Aldi is actually two companies founded by brothers Theo and Karl Albrecht, they split over the question of whether or not to sell tobacco and thus Aldi Nord (north) and Süd (south) were born.

It's a common german meme that the line where the Aldis split (Aldi Equator) are the new inner-german cultural border and that Aldi Nord has vastly inferior quality of product. I live in the southwest which is hilly, so i was making fun of northern germany for their inferior supermarkets AND boring flat geography in those tags :3

A short-lived TMNT creation by Hostess, the TMNT Turtle Pies were a vanilla pudding-filled pie covered in turtle green icing. The pies came in a variety of wrappers depicting one or multiple of the titular turtles.

Given the age and rarity of the product, existing images of the Turtle Pies in their original state are nonexistent, save this screencap of a commercial for the snack.
