Imagine Miles not drawing Gwen because he’s in love with her (as people love to headcanon), but because she’s fun to draw. Admittedly, I’ve found myself drawing Spiderverse characters often. Even when others draw portraits of people irl because they look like a good person to sketch out/draw. That’s what’s happening with Miles.

I personally think it’s the hair/suit. Even when he first met her, he thought she was cool (and admittedly she is). He thinks (thought) all of his friends/family are (were) cool, so he draws them. It’s kind of like his appreciation for them in a way: drawing them exactly from memory/familiarity (and drawing them well). Especially since he was separated from Gwen, Peter, Peni, Noir, etc.. Miles was really drawing all of them in the times he felt lonely and needed to remember that he’s not alone and that there are people like him out there in the vast multiverse.

And you can’t say that Gwen’s different because ‘he draws her alot’. I’m sure he draws ALL of his friends and family. We only really got to see him actively drawing Gwen because they’re trying to shove the “he’s in love with her because he’s drawing her” theory. A theory that can be easily disproven 😭
