ayo, i gained 20kg in recovery and i'm not feeling good about that.
that's why i decided to relapse now since i wanna be skinny in summer so i don't have to hide my body. my goal weight for summer will be 60kg and i think that that's quite realistic. it's still a very healthy weight but i know that i would be comfortable and that point. maybe i'm gonna keep losing after that tho. :)
