As someone who studied MSc in Psychology and spends a fair share amount of time reading research for my blog. I wanted to create something simple, yet entertaining for people who struggle with anxiety, yet for whatever reason they are unable to visit CBT.
Although I call this my first book, it is a mix of book and journal. Two-thirds of it is exercises that anyone who has anxiety or feels unease can use to relieve their worries.
