Something that works great for me, especially if you are in a undesirable State, is to ALLOW yourself for 10 mins to SHAMELESSLY FEEL AND THINK WHATEVER it is you WANT to FEEL AND THINK. What PLEASES you. After the 10 mins you can think and feel all those terrible things again. You can strike yourself with fear again. I promise it will be hard to think badly after that. Do this 3 times a day. ONLY YOU CAN PLEASE AND FREE YOURSELF IN YOUR OWN CONSCIOUSNESS. Neville spoke on it being NATURAL and NATURALNESS comes with FREQUENCY. Every person I know in my everyday life and the people I speak with on here changed their State with persisting in their FREQUENCY, not the length of time in their meditations and I am so happy for them. There is truly nothing that pleases me more than seeing someone be shameless about changing their State. All the great people we love to speak about were once not great. But them being shameless and seeing themselves great and feeling themselves to be great, we now call them that

Instead of choosing an intensive, unrealistic, or punishing goal this New Year ask yourself: What is one simple thing that would enrich my life this new year? Maybe you can do three paintings this year. Maybe you can buy and care for a potted plant. Maybe you can learn to cook one meal exceptionally well. You don't need to push yourself to the brink. Let's stop committing to punishing goals based on insecurity and start asking what will enrich our lives.

What to do with pain in the healing and spiritual journey?
In the modern or Western world, pain is often seen as something „bad“, something that we need to get rid of, and so there are approaches that promise to help reduce pain. Which in and of itself isn‘t completely wrong. But it is often focused on symptoms and more like a short-term relief…until the pain comes back.
What if there is another approach?
*drum roll* there is — many roads lead to Rome, right?
What if pain isn‘t as bad and negative as we are conditioned to? Pain can be a great teacher, and just like emotions — when you release the story and attachment, energy and a sensation remain.
What if being with and in pain without trying to escape, without shying away is your liberation? What if there is a hidden message that otherwise you wouldn‘t have had access to? Something your soul wants to tell you but you couldn’t hear it?

Of course, I‘m not saying you should never visit a doctor again. Please do what you feel is needed!
I‘m just saying there is another way than the traditional one.
The more capacity you have to hold pain, the more capacity you have to hold joy. Sometimes we even feel pain and joy at the same time — the dance of duality that we have to dance as long as we are in this human experience. Even if you have manifested all of your desires and are with the love of your life — pain and the whole spectrum of human emotions are always with you. 
But they don‘t need to have any power over you — the choice is yours, running away and resisting it (and thus making it bigger and stronger), or having the courage and strength (which you have!) to feel it fully & surround it with your divine love and thus changing your relationship to discomfort and pain. And eventually no longer being influenced by it but learning something and deepening the relationship with yourself and your body.

Feeling your attention drawn toward food around you or in front of you is a hunger cue.
A mild brain fog or trouble focusing is, often, a hunger cue. 
Fatigue is often a hunger cue.
A sense of emptiness high up in your stomach is a hunger cue. 
A feeling of increased acidity or emptiness in the stomach is a hunger cue. 
Increased preoccupation with food is a hunger cue. 
A craving for salt, sweetness, sourness, or brothy-ness is, likely, a hunger cue. 
Eat something when you start to get one of these cues. Don’t wait for a rumbly stomach or lightheadedness.

It's a lot healthier to go for a daily walk than to sign up for a gym membership you won't be using because you hate that kind of exercise. It's a lot healthier to eat a frozen meal than to skip a meal because you were too tired to cook something healthy. It's a lot healthier to take a quick shower than to procrastinate an elaborate routine for days. Don't aim so high that you won't be hitting anything!
