Grow Rosemary at your doorstep for this herbal ally to protect your home
Recipes:
Rosemary herbal infused oil
What's an infused oil? An infused oil is a herb that has been steeping in an oil such as olive oil for cooking or even magical purposes. This is NOT an essential oil! Today I’m going to teach you a folk method.
Supplies needed: Dried rosemary, oil of choice (Recommend olive oil for cooking)
Kitchenware: Grinder (If using whole herb), two 1-quart mason jars with lids, paper bag and cheesecloth.
Instructions: Fill the mason jar half way with dried coarsely ground Rosemary. Add oil to reach the top of the jar and close the lid tightly. Place the jar in the paper bag and store in a warm place.  Shake the jar for several minutes twice a day for 1-2 weeks. Then strain the oil into another jar, secure the lid, and let sit for a few more days. Strain the oil again with a fine cheesecloth. Pour the herbal oil in a clean, dry jar and store in a cool dark place.
Will last 1-2 weeks stored out of the fridge, will last up to a year in the fridge.
Sources and reading material:
Please remember while I provide sources, some content is my own UPG from working for years intuitively with this herbal ally. What you do not see from my sources assume it is my UPG and take what information you will. Always cross reference and research yourself. All medical knowledge will be sourced.

The result of the last wildharvesting trip of 2023: 18 Canarian Wormwood sticks, 42 Moorish Sage sticks, one tray of handcut leaves of each plant for incenses, herbal powders, and oils, and five bundle of sage wood sticks for ritual fires. Very, very grateful for my Cuadro's guidance, who told me to (unexpectedly) go wildharvesting at a specific location three days ago. It feels so lucky that this is one of the last works of the year!

Sooo I decided to start a new blog.. far from new to tumblr but here goes! I’m a 25f in the process of rediscovering myself. I spent a looong time rejecting my womanhood and I’m really working to embrace my truest self. Long ago I lost a massive amount of weight and I’m currently trying to work on real strength training and getting my body where I really want it.
Some things to expect on this blog, please reblog/like if you post similar and I’d love to follow some blogs!
Spirituality (earth based focus, manifestation, meditations, yoga, etc)
Exercise plans and updates
Food posting, recipes, healthy eating!
Health and beauty in general! I don’t but into the mainstream beauty brand bs and am a lot more focused on clean/organic health and wellness
Would loveee more connections on the side of organic and natural care for mental and physical health too 🥰

What do I mean when I say, "not all fruit is healthy fruit"?
Tumblr media
Produce sold in stores are grown using a few different methods. However, only one of the methods is actually healthy. We as humans should only be consuming nothing but organic produce. This means making sure it’s naturally grown without pesticides and/or anything to genetically modify it (GMO). This also means your fruit should always be SEEDED and not SEEDLESS (GMO).  Not sure how you can identify which produce is safe to eat at your supermarket? This post will definitely help you.

WHO IS YOUR HEALER, YOUR MEDICINE MAKER?
Tumblr media
We read so much from the body language of the healer, from her or his energy, voice, level of attentiveness to us, the client. It usually happens during the first in-person encounter, but is is harder to do this unconscious screening test when seeking to find a long-distance healer. It may require patience, and trial and error. What I look for in my healer, the person I will trust with my most private thoughts and concerns, is a deep level of compassion, true caring for me, and a drive to take the clients' health to new levels overtime. I don't care whether my healer is stylish, has wrinkles, has gray hair, or what style of eating she or he has. Great herbalists tend to look alike to me: a little like hikers, like mushroom pickers, like serious gardeners. Their hair is often a fascinating giveaway: longish, grayish or black, crazy, dry like straw. Who knows why? And their connection to plants', animals', and stones' spirits becomes registered on their face.
Since you live far away, here is my face on a regular day. Tired as usual, hair gets crazy and indeed is dry. I hope you see something in my face that makes you trust, surrender the armor. A level of trust is helpful so the healer can hear your whole story and address the most pressing or most heart-felt needs first. My process of working with a client and selecting essences for a custom blend is not fast, it is not just intellectual choosing, and in fact sometimes I put so much energy into it that I can only work on one to two blends a day. But this energy I put in becomes bound with the blend and travels in your bottle to you, to give you a stronger medicine. - Ava
