The sketch of this idea was 80% done by November 2023 but I could only fully complete the illustration in the latest days because many things happened and getting ill by the end of the year certainly didn't help. It was about time I had something new to show from the Soul(mate)s of Light AU!
Destiny bonding with a Shiny Latios has been in my ideas list since 3 years ago, but it got reinforced thanks to Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs and the disclosure of Ash Ketchum's animé arc. Long-story short: Destiny rescues a rare Shiny Latios in her original adventures in Hoenn region as a Trainer. Grateful, this rare Pokémon offered flights in the region anytime she would play the Eon Flute. She nicknamed him Delta due to this reason and others! Later as an adult, she's one of the fewest Rangers capable to use Involiths. Whenever her Fearow's flight power isn't enough, she can summon Delta's help with her Capture Styler!
I have one. You like Hozier, yes? One of my favourite songs is Nina cried Power. It's not the most obvious GO-coded song, so this is a little challenge. But what if you listened to it, and then just drew? Drew whatever GO inspiration hit you while you listened to it. I would LOVE to learn how your brain processes that song.
All the love!

Overall, I got very S1 Finale vibes from it, something something facing what’s ahead, even if you’re afraid. I might not finish it, but all I could think of was when they faced down the antichrist holding hands with Adam, and all I could else I could think of in that moment
so i know that we know for certain by this point that Crowley used to be a very high rank angel, an archangel or even the former supreme archangel, and i know it will have a big dramatic reveal in the show but wouldn't it be so funny if it got revealed just because Gabriel tries to makes a joke like 'we should start a former supreme archangel meeting club when Aziraphale naturally gets kicked out of the heaven' and Crowley just keeps on drinking his wine with no mimics in his face and Aziraphale is like 'um excuse me what the fuck'?!?!?!'
wait... so s1 says angels don't dance, except for aziraphale, who learned the gavotte in the late 1880s
but then we learn in s2 that aziraphale did at least one other dance earlier !
so what i'm wondering is,, how did it even start? like did aziraphale go "gosh I'm really sorry fr 🥺😬 allow me to prove it with this incredibly human ritual no angel has ever tried before"? or did crowley go "oh, how to make me feel better you ask? do a little dance go on 😈🐍🥰"?
anyway the point is crowley canonically got to see aziraphale dance for that very first time !
1650: the first time an angel ever danced, and it was to apologize for some silly dumbfuckery so his demon spouse would drop the pout & join him for lunch
