Domestic vibes w/ Sakura, Shisui, and Neji. What kinds of homey activities would each of them do w/ a partner? Any sort of ways they like to unwind at the end of a day? Like cuddles in bed, making tea and relaxing, *cough* sexy stuffs *cough*. Either canon, modern au, or etc.

Sakura Haruno

Definitely someone who needs to be convinced to relax sometimes as she has a tendency to overwork herself but also bring her work home. She honestly just doesn't stop! You need to pull her into the zen environment for both your sakes.

That being said she definitely is someone who finds comfort in the simple things with you. A nice cup of tea and a cuddle after a long day are exactly what she needs to unwind. Also can she bitch about people please? She needs to have a good vent. The two of you can vent if you need too as long as you listen to her she'll listen to you 100% you're a team.

It's a bonus if tea has some sort of treats with it. It's partner downtime AND treat time. And if you made them? Her heart MELTS. Even if you just bought them she thinks 'My partner did this for me?' Absolutely touched.

So that was the part you indulged her and she has recharged no it's reversal time. Wants to pay you back and help you unwind. She wants to cook you dinner (doesn't mind cooking it together) but loves to spoil you. Likes company when cooking. The talking continues, helps her to unwind honestly.

Is a taster through the process of cooking and loves to ask for you opinion too. 'Hmm I'm not sure, do you think this needs to be more spicy?' Holds the spoon out to you. Still gets warm over the idea of being domestic like this. Cheeks blushy as you taste her cooking. Appreciates your opinion no matter what it is.

Asking for seconds is the way into her heart honestly. The fact you like her food is just ahhhh. Tell her things you like about her food? Will jump you right there and then. Smooches and hugs. All over you. 'I appreciate you so much.' Just being seen makes her feel loved.

Big on bathing with you to unwind. Loves the intimacy of it and just holding and being held by the one she loves. Washing each other and carting her hands through her lovers hair is the dream. Ultimate relaxation until it's not and leads to other things.

Sometimes the path to unwinding with Sakura leads to the ultimated unwind in the bedroom. Towels forgotten on the floor, robes open, hands exploring and kissing so hard that you feel so hot. Maybe the bath should have waited until later.

Shisui Uchiha

Mr active, can't sit still for too long, go go go needs to be coaxed and sometimes bribed into relaxing, honestly. He's just so used always doing something that his mind is like always racing and going so he's following it for the ride. It takes you for a fun ride too.

That being said he does have his exhausted days and mornings where he likes to just cuddle. Cuddley mornings with Shisui aren't all docile and sweet though. Sometimes they're pinches and tickles and giggles.

It's biting your shoulder affectionately and nibbling your ear to get a chuckle out of you and watch you flail about while he holds you tight. It's laughing until your stomach hurts, the blanket long forgotten and kicked to the end of the bed while the sheet twists around each of your limbs.

It's rolling around the bed until one of you (or both if you cling to each other tight enough) falls out of bed. That's when it's time to call it quits. 'Mmm maybe time to get out of bed.' 'I think we just did.' 'Touché.' He kisses (then nips) your nose.

Unwinding in the evening for Shisui I can see being something like watching you prepare dinner. Watching the repetative motions of chopping and mixing just really helps him relax and unwind. But he can't watch for long he has to join in and help.

Not just help out but make it fun too and be an absolute nusance in the process. Flicking the bits of cooked rice that stick to his hands at you when he is put in charge of moulding the rice balls. Attempts to smear the rice vinegar goo on your cheek but you flinch in time with a gasp just as the tip hits your skin.

'Oh this is war!' You declare and he's gone, running around the kitchen in a circle giggling like a child as you chase him with the mayo based sauce. He relents of course and grabs you by the waist. It stops you but not enough as you smear a good goop over his face.

Instead of wiping it off he just smooshes his face against yours and shakes his head gently. The two of you scrunch your noses and laugh. It's a mess but it's fun. And you can taste the sauce on his lips when he kiss you. It's good.

Dinner is almost forgotten as the two of you kiss and kiss. Making out on the kitchen floor. You push him back onto the conveniently placed rug a few feet away and latch yourself onto his neck. He moans, hands coming to pull your waist down against him. Onto him. Mmm this is good.

He laps the remainder of the sauce from your face, his hands exploring up your shirt, fingers splayed over the skin of your back. You push his own shirt up. Kissing down his chest. Down, down further until mm and there's a delicious moan pulled from him as his hands find your hair.

That's when the pot boils over and your remember dinner. Shit. Gotta get up and turn the stove off before you finish.

Neji Hyuga

Mans has spent his whole life chasing that zen but there's always something in the way. There's always something giving him the BIG STRESS lmao. He needs to unwind and you really gotta be the one to help him out before he snaps.

Big on the tea and definitely has his own routine of coming home and drinking a cup just to detox the day. Likes to just have a bit of quiet at first. Has gotten into the habit of making one for you if you're home too, a sweet invitation for you to join him in his bubble. He wants you in his world.

After that he doesn't mind talking. Wants to know about your day, doesn't mind sharing his. Little bits of small talk that lead to the deep intimate talk. Just existing together in a way he never thought he would with another person is intimate for him and it makes him feel so sappy.

Kind of leads him to the physical side of things. Wants the touches and the cuddles. Kind of just falls against you in his PleaseHoldMeSoIKnowThisIsReal Neji way. And you do. It's cuddle time. Sometimes that's all it is. Just cuddles and gentle affirmations.

Other times it's a little more. It leads to kissing. Soft at first. Just gentle reminders that the two of you love each other and aren't going anywhere. But when they deepen. There's a fierceness in them a spark ignites and suddenly he's back against the couch and you're on top of him.

It's almost like your down right ready to devour him. You're kissing his jaw, his neck and he is moaning your name. His hands are in your hair. You both want more. Need more. Crave more.

It leads to more sometimes. Other times it's just a quick burst of passion and nothing more.

Afterwards the two of you continue the night together. A little closer than before. Cooking dinner with extra touches than necessary. Stealing extra kisses between prep steps. Grazing touches as you pass the utensils at the table.

There's no way you can shower alone after that. Everything in an evening like this remains close and together. Right up until the moment the two of you fall asleep in bed, limbs wrapped around each other. Completely content and taken by each others presence.

Sakura is buff, she is a shinobi afterall. So she can offer the best hugs and the best cuddles.

Big Spoon!! While she had thought she was a little spoon, but she found that she enjoyed being the one to encase you with her arms

Prefers cold weather if your both gonna cuddle, as it's better to have blankets and maybe even a movie while cuddling

After long days after missions, is the perfect condition to cuddle in! It's usually late at night when it's a lot cooler, not to mention Sakura is usually tired so after a quick shower she can go right off to sleep with you being held tightly against her

She is also loves holding hands while cuddling, likes being able to trace your knuckles with her thumbs

Talking is also a must, even if it's just small thoughts said out loud. Tell all the gossip that happen while she was gone. Sarada learned a new justu? How nice. Ino has new flowers in the shop? What kind? Maybe they'll look nice on the dinner table. There's a sale coming up at a local grocery store? Maybe they have that one special treat that you both enjoy.

Whatever the case, Sakura likes to cuddle and is one of the best cuddlers ever. 1099404938/10 recommend if you ever need some cuddles!

He would catch you if you jumped, but he doesn’t even realize he did.

Then he’s confused because… what just happened?

He slowly puts you down

He’d always catch people in a trust fall too, but he can’t bring himself to fall back when doing a trust fall.

He wants to trust, but he can’t.

Sasuke Uchiha

Depends…

He might step out of the way if he’s not in a good mood or didn’t even process what you were doing.

If he likes you, he’ll likely catch you. Then complain.

Doesn’t trust anybody for a trust fall, but he’ll catch you if you do a trust fall.

Sakura Haruno

Catches you with full intention to do so.

She’ll hold you for a second cuz she’s strong and you don’t bother her.

When she does put you do, she asks what you did that for.

She’ll trust you for a trust fall. She doesn’t trust just anybody, so that’s a compliment.

And of course, she’ll catch you.

Sai

Catches you.

Tells you he read about something like this.

Tells you what it means.

If that’s not what you mean, or if it’s outlandish, you choose rather you slap him or explain to him how that’s not okay. Then probably slap him for his response (I don’t agree with slapping ppl, but canon typical violence guys)

He’ll catch you if you do a trust fall. Thinks it’s good for bonding so he’ll fall too!

Shikamaru Nara

Catches you, but is shocked and like “what??”

Puts you down like immediately.

Somewhere in there, he said “what a drag.”

He’s not doing a trust fall, he doesn’t care.

But if you screamed, “trust fall” and just fell back, he’ll catch you.

Choji Akimichi

Catches you without question. He didn’t fully realize what was going on, but he would do it over and purposely catch you too.

He will carry you around if you want afterwards.

Always catches you in a trust fall.

He trusts you and Shikamaru to catch him in a trust fall, but Shikamaru always loudly complains about it so more so you.

Ino Yamanaka

She catches you, but probably scolds you for just jumping on her.

Like give her some warning??

Especially if she had anything in her hands.

She can’t bring herself to fall back in a trust fall, even if she trusts the person. She’ll shout about not wanting to do it, but eventually she’ll do it to prove herself.

She always catches you, but some people will get dropped if they try.

Kiba Inuzuka

He probably does the same thing to you.

Like “CATCH ME” and a man that is way too big and buff is flying through the air, right at you.

So yeah he’d always catch you, but it comes with a cocky comment about how much you wanna be in his arms. Beware.

Randomly springs trust falls on everybody and gets pissed if they let him fall.

He will catch you.

Shino Aburame

He’ll catch you… but he’s so confused.

Don’t do that again…

He’s a little scared?

Might think something is wrong, but he kinda finds it cute when he finds out there is no real reason for it. Like you jumped in HIS arms? 🥹

He’s not up for the trust fall shit, but he’ll catch you if you do it anyways.

Hinata Hyuga

Catches you, but she is nervous and startled.

She probably says something heroic sounding like “I will never drop you.”

She’s sad when you get down out of her arms.

She’ll trust you in a trust fall and catch you too.

Neji Hyuga

Probably steps back and then gets just a little upset that he didn’t catch you, especially if you get hurt.

That or you knock you both down to the ground.

He’ll tell you that you shouldn’t have done that, but he’s sorry.

Same goes for trust falls.

He’s not doing them though, not unless you annoy him half to death to do it.

Rock Lee

He catches you enthusiastically, probably hugs you tightly too.

Now he’s got an idea, and next time, when you least expect it, he’s gonna do the same thing. He ends up knocking you both to the ground because at the speed he jumped, even if you catch him, you’re both going down…

Another type to scream “TRUST FALL!” And fall, and expect you to catch him. He will get up like nothing and say “let’s try again!” If you don’t catch him

He’ll always catch you though.

Tenten

Catches you and wraps her arms around you as she processes what you did.

She’s startled and maybe even a little alert, but when she pieces it together and realizes it’s you, she slowly puts you down.

She’s willing to do trust falls. She’ll catch you if you catch her. But if you prank her, she will give you that energy back.

Gaara of the Sand

He got startled and the sand blocked you…

He apologizes and probably lightly warns or scolds you about not jumping at him suddenly.

Tells you that you can try again.

He won’t do trust falls, but he’ll catch you with his sand if you do one.

Kankuro of the Sand

He let you fall.

Thought it’d be funny at first, but he’d feel like a total dickhead if you get hurt.

He won’t apologize though, but it’ll be obvious he regrets his decision.

Probably still tells you not to do sudden things like that, or more so, stop putting yourself in danger.

He’s not doing trust falls. If it’s the first time you attempt to jump or fall, again, he’s letting you fall.

Temari of the Sand

She’ll catch you, but immediately puts you down.

Tells you not to jump so suddenly.

Won’t do trust falls, even if she trusts you. Thinks it’s stupid and definitely not happening.

She’ll catch you though, then scold you for doing it.

Naruto General Headcanons

A/N: i have quite a bit of requests but i have no motivation to write person 5 I'm so sorryyyyy it might be a while before i post them. if you have any other requests though please make sure to send something in!

Cast Line Up- Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi

Naruto~

This kid has SO MUCH energy, but at a certain point in the evening he crashes so hard. Like you cannot get him to do ANYTHING because he's half asleep.

Has broken his arm twice. The first time when he was like 6 he fell off a tree while he was climbing it. The second time he was splashing paint on the great faces and as he was coming down he hit his hand on the ground too hard.

When he can’t sleep he sits on the roof of his apartment complex and stays there for a while, usually until the sun rises.

Likes to paint his nails frequently, usually bright colours, a big fan of bright oranges and greens.

Never has chapped lips. No matter how dry out it is he just never gets them.

After the chunin exams he holds a deep adoration for Neji, because he was able to change his point of view and become better and stronger, and Naruto finds it really impressive.

Sasuke~

Likes to draw, while he was in the academy he often found himself doodling on his work. If someone ever approached him about it he would deny them and tell them they were seeing things.

Sometimes when he feels really alone, he likes to turn on his TV for background noise and deep cleans/rearranges his bedroom. He does this usually once a month.

Can play guitar, and does sometimes. It reminds him a lot of his family, specifically Itachi, so he usually keeps it locked in the back of his closet.

A very avid reader. Has tons and tons of books.

Loves to stargaze. Spends a lot of nights, especially rough ones when he feels alone, watching the stars, usually in a tree or clearing.

After he left the village, for the first few months he actually missed being there, and missed Naruto and Sakura’s theatrics. He got over himself pretty quickly though.

Sakura~

VERY good at makeup, but because she's a ninja she rarely gets a chance to do it, because she usually sweats it off.

Used to wish her hair was blonde because Ino has blonde hair, and she was incredibly popular.

Very very flexible.

Also has a very large sweet tooth, and will take most sweet food over savoury or sour food. Can also handle spice VERY well.

Her legs are stronger than her arms, and she tends to use them more in training and combat. One of her favourite people to train with is Tenten.

Kakashi~

Hates ramen. Cannot stand it. It's been like that since he was a kid, and honestly he's not sure why, he just really cannot stand it.

Has very nice hands. They are usually fairly soft because he hates how his hands feel when they're dry.

Once tried to read a book that wasn’t Make Out Paradise and couldn’t even get past the second chapter.

Very lazy. His ideal day is staying inside his house in a comfy robe and soft slippers reading the day away.

Insomniac, and very good at hiding it. His bags aren’t obvious, and if they are he covers them up with makeup.

Hates being fussed over, but secretly likes to fuss over other people. He can’t really help it, he’s just lost so many people that he has to fuss over the people he loves.

I love headcanons, but to be frank it's just so sad to watch Sakura fans trying to make headcanons to make her more interesting.

This was partially prompted by a post I saw recently. OP often references their headcanon that Sakura's parents are abusive, and I can't even be annoyed because it's just miserable. They're doing everything in their power to make Sakura more interesting, and they're still failing.

At this point, I feel sorry that they like Sakura, it must really suck being a Sakura fan.

MODERN NARUTO HCS!!

I dont wanna make too many, so heres a few!! None of these personalities are canon, these are all just made up. If you dont like when people put totally different personalities on characters, I recommend you dont read this! 🫶

-Sasukes family is full of police, and they run a police station

-The Uchiha family is also some kind of mafia shit

-Yes they abuse their police power

-The Hyuugas are also mafia, and are rivals to the Uchihas!

-Sasuke and Neji were forced ‘rivals’, because they were the same age

-Sasuke almost killed Neji

-Later became friends, now repeatedly visits Neji in the hospital because he got in a coma

-Naruto is Sasukes real rival, but only in academics, girls and strenght (from Naruto’s pov)

-Sasuke sees Naruto as a rival, somehow

-Minato and Kushina are alive, very chaotic but happy couple

-Minato is the mayor, and Kushina is a judge

-This is how Sasuke sees a rival in Naruto, because Naruto is on the ‘good’ side and hes on ‘bad’ side

-They were rlly good friends in childhood tho

-They made out as practise hehe

-Knew they weren’t attracted to men after that

-Naruto wasn’t exactly hated when growing up, but he accidentally murdered someone in his teens so lots of people hated him after that

-Wasn’t actually the murderer

-He got away with it anyway because of his parents :)

-Seen as ‘weird kid’ in school

-Trained his body from a very young age, and does martial arts!!

-Really powerful

-He had a crush on Sakura until he found out from his parents that she was included in some sketchy shit

-Sakura is very smart

-She knows the Uchiha are mafia, because of a certain happening

-Popular in school

-Became really strong after she started dating Sasuke, because Sasuke trained her really well so she’d be able to protect herself!

-Hinata is a shy cutie, but when you get to know her shes kind manipulative with her shyness, and clingyness

-Didn’t know she was manipulative though, because she just picked up behaviours from her mom

-The hyuugas are not a happy family/household

-Didn’t wanna be involved with mafia, since it included being more ‘close’ to her family

-She only likes Neji and Hanabi in her family

-Became stronger so she could protect Hanabi

-Dislikes Sasuke for what he did to Neji.

-Ino is a whore

-That sounded bad mb

-She doesn’t like it, but her family is poor so she sells herself

-Is trying to use Sakura for money

-Thats why theyre friends

-Shikamaru is smart, but ignorant

-He ignores everything that goes on around him, because its too ‘bothersome’

-Choji follows what Shikamaru does, not hesitant. Theyre best friends, right? Shikamaru wouldn’t do anything to hurt him, right?

-Kiba has a fake personality, and is only himself around his dog

-He doesn’t wanna be involved in anything, but ends up being involved anyway

-Nobody notices Shino. He does that want to be noticed, anyway. Or?

-TenTen clings on to Sakura and Ino like a leech, she just wants friends.

-Lee is super sporty! Too bad he got a really bad injury that made him unable to do what he loves.. Hope this doesn’t make him *too* depressed!

-Does Gaara spare his siblings? We dont know. Will Naruto be able to save Gaara in this timeline? We dont know.

-‘Sensei’s like Kakashi are teachers or workers in shops

-Itachi does his best to keep Sasuke out of the spotlight. He likes when the attention is on him.

Sakura Haruno w/sleep deprived/insomniac reader (sorry if there is a better wording than this)

Sakura is technically a doctor so i think she's more than suited to help you with your sleeping problems mostly and stress!!

She's the first to scold you when you obviously way too caught up in studying. Worried that you're spending too much time with your books/computer/notes, she might steal them and place them somewhere else for a little while.

Sakura also convinces you to chill out for a while. She'll make you your favorite drink, maybe a snack while she's at it. You'll cuddle, maybe watch an episode or two of your favorite show, just something to keep you off of studying.

Sakura already knows that you'll ace your exams, so you need to take a break. Relaxing is just as important as retaining information!!

She gets super worried when she finds that you're having difficulty sleeping. Especially when it starts affecting your daily life, just this morning she saw you try to pour a glass of water into an upside down glass!

Luckily, your wonderful, smart, girlfriend has figured out a solution or two!

Her first solution is to fix your sleeping schedule. Pulling you out of where you studying at and getting you to go to bed at normal times. This might take a couple of tries, maybe a few days or so? But your sleeping schedule will be fixed through her persuasion of cuddles and maybe a few kisses.

Sakura second solution is to maybe try melatoin. She knows it might not work but she wants to atleast try. If they work, then she'll be super happy! This will help fix your sleep schedule way faster!

I think overall, Sakura is gonna encourage you to study as much as you can, but she doesn't mean ruin your sleep schedule or even getting stressed out over exams. She knows that you can ace your exams and you can always ask her to help you.

so I was talking with a friend on how sakura should've really been given something else instead of making her tsunade 2.0 and I was just thinking. she was slated to be a genjutsu type paper ninja in the beginning. why don't we lean into that?

give me a sakura who not just heals, but a sakura whose knowledge of chakra systems makes her genjutsu much harder to break if she's got her grip on you, and you don't even notice that your perception has been shifted by 1 metre.

sakura who can instantly break someone else's genjutsu- she knows when there's foreign chakra in someone's tenketsu, and it's just as easy as a routine chakra flush they give to patients in the hospital. and if she disrupts your own chakra flow with her genjustu? best to find a friendly hyuuga or run to a mednin for help

(and if she uses this knowledge to eventually stop her two very stupid, stubborn teammates' fight-flirting in their tracks... well. the hokage was pleased she didn't need to order more village repairs that day.)

sakura who weaves minor illusions to let a little girl feel how it is to fly while she's stuck in bed, to hide a patient from their unwelcome, prying family members or to let a blind man see an image of his husband one last time before he passes away.

just a sakura who takes in everything that she's learned and makes it her own.

Birthday! (SasuSaku x Kid! Sarada)

"sasuke!" sakura called out.

"i said she can't have cake after dinner!"

sasuke blinked, eyebrow raising as he glanced at their daughter. "sarada.."

the little girl flushed red, smiling sheepishly. "i lied papa... mama didn't let me but... it's uncle itachi's birthday!"

sakura's eyes snapped up to sasuke's, mouth gaping open and spreading into a smile full of warmth as her husband scooped sarada into his arms, hugging her and twirling her around in the air with her giggles becoming music to their ears.

catching his eye, the couple smiled at each other and knew there would be more happy days from now on.

and sasuke?

he can only hope his big brother itachi is watching over his family from up above.
