Scary Times
The Grim Reaper increasing in strength
My lifetime, shrivelling in length
Live slow & thrive strong
To God we all truly belong!
I love God & God loves me
I go to Church & worship Thee
After Mass, I feel lighter
The Present passes, the Future’s brighter!
Living in Black Mirror, in Scary Times
Dystopia. I am living it in rhymes!

I am having some problems envisioning myself at 199. I am going to do some imagery work/meditations to work on that.
I am having body dysmorphia issues so I am going to work on that as well. I don't know if it is related to the gender dysmorphia or what. It is alot to deal with sometimes.
I just want/need to love myself full while I work on myself. Everyone in my life has made me feel worthless in some way. I deserve health and happiness.
I deserve time for whatever makes me happy. I deserve to feel amazing, every day.
Exercise isn't normally the problem for me, food is. Even though I eat mostly home cooked, I had some severe portion distortion. I am working to correct these things. And while I do that, I want to reassure myself that I am worth it.
It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. Only what I think matters.
Focus on me. Everytime you are focused on anything that is not yourself, you focus/energy is heading in the wrong direction.

The brain is a muscle
It needs to be fit naturally. If a muscle is going through too much strain, it won't heal and get stronger
Likewise, the brain can only do so much if it's hurting more than it can learn, or if thinks too much about that things that can't change or thinks about them in ways that won't change
Your own brain needs to be pruned of harmful exercises and be replaced with activities that might not seem intense to outsiders, but will help it grow

Biting The Bullet
Dreaming on as the world keeps turning
Flash floods & forest fires, oxygen burning.
Mother Earth is wounded, for crying out loud
To protect our environment I shout out!
Foes of the Earth, spoiling our planet
Human doings who just don’t get it
Spewing fossil fuels into the air
What are we doing? Doesn’t anybody care?
Wiping out the bees & the frogs & the trees
Conservation is required, if…

Dual N-Back task, what is it?
The dual N-Back task is an exercise used to train working memory and attention focus. It is a modification of the standard N-Back task, where participants are presented with a sequence of stimuli and must determine whether the current stimulus is the same as the one presented N steps back.
In the dual version of the task, participants simultaneously track two sequences of stimuli, for example, visual and auditory. This significantly complicates the task as it requires simultaneous concentration on two different types of information.
The N-Back task is considered an effective means of developing cognitive abilities, particularly increasing working memory levels and improving multitasking ability. Studies have shown that regular training with the N-Back task can significantly improve so-called “fluid intelligence,” which includes logical thinking, perception, memorizing new information, and solving new problems.
In our android app REFLEX: Barain Reaction, we have implemented a dual N-Back problem that you can try for free.
This exercise can be useful not only for personal development but also for professional enhancement, especially in fields where quick reaction speed and the ability to switch between tasks rapidly are important.
