an appetite suppressant post from a fast food employee 🦋 behaviours and secrets inside fast food places that can help curb cravings for them <3
• i once witnessed the kitchen crew open a new huge block of cheese slices, dropped it all on the floor and simply picked it back up and used it
• our store looks really clean and was nominated as the best one a few times but it was still crawling with rats, animal dropping and d word fox bodies
• everytime i walked into the storeroom mice ran across the floor, and i found one in the burger buns
• the frying baskets are nearly always caked with half burnt crap in just a couple hours
• everyone’s idea of cleaning things is running it under water. like seriously whenever someone drops tongs in the kitchen (and that happens 24/7) they just run them under (cold) water and carry on picking meat up with them. even i find it nasty
• whenever we change milkshake syrups the pipes end up dragging all across the floor before we can put them inside the new bag (i hate this but there’s no other way)
• i have never seen the kitchen crew wash their hands more than twice in a 9 hour average shift
• i have also seen them scratch their crotch areas and beards and chests
• most people who go for smoke breaks never bother to wash their hands before they jump back on their station as they’re pressed for time
• nobody likes using the ice scoop which means their hands make contact with the ice a lot when they dip the cup in there
• the amount of grease that comes out from just one burger when it’s being grilled is usually enough to put me off eating on my break
• when we restock spoons there’s never any gloves left to spare by that time so someone’s hands have been all over the spoons you get for ice cream etc
• i’m one of the few people who can properly clean the coffee machines and they are always so disgusting inside. i love coffee but i refuse to ever drink it from there
• the kitchen line does get wiped down with a cloth but hardly ever sprayed/sanitised
• most staff notice things like hairs before a customer gets their order, but most staff will just pick it off and serve the same item
• not to be rude with this one, but one of my coworkers started there at like 65kg (143), and a few years later after all the free meals everyday she looks to be 100kg (230) or more
• on the other end, after the pandemic a previously obese coworker lost so much weight and told me it was because he wasn’t eating the food there all the time anymore
end of post 🦋 i know you guys are probably aware fast food places aren’t the most hygienic but sometimes hearing definite facts from someone bts can make it more real 🦋 follow for more like this

On vacation and can’t weight, but I’m close to 260 and I’m 6’1”.
I need to be more strict with myself. This binging shit is hell. At least I’m down 20 pounds. Still have to keep going if I want fucking top surgery.
He/them.

Girls and boys hear me out, if you're having stomach aches and been bloated everytime you eat, i recommend you to get a digestive tea (it got me a flat stomach in just a night (ive been very bloated lately)). Mine consists of mint, chamomile, licorice, fennel and rooibos. 100% natural. I drink one everytime i start to have stomach aches or if i've eaten something spicy.
It works everytime.

PSA 🗣️
If you’re thinking of purging, or currently purge, or even sometimes purge,
❌STOP‼️❌
I used to read about how bad it was for your teeth, and sometimes I’d see advice such as waiting to brush your teeth because some of the properties of the stomach acid mixing with toothpaste will erode enamel faster
And I didn’t listen
And after purging nearly every day for the past 1-2 months, all my teeth are so sensitive 🥺 it hurts to eat or drink anything at room temperature so bad
I don’t know how I’m going to explain to my dentist that the inside of all my teeth (esp my molars) are soooo stripped. They are sensitive even when I’m not eating or drinking.
I’m so scared I might need a lot of work done because of this 😭
Please learn from my mistakes because purging will ruin your teeth way faster than you think!!!
And there were no warning signs, maybe a week ago I just woke up one day and was in so much pain 😣😪

I thought maybe I was recovering, but I can’t get top surgery until I lose 30lbs according to my surgeon.
Goodbye healthy habits.

exercise plan: 750 cal burn in under an hr
(no machinery, weights, or push-ups)
around 50 min. burns between 500-750 cals*
Warm-up (5 minutes):
Jumping jacks: Perform 1 minute of jumping jacks to elevate your heart rate.
Jog in place: Jog in place for 1 minute to further increase your heart rate.
Dynamic stretches: Perform dynamic stretches for your major muscle groups, such as arm swings, leg swings, and torso twists. Do each stretch for about 30 seconds.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) (25 minutes):
Mountain climbers: Perform 30 seconds of mountain climbers (start in a push-up position and alternate driving your knees towards your chest) followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
Jump squats: Perform 30 seconds of jump squats (lower into a squat position and explode upwards, jumping as high as you can) followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
High knees: Run in place, lifting your knees as high as possible, for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
Burpees: Perform 10-15 burpees (squat down, kick your legs back into a push-up position, perform a push-up, jump your feet back to a squat, and jump up explosively) as fast as you can, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
Cardiovascular Endurance (15 minutes):
Jump rope: Jump rope continuously for 15 minutes without stopping. If you don't have a jump rope, perform imaginary jump rope motions.
High knees: Run in place, lifting your knees as high as possible, for 15 minutes without stopping.
Cool-down and Stretching (5 minutes):
Slow down your activity and perform light jogging or walking for 5 minutes.
Perform static stretches for your major muscle groups, holding each stretch for 15-30 seconds. Include stretches such as standing quad stretches, hamstring stretches, calf stretches, and standing side stretches.
*obviously not everyone will burn the same amt. of cals depending on weight.. these stats are assuming that you are around 63kg

my biggest thinspo pic I’ve always doted on since the age of 15
Tumblr media
my favourite features are the effortless thigh gap and the curve of the waist. even though I’m huge right now, I still am lucky to have a smaller waist so I could only dream of how it’s going to look when I’m ✨skinny and dainty✨
