Denki loves, nay, adores halloween!

and well, Shinso adores Denki, so naturally, now he loves halloween, too

he always quite enjoyed it, but he never really bothered to partake in any festivities, being the king of introverts and all

and while Denki do love going out and partying and being social, he loves Shinso more

so, they compromise!

they go to a decently sized halloween party, and then they do all of Shinso's favorite halloween things on the Hallows Eve itself

it's kind of a secret, but Denki hates scary movies

like, genuinely cannot stand them, will have nightmares for a week

which Shinso found out when he told Denki he loved them and they had a scary movie marathon

biiig mistake

Denki had to sleep in Shinso's bed for almost two weeks

which may sound good, but with the constant nightmares and yelling in his sleep and Shinso feeling absolutely horrible about it, despite Denki insisting it was his own fault, did kinda but a damper on things lol

so now, on halloween, they watch movies like Coraline, A Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride, Beetlejuice and The Rocky Horror Picture Show in stead of straight up horror

Denki does a different costume every year, but Shinso loves his cat costume too much to ever switch it out

it's literally just ears and drawn on whiskers but he genuinely loves it so much and Denki thinks he looks cute as hell so

and Shinso is busy helping Denki with his costume anyways!

he always bites over more than he can chew, but with Shinso's help it always turns out amazing

Denki also loves giving out candy to kids, esp when he and Shinso gets their own place after UA

he'll always be super dramatic and make a whole little routine for every group that comes trough

Shinso is always trying to help but mostly he'll just be staring lovingly at Denki the whole time sklaklfjslfj

summary: what different BNHA ships saw on opening weekend

BakuDeku: They did the double feature BUT saw Oppenheimer first because Deku is a history buff. After the movie, they had this ridiculously long talk about it that was mostly Midoriya going off and analyzing it while Bakugou drove them home and intermittently banged his head on the steering wheel. “Take a breath, they’re fucking movies”

MomoJirou: Oppenheimer BUT they will watch the Barbie movie next weekend because Barbie is a lesbian, their words not mine

ShinKami: They had a very long and heated debate about what to do. They wound up splitting it into two days and saw the Barbie Movie on day one and Oppenheimer on day two. “I don’t know how you expect me to make a decision on this because I like both Barbie and bombs!” - Hitoshi Shinsou

ShigaDabi: They never go the the theater, so they’re watching pirated versions with the whole LoV while they cuddle on the couch

TogaChako: Barbie Movie. There’s nothing else to say.

SeroRoki: Todoroki found out about Barbenheimer like a month after they came out and he’s kind of really upset that he missed out on opening weekend but they make a date night out of the double feature and dress up and everything. “I thought Barbenheimer was the name of the movie”

1A dying a strip of their hair the same colour as their partner's

Midoriya and Todoroki started the trend, because they're absolutely that brand of couple. They walk downstairs with a few of Mido's curls coloured red and white, and a strip of Todo's coloured dark green. Its nothing too big, it would almost be subtle if it wasn't for the huge difference in colours, but its really cute and couple-ey. They also get teased for looking so much like Christmas.

Kaminari and Shinsou are next, Kami was the one that mostly wanted it, Shinsou just did it because it made Kami so happy. They asked if they could copy the idea and Todo and Mido easily said yes, its such a cute way too match, Mido would love it if the other couples in the class did the same. So Kami got a line of purple carefully added to his natural lightning bolt, and Shinsou got a stripe of yellow (with a thin barely noticeable stripe of black in there).

Jirou and Momo were next after Momo talked to Todo and got attached to the idea. Momo was the boldest out of everyone so far and dyed her whole fringe dark purple (she couldn’t help it, she got excited), and Jirou dyed her two larger side bangs black (lucky the colour matched her style).

After that, it was officially a Thing. Tokoyami dyed a feather blond and Aoyama dyed a strip of black in (he made a huge fuss about adjusting some of his style to match though). Mina dyes a few of her curls brown and Uraraka gets a little bit of bubblegum pink. Iida gets some black and Sero gets some blue.

And then someone has to be dramatic and announce their new relationship with the dyed hair, Bakugou with his red strip braided, and Kirishima with one of his bangs blond (they could get away with doing it the day they got together because Kiri had both bleach and red dye on hand).

I can give some little headcanons!!!!

shinsou???? 'reluctantly' let's you and Kaminari play with his hair a lot and because of Denki's lack of attention span if he doesn't have something to do with his hands - most times you three sit down to study Shinsou ends up with little plaits and clips making his hair stick up in all directions. yes he has gone to class like that, no he doesn't care.

that being said - he has a thing for helping you and Denki pick out clothes for the day. He's so lowkey about it but will lounge on your bed and suggest 'hey kami, you should wear the yellow choker today' or suggesting a colour scheme for the three of you to match (which most of the time ends up being black)

can you IMAGINE the two of them cuddling you as well like brrrrrr

when you have a bad day and just waddle into the room and flop on the bed, trying your hardest not to cry and they immediately turn on their 'oh no our baby is sad' brains and boom suddenly your favourite drink is produced from a box that they definitely don't keep under the bed in case of emergency and no that is definitely not your comfort music ready to go on shuffle.

the most comforting thing though? the feeling of both of them rubbing circles onto your back to comfort you - letting you know it's okay to cry and that they're here for you, even without speaking at all.

It’s been a while since I did head canons for mha so without further ado…

Kiribaku:

Kiri’s nickname for Baku is Kats or sukki-sukki, he also calls home darling and bubba/bubs

Baku’s nicknames for Kiri and Ei and honey and he’s absolutely life’s being called bubs and almost dies from a heart attack anytime kiri calls him that

They own a German Shepard when they move in together and they named him Chief

They adopt a little girl a little after they get married and they immediately fell in love when they say her at the orphanage

Baku helps dye kiris roots and sometimes even puts some red streaks in his own hair

He claims it was in accident but kiri knows that it’s not, he doesn’t call Baku out on it though and in fact he finds it really cute

Kiri gives baku shoulder massages almost every night because the gauntlets put a lot of strain on them

In favor of that, Baku rubs lotion on kiri because his skin gets really dry when his quirk is overused

They got together only two months after meeting each other, they knew from the start that they liked each other, they just needed the courage to do something about it

Shinkami:

I don’t care what anyone says, Shin DEFINITELY calls Denki kitten

And not even in the bedroom

He calls him kitten all of the time, and the UA girls FAWN over it

They are the type of couple that are literal opposites

Shin wears nothing but pants to bed and kami wears only a shirt to bed (one of Shinsou’s shirts)

Shin has always been able to sleep better with kami by him because he mostly need human contact

Kami went through so much pinning over Shinsou that when they finally got together (after months and months of fumbling around each other) the bakusquad cheered and were so happy they wouldn’t have to deal with the constant rants about how ‘cute Toshi was when he saw a stray cat’ or how ‘he drools when he sleeps and it’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen, omg I thing I’m in love

Seroroki

Sero calls shoto love, and darling so much and I will die on that hill

They are both ace, or at least demi but they still love kisses and cuddles

Roki was very nervous about starting a relationship because he has thought he was aro for the longest time, but really he just hadn’t met the right person

This also freaked Sero out because he didn’t want to push shoto into anything they he wasn’t sure he was ready for

Sero has cussed out endeavor in Spanish so many times, and every time he does he always laughs so much

You’d think the number one hero would be bilingual, but not in this universe lol

Roki doesn’t know what Sero’ s saying, but he has the overall idea so he just lets him ramble out every curse word or phrase that he could think of

This ship is so new to me but I love it so much

Guilty Pleasures | ShinKami Headcanons

I know so many people are on the Shinsou likes black coffee train but can we please give a boat to Shinsou loving super sweet coffee with all the fixings? If he was a pro hero, I think people would really push the black coffee headcanon thing on him plus he’d feel guilty about the extra calories so his Carmel Frappuccinos are an occasional thing

Denki eats UP bad reality TV. Dance moms? Yes. Too Hot To Handle. Absolutely. Keeping up with the Kardashians? He’s watched every season. He will gladly admit to watching them if they come up but he definitely frames it as a guilty pleasure

Shinsou loves splurging on high-end nice cat treats and accessories. Does he need another hand-crafted elevated water bowl that looks like a flower from Etsy for his cat? No. But will he get one because “what if his baby forgets to drink water?” Yes.

Kaminari likes to keep shoe and tech boxes because they’d be “great for storage” and they feel special but he has so many at this point each new box is just taking up space

Shinkami collectively enjoys stalking their high school classmates and old friends on social media together and overanalyzing each post. Shinsou: She didn’t add a heart to this post about her boyfriend. I suspect they’re going through a rough patch or got into a fight. Denki: No definitely. I’m gonna say he forgot their anniversary. Shinsou: Shit
