Could you write about how Tony is with a younger gf that's like half his age? And maybe a lot more energetic than him if you know what I mean 🤭 I understand if age gaps make you uncomfortable and you don’t want to write it though!

I’m into age gaps given the right circumstances, and I completely understand the appeal! I wasn’t quite sure what to write since it’s not something I really put much thought into anyway, but I think it turned out okay and pretty cute :)

💠 Tony doesn't particularly mind either way that his s/o is (a lot) younger than him, but admittedly, he didn't expect that he'd end up with someone younger! He figured he'd prefer someone closer to his age, with whom he could share similar experiences of life...

💠 But the world works in mysterious ways! And it definitely works in mysterious ways when you find yourself in a loving relationship with Earth's grumpiest Avenger! Well... one of Earth's grumpiest Avengers 🤭

💠 It's partly his older age and partly his stressful job that has him tired and irritable, but lucky for him, you found this grumpy old man sweet and handsome 🥰

💠 And now he’s your grumpy old man 🥰

💠 He’s always had a thing for being the more dominant one. He wants to be bigger and stronger, the protector and provider, and his older age helps play into that!

💠 He definitely loves to spoil you! Anything you want!! He just loves spending money on his lovers, but in a way, he’s kinda showing off 🤭 not necessarily to you, but to prove that him being older still has its advantages 😉 a much younger man probably couldn’t treat you this well 💅

💠However… there’s often a difference between how much a person in their early 20s works and how much a person in their 40s works. You may not be used to your boyfriend working like 8-9 hours a day nearly every day! It might be quite the learning curve not having him around as often as you’d be used to :( Tony does feel pretty bad about it, he can remember being much more free and clingy too, so he cuts you some slack when you wanna bother him at work or in the lab 😉🩵

💠 He loves when he can teach you new things! He has a soft spot for it 🥰 even if it’s just the cleanest way to separate the egg yolk or just, like, how to do taxes, he enjoys being helpful and teaching you new things :) it’s cute tbh 🥰

💠 And he also loves getting to watch you practice things and keep learning things!! Are you cooking a ton of new things every day? Awesome! Even if it’s the same stuff or doesn’t always turn out good!! If you’re a college student, he’ll adore watching you work and read!

💠 You’re also from a whole different generation than him, so you’ve probably got a few things to teach him, too 😌💅 From new music to social media! While he’s still not really into the latter, he does enjoy all kinds of music!

💠But because you’re from different generations, his gestures may feel a bit more… old fashioned? But they’re classy! Always bringing flowers, always kissing your hand, always offering his arm for you to hold onto on a walk, offering his coat— it’s enough to make you feel like royalty honestly 🥰

💠 Though, it may feel a bit weird at first hanging out with his little social circle? They’re pretty much all Tony’s age, so you may feel a little out of place. Rhodey is actually quite welcoming though! Well, you weren’t there when he teased Tony about it a little 😅 but it wasn’t aimed at you! Honesty he was just happy to see his friend going out again :) in fact, Rhodey is probably the first person you’ll meet! After all, Tony’s parents aren’t around, and there’s no one else quite so important and close to him 🥲

💠 But don’t worry, Tony feels just as awkward with your similarly-aged friends 😅 and he was very nervous to meet your friends and/or family! Shit, he’s likely the same age as your parents 😭 while that might make things a little awkward as well… it’s actually pretty nice that they can share and bond over their very similar experiences and childhoods!

💠 Sometimes he wonders what his parents would think… but he’s pretty sure his dad was older, too! He likes to talk about them a little bit, and about his younger years. It probably kinda reminds you of how your own parents talk about how they grew up and how different it was from how you did, but it’s much more cute to hear Tony talk about it 😘

💠 Obviously loves to be called Daddy, but the age gap really has it driving him up the wall 😈 it's an authority thing, a power thing, and definitely a Dom thing 😏 and plus, you’re probably more, uh, innocent than he is 😏

💠 Bunny, princess, little deer, sweetie— he has all sorts of pet names to remind you of not just the age gap, but the gap in your power dynamic, too 🥴

💠 He definitely also loves teaching you new things in the bedroom 😈 there’s gotta be something you haven’t done yet if you have been sexually active before, and he’ll be sure to figure it out and teach you right 😌😉

💠 But he is still older, probably a lot older, and that does come with some… differences. Sure, he can go for a while, but once he cums a time or two 😮‍💨 he’s down for the count! So when you still want to go for another round, he’ll probably just have to hype you up while you touch yourself, or you’ll just have to settle for his hand 😅 it is kinda cute, the way you can tire him out 🤭 and he does find your high sex drive pretty hot 😘 he can go again as long as you can wait like an hour or two! The cuddles are great, though, if you do fall asleep 🥰

💠 He calls you the Energizer Bunny since you can go for so long 🤧 but he can remember being like that, too, when he was younger 🥴

💠Sometimes he (maybe a bit sad or insecure) jokes about if only you’d been able to meet him when he was younger, but give him a little kiss and remind him how glad you are to have met him now 🥰🥰🥰🥰

💠 He never thought he’d be insecure about his age, but… he is a little :( especially if you do comment on a picture of a younger him about how hot he was 😔 young age had him so naturally sculpted and more physically inclined. He was very pretty, huh! And while he’s obviously still strong, he’s got a little bit of tummy, and scarring, and crinkles in the corners of his eyes— a shame you didn’t get to see him back then!

💠 “You’re so silly, Tony~” you scold lovingly, interrupting his reminiscing of the past. You enjoy hearing his stories, but not when he starts to beat himself up! Another quick kiss shuts him up 🥰 And eventually he stops worrying so much about it 🩵

💠 But… Tony Stark dating someone younger? Possibly someone even like- half his age or more? It’s bound to gain traction in social media. Of course, some are positive, some are not, but either way, he really doesn’t want to deal with it :/ and he really doesn’t want you to deal with it :( and it kinda makes him feel worse that you have to :(

💠 But he’s gotta admit: your brighter mood and energy has made him happier, even at work! He wants to do stuff again! Like take you to his favorite cities and go on picnics and to the aquarium! Like the dates he took plenty of exes on when he was your age and loved 🥲 sometimes he even comments about how you make him feel young again 🥰

💠 And when he says stuff like that, you’re probably like “🙄 You sound old when you say stuff like that 🤭” but without skipping a beat, he makes sure to correct you.

But it's the international break so let's find some comfort in here 🥲

Waking up with Katie is probably Caitlin’s favorite thing these days. Even if Katie isn’t the same on the field as outside, sleepy Katie is extremely cuddly and clingy when waking up. With her morning broken voice, her body still warm to have been all night under the duvet and her sulky face if she didn’t get her lot of hug, in Caitlin’s opinion she is simply adorable. And it’s terribly difficult for her to resist her repeated requests to hug or extend their time in bed.

It’s the same this morning. Caitlin is lying on her back, Katie completely lying on her, her arms wrapped around her neck and her face buried at the level of her chest. Caitlin has been drawing for many minutes imaginary drawings on Katie’s hips with her fingertips, her eyes fixed on the ceiling. The spirit of the Australian woman flies away a little, remembering some of their memories with a small smile.

Their first kiss that quickly slipped on their first time. The first dinner with their two families together and a big difference in the number of Foord compared to the McCabe, Katie having ten brothers and sisters and Caitlin only a big sister and her mother. The dinner at the restaurant where Caitlin asked Katie if she could change the sens of the Irish ring she wears to signify to the world that she’s no longer single. Their joint move into a new house in St-Albans. The fun they had to heckle like teenagers when choosing their furniture. The memories are many and all bring a pleasant feeling of warmth in the pit of Caitlin’s stomach.

Caitlin’s attention turns to Katie when she moves when a wave of shivers run in her skin.

"You tickle me" moaned Katie, burying her face even more in Caitlin.

"Sorry" laughs the Australian with a kiss in her hair.

Katie only responds with a new moan and the Australian passes her arms around Katie’s waist to tighten her against her.

"We’re going to have to get up Katie baby" Caitlin announces, glancing at the alarm clock on her bedside table.

She still remembers when Katie made fun of her to still have an alarm clock "like a grandmother", but when Caitlin pointed out that it allowed her to watch the time without having to move and interrupt their hugs to grab her phone, it suddenly found favor in her eyes.

"Noooooo" complains Katie, as expected, by infinitely sticking against Caitlin.

This amuses the Australian who laughs softly, laying kisses on Katie’s forehead and hair.

"Five more minutes but that’s all we have left" Caitlin whispers, kissing Katie’s temple.

The latter growls in a low voice, creating a new smile on Caitlin’s face. And as always, five minutes later Katie again asks for five more minutes. Unfortunately, their time is up.

"Fine" grunts Katie sitting on the bed and rubbing her eyes with a sulky look.

Wondering how she can be as cute as at this moment, Caitlin cannot resist the urge to lean over her to gently kiss her cheek.

"You’re beautiful, you know that right?" whispers Caitlin against Katie’s cheek.

The latter smiled as she heard her and laid a kiss on her lips.

"You’re the most beautiful of us two" replies the Irish, frowning when she sees Caitlin rolling her eyes with a smile. "What? It's the truth"

"Of course, my love. Avocado toast for breakfast?"

"Please" answers Katie with a big smile.

Hours later, the two young women are on the football field of the Arsenal women’s team, the referee’s whistle announcing the end of the match. It’s with general relief from the players of Arsenal that the whistles are welcomed. The match against Manchester City was complicated, but they managed to win with a difference of one goal, bringing the score to 3-2. Beth, Alessia and Caitlin managed to find the net despite an excellent goalkeeper. A few yellow cards were also handed out, one to a Katie who was a little too abrupt when she pushed a player who had the misfortune to make a bad tackle on Leah.

At the end of the game, Caitlin takes the opportunity to talk a little with Alanna, whom she sees too little to her taste despite the fact that they live on the same island again. Catching up with Mackenzie is simpler as the latter is also in London. They are soon joined by a teammate of Alanna who enters herself the discussion. And it only takes Katie three seconds to find that this young and charming Swedish is looking at Caitlin with a little too much interest.

Leaving her teammate of the Ireland team behind, Katie quickly goes to the entrance of the tunnel, where the conversation between the trio takes place. After having greeted Alanna warmly and then a little less warmly the other brunette, Katie positions herself next to Caitlin. Without necessarily touching her but her positioning leaves no doubt about the threat barely masked to her opponent.

"Can you stop doing that?" gently laughs Caitlin after they say goodbye to Alanna and her teammate, Alanna and Caitlin promising to call each other in the week to see each other quickly.

"Do what?" Katie asks, following Caitlin into the corridors leading to their locker rooms.

"Intimidate people"

"She doesn’t have to look at my girlfriend like she did" Katie groans grabbing Caitlin by the waist.

Turning her in her arms, Katie gently sticks her against the wall behind her and also sticks against her.

"You’re mine" she says, frowning.

"Okay, keep your pant on, cowgirl." Caitlin laughs as she wraps her arms around the Irish girl’s neck. "Of course I am"

They only have time to exchange a kiss before they are interrupted, Kyra emitting a disgusted "ew" like a child surprising her parents kissing.

"I’m taking you for a date tonight" Katie abruptly decides.

Later in the evening, Caitlin and Katie are actually in a restaurant that both particularly appreciate by their shared passion for sushi. The conversations are light and their complicit looks are enough to make the people around them understand that it’s useless to try to disturb them if they ever recognized them. Tonight, it’s only about them and whatever if the world explode.

"There’s something I’d like to talk to you about for a while" Katie begins while trying to catch a grain of rice with her chopsticks.

"Okay?" Caitlin replies, looking at her with curiosity.

"But I don’t know how to tell you. And I must confess that I’m a little afraid of your reaction"

Caitlin slightly frowns, mixed between curiosity and worry. What’s going on in Katie’s mind that she’s afraid to talk to her about something? But, deciding to remain benevolent, the Australian gently puts her hand on Katie’s who is sitting in front of her.

"You talk to me about anything Babe" says the Australian, smiling.

Katie looks at her, hesitating for a little while before finally opening her mouth. Caitlin feels like she can hear Katie’s brain working from where she is.

"How do you feel about kids?"

"Good, I think? I mean, I know Kyra beats me in Harper’s favorite aunties, but I think she likes me" says Caitlin, shrugging her shoulders before realizing. "But you mean having kids?"

"Yes" sighs Katie, secretly relieved not to have to explain any longer.

"I’ve never given it too much thought before" Caitlin honestly replies. "When you’re a woman athlete, I find it hard to combine. It makes you stop more than a year, with pregnancy and everything after it"

Without saying a word, Katie listens religiously to her girlfriend. Her only visible sign of nervousness is that she bites the inside of her lower lip.

"Katrina had courage" Katie simply replies, since Caitlin referred to Harper just before.

"I’m not saying I don’t want it. I perfectly imagine us both starting a family" Caitlin says, looking for Katie’s eyes. "But maybe not right now. I selfishly want to have you just for me a little more"

Katie smiles softly, interlacing her fingers with those of Caitlin on the table. It’s been a long time since they decided to stop hiding and act naturally with each other.

"And please don’t tell me you want eleven kids like your parents"

"No" laughs Katie shaking her head. "I am exceedingly admiring how my parents managed to raise all eleven of us without any of us going wrong. But definitely not eleven"

"How much then?" asks Caitlin, tilting her head to better observe her.

"I don’t know, one already sounds good. And why not a second a little later"

"Two is good" confirms Caitlin, recalling moments spent with her sister.

Her sister and her mother are two of the most important people in her life, Katie having managed to make her place in this ranking. But after growing up without a father, having these two people by her side when she grew up was very important to her. She wouldn’t see herself without her sister.

"Two is perfect. Like you are" smirk Katie.

Hello again behyuu xD But please! Don't fear clouds, she's just a smol smol! Go befriend her!

But this is a really interesting question; I've thought about it a few times, and more along the likes of: "what is the kind of relationship Eren shares with these people?"

(Edit; this became incredibly long 🥲)

I think there are people Eren would and wouldn't have talked to, really. In the latter category falls Levi, imo. But that takes off on another tangent entirely, so for now we'll stick to the rest.

To Reiner, I like to believe Eren would've shown him an alternate reality of what happened in Liberio, perhaps one where he doesn't transform, and instead has a long conversation with him where both of them are offered something akin to "forgiveness" by one another.

These two are parallels to each other in that mutual sense of crippling guilt that came with carrying out the destruction of each other's homelands, not out of hatred, but simply because they needed to do it, in order to achieve something bigger. Reiner, because he wanted to fix his family and become an honorary Marleyan to rid himself of the shame. Eren, because his "peaceful world" for lack of a better word, was turned upside down and trampled upon - though in the end, it was just his selfish and violent nature that set him off on this path. Reiner and Eren understand each other in a way that others don't - neither wanted to do what they did. But they did do it, and that sin will simply be too massive to contain. But Reiner lives despite not wanting to, and Eren dies despite not wanting to, and they are split into two different worlds by the end.

Tl;dr - They talk about how, in another world, where maybe there aren't titans, Eren would've continued to admire Reiner as he did before Trost. And Reiner would cry. End of story.

With Pieck, I hc that the conversation would've been short. Pieck is a very interesting character, imo, because she's literally the most grounded of all the scouts and warriors. She owes no allegiance to Marley, nor Paradis, doesn't have an ulterior motive and is basically stuck watching the doomed world from the ground. There is no solution for her - she as an Eldian will be used by Marley and killed in Paradis - she's literally the only character who understands this from the very beginning. That said, her impression of Eren is, simply put, that of an immature child running riot (incidentally, this is also what Levi probably thinks). If we take into account the fact that her first meeting with Eren was one where she tried to fool him by channelling her (fake) solidarity with Paradis and rejecting her Marleyan upbringing, what lies between these two characters is the anger of being born on different sides of the wall. Eren's actions also resulted in Pieck losing pretty much everybody she knows. As such, I believe what could've transpired between them in the paths, would've been an apology from Eren for destroying Liberio, for killing Udo and Zofia, and telling her maybe, that had these suffocating walls between them never existed, perhaps they would've been peaceful strangers, passing by on the streets now and then.

With Jean and Connie, the conversation would've been very difficult. Sasha. How do you talk about Sasha and forgiveness in the same sentence? So Eren was tortured by his fate, by having to see everything play out as he'd seen it, without any change, and Sasha's death was one of the many terrible consequences - doesn't negate the fact that it still happened only because he "chose" this path. All the people in the 104th truly have an incredibly tight bond - it is what makes it all the more painful knowing that Eren drifted away until he had to be killed by the very same group of people. I like to imagine Jean and Connie beat him up, really. Among the many female characters in SnK, Sasha was someone with an incredibly pure soul - she cared about people and food and fun - and her death was catastrophic. Eren's selfishness caused it, there's no other way to put it. There's also the dynamic between Jean and Eren - that love-hate rivalry that was so sad to see end. And so I want to believe Jean and Connie just keep pummeling him until they're all tired and they stare at the sunset, reminiscing on all the times Eren was a reckless piece of shit.

Falco and Gabi then. The former will honestly carry the guilt of ferrying Mr. Kruger's letters to and fro, during Eren's homeless era. In this respect, I like to think that Eren will tell him not to carry it, to blame it all on him, because he's the one that lied and made him do it. What can possibly be worse than willingly inflicting guilt on a child as young as he once was? Let Eren be cool for once, and offer this reassurance. How Falco deals with it as he grows up, is another story. As for Gabi - the textbook example of brainwashing, she is a splitting image of Eren in so many ways. Eren however, did not allow himself to find the acceptance that Gabi did. And so perhaps what he tells her, is that he's glad. Glad that she joined the alliance to stop him. It's enough that there's one Eren in the world.

Who's left?

Ah. Annie.

This is honestly very interesting to me because, first of all, I just know that the minute Eren opens his mouth in Paths, Annie's knee is going to dislocate his jaw. She has not one iota of sympathy for this pathetic loser causing so much trouble, making her fight when she didn't want to, but because he dragged his dearest friend (and her future husband ffs) into the chaos. He wasn't. Letting. Her. Be. In. Peace. Oh she's going to snap a few bones and put them in a blender, I know it, I know it!

But jokes aside! Annie and Eren are also, a bit similar in some respects. Both are selfish, incredibly so, it's only that their end goals are vastly different in scale. At the same time, they are also both people who care for their loved ones, even if they don't openly show it. They see themselves as monsters, but are loved by the people around them nevertheless. Annie never really had anything like a real childhood, and the concept of having friends was something unnecessary and foreign in her terrible upbringing. I really think that it was only in Paradis that she found comfort, some warmth, what food tastes like when shared with people that treated her more or less the same as anybody else, and so learned to open up (very slightly). But still having a wall around her to keep potential threats at bay and to conserve her energy, it must've felt quite special when Eren appreciated her fighting skills and even took them to heart, making an effort to learn for himself. At a time when she probably prided herself on her strength and fighting prowess alone and nothing else, that could've been incredibly validating.

She didn't hate Eren. She thought of him as a moron, but she didn't hate him. She didn't really hate anybody, the way Eren also never "truly" hated anybody. They were just forced at each other's throats by his choice. We have to remember that Eren also didn't find it easy to accept that Annie was the FT. He did really look up to her and admire her.

I like to think he understood her dedication to sticking to her mission, not as being loyal to Marley, but for a reason more personal (not sure if he could've known about her father, post gaining his future memories..?) and that, that in itself, isn't wrong. Eren's selfishness also stems from an incredibly personal desire after all.

So what would they talk about? Maybe he'd tell her she should continue to be selfish. Because her desires, unlike his own, are harmless. And also drop hints about how his, um, his best friend Armin, is very smart and also very hot and maybe she'd like to... Um... Idk? <3

Edit2: I forgot Historia. Idk, considering she'd just given birth and was probably conked out with exhaustion, it's nice to think he'd have just watched her holding her baby, sadly, whispered "You're free" and then disappeared.

When you come back from school, head low as you throw your backpack on the ground, Stu is the first to ask you what's wrong. He gets up from his spot on the couch and wraps his arms around you, putting his chin on your shoulder.

When you tell him or show him, he'll gasp dramatically, trying to make you have a reaction other than sadness, but when he sees you're still sad, he'll apologies and hold you a bit, telling you it's okay and it's only one bad grade. He'll tell you you can always take your classes again if it becomes a problem.

He'll happily try to help you with what you're having a harder time with, compared to Billy.

The latter will tell you it's not that important and that you can always take back, too. Though he won't happily help you. He'll tell you about you need to be independent and learn from your mistakes, but internally, he loves it if you ask him for help.

Because he's being a bit of an ass, Stu will tease him and spend more time with you than him, making him jealous and stop being such a bitch, yay

If they have to both find a way to comfort you? Horror movie night :D

Or if you prefer another kind of movies, they'll let you choose, to Billy moodiness.

Want snacks? Lots of snacks!

Want cuddles? Cuddle pile 😁

Billy will be less touchy than Stu, but he'll hold you until you tell him to stop, and he probably still will even then. He'll give you some kisses here and there to distract you, giving you some compliments and making comments on the movie to try and make you forget your worries about your bad grade.

Stu would try to make you laugh as much as possible, thinking that laughter can solve almost anything. He'll also make you lay on him, doesn't matter your size. He'll hold you close and give you some kisses, too, telling you some random things he just thought of during the movie.

Someone suggested that either Noble Bell or Royal Sword is gonna come over and save Night Raven and idk which is funnier: Rollo going "I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT! THAT DRACONIA WAS BAD NEWS FROM THE START!" While he goes to fight Malleus

Or NRC students getting pissed off when they realized that they got saved by Royal Sword students

It’s not completely clear yet how Malleus’s unique magic works! Like… do you need to be in close proximity to him to fall asleep??? Do you need to touch the thorns (you know, like how Aurora pricked her finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel) to fall asleep??? If the latter is true, then there’s a chance there are people on Sage’s Island that are totally conscious and have no idea what the fuck is going on 😂

But??? I think the idea is that everyone on Sage’s Island has fallen asleep (this would be like in Sleeping Beauty, when fairies sent the whole kingdom into a deep slumber). In which case, the RSA boys couldn’t do anything. We’ll have to wait until the next update to see which way the magic sways!

I agree that it would be really funny and entertaining to see Rollo and/or RSA (Neige, Chenya, etc) coming in to help or to save the day but thinking about it realistically 🥲 I don’t think it would happen?? I want Rollo back SO badly, but I’d imagine it would be extremely confusing for anyone that didn’t play Glorious Masquerade to suddenly have this character they’ve never seen before pulling up and rambling about how he’s here to destroy Malleus Draconia and to scrub the SIN of magic off the face of Twisted Wonderland. (It would also ruin the twist for the Glorious Masquerade rerun in fall 2023 in JP and the first time run in EN. It’s a very… heavy event that I don’t think can just be quickly summarized or given a flashback to explain away his presence. There’s also the fact that the main story never acknowledges what happens in events, even major ones like the Halloween events or when they meet family members. It would be… weird?? If they started doing that this late in the game.

On that note, how would Rollo even find out about this catastrophe to act on it?? It’s not like anyone would report it to him all the way in Pyroxene (especially in the case where everyone on Sage’s Island fell asleep, thus limiting communication; if people were awake, they could easily use their phones to call for help from the outside world, especially given the rich and powerful students that attend NRC/RSA).

As for RSA, their involvement is heavily dependent on the parameters and limitations of Malleus’s magic. Either way, I still don’t see why or how they’d get involved??? How would RSA even know that the source of these thorns is Malleus/NRC to begin with? Even if they did somehow figure it out, how would they travel all the way to NRC??? RSA is on the complete opposite side of Sage’s Island, right?? Why would their first thought be to save the school on the other end when there are people in the town inbetween them and who could also use their help? I don’t get the sense that Idia would willingly go and ask them (or Rollo) for help.

EDIT: book 7 confirms that Malleus's thorns have consumed ALL of Sage's Island. Therefore, RSA students and staff are also sleeping and are unable to act.

Even though I doubt that Rollo and/or RSA would step in sorry, blame my pragmatism 😅 I still think the idea of it is so cool and fun to explore!! fbjsbsjendjw Rollo rushing in to save the day from OB Malleus will forever be my copium… and, of course, gotta love how petty the NRC boys would be if they woke up only to learn that they got rescued their goody-two-shoes rivals 😂 The NRC boys would probably proceed to lock the RSA ones in a tower or tell them to fuck off next time they need help/j

… I’m more inclined to believe the fourth years return to campus from their final internships to graduate and they see the massive mess Malleus has made 😂

I’m wondering (and not sure if this has been talked about yet in a post I simply missed) about how Abram copes with Andrew’s physical affections (or lack thereof) in your lovely royal AU. With the history behind ‘pretty’ that you described for Abram in that last post, I feel like there is so much potential of him expecting to be touched, even before they are courting (but especially during/after), and wondering why Andrew doesn’t—especially once it’s established that he thinks of Abram as ‘pretty’. They are of different station so it would be so easy for Andrew to act entitled to Abram’s body like so many before, especially with Abram in a position where he’s basically serving him in some way. I wonder if it makes him relieved (due to professionalism/personal comfort at the very beginning) or anxious (due to having no ability to tell what is coming for him/later due to doubting if he is really wanted that way if Andrew doesn’t act the same as his point of reference) or a little bit of both for different reasons.

I imagine Andrew to be both a very tactile person and not necessarily so because he is so very aware of boundaries and only crosses them with invitation or purpose. I wonder how that translates here and how his touch plays into how Abram perceives him (and honestly there’s the whole part too where it’s something they have in common, trampled boundaries and bad associations and bone-deep understanding of such) or if they would ever have a conversation about that where Abram wonders about the curtesy of distance and space he is being given.

I’m like two seconds from passing out bc it’s pretty late here so idk how much sense this ask really makes but I’m having thoughts. I love your AU and your work and hope you have a wonderful day <3

I’ve been working on/thinking about this ask long enough that I’ve straight up forgotten if this was a thought I had when writing that first post (here) or if you brought it fully to my attention but we can safely assume it’s the latter so thank youuuuu for that truly. I love exploring Abram’s slow inch (and Andrew’s, but he’s had more time to get adjusted) towards finding a healthy relationship with touch 🥲 and oh my GOD don’t let me forget to tell all of you about Abram and gloves

I wrote a scene/lil collection of scenes about Andrew clearing things up here too because I’ve been wanting to explore Abram’s POV for a while 👀 there are references to canon abuse, so take care. As always, sparknotes version and additions below

I LOVE your points about Andrew, I totally agree that once it’s established and he’s allowed, he’s very much a tactile person, he just needs to get there first 💕

We all know for obvious reasons that it never once crosses the prince’s mind for Abram to be anything more than a professional bodyguard, even if he does find him attractive. He’s very good at courtesy and polite distance. How I imagine this goes down in the timeline is this:

1) Nathaniel shows up at Palmetto and he’s never allowed close to important people. Certainly never allowed close enough to touch. Totally safe there. It doesn’t take him long to understand Day really won’t take advantage of him since he never did in Evermore either, so that’s safe. There’s not much else to worry about for that long stretch of time.

2) Nathaniel/Abram becomes the prince’s guard. There’s probably a little anxiety just because there’s plenty of opportunities for the prince to try something, but as time goes on and Andrew keeps the previously mentioned distance, even acting apathetic (as he does), Abram starts to assume that the prince is straight/doesn’t care. It wasn’t as if every single person in Evermore was trying to get at him. Just the ones that wanted to. Obviously, the prince doesn’t want to. It gets to the point that Abram feels comfortable and doesn’t try to constantly watch his own back when he’s on duty.

Then the prince, perhaps feeling a little bold or hopeful or just wanting to say something so he doesn’t keep feeling like he’ll explode, makes a single comment on Abram’s “pretty face”. Even something that could be brushed off as friendly jest, if he really wanted. But Abram completely freezes up. Andrew, of course, notices. He doesn’t try to ask about it then, but he definitely notices. But he assumes that Abram took it as the genuine compliment it was, and that Abram is entirely uninterested or even wary of those advances. So he makes no more comments, he leaves the entire concept as far away as he can get it.

Now that Abram knows the prince finds him pretty, he’s just waiting for Andrew to be the same as everyone else. He didn’t even directly answer to the nobles in Evermore and they were still so bold - but he’s Andrew’s servant in the most direct way, and Andrew is a prince. Surely the prince is even more entitled to him than they were. (When he realizes this is what’s happening, Andrew tells Abram in no unclear terms exactly what is and isn’t expected of him. It takes longer than that for Abram to shake the anxiety he grew up with, but at least after that he can start repeating the prince’s words to himself when he needs to.)

3) that’s cleared up well enough, but then (much, much later) the prince wants to court him. At first Abram can’t think much beyond “there’s no way this is real” but then the more he thinks about it, the more nervous he gets again. He doesn’t know Palmetto courting traditions, what if he’s expected to do something he isn’t ready for. What if now that he’s accepted the courtship he can’t tell Andrew no anymore. It wouldn’t be fair of him to, he thinks, he shouldn’t have agreed so quickly.

But there’s a time they’re out doing whatever courtship things (maybe another horse ride for funsies idk), Abram’s getting nervous about it again, and when Andrew asks for a kiss or to hold his hand, Abram doesn’t answer. He’s also a little confused when Andrew doesn’t just do it anyway, because he hadn’t said no, but Andrew is watching him in the way that usually means Abram is acting too much like he’s at Evermore again. He tells Abram, “Nothing’s changed. You can say no.” And Abram does immediately - not because he doesn’t want whatever he was offered but because he scared himself. Andrew’s still watching him. “Don’t forget that again,” he says. Abram takes a shaky breath. “Yes, prince.”

But as soon as Abram’s past that anxiety for the second and probably final time? Andrew is still as tactile a person as before and gods know Abram is touch starved to hell and back, he’ll take any kind words or touches he can possibly get and he craves them. Specifically from the prince. Who loves to give them.

I’d love to come back and make a fluff post specifically about that point in the timeline if we can collectively come up with enough ideas for said fluff 🥰 for now thanks again for the ask, swear to GOD we’re gonna get these idiots a happy ending, but I’m having way too much fun in the meantime 😂

I fully agree with Laito and Rukis comment, i do see Ruki easier to "redeem" himself rather than Laito because the latter one has some deep traumas and he has convinced himself that he will never be able to move past that and change. I've seen Ruki improve a lot in the games, even his attitude towards Yui. As for Laito, he becomes better especially on DF but will immediately revert back to his old self or get back inside his shell the second he gets hurt, given the fact hes a very sensitive person(as stated by Reiji ). As for the evil part, both had their sins🥲 although i do consider Laitos sins to be at a greater scale because unlike his other brothers, he specializes in emotional abuse and likes to drive his victims insane , therefore i think hes scarier in most situations. In my personal opinion hes the scariest among his brothers, that man holds grudges for so long😅 and he always stalks or knows every possible location of Yui

From my point of view, Rejet never really wanted to redeem Laito but I actually really like that?? I mean… let’s be honest, love can’t solve Laito’s problems and it’s realistic how they didn’t suddenly make him move on only because he got the girl. It takes years for a person as mentally damaged as Laito to heal or maybe that’s even an impossible scenario. However, it’s very true that Laito made big progress. He became more moral and occasionally human-like, yet it’s obvious how he still got issues. I believe Laito’s charm lays in his complexity; he might not be “pure white prince Ayato” but he’s definitely the most interesting character and whoever disagrees with this probably just can’t understand his routes.

As for Ruki… while his debut game route had some really unfair moments, I wouldn’t go as far as to say that he was straight up a horrible love interest. I honestly liked how he admitted his sins and betrayed Karlheinz. Besides, I understood why he accepted the decision of his brothers when they wanted to run away with Yui in their routes, despite the fact that he thought Karlheinz wouldn’t have liked that. Unfortunately, due to the new writers, I feel like he became one of the most inconsistent characters. In some routes he’s such a good and understanding brother despite acting strict, whereas in other routes he’s a literal MENACE. The scene, in which he got caught with planned murder but started smiling afterward was so unsettling (and it wasn’t even from a bad ending) —— Other than that, he’s a really entertaining character because you never really know his next move and I like how everyone is aware that he’s a snake yet some characters still manage to be manipulated by him… they must be dumber than I thought, lol.

Hello! I’m back again to ramble about what I loved from part 7 🥺🥺🥺 your writing + mind never ceases to amaze 🥲🥲

So many things happened this chapter omg… I felt conflicted about what happened btwn reader and her parents - lady Jessica’s words sounded so kind and supportive, but the necklace and the reminder of reader’s “duty” was so frustrating and sad. This coupled with what happened with Leto (can’t blame the guy for trying cause I know he loves Jessica and his family and probably just wanted to soothe things over) just emphasised how alone she is after everything… kind of feels like there’s really no one else reader can trust or rely on, except her husband now lol. I loved that she had the presence of mind to send Jessica off the way she did by picking apart their positions… brutal. Loved that for her 🥲

I loved the wedding and everything that happened. Feyd was down bad 😂 he is so sweet/ romantic in his own way - presenting Ze’ev as a gift and also doing the salute to her… I think her killing Ze’ev so publicly would also help her standing with the general public lmao on top of it being personally satisfying to have him be punished by her own hands (as traumatising as it also is). Asha explaining that the salute was him being her willing soldier just killed me. It was so romantic, it would have been all I could talk about too LOL. Him saying that she’s an extension of himself gave me pause tho it was both sweet in a twisted way but also just possessive/ obsessive but then again this is Feyd we’re talking about lol

I feel a bit nervous about what’s to come in the next chapters because of the reappearance of the Harkonnen/ Sardaukar soldier (tho I suspect he’s actually the latter because reader noticed that he was different from the other Harkonnen soldiers when he first spoke to the Baron…?). Will reader discuss these things with Feyd and warn him? I know it’s not something that’s really on her mind rn (I don’t blame her cause I’d also be more preoccupied w getting to know/ being turned into a mess by my husband LOL) but still 🥲

I also loved the ending (for obvious reasons) 🥲 it was sweet of him to support her and remind her that she’s important, in his own way 🥲🥲

Only Friends Episode 4 - Emergency Contact

Where very much needed conversations between most of the casts are done. And the water becomes murkier with even more messy connections and entangled characters. This is me again just trying to process what I saw and keeping my thoughts straight before the next episode

Mew and Ray

Well, we learn more about Ray and why he is fixated with Mew. I feel like he has put Mew up in this pedestal of a perfect man/friend. Ray seems to have an obsessive personality and he has the need to be taken care of, which Mew has done so far as his closest friend, bar from one aspect - the one as a lover, and now with Top in the picture, he feels neglected somehow. It doesn’t help his poor self-esteem or his lonely soul.

Khaotung as usual nailed it with his opening performance of someone who was (may still be?) suicidal, using prescription pills and alcohol to numb his sorrows and loneliness. Mew being his emergency contact because he truly has nobody in his corner - no other close friends (maybe Chuem? certainly not Boston), an absent father and a dead mom (who we also learn probably don’t love him when she was alive, and Ray blaming himself for her death 🥲). And so, when Mew saved Ray that night, fiercely reminding him “I’ll always be in your corner. I love you, all our friends love you”, I don’t blame Ray for ditching Sand that night (he could have explain and handle it better but Ray as we now know is a disaster muffin 😫).

In some way, Ray is immature. He loves wholeheartedly but also selfishly, which in turn means he sometimes makes questionable decisions. Like him kissing Mew without consent? - a big 🚫🙅🏾‍♀️.

And I’m glad Mew called him out for it. It was a needed scene. Khao and Book handled the scene impeccably (both the aftermath and Ray’s subsequent sincere apology to Mew in the latter apartment). Similarly, I’m glad Mew made it clear to Ray while he will always think Ray as his dearest friend, that’s all they will ever be - yes it’s heartbreaking for Ray, but it’s a step for Ray to hopefully move forward, although I doubt he will be able to forget Mew as his first love/crush quickly, and my worry is as the episodes progresses and we see RaySand blossoming while TopMew in crisis - Mew calling Ray for help, the latter may again drop Sand (unintentionally or not) like a hot coal 🙃….

Ray and Sand

Which brings us to my bias couple 😅….Sand was absolutely in his rights to ignore Ray’s messages after being ditch like that on the night. He has enough self-awareness about his burgeoning feelings for Ray but knows Ray is not ready for it (he may not know about Mew (yet),but Ray’s immaturity and selfish nature means Sand is wary to start anything deeper).

But well, we all know Ray is a persistent gremlin and he is a sweet charmer when he wants to be. Paired that with his effective puppy eyes (gawd…I think we have seen it in effect 3-4 times now!!!), and Sand fold each time (I don’t blame you sir! 😂)

My favourite scenes from this episode (which I’m sure hold true for most SandRay bias) will have to be the guitar 🎸 shop and music record store scenes. The whole conversation between Sand and Ray in the guitar shop was 👌👌👌- Sand making it clear he is uncomfortable with Ray throwing money around, bluntly saying friendship and love cannot be bought and Sand advising Ray should be mindful of other people’s feelings. But we are again reminded how low Ray’s self-esteem is that he asked Sand to yell at him as a “burden to the society”, thinking it will make Sand forgive him. And when Sand does the opposite, I think there is a genuine surprise from Ray, which brought upon the soft scene of which we see Ray admits he cares about Sand feelings, wanting to make amend…

And then we penned to the music store scene where further much needed conversation between these 2 happen - that whole conversation about fav band and music was 🫶. As a metaphor of Ray being stuck and living the past, never taking the opportunity to embrace the future or open up to his present (with Sand again gently but firmly pointing it to him).

Plus the whole scene of them listening to the music record, sneaking glances at each other and their fingers gradually drifting closer while eventually intertwining 🥰🥰🥰(First killed it with his yearning and soft eyes in this episode, and Khao’s genuine smile light up his whole face - I’m a goner for these 2 🫠)

We finished this episode with Ray now focusing all his energy in wooing Sand (do I think it means he has forgotten Mew as his first love?Not really, and I think that will be a contentious matter once Sand finds out, and I still think Ray alcoholism +/- drug habits will also rear its ugly head soon. Because as we can see, Ray has no interest at present to change or confront his trauma. For now, he is using Sand as a substitute (if I can put it this way? To run away from his problem and loneliness). But I have faith these 2 will hopefully come out relatively unscathed 🤞

Mew and Top

Sigh…these 2 are so sweet together with Top always so attentive towards Mew. And I do feel he genuinely likes Mew. And Mew likes Top (he said it himself to Ray, Top is the first person his heart beat faster for). But urghhhh, Top’s lies are piling up. Not only did he betray Mew with Boston (and yes he regret it, but he didn’t come clean about the incident, even after finding out MewRay had done nothing more than 1 kiss TWO years ago). He also lied about Beam and his drug habits until Mew pressed it out of him. And yeah, I wasn’t a fan of the whole Top saying he wants a reward if he gave up his drug habits, suggestively indicating to Mew what he truly wanted was the sexual relationship he desired and up until recently being denied. And even when Mew said “no penetration”, he sneakily then volunteer another tidbit about his ex, trying to persuade Mew not to worry about the past.

You know, Mew’s list of what he thinks make a good partner/BF - I don’t think Top filled any of it (he doesn’t get along will ALL of Mew’s friend - Ray being the prime example and Mew knows this, he can see the tension and snide comments whenever these 2 interacts, he doesn’t respect Mew and he had lied countless of times 😩😣).

But I guess, love is blind and Mew may think he can change Top’s behaviour? (Kudos to Force and Book though, their actings were also amazing to watch! Can’t believe a sweetie like Force acting so arrogantly on screen that it made me want to throw my remote to the TV👌)

Top and Boston

Which then comes to Top and his strenuous relationship with Boston. If anything, I’m at least glad Top expressed his regret about his lapse of judgment - having that ill-advised encounter with Boston. And I’m so glad he finally confronted Boston in the lift, putting a stop on Boston frankly disgusting behaviour (isn’t it twice now he sexually harassed Top? Once in the shower cubicle when he said No as well). No means No and Boston doesn’t seem to have learn his lesson (which frankly worries me about his other sexual conquests, are they all consensus??? And now we learn his father is into politics, so a scandal of any sorts by Boston will be a disaster; plus him taking pictures/videos without consent, like what he did with RayMew and using it to spin a web of lies on Top - yeah this guy is a massive red flag 🚩)

Boston and Nick

Another big sigh from me. Nick is now realising how much of an asshole Boston can be, but I guess Boston has never really hid his intention. He has bluntly told Nick that he is not looking for a relationship - at most, FWB and I don’t think he promise exclusivity as well. Boston is promiscous and proud of it - his friends know it, and even Sand as an outsider has heard of his reputation.

But what I’m truly devastated for Nick is that how manipulative Boston can be. He knows how to twist words and sweet talk to placate Nick (not that Nick is trying hard to go against him because he loves Boston even if everyone of us here can agree he deserves better 😣). Boston gives false sense of hope to Nick, in order to basically have someone at his back to fulfill his sexual needs. Does that mean Boston stop his other “relationship?” I don’t think so, in fact, I won’t be surprised if he had other sexual partners (other than Nick) going on at the same time.

We can also agree Nick is not truly innocent in all of this mess - his obsessive love for Boston is spiraling out of control and bringing the worst in him. Him bugging Boston’s car? (A big 🙅🏾‍♀️), and then snooping on Boston’s phone (also not good behaviour). Plus, him listening to the sound of TopBoston going at it in his room (yeah..that’s a worrying sign 😫)…

(Again kudos to Neo and Mark, they played their roles 🫡🫡🫡 that I’m cursing everytime Boston opened his mouth and shaking my head whenever these 2 are on screen 😅)

Nick and Top

Which brings to the scene of Nick confronting Top, asking Top to stop meeting Boston. And when Top clarified and say, it has always been Boston who did the chasing despite Top being uninterested, well…you can see Nick face fell.

And Top giving some advice on how Nick should be careful with Boston as he is truly a piece of work (well, it’s warranted but it’s like the pot calling kettle black, yeah?)

However, I think it’s truly sad (and quite ominous) when Nick calmly say he knows how nasty Boston can be, because he is nasty too (is that a foreshadow that Nick will seek revenge and destroy Boston’s future? esp now we know Boston dislikes getting his pictures taken with Nick for the fear of the scandal ruining his dad’s political aspiration??)

Top and Sand

It’s alluded in previous episodes that these 2 had a connection. And now we know, Top seduced (Is that the right word for it?) Sand’s ex. Sand is obviously still bitter about it but I’m thinking if your ex dump you for someone like Top, Sand is better off without him (just saying 💁‍♀️). But I am curious if the ex will come crawling back to Sand and cause havoc in SandRay newly blossoming relationship??? Or even to TopMew? - Esp with Top finally informing Mew about Boeing (seriously what’s with Thai’s nickname??? I snorted when Top said this out loud), an ex who gave him the plane model, which Top reassure Mew is no longer of consequence (if he is not that important, why did Top keep the plane? I might be wrong but I do think Boeing is the ex of both Sand and Ray??)

Sand and Nick

Ahhhhh, finally with all the headaches and mess from the rest of the characters, I’m glad to see some friendly, brotherhood like relationship between at least 2 of the characters 🥹🥹🥹🥹

I love their easy banter and the way they tease each other about their crushes (although said crushes are essentially disastrous in different ways). In a way, both Sand and Nick are also lonely individuals (or at the very least, we don’t see much outside of Sand/Nick working in their respective jobs and uni (presumably). So, having a genuine friendship that is not complicated - 🙌 I am super glad for them!!!

(Also, I’m still petitioning for Sand at some stage to go all protective bear on Nick and use the baseball bat that we saw in the pilot trailer to destroy Boston +/- Top’s car(s)?)

Just want to say, i really love the game!!

The only thing for me is that, it feels like we HAVE to be a 'Yes Man' to A just to keep a good relationship with them and that totally hurts lol. Like We get to the best friend status, just for it to drop down to good friends or simply partners whenever we don't agree with something they say.

i.e I made it to "best friends who tell each other secrets" and lost a whole 10% for saying we shouldn't make deals with our bounty. hmmm i guess my only argument to this is that the whole Caine case and your opinion on supernaturals is a big dealbreakers for A. it’s probably smarter to disagree with them, i get it, but for the sake of the plot you kinda need to at least forgive them later if you want to remain close friends. if you’re constantly hating on the plan every step of the way, you’re not going to have a good relationship. as for the latter, well, if you treat others differently just because they’re supernatural, they’re not going to agree with that. they’re a very opinionated person—disagreeing with them would be fine usually, just not on these two terms.

i will admit when i was counting points the other day however that there were a lot of opportunities to decrease your relationship with A. i’ll look into it a bit more and have it updated a bit for the upcoming bug fix. i see what you mean about the whole “yes” thing. definitely not something i want to become a trend.

speaking of, if anyone has any other suggestions for changes they might like to see (i’m currently working on adding more flavour text for touch-averse hunters, for example) feel free to send in an ask and i’ll consider it :)

Barbatos with a S/O who is also afraid of rats headcanons

Barbatos was kind of hoping one of you would be able to get rid of the you-know-what without being afraid, but he might need to just call Solomon, Simeon, or Lucifer.

Best case scenario: you tell Barbatos before you ever encounter a rat, and he knows that he’ll have to call someone else.

Worst case scenario: you and Barbatos encounter a rat alone and both of you freak out. Barbatos will probably be paralyzed with fear and disgust. One of you is going to have to find the courage to either summon or call someone else to be rid of the rat. It won’t be chaotic, but it will be simultaneously stressful and humiliating.

He will never admit it, but Barbatos is embarrassed that he can’t protect you from something you’re afraid of properly. He can keep rooms clean and set traps, but whenever he faces a rat, he tenses up and can’t do much. It’s even more shameful for him that you have to rely on another person. You’re supposed to be his partner, and he wants to be the only one you need. It hurts his pride and requires a long adjustment period (and a good portion of reassurance would go a long way, too).

As ashamed as he is to share your fear of rats, it also makes him feel better.

No matter how much reassurance he received that there was nothing wrong with his fear, you were the only one who could actually make him believe that.

You’re one of the bravest, most impressive creatures he has ever met, so maybe it’s not so irrational to be afraid if you’re both scared of rats.

If you tell him that it’s okay to be scared, he feels a small piece of shame lift from his shoulders. Likewise, if he needs to reassure you that there’s nothing wrong with being terrified of you-know-whats, he feels a bit better himself; after all, if it’s true for you, it’s true for him too. He won’t be hypocritical with you.

Sharing a fear with Barbatos makes him feel understood, which he craves. It’s just hard for him to open up about himself. When you learn something about him, he wants to learn something equivalent about you. Uncovering that you both have the same fear is the most equal exchange of secrets he could have hoped for. An equal exchange and understanding are so important for maintaining a relationship with Barbatos that part of him is grateful that you’re afraid of rats too.

If either of you encounter a rat, Barbatos uses this as an excuse to hold you and cling to you all day.

If he saw the rat, he’d be in desperate need of comfort. If you saw the rat, then he’d try to help take your mind off the situation and make you feel better. If you both saw the rat, then you both need comfort and distractions, right?

What better way to forget about a you-know-what than letting him kiss you until you’re desperate for more of his touch? This is especially true when someone else has to get rid of the rat – especially someone you are close with. Barbatos needs to calm his nerves after seeing a rat, but he also needs to comfort his fear of losing you to someone else by being a coward.

Again, the latter fear fades with time and reassurance, but the possessiveness he feels whenever either of you gets scared sinks into him. Like one of Pavlov’s dogs, once the initial fear of seeing a rat has cleared and the creature has been banished, Barbatos craves your touch – he needs to engrave himself into your mind and body even after the anxiety about losing you has long subsided. (Accidentally develops a fear kink?)

Also, I know what you meant by the ask, but I don’t remember Barbatos fearing mice in addition to rats (although it would make sense), and I just think it would be hilarious if Barbatos was only afraid of rats and MC was afraid of mice to the point where they were able to distinguish which was which before getting scared. I feel like the brothers would make use of that. If Belphie and Mammon saw something scurry into the corner of the kitchen and couldn’t agree on whether they had seen a mouse or a rat, they would call MC and Barbatos over to see which one of them freaked out. I know that’s a terrible take and completely pedantic. I’m genuinely not trying to make fun of you in any way anon, that was just the first thought I had, and I wanted to share it because it just seems funny to me.

A comparison of some pens I'm currently using and some new pens I acquired

Pens used:

- Uni-ball One P 0.38mm - LAMY Safari <EF> - TWSBI Eco <F> - Pilot Capless/Vanishing Point <F> - Pilot Kakuno <EF> - Ancora Ginza custom pen <MF> - Sailor Hocoro <M, F, fude> - Kakimori brass nib dip pen - Matsubokkuri glass pen

The Uni-ball One P is sort of like the control for the comparisons? Idk LOL we know for sure it's 0.38mm so we can estimate how much thinner/thicker the other pens are. This pen is my go-to for quickly jotting things down, I highly recommend the Uni-ball One series of pens to anyone looking for a gel ink pen! It writes super smooth and has never smudged for me, the way the pens from the P series (P for pocket!) look is also super cute. After using the Uni-ball One pens, other non-fountain pens just don't hit the same. When I was filling out forms during check-in at one of the hotels in Japan, the staff gave me a regular ol' ballpoint pen and after one stroke, I went "nah I'm not writing with this" and grabbed my own pen from my backpack.

The LAMY Safari and TWSBI Eco are both a constant for me, they're always filled and hanging out in my pen case. I know some people don't like LAMY Safaris or TWSBI Eco's because of inconsistent nib qualities from the former and cracking issues from the latter but both of these pens have been pretty solid for me, never had any issues with them (knock on wood! 😳) I included them in this just to compare them with the new pens I got.

I am super in love with the Pilot Capless/Vanishing Point, probably my most favourite purchase of the trip! I used to think my TWSBI Eco wrote smoothly but the Capless straight up gliiiides across the paper. I picked this up in Itoya Ginza and had the chance to try out the EF as well and I think because that one was so thin, there was a bit of feedback so I didn't like it as much. I love writing with this pen so much, it sparks joy!! The retractable mechanism is very convenient for quickly putting the pen down and picking it back up again. Super recommend it to people who are looking to try a higher budget pen. For comparison, this matte black version sells for $275 CAD locally and I got this at Itoya for ¥18,540 (tax free hehe), which equals to about $175-180 CAD.

I actually already have a Pilot Kakuno with an M and F nib in my collection and I wanted to try a thinner nib but for some reason, just the EF Kakuno was super hard to find locally. I forgot to write on my sheet that it's currently filled with Sailor Shikiori Yamadori, because of the thinness though it's hard to see the turquoise colour of the ink haha. I think this size would be perfect for writing in the condensed space of my Hobonichi Weeks, I'll have to test it out in the weekly pages once the proper dates roll around.

The Ancora Ginza pen is also another pen I was looking forward to get, only because it was almost like going to Build-a-Bear but for pens LOL If you want to search more about it, you can try the official Japanese name of it: アンコーラMy万年筆. The model of the pen is a Sailor Profit Jr. and cost ¥4,400, I did research prior going on my trip it used to be ¥3,800 at some point 🥲 You can pick between a regular steel MF nib or a fude nib but I already have a fude Profit Jr so I picked the MF instead. My friend also commented that she thought I would be making multiple pens but I'll be saving my second custom pen for another time just so I have an excuse to go back to Ancora again >:) This nib also feels really nice to write with; no feedback, very smooth. I'm trying to limit my number of inked pens so this comparison was only done by dipping the nib in ink, I do want to fill this pen properly and try journaling with it soon! The only complain I have for this pen is that the cap or body feels a bit squeaky scratchy when I screw them back together, it's most likely just the part I grabbed but the quality might be hit or miss with them. The pen that my friend made is completely fine though! I think it's worth it to get your own pen made because it's such a unique experience.

If you're looking for a dip pen to play around or swatch multiple inks at once, then you'd have to try the Sailor Hocoro dip pen. I previously ordered the fude nib one online and I loved how convenient a dip pen is in general. But because of the nature of a fude nib, it took some time to get used and having to write at a specific angle to get the line width I wanted would sometimes give me wrist pain lmao :') Then not too long ago, Sailor announced that they were releasing a M nib so I added that to my mental list of things to buy, and then seeing how cheap stationery were in Japan, I picked up an F nib (no pen body) and the extra "feed" parts too. The feed isn't necessary but I like that I can write for way longer as opposed to not having it (check out this demo from Yoseka) In hindsight, I wish I had gotten the grey body in Japan. I do like the white body but I just want to keep the bodies with their respective nibs that I got them with and I feel like I might have mixed them up while swatching inks the other day LMAO

The Kakimori dip pen has been in my wishlist for a super long time and I'm very glad I held off from buying it locally in Vancouver or ordering it online. The sakura wood nib holder and the brass nib are listed on a local shop's site for $49.95 and $64.95 CAD respectively, on Kakimori's online shop they're ¥4,520 for the nib holder and ¥7,430 for the nib. In Kakimori's physical store, I got the nib holder for ¥2,970 and the nib for ¥4,950, with the conversion rate, that's like $27-28 for the nib holder and $46-48 CAD for the brass nib!!! 🥴 Price aside, this dip pen is another tool you can use for swatch inks or just drawing/doodling with it, I love the super thick line you can get when you hold it at a low angle, it's how I swatched all those lines in my Hobonichi Weeks. I've always read about how the stainless steel nib is harder and feels scratchier than the brass nib and after having tried both in stores, I do prefer the brass nib a lot more. The stainless steel nib felt like it didn't want to be written with, it just didn't feel pleasant imo. Some people might like feedback in their pens so I do recommend testing the pens out if you're able to before buying them.

This glass pen by Glass Studio Matsubokkuri ガラス工房まつぼっくり is my very first glass pen and I only chose this one because 1) the body is simple and short, I don't like the crazy swirly glass pens I commonly see 2) the triangular body means it's less likely to roll off the table 3) it was easily found at Ancora Ginza LOL I first discovered it when I was watching this youtube channel doodle/swatch inks with it. On Matsubokkuri's own website, they have F, M, and broad listed but there was only one size available at Ancora. I think mine is a F nib but I don't have any other glass pen to compare with so it's totally a guess, I'm just comparing it with my F fountain pens 🤔 The staff at Ancora gave me two pens to test out before purchasing since glass pens will have slight differences between them. They both wrote fine, I only picked the second pen I tried because the swirls in the nib of the first pen looked wonky to me.

The official GO Prime account posted an image that’s caption says Aziraphale was a cherub [when he met Crowley]. Does that mean Aziraphale changed ranks over time or is being a cherub and principality not mutually exclusive? “Aziraphale was a cherub at the time of Eden. He was a Principality afterwards. Did ame work as a spy for the twins (though she was unaware of it)?

what happened right after the non-con scene?

Since the reader came in their own car weren’t the twins a bit sus of the reader booking it since they still haven’t moved yet?

Why did Osamu treat the reader with kindness while Atsumu feigned ignorance?

When the reader and ame went to get massages and they twins were left alone, what were they doing (were they planning)?

How did Atsumu manage to give ame a genuine smile when he doesn’t love her?

I know you mentioned that when Atsumu breaks up with ame, he would either do it gently (as gently as he could manage) or reveal everything that happened between them and the reader (depending on the mood he was in) but if he were to do the latter, would ame be horrified at the person she was in love with/ feel bad for the reader?

Like would she tell anyone or keep it to herself?

(Im so sorry if I’m making a nuisance of myself 🥲 and thank you a lot for the advice and answering my previous questions, it truly makes my day. 💕

not really? tsumu was pretty aware that if he kept bringing up the reader, even ame would start to get suspicious. plus he was playing into the whole 'i don't remember her from school' thing so

clean up. atsumu had to go take care of ame, leaving the reader in osamu's capable hands while he bitched and moaned about it

nope, they were confident enough that she wouldn't make a scene and wouldn't want to ruin ame's birthday and potentially risk their friendship. even if she did, it would just mean casting the plan aside and going for the more direct, less pleasant route

personally he thinks tsumu's idea of feigning ignorance to be pretty dumb, but that's not his problem. they're both trying to get under her skin in their own way. on the surface, it puts ame at ease, they're adamant they've grown and there's no bad blood between them, so of course he's not going to be a dick right out of the gate. more to the point, he knows that the friendly attitude will unnerve the hell out of the reader, and he likes that thought just a little too much

of course she would. ame's not an unfeeling bitch, she genuinely cares about her friend and would be horrified and disgusted, both with herself and with the twins. had she known the full truth behind their relationship, all the awful things they'd done to her back in high school, she never would have given atsumu the time of day in the first place, much less put the reader in a position where the she would be forced to spend time with them. as for whether she'd tell anyone, what's there to tell? what proof does she have? the twins are still blackmailing the reader – ame goes to the press or does anything to risk their relationship, all she'd be doing is kicking her while she's down... and who's to say ame wasn't complicit in the first place?
