Hi! I have been following you for some time and I notice you draw more and more Sebastian and Ominis doing stuff that makes me... uncomfortable.....

Sebastian and Ominis are best friends, why people are obsessed with drawing them into weird gay stuff? Seriously.... Why can't be friends.... without all Sebinis... Just stop it...

Normally I would delete messages or simply ignore the things that make me feel uncomfortable–

But, you're on anon and this is my ask inbox, so I can only assume you want an actual, public response. So alright. Fine.

Like I said: normally I would just remove odd, uncomfortable, or even outright rude messages without making a whole thing of it. I curate my own online experience and I try my best to live by that rule.

However, I've now gotten multiple unsolicited DMs over the course of a couple of months expressing the exact same sentiment (and nearly word-for-word as this ask, so I highly suspect I already know who you are). I have duly ignored or glossed over them hoping that the person/people would take the hint to simply stop engaging with the same message over and over again. But an anon ask is my last straw, I guess.

So if you are the same person as in my DMs, I'm finally giving you a response (and if you're not the same person – which I highly doubt – then I'm speaking to both of you).

Firstly, I want to say that I am sorry that your worldview is so limited that this is your stance and feelings on gay/queer ship content for Sebastian and Ominis.

Next, I ask that you please:

Don't make your homophobia anyone else's issue but your own. Don't come into DMs/ask inboxes/comments to make your discomfort with the content I create my problem. I don't know what you hoped to accomplish by sending this message but it's unlikely that you'll find the same feelings or sympathy from the person who is actively creating queer/sebinis content.

Curate your own online experience. Once again, do not make your content consumption anyone else's problem but your own. The "unfollow" button is there. Tumblr has a tag filtering system and I try to tag my art and content as accurately as possible. If you do not like something/it makes you uncomfortable, then do not continue to consume it. And if you still decide to stick around for whatever reason, then please keep your thoughts/opinions on this matter to yourself because I can promise that I don't actually care why you would continue to be here and looking at my art if it makes you unhappy.

Widen your worldview and try to reframe your perspective. Consider that Sebastian x Ominis is just as canon as Sebastian x f!MC or Ominis x f!MC. As much as we like to ship our various MCs with the canon characters, MC never actually amounts to canonically being confirmed as anything but being just friends with everyone. Using the "they are just best friends" / "why can't they just be portrayed only as friends" could literally be applied to just about any other non-canon/non-confirmed ship between friends regardless of gender. If even one of them, Ominis or Sebastian, was portrayed as cis female in canon, I would suspect that you would better "understand" why a ship between these two "friends" may exist. Then also consider a cis male MC; it's possible you may suddenly reframe all the interactions between Ominis x m!MC or Sebastian x m!MC in your head to be "totally platonic/friendly". Your issue is certainly not with their canon relationship vs. fandom portrayal (but I think we both know that).

Educate yourself. Go outside and meet and talk to people, I dunno. It is 2024 my dude. I don't even know how you're on Tumblr – the most queer-friendly social media site – with those kind of narrowed views and stigma.

I would like to finish by saying: I don't wish you the best. What I do wish is for you to learn, grow, and be better than this.

And also please stop sending me messages of this nature, because the next ask or DM I get like this, we're moving on to blocking at this point. And if your purpose was to get me to stop, I can tell you that these messages have only fueled the explicit sebinis smut maker in me. 😤

One Piece Crack Ship War - Submission post!

Welcome to the One Piece Ship War - crack edition!

What is a crack ship?

A crack ship is a (in this case romantic/sexual) ship that has little to no basis in canon.

When will my ship qualify for this tournament?

They will automatically qualify (after having been submitted) when:

The characters involved have NO canon interaction*, and are not part of the same crew (no matter how popular the ship is).

The characters involved have 1 short canon interaction and less than 10 fics for them on AO3 (as a side pairing counts too)

They might qualify if:**

They have no canon interaction but are part of the same crew or organisation.

They have 1 short canon interaction but more than 10 fics on AO3

They have 1 long canon interactions or 2/3 short ones and less than 10 fics on AO3

They have multiple canon interactions but NO fics on AO3

It's an incredibly funny ship (but you gotta convince me it's crack!)

These ships will not qualify on principal:

ANY ship between Strawhats (honorary Strawhats don't count if they haven't met a certain Strawhat - examples: BrookNami does not qualify, SanjiVivi does not qualify, but BrookVivi would qualify)

The top 25 ships (or something, be sensible) on AO3.

*canon interactions include fillers, cover stories, specials, and movies (though I haven't seen the last 2 yet and I don't remember much of the other ones, so these might slip through, but I'm counting on you to honor this rule). Also, I won't know nor check interactions in the manga (that haven't been animated yet), so something might slip through there as well. Just honor the rules, please.

**Any ships in the 'might qualify' category will be judged on crackyness by me first, and when I'm in doubt, I will put them up for a vote - so expect a few polls for this.

Rules!

All characters must be from One Piece (no OCs).

Must be a crack ship according to above guidelines.

Ships that were in the previous shipping war tournament are allowed in this one too, as long as they follow the previous rule.

No moral limitations. These are fictional characters, not real people. Go wild. (But be prepared for 'problematic' ships to be voted out in round 1 or 2.) I will not start discourse/moral discussions about any ships! (messages about morally questionable ship are likely to be ignored and deleted)

Poly ships are allowed! I will cap them at 5 characters, however, and at least 1 character should follow the interaction rules stated above. (examples: JinbeRobinBrook or KidLawLu are not allowed. RobinNamiKiller would be allowed, on grounds of Killer having no interactions with the other 2 (I think? 😂)) Again, be sensible here.

All characters involved have to be humanoid. No concepts, objects, or full animals (fishmen/merfolk, minks, and Chopper are allowed).

You can submit multiple ships, but use a new form for each ship.

Do not hate on other ships, just support your own.

You are allowed and encouraged to submit fanart! As a lot of these ship won't have official art with all characters in it, it will come down to fanart for the most of it ((bad) edits are also very much allowed). However, it needs to be your own or you need permission from the artist before submitting it! However, if you haven't gotten permission yet when submitting, you can always send me a link to the fanart later. Without picture submitted, there might be a chance your ship will have to compete without a picture.

Keep the main images SFW and spoiler free. Propaganda can contain nsfw stuff and manga spoilers, as long as it's announced up front (eg: [Spoilers ahead]/[nsfw ahead])

Submit only through the google form below. Submisions through asks or reblogs will not be accepted.

FIRE EMBLEM FYI: Specifically for 3Houses/3Hopes because I need a separate one for this franchise specificially given how many crazy things I got due to being involved in this fanbase via my fanworks:

DO NOT try to convince me to like or tolerate Byleth/student ships, ESPECIALLY the ones with the lords (aka CIaude, Dimitri, EdeIgard). I already summarized why I don’t like FE3H Byleth ships with student chars here. While the spinoff game FEW3H has now removed that teacher/student problematic situation, the fandom keeps putting the FE3H elements into the FEW3H fanworks (i.e. remembering Byleth from “another life” trope)...so no thanks!! DO NOT SHOW ME IT!!!

As for the Byleth ships with faculty members, my response is here so don’t try to bait me about that topic either thanks.

I do not care whom you ingame S-support. 3Houses limits the dating-sim part of the game to that character, so I cannot care less about how you play the game. The main issue I have is when people treat Byleth the “character” as a legit ship material when I personally think they are a cool character ruined by fans who are too obsessed with badly executed self insert otome tropes bc they self-project super hard onto them. Just to be clear, any FE3H or FEW3H OC/Canon >>>>>>Byleth ships personally. Even Byleth-sonas that remove the teacher/student aspects are better than canon FE3H!Byleth

Please don't drag FE VA statements as some sort of “gotcha” on my opinions like this post here. IDC what other people prefer with ship shit, that’s their problem and not mine. I am not gonna bother them about it. So don’t bother ME about it.

General:

This blog has a lot of explicit 18+ content. If you're not an adult, do not interact with my 18+ content or I will block you. MDNI is taken very seriously.

I answer anons daily, but I regularly delete posted messages. I get extremely overwhelmed when my inbox is flooded so do not spam/triple message.

What to know when requesting:

I reserve the right to ignore any request for any reason.

I do not have a posting schedule, so your request may sit around forever before I get to it.

All characters must be adults in the source material. I will not write about characters or reader inserts who are minors.

Please don't send me paragraphs of detail you want in a story. At that point I'd be a ghost writer for your content. You can still share your ideas with me, but don't expect me to write your fics for you! I encourage everyone to try writing!

My writing boundaries:

Topics I will not write about: angst including most hurt/comfort, weight/body image/specific body types, pregnancy/mpreg/parenthood/having children, omegaverse, animal-hybrids, incest, "reader is someone's sister" troupe.

Characters I'm likely to reject requests for: Fyodor, Sigma, Bram, Tetcho, Jouno, Junichiro, Mushitaro

Characters I don't want to write for: any Guild members besides Poe, Kajii, BSD spin-off characters (Another Story, light novels, etc.)

so apparently there are some rumers, that joe is dating a girl called kate and that they revealed their realiationship at bfi. I mean I dont care who he is dating, as long he is happy, so am I. But where do those rumers come from?? There is literly no information, just those people saying that they are dating and sending hate mails to kate…

okay, FINE, im going to get into this, tell you all i know, and then that can be it for the questions i keep getting about this, because it really is neverending (and insanely annoying to me) so, lets go

kate is a writer/director who works with/for 'film hub north/bfi network/rianne pictures' as stated in her instagram bio, lives up north near newcastle and is gorgeous

at the london film festival this year she has gone to see hoard

she posted a pic to her insta stories of the Q&A after hoard from her seat in the cinema (like so many other fans did too) and said some nice words about luna and she tagged some people

one of the producers reposted the story into their stories which i think is how people "found" her

kate had a pic taken on one of the bfi red carpets (by herself) AND had a pic taken in a large group, one of who was lorn (lauren quinn - no relation - this is not about her, but people draw conclusions about this too)

NOW

just a couple weeks before, joe made a playlist on his spotify account called "Kate's" with two songs in

so, some girls went 1 + 1 = this is a relationship

kate has red hair and is literally stunning, so they're saying "she's his type, must be true"

kate got messages/insta comments asking about it, she posted a story to her insta that said something along the lines of "this is silly please stop this is my professional account i should be able to post what i want without being harassed i have body dysmorphia pls leave me alone"

went private and then public again shortly after

when i say that there's been 0 actual proof that these two people even know each other, i truly mean that there's 0 proof that these two people know each other at all

if we're just looking at the facts: she's a fan

every time people have been trying to link them up, joe's been pictured/filmed to be by himself

couple weeks ago, kate posted stories to her instagram of her being in malta and, presumably, people started asking questions, because she very quickly went private and deleted the insta stories

she went public again shortly after, and the day that joe was pictured doing a lil food shop in his local tesco's, kate posted a mirror selfie in a lift and behind her, there's an arm in the frame - now, imo, not even close enough to touch her bum, but people went BLACK COAT, THAT'S JOE AND HE'S TOUCHING HER ASS

what kate is NOT doing is coming out and denying anything, which is a choice

she doesnt have to do shit, she doesnt owe anyone anything, but to hit the snooze button and ignore everything is definitely a choice

in turn, some girls are taking the no-denying as proof of it being real and have made twitter and tiktok accounts and KEEP FUCKING SENDING ME QUESTIONS THAT KEEP PUSHING THIS TO BE THE TRUTH (they are not nice about it either)

i have yet to see any truth to any of these rumours - to me it feels like a lot of stories being pulled from thin air that some girls find extremely entertaining

i have no interest in this

don't get me wrong - joe'd be lucky to date someone as pretty as kate, she seems lovely, but i am going to need some actual proof before i just go with whatever some people are trying to sell to me as the truth

A young girl was seen walking through the rain without an umbrella. Raindrops splashing onto her shoulders and head as she continued walking down the street without any care.

'..I need to head home' The girl thought, however her body did not move as she continued to stood in the rain as more drops splash on her, leaving her completely soaked.

'.. What am I doing..' She tried to forcefully move her legs into the direction of where her 'home' is, her mother must be worried sick especially since it was pouring heavily that day.

Due to the girl's dismay, her legs did not want to follow her commands. As she stood in the rain, alone, pondering on what to do next.

Only to feel the splatter of the rain on her head and shoulders coming to a halt.

"..Mafuyu?"

Mafuyu then turned her head around to see who was calling her name. It was familiar and not at the same time, however the case, she needed to put her 'good girl' persona back up again.

As she turned, she saw a familiar [e/c] orbs staring at her with curiosity, before beaming into a smile.

"Mafuyu! It really is you.. It's been so long since I've seen you." As they went and hugged her.

..Only why did it feel so stiff and cold? As the other person let go of Mafuyu.

"Ah.. Uhm, sorry to say this, but.. Who are you?" As Mafuyu took another look at them. It felt so familiar yet so unfamiliar to her.

"Ehh?! Well I guess it's because we haven't seen each other in years. Take another guess~"

As Mafuyu looked closely inspecting every detail on this person. Looking at their silhouette and how they said they haven't seen each other in years, it only could be..

"[name]?" As Mafuyu looked a little hesitant before blurting out their name.

"Oh? Finally remember me?!" As the other person looked really content on Mafuyu getting it right.

"Ah, I didn't know you would be back [name]. You didn't really send me a text about it."

"I wanted to surprise you~ Though it took you some time to figure out who I was."

"Ahaha.. Sorry, how was your studies abroad?"

As [name] was about to respond to that question..

"A..ah, sorry [name], give me a moment."

As Mafuyu took out her phone, she was a little hesitant on reading the message. Only to appear a little bit.. Terrified?

"Mafuyu? Are you alright?" [name] asked, looking concerned.

"Ah.. Yep! I'm fine.."

However before Mafuyu could reply she was on her way home, [name] gently gripped on her arm a little to prevent her from sending the message.

"I heard there was a nice cafe around here.. Mind showing me around? We could catch up in the meantime as well" giving Mafuyu a smile, although it felt reassuring to Mafuyu for some reason.

".. Sure. I could show you around and I would love to catch up as well" as Mafuyu put her phone away into her pocket, as she started walking. Only for [name] to grab her hand.

"..?"

"Ahaha, don't mind me, I get lost easily" [name] said. As they slowly began rubbing Mafuyu's hand as they walk.

Although Mafuyu doesn't realised it, she has gotten way too quiet for her 'good girl' persona and both were walking in comfortable silence.

"Here we are [name]. This is one of the best cafes I know around the area." Mafuyu said before stepping in with [name] following suit.

"Woah.. Its appearance on the inside is pretty cute."

"Hehe, probably because it is quite late already.."

Just as Mafuyu was about to leave the building, [name] grabbed her arm.

"I hope you don't mind but could we have a chat over some tea? I know it's late but I'll really like to talk with you since it has been years."

"...Sure" As they both went and sat near a table as [name] started ordering some items.

"How long will you be staying here [name]? Since you are studying overseas."

"Actually I'm back for good! I wanted to ask if it was alright if we could hang out more? Just like the olden days~!"

"..Give me a moment." As Mafuyu dug out her phone to read her messages. Her face was scrunched up a little before she could type out a reply, a hand was placed on top of her phone.

"I don't mean to be rude.. However, if it is fine. Could I answer the message?" You asked, hoping Mafuyu would comply.

Mafuyu nodded her head as she let go of her cellphone so you could take it over to your side.

Mom: Mafuyu? Are you coming home now?

Mafuyu: In a moment. I'm busy showing my friend around

Mom: Please hurry up, it's raining. I don't want you to catch a cold. You don't want to make mom worry, right?

Mom: ..Mafuyu?

Just as [name] had expected. It was her mom, at least they could try and do something about it now.

This is a roleplay blog run by @macabrecravings! The character I write for is Sydney the Faithful from Degrees of Lewdity. Please DNI if you are under 18!

Mainly, I run this blog as masc Sydney but absolutely feel free to refer to them as any gender w/ any body parts. Doesn't matter much to me, I'm just here to have a silly time writing for them!

Starting off, I intend to portray faithful Sydney, if y'all end up corrupting them that would be really fun to see :P

So we've seen how renren and moth text but how do the rest of characters text? Do they have any quirks-- because I noticed that renren doesn't worry about spelling when we texted him for the first time XD it was adorable to say the least

✦゜ANSWERED: This ended up getting a bit long lmao

Ren: Their way of texting is very passive, soft, and "uwu" personified. He overuses the "^^" and ">////<" emoticons to make himself seem cuter, and hardly ever uses full stops or proper punctuation. Only ever texts like this when it involves you.

"*attached image* saw this cloud on my walk today and it made me think of u ^^", "u forgot to close ur window last night! i wouldn't want you to catch a cold >///<", "yeah!! cool! okay!!! i can do that for you, angel!"

[REDACTED]: You'd be lucky to get more than one word from him. He specializes in leaving people on read and replying with the absolute bare minimum. Rawdogs everything (no punctuation, emojis, tone indicators, etc.) and gives zero fucks. They only text like this to people who aren't you though.

"cool", ":/", "hows that my problem", "*read: 2:14PM*", "? no?", "why are you texting me? tf", "*read: 5:34PM*", "thats cringe", "k", "171.120.123.160 37°49′N 25°45′W <- this u?"

Violet: Overuses the plant emojis but it somehow makes her seem more endearing. Not that much punctuation usage either, and she unknowingly slips in a bit of twitch/streamer lingo without realising it.

"I'm taking 🎍 Glenda 🎍 out for a walk, want to come? 🌷", "Oh! That's pretty pog!" "I can smell burnt food again… Anyare? LUL", "My hydrangeas started blooming! 🌼🌸 Here, I'll send you a pic"

Elanor: It's like she's writing a personal, handwritten letter to you. Lots of thought goes into her texts, as well as proper grammar and punctuation. She doesn't really use emojis, but when she does, it's mainly used in lieu of fullstops.

"Hello MC! I just read your text. Yes, I can cover your shift tomorrow. If you are feeling unwell then please get some rest!", "Please ignore my last text! Those pesky kids got a hold of my phone while I wasn't looking. Do you know how to delete messages?", "Good morning MC 🙂"

Moth: Good luck trying to decipher whatever it is they're saying. 99% of the time it's purely keyboard spam, tiktok/twitter lingo, or cursed meme reactions they scoured off of the internet.

"lKFJSF BABE WAKE UP NEW WEBTOON CHAPTER JUST DROPPED", "my brother in christ u NEED therapy soooo bad /j /lh", "ok but like… it's giving stalker vibes :)" "submissive and breedable??? in MY Christian minecraft server???????"

Leon: Your average texter. He uses somewhat enough grammar and punctuation, as well as tone indicators to avoid any potential misunderstandings. Will always respond to your texts before changing the subject.

"I'm gonna block you fr /j", "Want me to pick you up after work? I'm On My Way! to the libary rn", "Hey do you like this jacket? I can buy it after practice if you want. Figured it was your style :D", "Corporate wants you to spot the difference between me and this crab I found in my bag (hint: one of them is cuter) /lh"

Teo: Vice CEO of leaving people on read, alongside [REDACTED]. He also never seems to respond to the current topic, and instead likes to make it all about whatever is on his mind. Will 100% ask if you want to play 8-ball directly after finding out you just came out of a coma.

Sometimes I send my wife cuckold pics or memes as a way of telling her what turns me on, but she always ignores them and she says she deletes them too. First, I hate the idea of cuckolding. I've said this before, almost all the cuck porn I've seen here is deeply humiliating and hurtful. I can't imagine why a man would want to push his wife into sleeping with a stranger. Most of the women I've chatted with feel hurt, like their husband doesn't love them. And honestly, if my husband wanted me to do that, I don't think that I could ever look at him the same way.

Telling her "Honey, it's okay if you have sex with some guy you met at work" does not send the message that you just want her to be happy. It sends the message that you do not care about your marriage, that you do not care about possibly losing her, and that you do not care about her safety.

Yes I know some of you have different ideas. I don't care. That's how I feel and do not bother arguing with me.

Second, you sent her pictures. Great. You are sending her pictures of things she has no interest in doing. No wonder she deletes them. Stop it. You're doing the same thing over and over and expecting new results. It's one step away from nagging.

Third, the idea that you can't be turned on unless your wife does something that will potentially change your entire marriage is really stupid and selfish. Find something else to fantasize about, something less damaging to your relationship, and see if she finds that interesting. And if that doesn't work, find something else.

For the rest of you, do not try to convince me how it improved your marriage. If it really did work for you, well... great. I'm just not interested in hearing about it.

Finally, please stop asking me about cuck things. For those of you who keep sending me Asks and messages, it's a subject I'm just not going to discuss.

Aside from the occasional whirring of the computer fan trying to cool down the tower and the creak of the computer chair every time Jason moved, the room was silent. Leaning back again, he let his head hang back and let out a loud groan, swiveling to one side until his monitor was just in sight. Still not on yet. He fussed with his hair, the pop of white in the front mixing with the black before falling back into its usual place. He was disgruntled and now growing impatient. “Another fifteen minutes, the hell is going on?” He muttered at the lack of message from “IAmBatman”.

Though he was not an avid gamer, he did dabble in the periodic pastime. When his brothers insisted he try online gaming, he did what any moody loner sibling did and ignored them. However, after enough pestering, he caved and gave it a shot. He lingered in the town/lobby area of the game, buying or creating items, until he felt prepared enough to look at the request board that he usually ignored. There were a bunch of different requests floating around, but he had no intention of randomly selecting one. He needed a good quest where he could contribute. He was not going to ride a bus, nor did he want to be the bus. It was a simple enough restriction…or so he thought.

Very quickly it became clear that at this hour only those who were very skilled or not skilled enough were around. A middle ranger like him was too good or not good enough. Not wanting to be a quitter, Jason stuck to his restrictions and scrolled through the board. He would exit the list and reread again, hoping a refresh would populate new ones. After the fourth refresh and seconds from him rage-quitting out of frustration, an interesting username caught his eye. There, in black ink, was “IAmBatman” requesting help. He could not help the loud snort that came from him as he accepted the task. He needed to see this avatar for himself. It had to be some buff male avatar all black or modded to look as close as possible to the black cowl wearing vigilante. What greeted him was an avatar that was outfitted to look like his vigilante alter: Red Hood.

Jason nearly choked on his water when he saw it. The player had a username calling himself Batman and was dressed up as Red Hood? This had to be some sort of prank. Grabbing his phone, he opened the group chat with the other bat-boys and demanded who was behind this. Anyone available was utterly confused and insisted they had no idea what he was asking about. Snapping a picture, he sent it and asked again. The response? Damian demanded to know what buffoon would mix the two, Dick was sending laughing GIFs, and Tim wanted to meet the genius who was trolling him. It was obvious none of them has a clue on whom this player was, but they all wanted to meet him now.

<You know you’re dressed as Red Hood, right?> He sent into the chat.

<Yeah, so?> IAmBatman responded.

<Who says I’m not?> He stared at his screen and rolled his eyes. <Have you ever seen me and Batman in the same room?>

<I’ve never met you.>

<Which means you haven’t, so you can’t say I’m not.> He let out a small chuckle at the silliness of the argument.

<OK, “Batman”, what’s the plan?> And that was how he made friends with “IAmBatman”. Now, here he was sitting and waiting for the fake crusader to sign in.

I know I’m not the most punctual thanks to my line of work, but IAmBatman is never this late without giving some kind of heads up. Did something happen? They did say they’re living in Gotham, troubles everywhere here. He frowned, tapping his fingers on the table. Another eternity passed by (five minutes). “Forget, I’m logging out. I’m just gonna read, I waited long enough.” He fixed his posture in his chair and wheeled it closer to the table, grabbing his controller. With a few presses and pushes, he was staring at the dialogue box that asked him if he was ready to sign out. His thumb was primed and ready to confirm it, but he could not. Frustrated with himself, he exited the screen and went back to idle. I don’t need to log out, I’ll just grab a book and read. “If they come on, and I miss it, I miss it. So what? They can wait, just like I’ve been.” He pushed his chair back and hopped off the seat, making his way over to his filled bookshelf. Searching through the titles, he grabbed the one he was currently working on and made his way back to the desk.

“Now, I’m just going to sit here and enjoy my book. If they log on, and I miss it, oh well. They can wait as long as I did.” Kicking his feet up on the table, he leaned back and slouched a little into the perfect slight curl before opening to his bookmark. Now his night would not be a waste. A small smile tugged at the corners of his lips as he jumped into the world within the pages.

What felt like the tenth eternity of the night rolled by as he heavily dropped his feet to the floor and sat up. How many times have I read that stupid line? If anyone asked me, I wouldn’t be able to tell you the fuck I even read! He audibly groaned, scrubbing his face with his hands. Did he dare look at the clock? He widened the gab between his index and middle finger to peek at the clock on his wall. “For fuck’s sake, only three minutes?!” He nearly chucked the book in hand at the offending time piece on the wall. “I’m going to go insane, this is it! This is how I, Jason Todd, actually die. Insanity from waiting online for some stranger to come play games with me.” He slouched further in his chair, letting it swivel side to side. Maybe if I do this long enough, I’ll melt into the floorboards. He scrunched his nose and furrowed his brows. This is really pathetic. A ping from the speakers made him jump, the chair sliding backwards as he fell forwards, narrowly saving his nose from smashing into the edge of the desk as he scrambled to get up.

<Hey, sorry I’m late. My shift ended late. Are you still there?> All the anger and frustration he had built up instantly flew away as he blindly reached back until he grabbed the arm of his chair, pulling it back under him as he typed back.

<Yeah, I’m here. Took ya long enough. What’s with all these late night shifts, I might think you’re actually Batman 🤣> he replied.

<Crime stops for no man!> He snorted.

<Ok, caped weirdo, what’s with all the late night shifts?>

<Let’s just say I had an expensive date one night, and now I’m stuck paying off some debt 🙄>

“Expensive date, paying off debt? The hell kind of date is that?” He muttered to himself. <I think you owe me a little more detail than that after making me wait here all night.?

<Can’t we just go kill some dragons instead? 🥺>

<Ugh, fine, rude!>

<Yeah, and I’m the Queen of England 🙄>

<Well, Your Majesty, it’s rude of you to assume my gender when we’ve never met.>

<Wow…so sexy…you really know how to get a guy going. Quit trying to distract me and tell me what happened already!>

<Alright, alright! Jeez, so pushy!> She replied and Jason smirked.

I knew it! He thought with a smug smirk, watching the three dots appear and disappear a few times on the screen as she typed. He watched this repetitive animation run for a good handful of minutes, his curiosity rising with each passing second, until a small paragraph of text appeared on his screen. Leaning on to his right arm, he leaned in closer to the screen as he read. “Couple months ago, spent the night with some dude during her high school reunion dinner, they spent the night at a hotel, he trashed the room, and she’s stuck paying the bill.” He muttered aloud to himself as he summarized the details. “Damn, that sucks!” <What kind of asshole does that?! Can’t you fight the hotel and tell them he’s the real culprit?>

<Damn. Do you remember anything about this guy? I can beat the shit out of him for you. I’m pretty good in a fight, if I do say so myself.>

<Ow, rude! We’ve never even met! How can you tell if I’m strong or not?>

<Nice try, but I have sources close to hm. You’re not Batman. Also, was I wrong though?”

<Would my saying yes or no actually prove your right or wrong? “

<Touché, well, the offer still stands. If you need me to teach that shithead a lesson, just say the word.>

<What, it’s not December yet.>

<Yeah, yeah, let’s go!> He chuckled, following her avatar.In the blink of an eye it was nearly dawn and the two of them finally called it quits and logging off. The boss monster was a lot harder than they anticipated, but they finally managed to get the upper hand and reap the rewards. Crawling into his bed, he pulled the covers up to his shoulders and rolled onto his side. She was safe, and he managed to get some great gameplay time after a boring night of patrol. Maybe life was not so bad after all. Yawning, he closed his eyes and let sleep finally creep over him. Yup, a good night. His eyes flew open as he practically went flying out of bed at how fast he sat up. Two words had suddenly come hurdling to the forefront of his mind. Two words he skimmed over in his eagerness to get the hunting on the road. The same pair of words that made his eye twitch from how close they were to his old title as Batman’s sidekick. “Holy shit, there’s no way! It can’t be, but who else says that?!” He let out another loud groan as he dropped backwards on to his mattress. IAmBatman was the girl from the hotel room. Tonight was going to be a long night.

Hi honeybees,

I have a couple of things I need to address before they get out of hand. There’s also some updates in this mix. ༘⋆♡⸝⸝💌⊹。°˖➴

I’m endlessly appreciative of the people who are supportive; the plethora of asks I’ve received that have been sweet and thoughtful have warmed my heart.

I’ve gotten a few messages that go something along the lines of “do ___ or I won’t read your IF” or “thanks for making ___ change, I’ll still be reading” and it’s pissed me off enough to address it.

It’s physically impossible for me to please everyone. Do not send me messages like this. You will be blocked. Yes, even if you’re saying you’re still reading my story. Because you’re not saying it out of interest and out of love for the world I’m creating, you’re saying that because you got your way.

I have different options of approaching my interactions on here. I would prefer to be transparent with you all in my writing process; I also don’t want to create false expectations by not updating you all on ‘major’ story changes. Authors change elements of their story all the time. It's part of the game.

That being said, I have the ability to just write my story and post updates when it’s necessary. There’s no obligation to be interactive. Not ideal for me and my personality type, but if it saves me stress and prevents me from receiving rude, entitled messages, then so be it.

If I need to, I'll turn off anonymous asks for the time being.

To everyone that's sent in their thoughts on MC stat checks or romance routes, I did read all your messages and thank you for your opinions! I didn't respond to all of them, but they are appreciated.

The V romance isn't working and i have to remove them as a triad RO. It's like putting a square peg in a round hole and hoping no one notices. Polyamorous people or people who want to experience a healthy, equal triad relationship deserve better than what the V romance would turn into. With that in mind...

V-type poly with V and MC dating Zero and not each other still works just fine. Any and all MC's can romance Zero, can still fight with V and gain friendship/rivalry with them.

If V is removed as a RO outside of the v-type poly, that means I would add another as an official RO. I'm between Carter and Delphine. Leaning towards Delphine because she's gorgeous and sapphic and I adore her. She would be introduced a few chapters in. Carter and Maggie would remain as flings/possible additions to the group scattered throughout. That would make the official RO's A, C, D, X, Z.

No MC stat checks to initiate any of the RO routes. If there are some incompatibilities, that will be a conversation with the RO and you might get more of a slow burn romance (ex. stoic MC's with C) There might be personality/stat checks to initiate certain moments in the romance (ex. if you're a very sarcastic MC, your RO may not think you mean your affections and you'll have to put in the work to convince them)

I'm gonna get to everyone's asks!! (eventually) I work during the day and I'm writing essays for my medical school applications which take up a lot of my time. So if it's been a while since you've sent your ask, don't worry. I'll get to it! Especially if it's a RO reaction or lore related, those take me much longer to write and cost more energy. But i do love chatting with y'all, so I try to carve out some time for that.

Do not send asks complaining about the changes; they will be ignored and/or deleted. I share them to be transparent.

Strangely enough, I have lately been receiving anon hate to which, I have absolutely the least of ideas of why that could've been if I literally didn't do anything that could provoke the hate messages.

I have only replied to one of them, but the rest honestly there was no need to pay them such attention (to which they clearly lack, otherwise they wouldn't waste time insulting me/my blog), and neither I had the energy or time to do so. And of course, I simply deleted them.

Here's my reply to all of them: Don't like my content or my blog? Then, don't read it. It's as simple as that, isn't it? It's my blog, and I can say, do, post, or do whatever I wish to do because it's my account. I don't think I have to satisfy every single one of you because something is morally wrong or morally correct. All the things I do in my profile are to ESCAPE from reality and the shithole that it already is, so honestly I give a fuck if you like it or not, or if I 'sicken' you or not.

Ignore me, or do whatever you want. But if you find my content so 'badly written' or 'sickening' then scroll past because I won't stop posting them to satisfy a stupid dumbass that has no life whatsoever and clearly likes attention. My followers like what I post, and I'm not going to reduce my content for a few lifeless losers.

Also I have received an anon message telling me they had found a similar fic to one I posted and honestly I'm not sure what to really think about it.

If anyone has plagiarised/stolen part of my work, it wouldn't really surprise me as I've seen many inconveniences like this. But honestly, all of my works are made with a tremendous amount of effort and dedication that I'm not putting into my studies and future career simply because writing is a favourite hobby of mine and I absolutely adore providing constant content for all of you — only to have it stolen/copied?

Please. Help yourself, and try to provoke a hint of creativity and/or imagination. Quit plagiarising or copying others peoples work. Because we are dedicated, and we try to do as much content in fics as we can to feed our followers. AT LEAST send a message asking if you can inspire yourself in my fics instead of copying! If you felt inspired by a fic/prompt of mine, please have the decency of either asking me, or just tagging me — which I will of course have no problem with it and will always say yes. But asking doesn't hurt.

Anyways, I just wanted to say this and release all the things I thought so far. I don't want any chaos on my blog nor drama because this is my escape from reality, and it should be yours as well. Stay with good vibes, ignore all the hateful comments towards yourselves, and stay safe my beloved babies. 🫂💕🙏💝
