part 2 of small town au, glad you liked it!

so george russell may have grown up in a small british village but this was getting ridiculous. he was not built for this and realised that soon after he found out that amazon doesn't deliver here and he will have to do without his fancy stationary and salon grade hair gel wtf guys. so now he uses generic brand paper and grows out his hair (not me shoving in george's hair glow up even here). there are always bugs in his room, never any working hot water that his landlord refuses to fix and everyone in this town seems to hate his guts. cheers!

but its all worth it. because every morning he can see lewis hamilton at his diner. looking so stunning while making an iced latte with oat milk specially for him because george can't drink it black like everyone else in this town. george has no friends to gush about the hottest and nicest man in the world other than this cute dog that often hangs around his cottage. he has a collar that reads roscoe and it seems like roscoe can better navigate this place than george himself so he isn't lost. george kind of wants to steal him but alas can't risk making any more enemies and have the townspeople run him out with pitchforks.

the townspeople have no idea what to make of the new guy, he's just so damn weird. lewis thinks that everyone needs to calm down and lay off george. pierre chimes that the only reason he is saying that is because lewis thinks george is pretty and charles the traitor vigorously nods at that. toto frown seems to only further deepen at lewis hesitance in refuting the accusation. they're having their weekly town hall meeting and of course they have to talk about george russell who seems to blanch at the idea there might occasionally be a deer in his kitchen and jumps around his porch with his fancy laptop trying to get decent signal.

don't ask lewis what he thinks about george when all he can notice about george is the giddy smile he gives him when lewis hands him his sugar bomb in the mornings or those big blue eyes framed by long lashes.

Anon I love u this is such a dedicated and truly romance book level plot. Bless George not really settling in but not knowing where to start other than Lewis as an anchor point. He’ll get the hang of it eventually, especially with Lewis as motivation.

Anon I hopefully and eagerly await part 3 if you have it. My genuine apologies this took so long, it’s been a properly brain draining week. So many feelings! I’m tired!

New commission prices and info for my charms and miniature paintings!

As you can see I love to paint cute animals wearing vintage clothes! I can also do other subjects, but that is my specialty. I especially love to paint opossums!

I also sell some on my Etsy (Link here: X) and you can commission me there as well, but the price of my Etsy commissions is higher because of Etsy's fees.

You can find more examples of my work by checking out my profile, here or on Instagram (Link here: X) :) if you like it, I hope you will consider commissioning your own handmade & handpainted miniature!

As previous clients and followers can see, there has been a slight change in prices, so I want to address it. This is because I am now not in the position to find a job (as I also will be starting beauty school soon) so my only income will be from Etsy sales and commissions, as well as other occasional online work. The lower prices I had before were mostly covering for the material needed to make my miniatures (and press on nails), meaning my profit was very negligible. I still did my best to keep it accessible, within reason. I hope you will be understanding of this 🙏.

If you have received a discount for me I will of course still accept it, but I will be a bit more sparing for now in giving out new ones.

If I manage, I'm hoping to make more Pride themed charms/miniatures soon 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ which will be shown here and also be on my Etsy.

My neighbors might hate me because I love singing while doing everything. Playing phone games? Music. Cleaning? Belting like I'm performing a concert. Walking? You can bet your buttons I have a karaoke track playing.

But I also have the horrible habit of playing one song on loop, and if I don't know then I learn it by picking up that way. But I only know certain lyrics for most of it.

So my neighbors have been hearing bits and pieces of Chronically Cautious all morning. Mostly "So if I'm honest, I think I'm beginning to question how much I want this," which I'm sure is not how they pictured their morning going. And I ended up playing a karaoke track, so that they got to hear the full thing about four times.

At least I'm a decent singer?

#i can hear one neighbor playing video games 24/7 amd another likes to slam his cupboards like they wronged him #so i dont feel too bad #and i keep it within decent noisy times #its noon rn and i started at about 11 or 11:30 #ive been hella productive this morning which has been lovely #i got like six hours of sleep and then took an Adderall so today is going to be great #i showered. washed my face. did an exfoliating face mask (that didnt do much of anything. my skin might be beyond saving)#cut my nails. practiced Chronically Cautious about 50 times while getting dressed #i got dressed in cute af cozy clothes #now im about to go to the coffee shop to do some work on my computer #i have to be the most fuckable person at the coffee shop obviously #eventually i have to clean my tub and tidy and make dinner and a couple other things #i havent had an appetite lately... whovh is bad because i use Hellofresh #they send meals every week and my meals have kind of been stacking up because i dont feel like eating #i should do my dishes...#if i were rich. ill be honest. i would hire someone to clean for me #im a bit of a messy person and it just stacks up #especially since my apartment is pretty small. theres nowhere for the mess to go except places that a mess doesnt belong #especially my table... thats pretty bad. and my dishes. and laundry all over the floor #i have my apartment divided into spaces for different things. right.#table is for eating. desk for working. rug for recreation/crafts. bed for sleeping (im srill bad at not using my phone there tho)#but my table gets messy so its hard to eat there and my rug gets laundry so i dont want to sit there (and i need to vacuum it)#i need either an actual Adderall prescription (im used ti get it from a coworker but we dont work together anymore so im almost out of it)#or a bigger apartment. or enough money to hire a housekeeper #none of these are very feasible #but at least im productive today. so maybe ill get some cleaning done #i just realized im addicted to parentheses today #maybe i should get a library card... i live right next to a library why dont i have a library card?#sorry that was fairly unrelated. anyway have a good day i love you all
