Kamideku: Sinatra by Forrest Nolan. EASILY. it just has the proper vibes. and the lyrics??? its so perfect for them. the whole- "liked by everyone loved only by each other" trope thing they have going on is pretty much perfectly summed up in this one song. its easily the only option

Kamisero: I Wanna Be Yours by Arctic Monkeys. the straightforwardness of the song is what would make Kami choose it. something that Sero is probably familiar with and would appreciate the message of just wanting to be there for him. the overall "i wanna be there for you" energy of the song is what makes it resonate so well

Todokami: Cherry Wine by grentperez. Kami just feels that the message of wanting to bring his crush out of their comfort zone a bit is how he feels with Todoroki. and it just works bc it perfectly displays the feelings of "i wanna show you a good time even if thats the only time you grant me"

Tokokami: Necromancer by Joy Again. it just SCREAMS unnecessary division due to who we are around other people. Kami is loud while Tokoyami is quiet. it perfectly explains the "admiring from afar" aspect. their only times together are when they both decide to pull away from others to truly enjoy each other. that or the hc that Kaminari travels a lot bc of his family and he mostly keeps in touch with Tokoyami

Kirikami: Smithereens by Twenty One Pilots. Kami would pick this one bc he knows Kiri would do the same for him. the whole song is talking about wanting to protect and love someone. so it appeals in that aspect. the way of thinking "youd sacrifice yourself for me so i want you to know that id do the same for you" fits with them specifically very well

Kamijirou: Apricot Princes by Rex Orange County. this one is a bit different than the others on the account that it's about caring for someone while also seeking reassurance that this person cares as well. this just fits their dynamic very well imo

Shinkami: I Don't Wanna Be Okay Without You by Charlie Burg. this one i cant really explain? but this song talks a lot about having someone on your mind. so i think it fits them very well. also the slowness and sincerity of the song would be smth Shinsou would appreciate

Bakukami: Never Knew I Needed by Ne-Yo. this song is really about how life changing the subject of the lyrics is. it fits their canon relationship very well bc of how much it talks about meeting not being the original plan. Bakugo is always throwing Kaminari head first into different situations and it's something Kami has learned to love about him. this song just captures them together PERFECTLY.

Kamioji: Pyjama Pants by Cavetown. this song would be the choice bc of how they interact. Kaminari is always clinging onto Ojirou and his tail. so this song would be the way of expressing how much of a comforting presence Ojirou is to Kami and how much he wants to be the same presence in return

Kamiida/kamimomo: Pretty Boy by The Neighbourhood. this song works for either of them bc its about someone being a grounding person. its about how even in the midst of extreme danger that the subject of attraction makes everything feel ok. this applies to both Momo and Iida bc of how they handle things and therefore make Kami feel protected :)

Ok… so I need to know who else has though about being in a poly relationship with multiple different characters from BNHA…

Cause like HOW CAN YOU CHOOSE!!!

They are all like amazing (except End*whore) they all have great character development and if the thousand TikTok’s about them being your significant other is anything to go off bye then how can you choose. So I though why not have both. Just looking at class 1a they all have such diffrent dynamics with each other it would be so interesting seeing what would happen. Some of my personal favorites are…

EraserMic- I just love them together so much and I hardcore simp for them both so this is me livening out my fantasy. I’m a sucker for opposites attract and this is just such a cute ship. And if you were to insert yourself here no matter what type of personality you have the dynamics would just be the cutest thing ever

TodoDeku- These two make me squeal out loud. During the anime and manga they had such a good relationship and I adore the TikTok’s of them together. (Im also a believer in #Dekusquad #MurderSquad) so… yeah. These two would just be the sweetest to you and I like to headcanon that you and Izuku would help out Todoroki when it comes to things he missed out in his childhood vise versa you and todo helping Izuku with all for one. ShinKami-Ok soo here me out eresermic 2.0 just as fun sweet cute and honestly hot. I know that in cannon they don’t have as much interactions …but this is my headcannon so I say sweet relationship. It would be chaotic fun is all I have to say. K so I’m new to posting things on tumbler so if anyone actually read this and likes it please give me some feedback in the comments or a request to write something. I started working on the witch Shinsou story!!!!! I did also combine it with the fairy Denki prompt bc dammit ShinKami x Reader is the best kind of x Reader and y'all can fucking fight me

And then I got a little too invested in the storyline and once I figure out what exactly the nightmares are I'm probably gonna turn this into a whole damn fic abour Reader Shinsou and Denki saving the world from evil because this is a really cool universe and I want more of the story (despite the fact that it's my own story that I haven't written yet)

You have no idea what immense joy it gave me to find out that Todobaku automatically qualified and are not in pre-qualifiers. (Because I just know it wouldn't have qualified that. What if it got in the Addams group??)

This is coming from someone that has left the MHA fandom for a year by now, you have no idea how happy it makes me to see my old OTP again.

I absolutely adore todobaku. I wish I could write Todoroki because I so badly want to write todobaku, but so far I’ve only written one todobaku fic where they don’t even technically end up as a couple 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Todoroki is just so delightfully weird. I adore him. Bakugou is much easier to write because it’s just find the most dumb reason to be mad and then curse it out 😂

TodoBaku is my favorite BNHA ship. Which hilariously overtook shinkami even tho shinkami was essentially the BNHA version of klance. And klance is my forever.

It’s 4am and I’m not sure if any of that makes any real sense. But by god do I love todobaku. Like ahhhhhhh the dynamic. Tsundere Bakugou and Clueless Todoroki. They’re both so bad at socialization. Todoroki really looked at the angry Pomeranian like “yeah, that’s friend shaped.”

Anyways I hc both as ace. (I know some people are weird about their hcs and can’t stand any content without them??? But I literally don’t care that much about my hcs to be bothered by things that don’t align). Specifically as Todoroki being adult activity repulsed and Bakugou being neutral on participation.

Anyways fake dating aus for todobaku? Delightful! Surprisingly I’m not all that into soulmate aus for todobaku which reeks bc soulmate aus are my favorite. Occasionally I stumble across a decent one, but so far fake dating aus for todobaku have definitely been 💯💯💯

If you’re good on kiritodobakudeku there’s a wonderful OT4 fic that I cannot recommend enough. The todobaku content in it lives rent free in my head. Like I can’t describe it without spoilers, but trust me, this fic????? It will water your crops, cure your depression, and make you like 20% gayer while it’s at it. (I say as if I’m not already the maximum amount of queer that once could possibly be).

Anyways I would absolutely love for these boys to win (even tho I know they’ll be obliterated 😭)

Imagine genderfluid Shinsou just being androgynous as hell and knows how to pass as whatever gender they please.

And then imagine Kaminari just not realizing that fem!Shinsou and masc!Shinsou are the same person so he treats them like two different people. He assumes they're brother and sister because they look similar and have the same surname.

You've got masc!Shinsou who he treats like his new buddy who he has an embarrassing little crush on.

Then there's fem!Shinsou. Kaminari just short circuits every time he sees this tall goth girl who smiles at him sometimes.

One day he sees Shinsou looking androgynous as hell and he stares because he can't for the life of him figure out "who" they are.

Shinsou comes over to tease him for staring. Kaminari just laughs and stutters and awkwardly tells them they look a lot like their "sister" dressed like that.

Shinsou is like "I look like Eri?"

Kaminari rolls his eyes and tells them no, their other sister.

Then Kaminari's weird behavior clicks and Shinsou laughs at him. "I don't have another sister. I just dress femininely sometimes."

It takes Kaminari a hot second to understand but when he does he complains a lot that its not fair he looks hot as both a guy and girl.

In the BNHA universe, people definitely have quirk/quirkless kinks. I think a lot of people would find the idea of quirkless people hot, as they would probably be more submissive? And they could find types of quirks specially hot, like Shinsou's mind control

That’s interesting! I’ve thought about that before periodically though I’ve never incorporated quirks into a fic. I have a one off Shinchako fic I never finished that explores the use of Shinso’s quirk in a slightly d/s context, but that’s about it.

Random related hc: I think it would be fun to look at quirk use on his partner from Shinso’s perspective; I can only imagine the amount of forethought and mental/emotional work he’d have to do for it to go well for everyone involved. Shinso, imo, doesn’t seem like he’d enjoy dubcon or cnc in almost any context, and I think using his quirk like that on someone he cares for would be hard on him mentally. Exploring the thought processing he’d go through to consider it would be interesting to say the least.

Shinsero: Not Another Song About Love by Hollywood Ending. youd think this is shinkami right? but its not. basic mf. its CLEARLY Shinsero bc like Hitoshi, Hanta is a fucking asshole. which really brings in the "i cant fucking stand you" aspect of the song. i just think it has the capacity to be smth Shinsou would choose if he were to be singing at Sero

Shinjirou: Beauty And A Beat by Justin Bieber. i physically cant explain this one. it just feels correct

Shinkami: cliche by mxmtoon. its all sappy and about being practically head over heels at first glance. thats practically all that needs to be said. its also played on the ukulele and for some reason it seems very Shinsou

Shinbaku: At My Worst by Pink Sweat$. is it sappy as shit? yes. does it fit almost perfectly though?? yes. i think it fits their dynamic in a way that says "i'll try and be whatever you need bc ik im not perfect" bc it just makes sense. we all know how much of a perfectionist Bakugo is. Shinsou feeling like he would have to strive to be whatever Bakugo wants and WANTING to be what Bakugo wants is the whole point of the song

How was shinsous and kaminaris first date??

Oh it was akward as hell

Kami was the one who asked shinsou out

He spent about 5 minutes celebrating when shinsou said yes then the next 4 days panicking about where theyd go

He decided on a museum cause that seemed like a safe first date with very little that could go wrong

He was wrong

There was a villian attack so it ended up being closed

They decided on a cafe and walk around the park instead

It might have been a decent date if not for the fact they were both nervous as hell

Shinsou was looking at the ground most the time

And hes already quiet but anytime he talked during the date it was either a 1 word response or hed straight up forget half the words in his sentence

Kami didnt notice the missing words cause of his panic

He did notice the short responses though which made him panic more. So to make up for this he ended up talking alot more than usual

Like non stop

He started this talk asking about the weather how did he come around to talking about IBS???? Like not even his own just in general

At the end of the date they did the usual "I had fun tonight" "yeah, same"

They then awkwardly stood there stared at eachother for a while before shinsou said "we're both lying arent we"

Kami immediately starts laughing and shinsou ends up joining him

It last like 2 minutes and they're both in tears

They agree to try again next week and completely scrap this date. It doesnt count as a first anymore

The next week they go to a movie and dinner after

Kami decides on a movie cause he cant accidentally talk about bowel movements again

Shinsou wanted a dinner cause maybe he could actually get himself to talk this time

It was still akward but now its cause they're both blushy and cute

The first few months theyre together they tell others the movie date was their first when asked

After that they say it was the failed museum date
