.
"You're gonna get me sick and then you're gonna have to play sexy nurse for a few days, you know that right?" He teases, peppering kisses across my forehead as I sink into the mattress beneath me, loving the warmth that I'm gaining from him being so close to me.
"Is that what you think you're doing? Playing sexy nurse?" I scoff, my eyes opening briefly to catch him rolling his eyes. "If so, lose the shirt, maybe that'll make my time stuck in bed more interesting." His brows lift in surprise and he tuts, backing away from me to slip his shirt over his head, dropping it on the ground before getting back to his gentle massage.
"Your wish is my command, madam." He snorts, pressing a firm kiss to my cheek with a smack and I cringe, pushing him away from me with a whine. "Hey! My kisses are medicinal, don't push me away." He laughs, caging me in as he assaults my face and neck with his lips, giggles bubbling in my congested chest.
"What a dork."

Hello! 22 year old here, looking for somebody to roleplay a South Park plot with! Some quick things before I get too deep into this: I only write with those who are 20+. My style of writing borders on advanced literate and novella, so I prefer people who can match that. Of course, quality over quantity, but I always love a good ol’ long reply. I also write exclusively on Discord.
Now, I’m looking for a few different plots with a main pairing! (Everybody is aged up, obviously.)
- The pairing I’m lookin’ for is Stenny! (I prefer writing as Kenny. He’s more natural for me.)
- The first plot I had in mind was something along the lines of an apocalypse! Zombies, nuclear war and monsters, anything and everything, I love it all!
- Another idea comes from a space AU I saw on Twitter involving Tweek and Craig. Adapting this to Stenny, Astronaut!Stan is exploring space, and possibly comes across a planet he’s never seen before? Seemingly uninhabited, he lands, seeking new things to take back to his ship. Lo and behold, an Alien!Kenny finds him, and we can continue plotting on from there. I can also send the AU if anybody is interested!
- The third idea is a simple one: Demon!Kenny and Priest!Stan. I just adore things like that, and would love to gush about all of the ideas I have for it.
I’m open to other plots, just let me know! I love being enthusiastic about roleplays, and would love a partner who can match that energy. Fanart, music, just gushing and being complete dorks about these two, I love it! Like this and I’ll reach out as soon as I can, thank you! :)

~* A Few Quick Facts About Records *~
from an enthusiastic nerd who cares more about Old™ Records and wrote this instead of sleeping at a normal hour

vinyl ≠ record
these aren’t synonymous!!!
Records have been made of multiple materials. Vinyl is what records have been overwhelmingly made of since the second half of the Twentieth Century, but records have also been made from Shellac.
- vinyl records are made largely of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), a type of plastic
- Shellac, meanwhile, is a resin secreted from an insect
“Can I see your vinyl collection?” will work 999 / 1000 times. It’s usually a safe word for record. But for dorks who veer vintage, “Can I see your vinyl collection?” is like someone repeatedly asking “Can I see your oil paintings?” when the artist draws with oil pastels. Not the same thing!
How to tell the materials apart?? Well, you’re probably not going to run into Shellacs unless your family has a stash of real old records, you’re screwing around in a flea market where hell knows what you’ll find (highly recommend), or you got caught in the collection trap after saying “I’ll buy one for fun” then ended up like me. [cough] Anyway. Shellacs were phased out in the 1950s in the United States.
Vinyl is wibbly wobbly and a little bendy. Vinyl has a glossier, slicker texture than Shellac. Shellac records are hard and stiff like dinner plates and that much more shatterable, too.
Shellacs have noisier, constant background noise. Vinyl in good condition will be near-silent with a rare, short crack here and there.

records aren’t one size fits all
Records come in multiple sizes! The three most common sizes are 7″, 10″, and 12″.
Records also come in different speeds. rpm stands for “revolutions per minute.” Early records (turn of the Twentieth Century) hadn’t been standardized yet, so they came in a variety of speeds. By the 1920s, records tended to be 78 rpm. Later down the line came 45 rpm and 33 rpm (technically 33 1/3 rpm) records.
Today’s turntables are designed to play multiple speeds, and you’ll see 33 and 45 (and occasionally 78) as options. If you play records at the wrong revolutions per minute, the music will play slower in speed and lower in pitch if you picked too low an rpm, or faster and higher in pitch if you picked too high an rpm.
some shortcuts across material, size, and rpm
If you know either the material, size, or rpm of the disc, you can tend to guess what the other two variables are. It is **not always** the case, but these are the most common combinations:
10″ -- Shellac -- 78 rpm
7″ -- vinyl -- 45 rpm
12″ -- vinyl -- 33 rpm
So, a 7″ record isn’t a true synonym for a 45 rpm record, but in quick speech the two might be co-assumed. These shortcuts will be used below. When I say “a 78,” I mean “a 78 rpm 10″ Shellac record.”

records don’t all hold the same amount of music
Records used to carry one song per side and were limited to ~3 minutes of music per side (and pioneer records might be only ONE sided!).
You ever wonder where the word “album” originated re: released music? A collection of 78 rpm discs were literally put in... albums.

My old Shellac records have wider grooves and use a wider needle. The thinner grooves that came with vinyl allowed ~22 minutes per side. Thus, the 33 rpm LP (Long Playing) record came into existence, with multiple songs per side. And we started calling LPs “albums.”
And the single? The single lives on in the 45.
With practice, you can immediately identify if a record is a 33, 45, or 78 from a photo without comparing it to other records. You can tell from the label on the record alone. A few quick identifiers: 45s have huge holes. 33s, you can see the different tracks for multiple songs. 78s list one song per side on the label.
And how’s that baby stored? 33 LPs have individualized covers / jackets. Ye Olde 78s came in generic sleeves.

Simplifications have been made for the purpose of this post, but hope it was fun and informative! Maybe the information isn’t applicable when you only want to buy the latest LPs pressed in 2022, but maybe my hidden motive of “don’t call my records vinyls” will pay off. ;) /j

02: Big spoon/Little spoon?
Most of the time, Bryce is the big spoon and Olivia is the little spoon, but Bryce loves being the little spoon too and Olivia is more than happy to wrap around him and him in her arms.
12: Who initiates kisses?
Both! These two absolutely adore each other and are looking to be together whenever they can. They love kissing, soft kisses, sweet kisses, passionate kisses, slow kisses, stolen kisses, basically all of the kisses whenever possible. They don't mind a little bit of PDA but save the heavy stuff for locked storage rooms if at work!
18: Who leaves little notes in the other’s one lunch? (Bonus: what does it usually say?)
NONNY! The way I have a fic planned for this! If my mind could cooperate and finish anything, I could offer this to you, except it's Bryce to Keiki, because he is the best big brother in the world!
Synopsis/Headcanon
As a teenager, Bryce left little notes in Keiki's lunchbox for Kindergarten because their parents couldn't be bothered. Bryce tried to pretend it was from their parents but Keiki always knew. When he leaves for college, he leaves a stack of notes and asks their house keeper to keep up the tradition. Eventually the notes run out and it's just one more reminder that Bryce is gone. Fast forward several years to when Keiki moves in with Bryce in Boston, he picks it back up. Keiki rolls her eyes and makes fun of him for being cheesy but they both secretly love it.
I love this story so much, I just need to write more than 3 lines 😭😭😭😭
22: Who cooks more/who is better at cooking?
Olivia, hands down Olivia. Bryce is not a chef or a baker. He basically is just a distraction in the kitchen, a beautiful distraction, but one that leads to burnt food. Olivia does try to teach him and he does get better, but he's much better at cleaning up and washing dishes.
23: Who comes up with cheesy pick up lines?
Olivia. She is a dork but she owns it and is precious and adorable. She will make the cheesiest thing sound so cute that Bryce just melts and shakes his head, realizing how smitten he is with her. Those lines on anyone else and he would have walked away, but her, she just makes them sound perfect.
24: Who whispers inappropriate things in the other’s ear during inappropriate times?
Definitely Bryce! He loves to be a tease, but Olivia isn't opposed to it as well. But for her it's much more rare and less of an inappropriate time
