low cal food ideas (help avoid binges):
-konjac noodles 17-37 kcal (depends on brand) per pack (expand in stomach and are great for ex-noodle lovers)
- tuna (in springwater, not oil) 70 kcal/100g + 16 protein
- yopro yoghurt squeeze 93 k/cal per packet + 15g protein
-tomatoes: 20 kcal each
- cucumber: lebanese 12 kcal, whole english cucumber 30 kcal
- berries!!!! eg. strawberries 32 kcal/100g
- egg whites, 1=17 kcal
- zero sugar drinks/ energy drinks: 0-10 kcal
-oats (uncooked) 0.5 cup= 150 kcal
- oats are higher in cal but fill you up for long!!
