I’ve always stayed in battle mode longer. It’s a problem for most people, especially most other caravan guards. Makes them more like to destroy their own goods or something; they say they go crazy. I’ve always gotten calmer, more focused. It’s always made things clearer for me: I can see better, hear more, react faster. I’m just better. And I love it.

Today, though? Right now it sucks. Today all it allows me is a better look at the bodies. My people torn to shreds, sinking into each other under my feet. My people turning to goo and ash and whatever fucking combo that makes down in the pit, the whirring of the smoking blades competing, now, only with the buzzing of flies. My people destroyed, their guts and organs and blood soaking into my boots, turned into fucking burning rainbow sand under Cog’s spell. At the hands of this fucking bitchass cunt of a god who thought they could touch my people.

And they were right. Cause I wasn’t here. Cause I kept the cup cause I wanted insurance. Cause I was stuck in my head dealing with Hastur cause I hurt I’den cause I fucking tried to do the right thing by telling her I was being the biggest cunt in the world. My people. Destroyed cause of me.

They tried to tell me. All of them, my friends, my dads, Gru’umsh. Valentine. Fuck, even Asmo got some jabs in there, telling me I’ll never be more than this. This. Killing. Fighting. Destroying. And I can’t even do that shit right. A chuckle sounds in the air, too loud; too genuine. Fuck. I gotta get everyone out of here. They’re all waiting around covering their mouths, stunted by the smell of death. Even Cog tied herself up with a bandana. And I just strolled on in; walked in without a care in the world like this shit is my favorite cologne. What the hell is wrong with me. The whole fight, I felt nothing. Nothing. Just annoyance. This bitch came to my town and put their hands on my people? Asshole. And then they died and I felt. Sad? No. I felt disappointed. I wanted more from them. It was like they, the fucking god of destruction weren’t enough. They weren’t enough.

I turn. My boots squeak with thick wetness and it’s horrible so I listen. Bones crack and organs pop under my feet as I walk back to my friends and I would stumble if I’d allow it. If I had the time or the space. My people died because I decided I had time to fuck around. Because I forgot what I’m for. Cog killed Gru’umsh and she should be rightly proud of that but she doesn’t know. She can’t know. Gru’umsh leaned in and told me themself, practically whispered it into my ear as they drank my blood.

I wrap myself in the secret’s mantle, coming to terms with it as quickly as I have to. Immediately. Gesturing Jack and Kana to my sides, sending them out in search of gasoline and matches as I turn to congratulate my friends. My family. My people. I will protect them, this time. I will do whatever it takes. I will not fail my people again. How could I, when they’re still in me? When we’re still..

Ahem, anyway, about Nene and the possibility of her becoming supernatural. Lately I've been thinking about this because of the last chapter of ASHK, that second Nene that appeared and everything.

I haven't thought deeply about it yet, I want to form more connections, because I believe so, that Nene will become something much bigger. Kou discovering how to become a supernatural, him trying to talk about it with Nene… hmm… none of that would be in the story for nothing, right?

There is this possibility of the eighth mystery that is mentioned in the opening song (don't rule out the possibility yet), the fact that Hanako doesn't want it doesn't mean it won't happen. Hanako didn't want Nene to leave the painting or for her to stop Aoi from being sacrificed, but it happened.

So her becoming the eighth mystery is STILL a possibility. Always think of several possibilities, never discard those that still have a connection or logic to the main plot.

I'm not going to go into too much detail about the possibility of Nene becoming the eighth mystery because it would have to be in one post, there are many factors that we have to consider and I would leave this answer very long.

Anyway, Nene seems to have an ability, she purifies, this is definitely not an ability of an ordinary human, is it? Teru himself said so.

She is not just any person, she also has the title of Kannagi. It turns out that everything is very mysterious when it comes to her, we know absolutely nothing about her, just that she has this ability and that she is a kannagi.

That's why I haven't done any deeper analysis on Nene yet, we have very little material to draw precise conclusions.

HOWEVER, to directly answer your question, yes, definitely, Nene has a great possibility of becoming a supernatural, she already has ties to one, so she is half supernatural because of the mermaid's curse.

Isn't it funny that Nene plays the mermaid and Amane loves the sky?

I mean, mermaids live in the sea, and Amane wants to conquer the stars. Two opposites, yet the sea is always keeping an eye on the sky, just as the sky is being reflected by the water.

Hii! So I’m new in the Call of Duty fandom but I don’t play the games like on the ps5, etc… I only play Call of Duty on my phone and I got addicted and began digging deeper so here I am! Since I don’t/can’t play the different games of cod do you recommend any channels on youtube that does an amazing walkthrough of the games? I really really want to watch some walkthroughs but I don’t know whats the order of watching each game?? Does each game connect to each other? I’m still kind of confused since I’m still new😅😅. To summarise before I go on a useless tangent and ramble needlessly, here are short answers for your questions:

Yes, the games are related. Modern Warfare 1+2+3 are chronological, and are the same story with the same characters. Similarly, it is widely believed that the Black Ops series + Cold War take place in the same timeline as Modern Warfare. I know for certain that Cold War is connected to MWI+II+III because Captain Price is a playable character in multiplayer, and the Black Ops series mention the same villains.

There is no particular chronological order in terms of a greater narrative, however, if you want to understand the story of Modern Warfare, watch walkthroughs of MWI, MWII, and finally MWIII. Black Ops has its own series so if you want to watch those too, you can, however you won't be missing major plot points in Modern Warfare if you choose not to. Cold War is in the same timeline as Modern Warfare, but you won't be missing major plot points in Modern Warfare either if you choose not to.

My advice: Watch game walkthroughs (I would recommend at least once, even in 2x speed, just so you know the general gist of the lore).

Watch COD compilations (trust me, there's LOADS) that are 10–20 mins long, and feature the most iconic scenes in the game back-to-back so you aren't missing anything

If you were to resd my oldest works, youd see thay my König was the fanon König, but as ivr gotten more used to writing him and changing my perception of his character+personality, you can tell how how i write for him has slowly developed 🙌

From tap to jazz to hip-hop, salsa, and a lil bit of ballet, Giyuu’s fluent in most genres of dance 🕺🩰

Even w/ niche genres, he’s able to learn combinations fairly quickly

Doesn’t consider himself particularly ~swaggy, but you swear he slips into a diff persona when he’s on stage

Joined the university dance team as a freshman, and was co captain by sophomore yr 👌

Ironically shy about dancing in ~general public, but encourages you to let loose when you go clubbing

He swears you’re better (at dancing) than him, but you suspect that has something to do w/ how most of your dancing together involves grinding 🫢 (as well as adorable dancing-in-the-kitchen-@-2am 💙)

That being said, if a dance circle forms, and you ~gently push him into the center (while ignoring his look of betrayal ☹️), then he will be devastatingly smooth and beautiful w/ whatever move he pulls off 😍

Has been scouted by professional dance companies, but is committed to finishing his degree first

Your future matters to Giyuu as much as his own, and signing professionally would be a huge change + opportunity that he isn’t willing to make/take unless you��re on board 🥺

And dw, he would never resent you if you weren’t ready
