Yeah, I'm aiming to the stars, but that's the only way I thought for maintaining my weight after achieving my ugw. No ugw? No trip to Japan. Also, this way, I'll be motivated enough to find a job, because right now I'm BROKE AF and I really need both the phone and the trip.
The last time I went to Japan I was at 47 (103.6), so l felt ginormous in some pictures, especially in close-ups, I don't want this to happen again.

Hi there. I wasn't planning on eating today, but my father told me to eat something (he also specifically mentioned it had to be 'meal worthy' like a sandwich or something according to him) , and so I did. Here is my c4lørie intake + vent (block dont report)

Despite me being mainly under my c4l limit this weekend (besides friday), I've still been eating so unhealthy. ☹️ At least it's low c4l ig. I'd much rather f4$t. In my defense, I have been at my girlfriends house most of the weekend, and her mom doesn't really let me f4$t (forces me to eat atleast something per day, and im very attached to my girlfriend aka when im with her unless shes in the bathroom or something I refuse to leave her side, and she also dosent want me to fast so she tells her mom when I dont eat), but they have really unhealthy food at their house and her mom dosent let me cook my own meals/bring my own food.

i didn't quite realize i have only 1.5 months until summer. thats crazy. here's my weekly plan to lose 13 lbs in a month and a half!
monday: 1k cals
tuesday: 900 cals
wednesday: 1k cals
thursday: 800 cals
friday: 800 cals
saturday: 1k cals
sunday: 900 cals
30+ mins of exercise each day and water water water
if i overeat, throw it up.
i know the cal limits are a bit high but i don't have the self control i did a yr ago when i was 110 lbs.

I have new shoes and I did my makeup like I used to and I have the same shirt I wore over and over when I was underweight so this is the day I get my self back. I have a liter of water, I have my monster zero, I have cigarettes, I'm so ready. Jumping back to years ago when I did it, and If I've done it once I can do it TWICE and I can do it better because I'm wiser and older right?
