A big thank you to @chrisheria @thenx for introducing calisthenics to someone like me. Being a rural kid from Bizana, EC 🇿🇦 I never even knew that there are such things, let alone being part of the movement, however, I'm proud to testify that on my 3rd month with the @thenx app, I can now hold an L-sit for more than 30s (whether I'm hanging on the bar or just doing it with chairs), I can pull off a muscle up, at least 3-5 in a row done properly... I can go all day describing how I feel at the moment, however, I just have to keep learning and keep working...
