Since I posted my pop collection I thought I would share some of my other Marvel collectables! My husband and I have a very fandom forward household!

My amazing Skottie Young statues who is one of my favorite comic book writers and artists. My Spider-Man and Iron Man Lego set I have the other original Iron Man one and once we get another shelf, we're adding it.

Some official Marvel props from Doctor Strange, Black Panther and Iron Man. A few of my pops, I love the Iron Man set!

This is our hot toys collection with a few other Spider-Man things. We have a set of Spider Punks web shooters along with a replica of Homecoming and a set from the ride at Disneyland. And then there's Scarlet Spidey, Deadpool and strange Hot Toys. The Dean one isn't a hot toy but he fits there. I also have Thanos's gauntlet and War Machine helmet. Oh and Irondad shout out with Gingerbread Spidey and Iron Man, who were holiday decorations that now live there year round.

We have another set of Funko Pops I'm going to add the big set of Captain America and Spider-Man ones on that wall too. And my lovely Spider-Man wall as soon as the Tobey pop comes in he's going up there. We bought these prints from the artist because we love them so much.

i know that disney is too big to boycott effectively but that shouldn't translate to "and so we should keep buying their products like normal" but rather "at the very least we should try"

I'm having way too much fun finding these.

Okay on the one hand, I'm annoyed that they stopped putting out the 'Complete Collection' editions of the 90s Spider-Girl run in favor of starting over under the 'Epic Collections' banner. But on the other hand...I do vastly prefer the trade dress/cover design on this one. XD

I’m not a fanfiction rights warrior or anything but the discourse about how it’s actively making published literature worse is so stupid. if fanfiction is having a negative effect on the quality of published fiction, that impact is vastly outpaced by the economic reasons for why mass amounts of low quality garbage is being pumped into the fiction market. certain conventions of fanfiction (namely the use of trope and character tags) are being adopted by the industry not because fanfiction has some hegemonic influence on said industry but because those things are easily adaptable for search engine optimisation and marketing purposes. like what explanation sounds more plausible: fiction is being increasingly tailored to fit into various narrow category tags (“gay enemies to lovers slowburn coffee shop romance,” etc) because the consumer market has seen a rapid sea change in the past 5-10 years and now audiences all want to read what is essentially OC fanfiction that they also pay for, or because formulating books in that way makes keyword search optimisation on google and amazon way easier to market low-effort schlock to people? this is not a new phenomenon and blaming end-users for the state of the industry is basic cart-before-horse reasoning. you can dislike fanfiction and find the people obsessed with it annoying, but the relatively niche space those people occupy online is not structurally responsible for books being more shitty than usual lately

Mr. Knight and Moon Knight

This little purse took forever to make BUT worth it cause now I have a cute lil bag to take Bucky and his baby Goose everywhere I go, look at how snugly he is in there.

I need to really write something about Bucky being tasked to watch over Goose with 0 context, just thinking he’s a cute orange kitty.

And then the chaos. All the chaos. But Goose LOVES Bucky and is basically obsessed with him and sleeps in his hoodie and nowhere else.

I don’t know who made this artwork, but I feel need to share it since this is an incredibly important and dire situation! Ms. Marvel, Spider-Man, Nova & Snowguard all speak the truth here! Call for a ceasefire immediately! Free Palestine and end the Israeli apartheid & genocide in Gaza now! Palestinian rights are human rights and collective punishment is a war crime!
