Morning dew by daylight, stars by night, wading in the river during springtime, caresing blossoms by fall. Deep in the mountains in an unknown temple, a girl plays her flute alone in the rain, waiting for the sunrise. She clutches the remaining fragments, with only the sky and the four seasons for an accompaniment. Even though she grows more distant, even if the world does not answer her, she continues praying devoutly for the person she misses. The rain fades away to the sound of her flute, and the bells sound at dawn's first light. After the sun returns, it will be the season of blooming flowers once more.

People seem to love my Selena Skill Gifset so here is another one. :) She just released on TW Server and am doing a hecking grind, just for her.

Batman grunts a greeting at the boy Selena has introduced as "Danny" as if it's totally normal for a kid to be hanging out on a rooftop with her, kicking his legs out above the edge as if he's not 20 stories up.

Selena shares an equally amused glance with Danny that has Batman scowling harder than his usual as the boy gets up, stretching out from his hunch to reveal a 6 foot 2 build not unlike Jason's.

"Wow, spot on," Danny whistles, grinning at Selena. "I owe you a twenty."

"Darling," Selena purrs, hand finding purchase on his upper bicep. "I never exaggerate."

"Looks like Catwoman's got a new scratching post, B," Nightwing cackles in his comm, which is probably why Batman finds himself gritting out a--

"Little young for you, isn't he?"

The kid--in a hoodie and jeans, seriously, where did Selena find this guy--stares at him incredulously before his mouth stretches into an uncomfortably wide grin, revealing fairly sharp canines. He strides forward.

"What can I say, Mr. The Batman," he says, placing a hand on the man's shoulder. He must be around the same age as Dick. "I've got a thing for powerful women in black."

"See you for dinner tomorrow Lena," he says, hand lifted in farewell as he heads for the edge. He pushes himself over the wall with one hand, dropping over.

Batman clocks Selena's lack of alarm and doesn't flinch. Thirteen seconds later, there's no resounding thud when Danny's body would've met the pavement and she's still smirking at him.

"No metas in Gotham," he growls.

Selena throws her head back and laughs. "If I see any, I'll be sure to call. Now," she kisses his cheek, "I better go. I've got a date tomorrow."

Soulmate au where Danny is the secret lovechild of Batman and Catwoman. The problem? His soulmate is Tim Drake.

His bio-dad had adopted his soulmate. Danny didn't know how to proceed or even if he should. Tim was apparently dating some blond and the Waynes clearly didn't know about him.

He decided to keep it that way and didn't reach out to them. He did, however, reach out to his bio-mom via a semi-awkward letter. He wanted to meet her but stated multiple times in the letter that it was okay if she didn't want to see him.

She sent a letter back saying she would love to meet him and asked if he liked ice cream. She also wrote down her number for him to call or text her.

This led to them meeting up nearly every weekend with Red Huntress and Team Phantom promising to protect the town. (Though Val only agreed after he explained he was meeting his bio-mom and she softened)

Jason was the first one to see them together and freaked out a bit. He contacted the group chat about Catwoman having a teen following her around who looked almost exactly like her and the chat when nuts.

Damian leaves to investigate as Robin and finds his potential half brother at the mall with his mom teaching him how to steal.

It was not the greatest first impression.

So we have plenty of dp and Batman crossover where Danny is Damian’s twin but what if, now hear me out, what if Danny was Bruce and SELINA’S kid!? But she never told Batman, and with her being related to falcons she found a family to take care and raise him to keep Danny safe from that side of her life. Maybe somehow meeting and befriending the other Gotham sirens?

Ooo That is an interesting way to have Danny be related to Bruce. But MAN when/if Bruce finds out.. he's going to be so upset. Because that be the second time the mother of his children kept the child a secret from him. Imagine a lot of BatCat drama.. especially when it comes to light that Danny's half-ghost. Just the oof. Though Selina be just as upset that Danny ended up dying because of it. Though always gotta love the idea for future aunty ivy n harly. Danny stuck in a weird custody battle.. but not between Selena and Bruce.. but Bruce and his somewhat aunts LOL. =w=' But yeah I can see it being rough.. and then Danny wanting to get to know both his parents since neither seem to resent him.. which was what he originally thought. Sneaking out to hang with Selena even though she tells him that he's better with bruce. "Like leaving me on a doorstep was (better)-oh shoot that was-" "Fair kid." Selena's voice sounding broken and sad.

I have an idea based off of the cave boy and clone2 posts

 deaged Damian ends up in the Danny Phantom universe through the portal or randomly appearing is entirely up to interpretation. Danny is alternate Bruce, Valerie is alternate Talia and Sam is alternate Selena. Dani / Ellie is the Danny Phantom's Universe Damien. Damian has a weirdly good childhood with everything that's going around. I want him being raised by Valerie and Danny with the energy of part on weird terms divorced.

originally they think Damien is another clone of Danny and for Damien to think that Danny is a clone of his dad and he's trying to figure out how to get home but that is sorted out later. they find out from Clockwork that Damian has to grow to his original age for him to go back home. I imagine Damien was 12 to 13 and was de aged to six or seven. so Damian spends years with Danny and Valerie. they spend less time trying to look for a way for Damien to go back early and more for them to connect the universes so Damian can come back to see them later. Ellie to act originally as a big sister to Damien but is later destabilized and deaged, the two of them act as twins later. I don't know whether I want Dan to be an uncle and for him to be Danny's twin and for that to confuse Damien or I want him to be destabilized and be a brother to Damien. 

When Damien goes back to his universe he acts like he wasn't gone for years, that he was just gone for a little bit because  he went back to the point that he left. I want him to Mention to the family that he has a twin once everything is set up with the portal between universes and for him to act like he always had one he just never mentioned it. With Ellie and Damien growing up together in the DP universe he act like they have both just grown up together in that Universe especially with zero context of what happened. it's Talia that ends up revealing that Damien does not have a twin after Bruce mentioned when the family has to team up with her.

Cave Danny is found out to not be a civilian, because Sam and Tucker hunted him down. Things are already starting to get tense Between Tim and his insistence of Danny being Evil when they show up. Tim holding Danny by his collar, so they assume the worst. Danny calls Sam and Tucker, Selena and Ethan to their faces as they're whipping out weapons of mass destruction, because he commits to the bit even as the bit is falling apart in his hands.

Sam and Tucker, tell Danny to his face that his spontaneous vacation is over and it's time to get his other Rouges back under control before they have to fight the US government again, this time completely destroying it.

Do they address the names they were called? No, they barely call Danny by his name anyway. They straight up call him Phantom and now that cats out the bag.

Yeah, Seems legit.

This is funny cause they would come in screaming his name with guns blazing, and the Batfam would only see a kid version of Selina and Ethan swinging around bulky looks like they came from a low-budget sci-fi movie guns at them.

Bruce's first reaction would be, "That's cute"

His children would trip over themselves to see Bruce's past lovers as kids. A few of them weren't aware Ethan was a possibility.

"Dang B, Catwoman, Two-Face, and Clayface? How many rouges is Bruce Wayne exes with?"

"Do not forget my mother or Ghost Maker."

"No one could ever forget them Dami."

Unfortunately, this falls out of the planned plotline, so Sam and Tucker never meet the Batfam.

I think no one has even tried to think of what kind of trouble Adult!Danny could cause towards Bruce in turn of Selena. They could've been a fling or not, but I love the thought of him just pestering Bruce and Bat just for fun.

Whether as Fenton or Phantom, Danny would always tease him. Floating around invisibly and making comments only Bruce could hear. Or being in his human form and willingly getting in trouble just for Bruce to save him to call him his hero and let a photo be on the first page with Danny being claimed as a paramour for the Dark Knight. His kids loved that.

Speaking of, the kids love Danny. They love hearing the stories he tells about his friends and the Infinite Realms. Even Ellie visits from time to time. And the both of them love Alfred to death.

So everytime one of his kids went missing, Bruce has to think of whether if it was Danny, Selena, or Talia that took them on a surprise trip without his knowledge.

Sigh......Bruce needs a drink.

Au where Danny starts to destabilize like Dani did but in a vastly different way. His destabilization was brought on by a modified virus his parents had created that affected him and Vlad as Halfas but had no effect on normal ghosts or humans.

Frostbite told him it would be an easy fix. All they needed was a large portion of DNA from his parents and they would have him fixed in a jiffy.

After tricking his parents into donating a significant portion of blood in a fake blood drive, Danny went back to the Far Frozen and gave them the blood. After testing to make sure it would work, he was informed that there was no genetic match to either blood sample and the procedure could not continue.

This is how Danny learned he was adopted.

He, Technus and Tucker showered the internet for any genetic matches in any labs or genealogy sites only to turn up empty handed. With his condition worsening by the day Danny grew desperate and borrowed the Infi-map to lead him to his parents.

Needless to say, he meets the most terrifying goth furry in the multiverse who called himself Batman. He tried to talk to him only for the man to say "No metas allowed in Gotham" and Danny knew he wouldn't be able to win a direct fight with this man in the state he was in. Talking was out and fighting was a no go. His last resort was trickery and thankfully he was good at that.

He stalked the batclan for days until he caught a lucky break and one of them was rushed to a little clinic. Danny was overjoyed to discover the doctor kept spare bags of each heros blood in case of emergency. Danny didn't have the luxury of time to figure out whose was whose and just grabbed all of them except the one the doctor was already hooking up to the wounded vigilante

Now he just needed to find his mother. Things became a lot more complicated when the coughing started. His stealth was pretty much shot and he would randomly fall from his flight and start turning to goo. Danny was running out of time and his mom happened to be an amazing fighter.

Catwoman seemed to realize Danny was dying and asked if that's why he needed her blood. If he was an unstable clone or something. He nodded furiously, his mouth too full of extoplasm and blood to speak properly. A little white lie wouldn't hurt. Plus, the less people that are trying to shove thier way into his afterlife the better. And he had a feeling that if either of his parents knew they had a kid out there they wouldn't rest until they had him.

Catwoman agrees to come with him to the operation and donate her blood to save him on the condition that he doesn't pull any tricks. Phantom readily agrees. They make it just in time for the Yetis to stabilize him just enough for him to be able to wait for Selenas donation to be ready.

Meanwhile the bats have discovered the missing blood bags and are freaking out.

Hot take: dc x dp, but with good parents Jack and Maddie fenton.

Yes, Danny is part of the batfam. Yes, Bruce has legally adopted Danny and would have adopted jazz (if she didn't insist she was too old to be adopted). Jack is still their loving father. Maddie is still their devoted mother. Both parents recognize that their children love the batkids and the batparents (Yes, this includes Alfred and Maybe Selena) as family, and as the family doesn't seem abnormal (by amity park standards) they let their kids develop healthy relationships with whoever they want.

Madie fenton is Bruce Wayne's science nemesis. She doesn't buy "Brucie" for a second. Millionaire playboy who? Every time she picks up her kids from his house as per the shared custody agreement, she finds him tinkering with some strange device and casually points out "yknow, you have something, but it could be better if you....". She's so used to correcting her husband's math errors and design flaws that the first time she catches Bruce with an unsafe device, reflexes kick in.

Jack, on the other hand, pulls an uno reverse on Bruce. Bruce thought he was adopting a black haired and blue eyed teen with angst issues. Nope! Jack now has a new reclusive rich best friend! They're family, practically brothers! You want to run for gotham mayor and end city crime? Anything you say B-man!

Jack and Maddie start showing up to batkids's civilian events for moral support. Cassandra has a ballet recital? They're in the front seat; cheering her on! Tim has a big presentation in front of the company board of directors? Yet again, Jack and Maddie somehow got past building security; and holy heck, why do they have a "support Tim Wayne" t-shirt cannon?!!? After the 5th cookie care basket with sugar snaps that tried to eat his stapler at the bludhaven police station, Dick now has to politely ask them to stop sending food. He appreciates the effort, but the gingerbread men caused a queen of fables scare and tried to eat a convict.

Jack and Maddie know Danny is phantom. The "threats" to shoot him? He's their son! They'd never! But they can't let him know that they know, so they keep up the act half heartedly. They realize their invention killed him. They realize everything they thought they knew about ghosts was wrong. But how do you say sorry to your kid if he isn't ready to forgive you? Especially if you've wronged him infathomably. You don't. You love him unconditionally; and you live each day with him as the gift it is. And you keep his secret, even from him. You fight infathomable and terrifying monsters each night, over and over, praying that once they're gone he can sleep safely. If he ever wants to forgive you, he'll tell you; when he's ready. And if he can't? You live with what you've done, regret and greif forever seered into your soul. You know he is loved and cared for. He is protected. To you, that's all that matters.
