In his defence about the rat torture, he did apparently look ashamed after. Lawrence got a head injury, probably a traumatic brain injury. Those things are nasty and can changes in personality, mess with mood regulation causing aggression as well as memory issues. On top of the trauma of seeing a guy he just befriended die from his own allies attack i'm not surprised something went wrong with Lawrences head. Poor guy. Even seemed upset at becoming 106 to a degree. At least 106 has fun with what he is now in the present
haha i definitely agree with that, i just didn't want to full-on say "look at silly old grandpa man!!" without acknowledging the other things that are-not-so-silly-and-actually-rather-disturbing-and-he-is-an-anomaly

had a vivid dream where there was a "play as Kim" mod and I was super excited
after like 2 mins gameplay Harry just turned around looking scandalised and was like "Ohgod... It's me, Kim. *I'm* Grandpa Piss!"

Now don’t get him wrong, Danny was delighted at the idea of Jordan making a friend, he really was. But the last three attempts had been borderline kidnappings, so he wasn’t entirely sure if he should be. Thankfully it doesn’t seem he’s kidnapped this one. Hopefully.
Not that he wouldn’t be surprised if Dan managed to kidnap a tiny kryptonian, but the kid- Jon apparently- seemed happy enough to be there. Apparently his grandparents lived in the midwest too, and was happy enough to have someone to talk about it.
Though um, maybe Danny should have checked to see if his parents knew where he’d gone, because he was not expecting a harried-looking superman to suddenly appear at his window.

Ok ok hear me out: it could end in tragedy,, AND have a happy ending. The attempt(s) on Machete’s life force him to flee, he doesn’t even have the chance to find Vasco. Cue gay longing for at least a few years while Machete despairs over the loss of his love, his life, his status. He and Vasco only reunite (again) in their later years. Their relationship is forever flavored with loss and loneliness, but that only means they savor every moment that much more
I also I would like to see them as old men. Vasco would be so droopy :)
