5 Minutes Morning Exercise for all Day Energy

“gym is the best subject in school”
i’m sorry what? it’s not even a subject. it’s just a pervy teacher who went to watch the girls on the run 5k in may even though he doesn’t have a daughter or neice or sibling or ANYTHING that would be in it because he has two adult sons and a twelve year old niece and girls on the run is third through fifth grade and he stares at girls running and makes girls feel like they shouldn’t eat because they’re fat (they’re not, i was in classes with some of the skinniest kids in my school)
why is gym your favorite subject the teacher makes you do jumping jacks sometimes for twenty minutes straight for warmups if health class is there bc if ONE PERSON stops you have to all start over again and go for a full minute why is gym your favorite subject

I'm in awe of your gain, but what's your Masters secret for only just starting to gain weight? My bf's only been gaining for a year and I'm already up 25lbs!
This isn't the first time he's gained weight 😊 Just, from what I can tell (he doesn't let me see when he weighs himself...) the most he's gained and the least he's done to stop it.
But we'd never eat the same meals, generally cooking similar things, using the same ingredients with very very very different results. As in one of us was eating normal portions of healthy meals, and was the type to go running every morning and to the gym every/most days.
It was more his work messing with his gym schedule than anything to do with me that caused the occasional weight gain, and before this summer he clamped down on it the second he started feeling things get a bit tight and go back to normal like nothing happened.
Since we've started feeding sessions with him as the feedee he's gotten a lot more lax about his work out schedule, and still does his morning run, but the afternoon gym visits have been getting less frequent ❤️ I wish I still had it in me to go with him for his morning jog because he hasn't replaced all his work out shirts yet, and some of them are getting a little tight and with how jiggly his belly can be when he hasn't eaten it's probably one hell of a sight 💦
