So my dear friend I thought could be on the aroace spectrum is now actually attracted to someone & about to commit to a romantic relationship. If my heart hadn’t been broken a long time ago, I would say this is heartbreaking. But it feels more like lava hardening over after a long eruption. I knew this was the likely outcome from the beginning of this friendship, over 3 years ago, but when there was still the wild (stupid) hope that I could be their best friend, their person forever, there was never any real closure. But now I know I could never be that kind of priority. I was able to at least express a few things I’ve always wanted them to know (namely, that I love them & they’ve been special to me from the beginning, & that I chose to be their friend despite knowing I’d lose them because they were worth it). I told them I’d miss them, since we both know we’d end up spending less time together. They told me they’d miss me, too. Which is better than nothing. I told them that’s the first time in 10 years someone’s said that to me and meant it. I didn’t tell them that person soon after didn’t miss me at all & eventually didn’t want to be friends at all. I didn’t manage to clearly tell them I’d wished we could be best friends—that’s my only regret since I had the perfect opportunity to say it & fumbled. But it’s probably better I didn’t, since any response less than positive would’ve topped off my rejection level at “catastrophic.” I guess I feel like I’ve done everything I can now—their romantic interest is a good person this time & someone I would trust to take care of them. I just wish I had been enough.

Sir Pentious & Alastor: an underrated dynamic
"Show yourself, Alastor! Come and face--! Oh, there you are. FACE MY WRATH!"
Sir Pentious has been in Hell for much longer than Alastor. That means he was there when the Radio Demon appeared, and he's been trying to overthrow Alastor for decades! We know what Alastor is capable of, and what he could do if he truly wanted Sir Pentious to stop. He obviously doesn't register Sir Pentious as a threat, but that doesn't mean he's not annoying (like when he interrupts his song in the pilot and destroys a wall in ep2). Yet in all those decades, Alastor always let him go with the equivalent of a slap on the wrist, considering what he's done to other sinners in his broadcasts.
And why is that? Why, he must find Sir Pentious very entertaining, of course! Even though he calls Sir Pentious forgettable (to rile him up), there's no way a narcissist like him doesn't LOVE being the main focus of Pentious' "evil plans", as pathetic as they are. Not only does he give him the attention he deserves (like Vox), he's a true "architect of evil" who constantly reinvents himself to try and get the upper hand on Alastor. To Alastor, Pentious is like a sillier, weaker, more immature version of Vox with close to ZERO survival instincts but twice the creativity. Even Vox, who made a whole diss track about Al, wouldn't dare speak to him the way Sir Pentious does if they were face to face.
"SILENCE! Now cower! For when I've ssslain you, the almighty Vees will finally acknowledge me as their equal."
He does have some "oh shit" moments when he sees he crossed a line/is about to get Team Rocket-ed, but he still gets back up and attacks him again with all the unearned confidence of a man who has no idea how easy Alastor goes on him.
Just like Alastor, Pentious is attached to the aesthetics and technology of the time period he knew when he was alive, and still manages to innovate with those limitations. I think Alastor could respect that.
"You whores have no class! In war, the side remembered is the side with the most style!"
It's also funny that to Pentious, Alastor is the young, modern one. Some phrases Alastor uses are "young people slang" to him!

Alastor is one sarcastic bastard, and Sir Pent is one of the most naive characters in the show. He takes a lot of things way too literally (#autism?). That's just PERFECT for comedic misunderstandings between these two!
Before s1 was released there were quite a lot of ace!Pentious headcanons. I think we could still make a case for closeted ace-adjacent!Pentious in canon! Possibility even aroace!Pentious, if we interpret his crush on Cherri as compulsive heteronormativity (he loves her creative genius and is fascinated by her explosive contraptions; surely that means she's the one, right?)
Ace4Ace Alastor & Pentious would be a fun duo in my opinion. They could bond over their shared experience
On the topic of bonding... ("I have feelings for you" (Narrator voice: the feeling was friendship, but he had ever experienced it before)
Seriously, imagine Sir Pentious spending more and more time around Alastor because of the hotel, taking his sarcastic and mocking remarks literally and thinking they're becoming closer... And then being like. WAIT. Do I have feelings for him?? and trying to seduce him like he does with Cherri Bomb. The absolute shenanigans... Rizzlord Pentious strikes again.
Accidental fake dating scenario that only exists in Vox's head, where Vox, being the stalker that he is, spies in the two of them bonding and reaches all the wrong conclusions
Once Sir Pentious dies for the second time and ascends to Heaven, he could meet Alastor's mom 👀
EDIT: OH and How could I forget the Egg Boiz?? Egg Boiz babysitter!Alastor is canon and he definitely babysat them multiple times in the few months Sir Pentious spent at the hotel. Joint custody :3
AND let's not forget the important information that Frank the Egg Boy reported to Sir Pentious lol. The one Charlie made a deal with Alastor for. I can imagine Alastor considering killing the Egg Boiz/ Sir Pentious after learning Frank didn't keep quiet (Imagine Sir Pentious trying to engage in a conversation w/ Alastor and telling him what Frank told him as a joke akfkkd), spending a whole afternoon trailing after them and making plans, only to realise that the Egg Boiz say insane shit all the time and Sir Pentious was in fact NOT playing 4D chess by telling him he knew (and probably already forgot all about it)

Sophie Chi is in her first year of college (though her parents wish she'd attend a “real” university rather than a liberal arts school) and has long accepted her aroace (aromantic and asexual) identity. She knows she’ll never fall in love, but she enjoys running an Instagram account that offers relationship advice to students at her school. No one except her roommate can know that she’s behind the incredibly popular “Dear Wendy” account.
When Joanna “Jo” Ephron (also a first-year aroace college student) created their “Sincerely Wanda” account, it wasn’t at all meant to take off or be taken seriously—not like Wendy’s. But now they might have a rivalry of sorts with Wendy’s account? Oops. As if Jo’s not busy enough having existential crises over gender identity, whether she’ll ever truly be loved, and the possibility of her few friends finding The One then forgetting her!
While tensions are rising online, Sophie and Jo grow closer in real life, especially once they realize their shared aroace identity and start a campus organization for other a-spec students. Will their friendship survive if they learn just who’s behind the Wendy and Wanda accounts?

I am sick of my friends.
I don't need friends around me all the time. I'm not a needy person at all. I just want to start with this.
But what makes me sick of them is that I only exist when they are not in a relationship.
If they are in a relationship they only call me when they need some kind of favor.
If I ever need a talk or anything they are not here for me. But they act like I always have to be there for them. Everytime when they have a fight with their bf and they want to rant I MUST be there for them. But if I need anything... even just a small talk they never have time.
I just give give give. And they just take take take. It's ALWAYS one way friendship. Because I really do want to be the best friend I can be... and them? They are an okay friend when they are not in a relationship. But once a guy enters a picture I'm just a nobody.
I feel like N O N E of women I know take friendship seriously. Because I guess they can always find someone else to rant with. So you're easily replaceable to them.
Why are friendship like this? Why don't people appreciate friendships but they do everything for a romantic relationships?
It doesn't help that I'm aroace and I don't want relationships but I do love my friends.
Friendship is seen as "eh who cares you can always make new friends"
I'm not asking for anything crazy like TEXT ME EVERY DAY, TALK TO ME EVERY DAY, MEET WITH ME EVERY DAY. I'm more introverted so it doesn't bother me of we speak once per week or once per two weeks.
But why must my texts and calls be ignored for a month? And they expect me to call them back or text them in a few hours?
And why are their problems so important that I must listen to their relationship problems for +1 hour (which I wouldn't mind if they would appreciate me as a friend). But if I ever try to tell them something I'm being ignored, they won't return my calls or when I speak to them in person they are not interested in what I have to say.
I feel like I never had a true friendship at all. Maybe when we were kids. Once dating started friendships ended.
I can't tell you why some women aren't prioritizing their friendships alongside their romantic relationships, because I personally value my friends regardless of whether I'm dating anyone. My best guess is that it's a combination of a cultural norm many people don't actively question, and the fact that falling in love can be quite intense and distracting. But I completely understand your frustration, and I definitely don't think you're in the wrong for wanting and expecting more from your friends. I also don't think it's an impossible mission to find "real" friends. Have you considered actively seeking out other aroace people? Because I know you aren't the only one who's frustrated by this tendency to neglect friendships when dating

on one hand i'm very happy for the queer teens who have a cute fluffy romance show because i didn't as a kid but also something about heartstopper is just... off?
for the record i read and enjoyed the webcomic and i enjoyed s1 too but this season really just felt like it was a checklist of things that they need the characters to do.
like. honestly most of these ppl don't have any chemistry but they still get paired up anyway. SO many people get paired up that it kind of seems like everyone in the writers room was going ok fuck what do we do with this character. who do we pair them up with.
isaac doesnt and he's aro/ace and like that's great and all but like. don't you think it's kinda fucked up that literally the ONLY person in the main cast who isn't already in a relationship or an extremely homoerotic friendship is. the aro guy. like yeah aro rep but in the show about teens you'd think they'd show a teenager just being single and not being a bitter mess like ben or something.... why can't someone just be single??? why does everyone have to pair off?? they're kids???
ik the teachers were together in the comic or whatever too but like jeez when they kissed i was like oh my god EVERYONE. like seriously everyone. isn't there a single person in this show who is single. can't the teachers at least date some unrelated 3rd party. this density of couples is just unrealistic at this point
i genuinely feel like no one here has a distinct personality. they're mostly queer and they've all got this nervous energy which is fine for some characters but that's like everyone that we're spending time with. they're all just nervous about stuff. i know they're in high school but it's just so.... bland idk. i literally had an anxiety disorder in hs and even i would've been telling these ppl to relax and please do something else that's not you being romantic or you being nervous.... there needs to be more to the characters
and like idk. it doesn't feel very gay. ik thats a nebulous criticism but its kinda like love simon like yeah it was cute and i did eat that shit up at the time but it feels like... very much like a non queer persons take on queerness.
edit: also want to add i am aware that alice oseman is aroace and therefore very much not a non queer person. i also think that queer people are very capable of writing extremely bland and boring characters with nothing to them but their sexuality

If Gregory, Mia and Mel are Phoenix and Maya's biological kids, does that mean Phoenix and Maya have Done the Deed, so to speak? Or were other methods involved?
Hello friend! I feel like if I gave the “quick” answer to this question, it’s going to be missing a lot of important context, and since I feel like the topic of family planning from a queerplatonic/aroace perspective is seldom talked about, I'm going to go more in-depth.

This is a little long and I know the subject matter isn’t for everyone, so the details along with a mini-comic are below the cut! (Nothing discussed is above the T rating!)
In my AU, Phoenix, Maya, and Edgeworth are all on different places on the aromantic and/or asexual spectrum (cue "Ace" Attorney jokes). It’s also worth mentioning that they're in a queerplatonic relationship, so their orientations don't really matter that much with regards to the polycule. If any of them wanted to pursue a romantic relationship with someone besides each other, it doesn’t break the queerplatonic polycule. However, their orientations does matter with regards to the kids.
One of the fics I'm writing takes place after Spirit of Justice where Maya is starting to seriously think about the future of the Fey Clan lineage. This makes Phoenix anxious, as he's well aware of the history of disastrous marriages in Kurain Village, and hopes to whoever's listening that it doesn't happen to Maya, too. However, he's not attracted to her in that way, so he doesn't get involved outside of being there for moral support.
Extremely long story short, after Maya's disastrous dating life--where she discovers she does not like romantic attention--soul-searching, emotional turmoil, Phoenix and Maya ask themselves why they couldn't have a family together as friends--especially after Edgeworth lectures both of them on separate occasions that they were viewing the situation too romantically. Fey Clan lineage doesn't care about romance, you see.
Obviously how the kids came to be was a huge hang-up. When Maya lamented that she wasn't fond of romantic attention during her moment of self-discovery, Phoenix recommended she have a chat with Edgeworth, who suggested the very unromantic route of donors (and offered to help pay). On a different occasion, when Phoenix was hung up over the birds and the bees, so to speak, Edgeworth suggests that he (Phoenix, to be clear) could be a donor for Maya. That doesn't involve contact, Maya's kids would have a dad who loves them and their mom, it's a win-win.
Unfortunately, well after Phoenix and Maya were already emotionally invested in starting the family together, Maya learns that known donors require a lot more time and money than unknown donors, as well as mandatory therapy. Did I mention money? So, to put a finer point on it, since they felt very secure with their friendship and nothing has threatened it thus far in this situation, they didn't see why they couldn't give the "free" route a shot.
As you might have guessed, given the lack of attraction towards each other in that way... it did not go well.
It was the straw that broke the camel's back and started to strain their relationship. So much so, that when they were working together in court after trying for a few months, Edgeworth noticed they were irritable towards each other and requested a recess to chat with them...

To sum it all up, while it was far from their first choice, they certainly did give Doing the Deed a shot for the sake of saving time and money, but they found it was too much for them so all three kids were conceived with those at-home kits.

They put them in Riverdale. Ok but seriously they way they were portrayed in Riverdale was so against character, so edgy on comparison to the happy go lucky personality that is the staple of his character, and the fact that they entirely erased his asexual/aromantic identity.
They took away the fact that he was aromantic!! Im pissed because he was great rep!! Seriously, reading jughead 2015 was such a personal and relatable experience that i havent found often in media because aro people are overlooked all the time and the rep is ignored for shipping purposes and its even worse that it happened here!! Not only did they erase him being ace, which was STATED IN THE TEXT, but they also took away the way that he was intentionally written to be romance and relationship averse and its just infuriating because he did not deserve this!!! Aro people did not deserve this!!! Im still so annoyed!!!
I will be honest. I have not watched riverdale and I never will. But in the comics. ESPECIALLY THE JUGHEAD(2015) COMICS. HE IS CANONICALLY AROACE. ACTUAL DIALOGUE FROM THE COMIC, OF KEVIN KELLER SPEAKING TO JUGHEAD -> "my romantic options cant take that kind of hit! you just dont get it cause youre asexual..." ACTUAL DIALOGUE FROM JUGHEAD -> "I DONT GET CRUSHES. I just--found her interesting! Its a FRIENDSHIP crush, IF anything." "...And yet, IM the crazy one for not wanting to kiss people. RIGHT." AND NO IF YOURE WONDERING HE DOES NOT END UP TOGETHER WITH THE PERSON HES TALKING ABOUT THERE. HERES HIM TELLING HER -> "I dont GO on dates, Sabrina. I dont like people that way, you know? And when you asked me out, i didnt realize it WAS a date until too late. I shouldve explained the situation, but instead I went along with it, and just kept... you know, trying to escape. And that wasnt fair to you, and im sorry. My judgement was clouded by the fact that, on some primal and fundamental level, all I really want to do is hang out with a giant talking burger. I know that about myself now, and I accept it gladly." <- i will not be giving context for that last part go read the fucking Jughead(2015) comics right now i will GLADLY send ANYBODY who asks a link. Again. I havent seen riverdale. I HAVE however watched a VIDEO ESSAY on it by someone who never read the comics. And the only positive thing they had to say about that damn show was that they thought bughead was cute. Honestly you could put ANY character from riverdale in this bracket because the original comics ARE A FUCKING SITCOM!!!! well the special stories (like Jughead(2015)) arent as sitcommy and are no stranger to Things Getting Fucking Weird but they never had shit like DARK FUCKING BETTY! No. Instead they had MORE WHOLESOME storylines, like ARCHIE GETTING SHOT AND DYING. dude unrelated one of my comic books had an ad for that with the cover that had archie lying there drenched in a pretty minimal amount of blood actually and i was sooooo scared of it as a kid. i was flipping throuhg the book the first time and dropped it and RAN CRYING AWAY it was the most graphic thing i had seen in my entire 7 years of life. sorry these comics mean a lot to me. i have over 300 of them <3

hi it's me the kuervo lore anon back back again with a WALL OF TEXT and also pirates spoilers but those are pretty obvious.
starting with his Tragic Backstory™ everything about him makes so much more sense when you realize he's just shadow the hedgehog spanish dub. ie raised as the specialest child soldier ever, idolized older sibling got killed by the government, now he's on an epic bloody revenge quest and there's these blue guys trying to teach him about the power of friendship but he doesn't care. said revenge quest is also where he lost his eye btw, and his eyepatch and rings are sort of fucked up trophies.
his self image is Messed Up bc of all that. he hypes himself up in his mind like he's some amazing folk hero (in-universe he literally calls chat his "adoring fans". which. ya got me.) and then you realize that's absolutely a front so he doesn't have to think about the murders. he's paranoid as fuck about the other pirates finding out his whole deal but such a horrible liar that he seriously considers yet another murder. but he's just a silly little guy he's done nothing wrong ever in his life why would you even think about him like that.
characterization wise kuervo's got a strong sense of justice which got him in this mess in the first place. he's quick to jump to insults or casual threats and even quicker to just laugh it off (ignore the sword it's just a joke bro!!). he's not super vain but definitely cares about his appearance. there's a very good chance all that eyeliner hides some impressive eyebags. he doesn't talk much but hangs around on the edge of conversations listening to gossip like he's at the movies with a metaphorical bucket of popcorn. he's an insanely good shot but refuses to touch guns (except in life or death situations) to the point of getting jumpy when other pirates pull guns for whatever reasons. he's the type of guy to keep a knife under his pillow (that isn't canon but it's close enough). despite being in the murder faction he doesn't take bounties (one of his only trips to the bounty guild ended with eret killing a guy and getting exiled bc of his bad advice). there's actually so few kites toward the end of the server that he just hangs out with the nightingales despite calling them a bunch of losers once.
one time he crashed bek's ship on a deserted island. he's the only pirate to get away with swearing in front of owen bc he does it in spanish. he's made peace with the fact his epic revenge quest's probably going to end with him dead, but he refuses to die on any other terms than his own. he's lonely as hell but he keeps everybody at arm's length bc he knows he'll have to leave someday soon. he got kidnapped once and immediately resorted to talking to a bunch of fish. he's even aroace
Obsessed actually.
I'm. Honestly pretty hyped that I got the right vibe around him and I'm even more hyped to be able to read about him.
If there's more solid-stuff about Kuervo's background, I'd love to hear. Unless it's like. Purposely a bit shrouded I just loved reading all this.
I'm probably gonna re-read this about 20 times honestly. Thank you for the Lore Dump, I'll be eating it all promptly

Hey folks! Thank you for the tags, @larkral, @orange-peony and @artsyunderstudy! I hope you’re all well! I’m here, sore and sat in bed after a busy 45 minutes of *thinks hard* walking around and taking photos of wildflowers. Yup, fibromyalgia is a strange beast. But I’ve been resting for a few hours and feeling a bit better.
I've not done much new writing since Wednesday but I'll be posting chapter 9 of What Remains After The Storm this week. Here, have a snippet featuring Simon misreading a situation in the most splendid of manners.

On a far less angsty note, today I posted a crack/fluff one shot titled When Pigs Fly. It’s a gift for the lovely @erzbethluna, and I hope those of you with a taste for general buffoonery get a kick out of it. Here’s a peek of Baz meeting some very special piglets.
“They’re all girls.” Mordelia smiles, pointing. “Burrito, Pepper, and Honk.”
I cross my arms. “Oh, I see. And I suppose the carp are named Nemo and Jaws.”
“No, seriously! Dad let me and the twins name them.” She points at Burrito, who’s being pushed aside by Pepper, gobbling up every grape she can. Burrito is pink all over, while Pepper has black markings on her back. “I wanted to name her Bacon Sandwich, but dad wouldn’t let me.”

Review:
When two aromantic and asexual college students start an online feud with each other while unknowingly becoming friends in real life, when their secret identities get out... will they still want to be friends? Sophie Chi loves running her instagram account where she gives out relationship advice called, "Dear Wendy". She prides herself in trying to be serious and helping people out as best as best as she can. Joanna "Jo" Ephron is pretty relaxed and started off a advice page just for fun, something that was completely opposite to Dear Wendy, which she called Dear Wanda. Now Sophie and Jo begin feuding online yet in real life they are both attending the same college and befriend each other.... however their secret online selves are far from friends. Can they find a way to keep their friendship once their secret is out? This book was just okay to me, honestly I was hoping for more but it just felt a little uderwhelming. I do however think this book is a great book for people who want to read about identity and friendship. The story really focuses on how each of the girls deal with their sexual identities and how they both want to help others and find friendship in one another. I was hoping for a bit more in the story but overall it felt like an okay read to me. I think younger readers will definitely appreciate the coming of age/ coming into identity that the story discusses though and would recommend it.

I have this second cousin who's just a year older than me. She's my favourite cousin (really big family so no one takes offense that I'm open about having a favourite) and I love her. We only see each other for a couple of days every summer but we're constantly together during those two days, to the point it's a running joke in the family that we're practically fused at the hip. Every time I came out, she was the first person in the family I told. Except she couldn't come last summer so I couldn't tell her that I'm aro (she already knows I'm ace).
And she's made me bracelets (threads woven together, kinda like friendship bracelets). For the first one I asked for the colours of the ace flag (explicitly telling her what it was) and the second one I sent her the aroace flag as reference but didn't tell her what it meant because I didn't want to come out by message unless she asked. I got the second one through her parents last summer and apparently she was very insistant to them that they get it to me. Those bracelets are very important to me because they're a constant reminder that I'm not alone, both in my experiences as aroace and in general since they're from her but I haven't told her that. Knowing her, I wouldn't be surprised that she figured out what the second flag means.
So I had the thought that maybe, just maybe, this summer when I see her she will give me one with the aro flag. And if she does I'll probably cry and definitely hug her. To be honest, I'll probably cry and definitely hug her just from seeing her again anyway.
Also, I think she might be a-spec too. Because why else would she seriously ask herself if she's into girls only for the answer to be 'nah' ? And we never really spoke of boys or girls and as far as I know she's never dated anyone (she's 19) and she's never mentioned a crush to me either when other cousins whom I'm less close to have so... I don't know, that's kind of suspect.
So, yeah, I just really wanted to go on a rant about how much my favourite cousin means to me.

I’m having WICKED feels again and I just have to let them out.
It completely boggles my mind that this isn’t bigger? I don’t understand.
Every mediocre movie/show adaptation of a book and I’ll get a “READ THE BOOK INSTEAD!!!” thrown at me left and right. But somehow, for some unfathomable reason, everyone seems entirely content with the WICKED musical and nobody picks up the bloody books. Why.
That musical is nice, it’s pretty. It’s insanely inaccurate and even more of a Disney-fication of the story than early Disney princess movies were of the original fairy tales, I mean seriously that musical takes all of the tension and bite out of it.
And if the musical made you ship Gelphie? Read the freaking books because the author queercoded their relationship way more than the musical did and knowing Gregory Maguire, that wasn’t a coincident. It’s not queerbait, he puts queer characters into his books. There are queer characters in these books.
Aside from the canon mlm side pairing and the canon polyamorous throuple in the first WICKED book, the lead character of the second book is literally a bisexual man.
The whole second book is about a bisexual man and his dragon rider boyfriend and how in the world is tumblr sleeping on that I don’t understand.
(Also, I’d contest, that the third book’s female lead, Nor, is aroace, though it is not put into words. But come on, she got married to a Lion specifically because he would never sexually touch her and it’s clear in canon that she harbors friendship but no romantic feelings for him. This isn’t bestiary, it’s a beard.)
And whatever the hell is going on in the fourth book is queer too, but to narrow it down further would include just too many spoilers for that.
Either way, this is an incredibly queer magical book series about witches and trauma passed on from one generation to the next. It’s incredibly captivating because you don’t just see a small window into the life of a character, but you see Elphie’s whole, entire life and you see Liir’s full life fold out and you watch their growth, their struggles, their loves and losses.
For all intends and purposes, this book series should be hella famous on tumblr. But no, the majority of people only seem aware of the musical.
Please, all I want is for that movie adaptation of the musical to bring the kind of people into the fandom who do read the books an adaptation is based on.

Do you have any Hollow knight ships? If you do, what are they?
Yeah I do!! Though frankly, I haven't really delved that deep into the shipping hole of Hollow Knight. And since I’m mostly a Quirrel (and Monomon) fan, I gravitate towards ships that include them, be it platonic or romantic or both.
One of my favorites is Tisoquirrel!! Unsurprisingly, Foils and Opposites Attracts and (”Rivals” to) Friends to Lovers and Shield And Nail is hard to resist. And one utterance of their name instantly turns my brain alight and buzzing with so many thoughts. If I decided to talk more about these two, this post would become lengthy as fuck.
Lemmquirrel is also great!! Their old man puppy-like love is so sweet and comforting and warm it pretty much feels like I’m being wrapped around with blankets. Plus, they’re both history nerds.
As for the Knight/Ghost and Monomon, it depends on the persons’ take on the two if it’s alright with me. I’m pretty openminded when it comes to ships after all, so as long as it’s not inherently bad I’m fine with it.
As long as Monomon isn’t Quirrel’s adoptive mom in any way and they’re both adults, it’s fine with me. If Ghost is an adult and not aged up, then that’s alright for me as well. Both of these ships are pretty great to be honest!! Monomon and Quirrel breaks and grinds my heart into the ground and I can’t get enough of it. And Ghost and Quirrel is just sweet and nice.
When it comes to ships without Quirrel, Crimson Nails all the way!!! I love them, I love them so very much. Please I need more content of these two, I want my fluffy grumpy cat moth and my pathetic outgoing scrunkly knight. I want my heart to be warmed up and fluffed up by fluff and pounded by angst until I’m mochi please. They’re just so great!!
Honestly, if I didn’t firmly believe Monomon is an AroAce Queen like she is, Monomon and Herrah would be impeccable together. Just Girlboss to Girlboss Supremacy all the way. The kind of aesthetic that will burn and melt your heart on the spot. Seriously, what could go wrong with these two?
Alas, I’m satisfied with the Dreamers’ friendship and dynamic!! It’s truly a treat for me whenever I get content of these three, their dynamic is just phenomenal. I wish the three got more time.
Some honorable mentions are Tiso and Cloth, TisoTamer, God Tamer and Pale Lurker. Honestly, any ships with Cloth in it is instantly amazing, that’s just how amazing Cloth is. And Myla, they’re both great. So Myla and Cloth are phenomenal as well. Though all of these ships aren’t ones I actively look out for since I’m not as excited about them as the rest.

THE OLD WOMEN!! OLD WOMEN IN LOVE!!!
God I love them that ship has me by the throat god.
I love the dynamic I love the cannon compliance because like I love timekeeper having more friends outside of themselves and their ‘old friends’
Just baguette being the serious one to timekeepers antics, and timekeeper having another cookie they can goof around with that isn’t her past self r string gummy who doesn’t call her his friend!
It’s one timekeeper ship I’ve seriously considered making cannon to my main au, because I’ve been very hesitant to ship timekeeper with anyone since I headcanon them as aroace. But then again there is a spectrum, baguette could just be the perfect storm of an exception.
That being said, Baguette definitely crushes first and just it’s more obvious than she realizes. Like all of the senior staff realize this and lightly tease her about it because it’s the one thing To make the calm and composed baguette sputter.
Also timekeeper sneaking baguette away to cuddle and nap in their office and it’s the few times timekeeper actually sleeps and baguette like, she’s fine with taking time out of her day to make sure the beast sleeps and listen LISTEN-
I have a whole empathy arc idea with timekeeper about them regaining their care for cookies and living in the present timeline again and a further part of that arc being them actually getting into a loving relationship is VERY CUTE-
But even if it’s not a ship their friendship would be so wholesome. Timekeeper needs more friends.
