NNT Rewatch s2ep1-6

(This was written weeks ago but was in my queue. I am moving back to my college town Saturday so busy days are to come but now I have things to procrastinate 😈)

So YAYAYAY time for season 2 (my fave season overall) !! I’ve rewatched this one before, so i actually remember some of this lol

Ban: I quit

i love both of diane’s orange fits, but s1 leotard hits different

i have thots abt the introduction of power levels that will be told beneath the cut

i mean it’s all very dragon ball (which i love, but in a very different way). I feel like they are just better executed in manga format, because saying the numbers out loud just kinda breaks up the flow of dialogue and action. Plus the numbers never stay accurate since the characters are always powering up and nakaba lowkey just stops using them at one point. so like assault mode!Meliodas has a power of 142,000. BUT he defeats enemies with powers higher than that and is shown to gain even more power. But this is the highest number we have for him. Overall, theyre clunky, not updated enough to be accurate, and just kinda cheesy :/ I feel like plot could have been added to justify and explain the eye of Balor (AKA Drole if i remember correctly) but it’s just used as an excuse to quantify the characters’ strength since this season is mainly focused on physical and emotional growth, as seen by the Ishtar Arc (one of my fave arcs hehe)

merlin’s friendship with hawk is actually so cute tho

so Meliodas’s beginner stats (still missing his powers) are magic 400, strength 960, spirit 2010. The way I see it, his insane spirit strength could mean one of two things: bitch is just hella determined in his quest to end their curses and protect his friends (likely) or merlin taking away his power only affects his strength and magic since spirit has to do with your mind (also likely) anyway what do y’all think?

how the fuck is gowther’s strength 500??? The average person who can lift 50-100 lbs has a strength of 30. HOW IN THE FUCK?? IS GOWTHER SECRETLY SWOLE????

Meliodas being like “no idk who the ten shadows could be haha” when he and merlin literally formed the sins to fight them and HE WAS THE LEADER OF THE 10 COMMANDMENTS is so funny like so tru king lie to their faces

the first thing Zeldris says is “3000 years... please tell me that he’s still alive” which tells me two things: 1) he doesn’t know about Meliodas’s curse, which could explain why estarossa kills him when he’s just going to come back a rival to the throne of the demon king and 2) the listed life expectancy of 1000 years for demons is probably not accurate lol

maybe it’s driven down due to number of battle deaths like the mortality rate of the middle ages lol

we are introduced to a demon who hopes mel is alive, shares a voice actor, AND HAS THE SAME FACE yeah the brother coding is very thick

So the whole concept of sacred treasures is really cool to me because they are clearly something unique to the Sins, despite all of the sacred treasures being very different and made of different materials. I mean Gowther’s is straight up made of light Still, them having weapons that serve as a constant and grow with them as they become more powerful is just a neat concept to me. I just wish we could have seen Ban use Courechouse more than just a few episodes. There really isn’t a plot reason he couldn’t have had it beforehand.

Gerheade being a bitch to Ban bc he’s a human makes literally no sense when we learn her backstory with Rou. Like NO sense at all lol

I honestly love that Meliodas destroyed the albion on his own. Like yes, he is my OP blorbo BUT he’s also supposed to be incredibly powerful in canon, which we haven’t seen him go all out with an enemy yet. Not only does he know all about albions (bc he’s a demon), but as leader of the 10 Commandments, he probably was on the controlling side of the golems. Then, as a member of Stigma, he fought against them. Not to mention, this is when he finally gets Lostvayne (the DEMON sword) back. This moment for me is when he gets to show off the perks of him being a powerful and high ranking demon. Might fuck around and do a full post later on Meliodas’s relationship to his own race and what/who he is lol

(stay with me bc im about to get delusional) WAIT so galand says “to think that after all this time has passed youd still be in that form” in this essay i will prove that Meliodas looks like a young teenager because he essentially is biologically young for the demon race. Galand doesn’t know Mel was cursed, so he would think that he had aged in the past 3000 years. Plus, I think the demon king’s possession of Meliodas AND Zeldris can be (somewhat) compared to Sariel’s aging up of Solaseed. Anyway, i feel like this can support my hypothesis of Zeldris and Meliodas are just babies who will eventually look like adults. Also, I think them being super young just enhances the angst quite well.

it's my comfort fic atm every time i write it i feel better

i felt a little inspired by a romance i witnessed between people irl when i was a child, but their language barrier was not as strong as the one i write about in kisushitai. like satoru and you are rlly struggling lol

i can't wait to work on the chapter where satoru writes キスしたい (kisushitai/i want to kiss you) and the reader writes back それからキスして (sorekara kisushite/then kiss me)

and maybe add fuel to the love triangle!! ofc a lighthearted love triangle, don't worry there is no angst or heartbreak only comfort and fluff in this fic lol. the tension between suguru and the reader was unintended, it just happened when i wrote so i rolled with it 👍

it's funny actually, i am trying to learn a little bit of japanese as i write the story (and also just out of interest sake) and i notice that my english gets a bit wonky after trying to understand how the japanese language works. i don't know basically anything, but i learned hiragana and now i'm trying hard to learn katakana but the kanji book i have scares me and i'm gonna procrastinate on learning it.

hi! in re to your post about your diagnosis, do you mind saying a tiny bit abt the process? im asking bc i have thought RLLY hard over the past few months on the possibility that i may be autistic- like, a lot of things ive wondered about myself would make more sense if i was and the idea of that has brought some peace to me. but i have NO idea how to go abt the process of talking with a mental health professional abt it and/or getting a diagnosis. i totally understand if you don’t want to share abt your process at all and i don’t want to make you uncomfortable with this question, so please feel free to ignore it. but if you are willing to share like the first step that you took in the process, i would rlly appreciate it! im just confused rn. anyway, i hope you’re having a good day/week/month lol :^)

I live in the United Kingdom, there are two options here, you can ask for a referral from the NHS, or you can self-refer privately which will cost £2000 for an assessment...

so what I did for my autism assessment is go to my doctors surgery, and explain to a doctor that I suspected I was autistic. I gave my reasons why - difficulty at school, difficulty with crowds, I talk really bluntly, sometimes i can become very anxious very fast - and the doctor recognised there were enough symptoms for a referral.

the autism referral centre eventually sent me a series of questionnaires, some were for me, some were for my father or for some other person who has known me since i was a child (i dont know what you're supposed to do if you have nobody).

i didnt' like the questionnaires because they were confusing, you have to give relative answers for what you think your own behaviour is, some things i would have problems with relative to friends but not relative to people with severe learning difficulties (like my cousin who is also autistic and is 8 but cannot speak more than a few words), so i wasnt sure what exactly i was meant to answer with there.

i procrastinated for like 5 months on submitting those forms (it was hell). then they decided i sounded autistic enough for a proper assessment and put me on a waiting list.

when it came time for the actual assessment which took place 15 months later, I was referred by the NHS to a third party because of the backlog, so it was all done remotely rather than me going to a centre.

my father and i were given more questionnaires (which were bugged, make sure that any online forms you're sent don't delete your answers in one column when you're filling in another column). my dad's questionnaire was MASSIVE and went really into my early childhood, asking whether i had brain injuries or stuff like that. the idea is they want to rule out the possibility of misdiagnosis, whether my autistic traits are a result of something else.

i was given a questionnaire too and i found it somewhat confusing, they asked me how i would feel if i got a positive/negative result on the diagnosis. i thought this was to catch me out. it's probably to make sure people aren't going to kill themselves if they're told they're autistic or not autistic, but i think the questions were weird anyway. i answered as much of the other questions as i could in relation to autism.

when it came to an actual assessment, i was asked questions for an hour and a half over camera, largely about my own emotional responses to things. i was also asked to help narrate a visual storybook, and to tell stories with inanimate objects. it was part of the adult assessment, and again it was to rule out other conditions, rather than to indicate whether i was autistic, because lets just say that i am very good at making stories up on the spot.

my dad meanwhile was interviewed for 3 hours about my childhood. when i was done with my assessment i joined him for that questioning and filled in the blanks, because my dad wasn't actually around for a large part of my childhood.

a few hours later we had the diagnostic call and they told me i was autistic and that they will send a report (still waiting) with information on this and also on post-diagnostic support services in my area, which i think is going to be very useful.

And I have just (not rlly, I’m just acknowledging it rn) realized my use of emojis is out of hand and yet rlly play an interval role in showcasing the true message I try to convey. I’m an artist rlly 💁🏾‍♀️

you stare ahead at your laptop, who is blinking in a very mocking way at you. your papers are strewn about, varying in its contents from ones most manageable to completely deserted due to its impeccable complexity. you groan, tired and frustrated, absolutely in need of some relief.

so you grab your phone, readily swiping through social media. you flip back and forth to answer messages from your friends, or refreshing your youtube page to see what your favorite creators’ nijisanji en have posted. as the clock continues to tick by, counting the time you’ve decided to waste away, you stay seated in your procrastination. it eats away at you. you don’t scroll through social media peacefully but it’s your only hideaway from the stress.

and as you’re deep down into a rabbit hole somewhere on the internet, you don’t remember the time you’ve spent being unproductive.

then you feel a tap on your shoulder. you look back and see your lover, seemingly finished with his stream and looking at you cautiously.

“i thought you last told me it was project week for you,” he said, leaning over. you groan at the mention of it and you can’t help but feel like that same burden had been dropped onto you again upon the reminder.

your boyfriend notices your distress and also sees your open phone, then sensing your lack of motivation.

Vox Akuma 👹🌹

“come on now,” he says, grabbing your phone. you reflexively whine and go to reach it, but who were you kidding?

your phone has disappeared to only vox knows where and you’re left with your due responsibilities

“ahhhh but i don’t wanna,” you say, pouting at the demon

“refusing to do it won’t change the fact you still need to do it, love,” vox then leans down and places a kiss on your lips

you’re startled by the sudden gesture of affection, so you blush

the exact expression vox wanted to see on you

he then moves next to you and grabs your things, from your papers to your laptop

“v-vox? what are you doing?” genuinely confused, you watch him pile them up in his hands and he’s off to leave the room with your things

“you need a new environment to work in. come with me,” he tells you, gesturing with his head

you stand up, sighing and does as he told you anyway. admittedly quite interested with what vox has up his sleeve

you follow him down to the living room and you find him neatly placing down your items on the coffee table, papers in its own place, laptop on the center and your writing instruments by itself

“how about a playlist? i personally recommend a dark academia playlist for its effectiveness and the aesthetic,” vox chuckles and he sits on the other side of the coffee table and you realize just what he’s going to do

he’s going to.. help

“sit down, my dear,” vox rests his elbows atop the table and leans his chin onto them, waiting for you eagerly

you’re both nervous and excited at what he’s going to do

you sit down on the empty seat and await his next command

“okay, now what, sensei?”

vox chuckles, “well, my smart and talented student, i want you to do work. for real this time. i’ve stored your phone somewhere. you won’t find it unless it's break time.”

his more strict nature sort of scared you honestly but us kindred love it when he scolds us amirite

“i know i’m very charming and sexy, my love, but right now work is more important. now stop staring and get that pencil moving,” vox smirks

you shake your head, taking said pencil before forcing yourself to do the work you needed to do

vox’s way of showing his support is just that tho

he makes sure that you’re doing your work properly, reminding you to take your water every fifteen, twenty minutes

and when you get distracted, vox will tease you as the following:

vox grabs a ruler and makes you turn to him by pushing your chin towards him with said ruler

“are you going to behave and focus?” he’ll say, in a voice the exact opposite of his words

you gulp as you stare into his menacing yellow eyes

“y-yes sir,” you say

wait isn’t this supposed to be where he’s motivating you to do work?????

you’re doing the exact opposite, voxie🤡

if you do manage to focus though, not wanting to disappoint vox, you’re in for a shower of praises

you put down your writing tool after jotting down the last words of your work

you cheer while stretching, “that’s it for this one!”

“oh good job, my dear,” vox will lean over, bringing in your face towards his to kiss you. “i’m so proud of you.”

you giggle, “thanks vox.”

as a reward, he’ll give you back your phone but honestly, your phone wasn’t as interesting as your study chaperone

he’s hotter after all <3

cuddles and kisses for you!! 💋

butttttt if you only get distracted by him more; you’re messing up your work; nothing is getting inside your brain

vox will know, he’s a demon bestie(●´艸｀)ヾ

“what is this? can't concentrate?” he says, cocking up an eyebrow

you huff, collapsing on the table “it’s your fault for being too hot”

vox will then have to resort to directly helping you this time

if you’re studying, he’ll pick up your book and start quizzing you on the materials needed for the exam, scolding you for real if you didn’t get any of them right

please don’t take this as a joke, he’s serious about this໒( ⇀ ‸ ↼ )७

“y/n, my dear, you have to get this right. else you’ll fail tomorrow’s exam.”

you sigh and promise to actually study this time

if you’re doing an assignment, vox is going to guide you on how to do it, even if it meant basically treating you a bit like a child

“this number, here. it should be about this sub chapter, yes?” vox points to the corresponding text and you are forced to read it, finding the answer per vox’s instructions

once you finally got the answer down, the demon will smile, flipping a page expectantly, “there we go. good girl/boy. let’s move on, shall we?”

yes this will be annoying and it’s draining your energy so much but vox’s gentle manner (albeit still terribly strict) is a big, big help

after you’ve finished everything, vox will reward you with a huge feast with anything you craved and basically do anything you wanted to do after that

but first, ✨praises✨

“you did such a good job today, my dear,” he says while kissing your forehead. “i’m very proud of you, you know that? i know it was tiring and it took a lot out of you. but i’m so proud you pulled through.”

“you know you won’t get anything done by playing on your phone, right?” mysta says, leaning against the desk

you roll your eyes, “yeah don’t remind me.”

your boyfriend can only be silent as he looked over at your work, seemingly piling up more and more

honestly, mysta didn’t know how he can help. he wasn’t fond of these things either and if he threw himself in with you, it’d look more like a blind person guiding another blind person (‘-’*)

but not helping you out wasn’t an option either as mysta disliked it when you weren’t all smiles and laughs

what can he do to help…?

“what if…” mysta trailed off, piquing your interest. you gaze up at him, cocking up an eyebrow with wonder.

“i get you anything you want every time you finish an assignment!”

“and what is it can you offer to me, mysta rias?” you grin

mysta hums before saying, “anything! i’ll get you food, do that one weird stream idea you had!”

you smirk, crossing your arms, “even wear the maid outfit?”

for a good second, mysta is about to back track but since his determination to help you however he can settled deeper, he sighed with red dusting his cheeks

“f-fine, that too. you’ll work though, right? i can’t wear a skirt for nothing,” he pouts, still evidently embarrassed

mysta: (ง •̀_•́)ง

you giggle, nodding as you picked up your pencil, “i will. i expect you to be wearing it after i’m done with this, okay?”

to hell with wearing a maid dress when he can see you smile again

with mysta now as your permanent source of serotonin and motivation, it’s almost impossible to resist not doing your work

with that being said, mysta does not leave your side

he’s there to accompany you work, peering over your shoulder to read it over

yes, he might not understand and contribute anything

but he will definitely occasionally slip in an appropriate (sometimes unseiso tbh) joke

honestly, with mysta there, it took much longer for you to finish your piling work

but compared to when he wasn’t there to lighten the mood, you would make no progress at all┐(´ー｀)┌

“mysta i’ve only done one page so far, shut up for a minute already!” you laugh, your stomach aching from the sheer entertainment mysta provided

“no, you shut up! you know you’d rather have me here than do your work alone,” mysta responds nonchalantly

and he was right

you’d rather he stayed there by your side than do things alone

and when you do manage to finish one, you faced mysta with the brightest and probably the most stupid grin on your face(~‾⌣‾)~

“alright, you got one done. what do you want?” mysta asked reluctantly

you can only giggle, poking his cheek out of spite. “can i just ask for some cuddles?”

mysta looks at you, confused. “didn’t you want me to wear the maid outfit?”

“oh don’t worry, i’ll be asking for that for when i finish my last assignment.”

mysta lets out a whine but he doesn’t exactly protest. so he indulges in your request for cuddles first

“alright, come here then!” he smiles, opening up his arms to which you collapse into easily

you shift around to find a comfy spot in mysta’s arms and just like that, you wish you could stay there for the rest of the day

mysta lets you snuggle against him as he placed his arms around your waist, kissing the top of your head when you finally found yourself a good spot

“comfy?”

“mhm”

mysta leans back, pecking your head

“thanks mysta,” you mumble

contrary to what you might think if you’re studying a class shu doesn’t know anything about, his questions actually do help you develop your essay and master your materials

if it gets too much though and you’re practically lagging, shu will have to stop because he can feel the pain of being unmotivated

I have straight black hair and brown eyes and beige skin and 5”4. I have dark circulars around my eyes so I always look tired lol. I sorta look like Kusco from Emperors New Groove.

Personality wise I would say I’m a kind person who likes to joke around with my friends. I’m sarcastic and like to pull pranks/trick my friends occasionally but its always lighthearted and never mean, I don’t like hurting peoples feelings on purpose. I try to help people (mostly my friends) when I can. I nosy and I like eavesdropping into conversations and listening to drama. I worry quite a bit about life in general and contemplate the future a lot in my head but I never usually tell people any of my concerns since I sorta fear what they’ll say. I’m standoffish with assholes and sometimes mess with them behind their backs if they deserve it. I can be envious of people and annoying and clingy at times too but I try not to be. In friend groups I tend to be the least loyal friend so I occasionally feel insecure and upset.

School wise I’m a slacker but I’m still able to get good/decent grades. I procrastinate a lot due to laziness. My favourite subjects are history and geography and my least favourites are English, maths and PE. My handwriting is really messy and sometimes even I can’t read it.

My hobbies include watching Netflix/YouTube, listening to Marina (obsessed with her songs) drawing, writing and origami. I like taking Uquizzes and talking to my friends too. My favourite movie genres are mystery and comedy’s. I like baking but I’m really bad at it. I also like trying new things but I get annoyed when I’m not instantly good at it lol.

Hi!! Happy belated Valentine’s Day🙃 I hope your day was great👌 could I have a male Valentine’s match up with Haikyuu? Im straight with she/her pronouns. I’m 5’4” 1/2. my name’s lily and uh basic stuff..i’m a female high school student around 156cm maybe 157 on a good day;3 im bi but with more of a preference for guys (who are tall, like as long as ur a tall guy/girl whatever, i will prolly automatically start simping akdhfj)

i have long black hair that’s usually straight but on a slightly wavy side. my skin’s like a light-ish brown and my eyes are chocolate brown,, or so i’m told. i’m on the more busty side and would say i’m fairly curvy(?) but my grandma keeps saying i’m skinny and need to eat more:))speaking of eating, its like absolutely one of my favorite things ever lolol (so yeah kinda contradictory lol)

Other then that, he’s super curious and interested about your hobbies~! He likes to support you and honestly will keep you in line if you happen to stray too far from what needs to be done. One word, chaotic. But in a good way! See you and Kageyama would like two puzzle pieces, and the reason being is because he is emotionally stupid, that you can definitely help him with that! I mean, seriously, he needs some help. Help him. Anyways, you and Kageyama will have a blast with each other; he will be the type of person where your mental battery doesn’t get drained because he is just a quiet as you can be and just as soft. The cuddles would be endless and amazing because of this.

He will like how confident you are, from confessing to someone to being confident in competitions and such. And if he were to see you that you are panicking, he will do his best to calm you down. Key phrase here is do his best. He might not be that good at it, but you love the spirit. “hi, so since quarantine has led to a lot of self-reflection and a lot more being dropped by fake friends, i've taken a lot of time to sort of figure myself out and re-invent myself as the kind of person i want to be and not what anyone else wants. to celebrate i decided to come to my fave mods, specifically for a bnha student matchup~ i am bisexual, so let's go girls and boys!

personality: i'm an INTP-T, the oldest of three, and a libra. i'm slightly more omniverted, meaning i can be more introverted or extraverted depending, but i lean towards introversion. i keep my friend groups small but i'm on pretty good terms with almost everyone i know. i'm a bit of a tsundere to them though, and i'll never admit how much they mean to me. it just feels weak, ya know? conversation flows easily for me, and i can keep up chat about a pebble if i wanted to. people tend to tell me i'm mature. i'm really competitive and i'll never back down from a challenge. i'm headstrong and confident for the most part, but i feel things pretty deeply and get quite hurt/sad sometimes. i've struggled with a lot of different issues that i'm still working to overcome, but i don't ever like feeling like i'm relying on anyone or putting my burdens on them. i'm very scared of losing people. i have a kinda dark and really sarcastic sense of humor and almost everything i say sounds sarcastic or dead, but that's really just my tone of voice. i find it really hard to try at the things i don't care about, but i pride myself on my determination, creativity, and passion when it comes to the things i like though. i can be pretty bad with new people, and i can't stay interested in anything for very long. my biggest flaws are my hotheadedness, my temper, and my unwillingness to do anything that i don't want to do. i'm also a pretty bad procrastinator and i have a hard time communicating with people who i don't like. i can't sit still to save my life, and i can't focus in class if i'm asked to be still. no clue why, though. i also get distracted easily, so my grades in boring classes aren't exactly the best. i'm pretty good at making friends though! once i decide i like someone there's no stopping me, and i'm very loyal and protective. i am not afraid to cut a bish!

appearance: i'm short and spicy baby! kidding. i'm 5'3 with a bad case of rbf. i've got a more hourglass build and i'm kinda skinny? i have short straight hazel hair {think sokka, but longer}, and the front strands are dyed. my eyes are the same color, and i have monolids that i hate. i have lots of freckles, but only on my arms, back, and legs. i have a dimple on one side because i smile with a smirk. i wear lots of black and greys, but lately i've also been liking reds and teal. i like to dress with ripped jeans or cargoes with stompy shoes or converse, and crop tops or hoodies.

hobbies/things i like: coffee. aside from that, i like cats, music, swimming, archery, volleyball, dance, and literature. i also like anything that comes with an adrenaline rush and a dare factor. roller blades, skateboarding, rock climbing, and paintball are my faves. i enjoy the smell of cinnamon, coffee, the ocean, burning things, and strangely, burnt sugar. my hobbies include songwriting, jewelry making, and jogging. i like to take long walks alone or bike, and i'm always down to randomly go on adventures. i love a challenge, so as long as it's a competition, i'm winning. i also really like psychology and study of human behavior, and i've gotten really good at reading people. i do a lot of charity things and like helping people with their issues, since i like to listen.

the kinds of people i like: i think this might be helpful? i like similar people that i can relate to. if they have similar struggles, or they've been through similar things, i instantly feel like be could connect. intelligence is preferred but not required. i do enjoy a splash of competitiveness though, and i like it when people can go head-to-head with me in things. i like when i'm given nicknames but i'll never say that aloud. my friends call me luci and my close friends call me ciel {my name is luciel lol}. i adore fellow introverts, and also people who are mysterious/intriguing, because then there's more layers for me to unpack! if they can read what i feel {which is tough} then it's a plus.

immediate no's: people who are overtly optimistic or extroverted are a no-go, or the always happy type. i don't really vibe with people who seem 'boring' to me, or just are exhausting to be around. a girl's gotta charge her social battery, ya know? i don't like people who can't read the mood or who are clingy. i don't like small spaces, badly written books, or disloyal people.

katsuki really enjoys hearing your voice. even if he just responds with a grunt or a nod, he appreciates your ability to continue a nicely flowing conversation. ngl he loves the actual sound of your voice too, it’s really soothing to him <3

he takes most things incredibly seriously, so when he sees you pushing off assignments until the last minute he gets pretty upset. but it’s only bc bakugou wants you to succeed!!! he will literally drop everything and help you finish your assignment/chore/etc. but he’ll ofc deny that it’s bc he has your success in mind nsnsnsnnssn dummy (￣∀￣)

rock/mountain climbing!!! at first, bakugou saw you rock climbing at a gym and snorted saying he’d “take you to do it for real”. katsuki takes you mountain climbing, up to his favorite spot with the perfect view of the city, and he’s at his calmest. at this point he doesn’t deny your affection, he even returns it. you’ve got yourself a soft baku <3

katsuki picks up on your need for a social recharge, and will tap your hand, asking “you wanna get out of here?” when you nod yes, he’s honestly more than happy to leave an overly peppy social event bdnsmsnsksns. you’re never a bother to him no matter how much his tsundere-ness makes it seem like you are. bakugou’s biggest concern is your comfort, 100% ｡ﾟ(ﾟ´ω`ﾟ)ﾟ｡

she’s quite a chill and reserved person, so the contrast to your hotheaded and confident personality would be rlly cute hehe 👉👈but i also think you’d get along bc you’re both ambiverts, and enjoy the simplicity of each other’s company as well as hanging out with all of your friends!
