SAGAU,, the creator's bride/groom

a rumor that the almighty creator of teyvat is in the process of choosing a spouse spreads like wildfire. and all their acolytes start sucking up to them like insane. mondstadt edition! part 2 / liyue version here.

reader's gender is not specified, as with most of my works. requests and imagines in my ask box are appreciated, but will take a while. :D

warnings: none

no one knows where it originated from. where the string of whispers began and who lit the match that set a fire throughout the whole of teyvat. all they knew was that there was no information to deny the rumors and therefore, it was more likely the truth. and it would stay the truth to all the citizens roaming genshin's world until proven otherwise.

in the streets of mondstadt, the city of freedom, business seemed busier than usual. and the usually happy-go-lucky people acted with more haste in their movements, jumping from one block to another to discuss the recent rumors regarding their all-creator.

venti seemed to phase out significantly more than he usually does. it frustrated those who listened whenever he stopped in the middle of a song to seemingly stare down at his hands, lost in another world. soon enough, many of angel share's patrons left disgruntled, mumbling about how unsatisfactory the bard's performance had been that night. it wasn't that venti didn't hear their harsh words, he just didn't seem to care considering the heavier importance of what he had been phasing out for. he knew how easy it was for the citizens of mondstadt to believe and spread baseless rumors, but he couldn't help but plan out the many ways he could win your favor and hand in marriage. the idea had him giddy on his seat, ever so prideful in his abilities. he imagined in his head, how heavenly you would look, smothering him in your affection, calling the anemo archon your husband, telling him that you, the greatest being in the existence of teyvat, loved him and him only.

now you'd think diluc would be bothered by the amount of customers leaving the tavern, but he was just as equally lost in thought as the alleged "tone-deaf bard." unlike venti though, his lack of mindfulness didn't hinder him from performing his job just as well as others expected from him. but, if you observed the red-head closely, even for just a second, you'd see how his eyes gazed at nothing in particular and how his cheeks would turn the same shade of red as his hair ever so often. diluc knew he would be a good spouse to you. he's been worshipping you for about the entirety of his life and he wouldn't mind, in fact, he'd be ecstatic to worship you for a dozen more liftetimes. he'd serve you so well, catering to your every need. he was foreign to affection at this point, yes, but he'd let you do anything to him as long as it made you happy. it made his face heat up, just thinking about the way you'd kiss his cheek, praising him for how good he is to you.

kaeya, ever so sly and observant, saw the way his brother's eyes were glazed over with a look of longing. he didn't need to ask why (not like diluc would tell him anyway), it was the only interesting topic anyone talked about at that point. the creator of teyvat, an ancient god that many worshipped and adored, has been rumored to be looking for a spouse amongst their many, many followers. now, kaeya wasn't one to mindlessly follow new trends or indulge in himself too much, but.. he couldn't deny the sickeningly sweet feeling he got whenever he thought about you choosing him. of course, he never cared about godly titles. lord knows how much he has suffered because of the gods themselves. but he's met you before, spoke to you with his own mouth and listened to you reply with his own ears. slowly but surely, he fell in love with you and your otherworldly presence, growing fond of the quirky habits that you picked up from this so called "earth." he thought about how lonely it must've been for you to be regarded so highly and put on a pedestal, so he let you indulge in the freedom of being treated like a normal person when you were around him. he was hoping that maybe that was enough to get you to choose him.

albedo would only be able to hear of the news the next morning, the morning he decided to descend down to the city of mondstadt, there solely to gather a new batch of supplies. he didn't mean to eavesdrop, but gosh, do the ladies in the marketplace speak loudly. he was a bit shocked by the news, never predicting something like this would come. neither did he expect to be so.. attached to your presence. it was strange, but he wanted to be around you at all times. at first he was convinced it was out of curiosity and respect, but the way he felt ever so warm around you for no particular reason told him otherwise. he wanted to be around you at all times, to be able to protect, to indulge in you. but alas, many other people needed you. he wondered, if you two were to get married, would you be by his side all the time? he considered the possibility, allowing himself to daydream briefly, before calculating a plan in his head.

jean would hear of the news in her office, unable to quite process the.. baffling information. she felt scandalous, viewing a primordial being in that light. she should feel shameful, she told herself. she was but a simple mortal, a simple acting grandmaster, in a simple city. of course you wouldn't consider her a candidate in marriage. she was quite lucky to even be acknowledged by you in the first place. but, but some part of her wanted to hope, and the moment she did, she regretted it because her heartbeat burst into stellar rates before two chaotic forces intruded the peace of her quarters. eula and amber would be straight-out demanding answers from jean, eager to know and expressing so in completely different ways. eula would look quite agitated, frustrated even, the anticipation of knowing ate her up from the inside out. amber would be much more bouncy, nervous about the rumors she had heard from other knights. jean would of course tell them they were just rumors, but the two were already making plans to win you over.

"your grace! i didn't expect to see you around here, fancy yourself an apple?" venti, ever so energetic, asked from above you, only finding it efficient to fly down the statue of himself once you opened your mouth.

"ah, no, i'm fine. i just need some air is all." you shook your head, looking away from venti to stare at the giant oak tree of windrise. you didn't know what to expect from the bard. would he be as bad as the other archons?

"oh? i'm pretty sure there's plenty of air in liyue and inazuma, your grace. not unless i'm mistaken."

you chuckled at his statement, cringing at how rude and sarcastic it sounded. "well, yes, but the people there have been a lot more.. suffocating than usual."

venti wondered if it had anything to do with the current marriage rumors running around, but he dared not comment, knowing that if he did, it would only make you feel worse.

the next few days in mondstadt were quite strange, stranger than usual. you were glad the people there gave you more space than you got in the other nations, expected from the nation of freedom. but, you couldn't help but notice how fidgety everyone has been acting.

the way noelle, the diligent and hardworking maid, who was usually so kind and casual to you, turned beet red whenever you were in close proximity. "y- your grace! do you need assistance with anything? anything at all? o-oh no, i'm fine."

the way diluc, who would usually just politely look at you in the background, approached you with more luxurious gifts and proposals of.. friendly dates. "i was hoping you'd enjoy your stay in mondstadt, your grace. but even more so, i was hoping you'd enjoy my presence above everything else like i enjoy yours."

the way kaeya, who usually blatantly teased you, acted more gentlemanly around you. kissing the top of your hand, gracing you with compliments that were much sweeter and more genuine than what you'd usually get from the cavalry captain, the way he'd actively seek out your presence and ask you out for lunch. "has anyone ever told you that you're absolutely breathtaking, [name]?"

the way jean, who was usually so confident and composed, looked nervous whenever you greeted her a simple 'good morning' or 'good evening.' sometimes she even stuttered over her words, something that shocked you and everyone else who was lucky enough to witness it. "yes, you do look gorgeous tonight- i mean, the sky looks- the night sky looks gorgeous tonight! argh, i sincerely apologize for my inappropriate behavior, your grace."

the way amber, who was usually so chill, stumbled upon her steps, looking burnt amd beaten, approached you with a gift in hand. unlike diluc, her gifts weren't bought, they seemed to have been hunted down by amber herself which was entirely impressive and thoughtful of her. "n- no need to thank me, your grace. just wanted to give you something worth carrying around as always!"

the way aether (and paimon, by extension) followed you around even more so than they usually do. not that you minded, you liked it, in fact. but it was a bit unusual, considering how aether usually had many commissions to do. "last night, aether told paimon that he wanted to mmphf-"

the way albedo had started inviting you to his base in wolvendom more often or went down to the city to seemingly just hang out with you. you found him quite interesting, so the time you two spent had been a highlight in your time in mondstadt. especially the moment when, "your grace, i heard that you've been looking for a spouse amongst your acolytes. i was wondering if.. you ever considered me?"

you felt your face heat up. ah, so that's what this was all about.

Could I please request Lisa, Noelle, and Sara with an S/O who loves spiders, and spiders also love them to the point that their house has a lot of them and they act as a defense system?

Lisa isn't afraid of bugs, but she'd prefer not to deal with them due to the mess they leave.

And at first, she finds S/O's affection for spiders kind of cute.

They treated such small things with great care.

Until she noticed that S/O just lets them sit on their shoulder. And not just a single one either, there's always two or three at the bare minimum.

Thankfully, at her request, S/O does not let spiders make their home in Lisa's house.

But S/O's?

By the Gods, it's absolutely infested.

She's fascinated and disgusted at the same time, seeing how they make way for S/O as they all skitter out of their path.

(Lisa) "I think I'll wait for you to grab your things out here, S/O...N-No, I don't need to come in, thank you."

She once saw someone try to break into S/O's home, only for them to completely overrun by spiders.

Instead of eating them like she expected the spiders to, they dragged them all the way to a nearby Knight who was horrified, and the burglar was quickly arrested.

It makes her stomach churn, honestly.

(Lisa) "Dear, thank you for leaving your um...friends, to put it gently, home, and not bringing them to the Library."

Noelle is about ready to exterminate them all in the name of the Knights of Favonius!

...Until she realizes S/O can speak to spiders.

(Noelle) "Are you some sort of...arachnid whisperer, S/O?"

Noelle is intrigued, yet highly disturbed.

It went against her maid nature to let the swarm be, but if they actually responded to S/O, then clearly they were friends!

...R-Right?

Noelle screamed on instinct upon first entering S/O's house.

It was completely clean, yet spiders were around every corner, and the webbing on the corners of the walls made her eye twitch.

(Noelle) "S-Steady yourself, Noelle! You can't just...c-clean S/O's house without permission!"

And seeing what they did with an intruder before, Noelle does not want to seek the enmity of spiders.

Sara is absolutely disgusted.

It was one thing to have a rogue spider hiding in your house, but an entire other thing to have nests of the things in every single conceivable room.

Sara doesn't really care about bugs, but an entire houseful of them is where she crosses the line.

(Sara) "S/O, can't you just...tell them to live outside?"

She still can't believe that the spiders actually respond to S/O whenever they ask them to move or get something.

It was impressive they could do that, but Almighty Shogun help S/O if she found the spiders crawling around near the Tenshukaku.

(Sara) "Gah! S/O...d-don't have the spiders just sitting on your head. It makes you seem unkempt."

It deeply unsettles her as she one time watched a treasure hoarder get overrun by spiders and tossed into the nearby river.

Well, at least she didn't watch someone get eaten alive in front of her.

(Shenhe) "...There are spiders on you, S/O."

Shenhe moves quickly to crush them, only for S/O to wave their hands to defend them.

She may not have had contact with her fellow humans in a long time, but even she knew that this was not something normal.

At first, she wonders if S/O is an Adeptus, or trained to speak to animals in such a keen way.

Nah. They just really like spiders, and they seem to like them back.

...Neat.

(Shenhe) "You allow spiders to rest in your house? May I ask why?"

Shenhe doesn't understand at all how it works, but if they treat S/O and her kindly, she has no problem with them.

She's used to the outdoors and dealing with bugs anyway, what she isn't used to is how friendly the two are.

She especially didn't expect to be working with them, as monsters tried to attack them one day, only to get absolutely mobbed by the spiders, commanded by S/O.

Shenhe makes a note in her mind to ask Cloud Retainer if there's anything special about these spiders, or if S/O is just that weird.

think this is the cutest idea ever and look desperately for a proper time to do it when you're not holding anything and you're in a good mood (and you're on soft ground just in case) -- and yet they still manage to screw up the timing and cause you both to go sprawling in a pile, them giggling with a flushed face and you rolling your eyes with amused exasperation.

try so hard to catch you and twirl you around, but fail miserably and you would both end up stumbling into each other awkwardly, having to steady yourself with your hands on their shoulders, doubled over by hiccupping and almost painful laughter.

would ACTUALLY catch you, because they are amazing, and smile, blushing faintly, when you clap and praise them for being perfect with a huge smile on your face.

effortlessly dodge out of the way and laugh in your face when you go sprawling on the ground, complaining loudly about being spurned. if you bother them enough about it they'll probably help you up, but otherwise, whatever they're holding takes top priority. they know you'll forgive them anyhow >:3

Was reading thru ur answered asks again (also hey lol i CAME BACK--) and like. Oh my god. It gave me The Most Idea.

So you get isekaied to Teyvat right? They hear your og language, they revere every single worf from your mouth, yadda yadda yadda. But like. How does SLANG AND THE OTHER ASPECTS OF UR OG LANGUAGE translate. I am having VERY heavy flashbacks to Pokemons "jelly filled donuts".

So like-- for example: (this is the first one that came to my head dont judge me i am tumblr trash) (lets also assume that traveler has perfect understanding of ur language and slang and all the nuances of it)

Lets say you and the traveler were hanging out with some of the Vision holders, and the traveler had some shenanigans and pranks or something planned. After they pull their shit, you say "i hate you so much (affectionate)". Which kind of throws the Vessels in for a loop because like-- their god literally just said they HATED someone. And hate is a PRETTY STRONG WORD. So they should DEFINITELY strike them down for catching their gods ire but-- AFFECTIONATE????? how does one hate someone affectionately???????? Does this mean their god hates the traveler but decided to recind their hate last second? Is it some form of Divine and Holy emotion that cannot be described by the mere words of their language????

Meanwhile youre just there vibin and having a blast with the traveler while you casually give them a philosophical crisis AHAHAHA

Another example is shortened words-- because i know teyvat doesnt have shit like "ily" or "omg" or "lmao" or "fyi" or "brb". Because honestly, without the cultural knowledge and background of the internet, these sets of letters are just fucking GIBBERISH.

And i know that like-- i know enough internet slang abbreviations that i can literally just talk in jumbles of letters, so how in the WORLD would the vessels interpret that? Because its very clear that their god is just using the letters of their language, HELL they might even use Teyvatian letters so what in the world are they saying????

So theyd just hear a convo between the traveler and reader thats like:

Reader: traveler, i gtg asap; tldr i forgot some stuff back in the cr brb

Traveler: wait fr?

Reader: yeah fr

Traveler: lol f

Reader: (sighs) ffs man-- anyways brb for real

Traveler: cya

And the vessels are just watching the exchange like "huh?? What????? What just happened here??????" And theyre just wondering if they used teyvatian to talk in the "divine language of the gods" but nah-- yall are just dickin around AHAHA

immediately interlaces their fingers around your hand as they softly smile, holding you as if you are the most delicate glass they've come across. they lean into your touch, very much content.

they don't make any sudden movement despite their personality, instead they... look away noticibly more nervous than usual? they try to walk away as if nothing has happened, yet there is something bothering them.

looks at you and they start smiling like the sun, they lean in for a quick thoughtful kiss and they gleefully start swinging your hands as they walk with you.

THE 77TH FUNERAL DIRECTOR: HU TAO ・YEAHHH SOMEONE MATCHES HER ENERGY!!! definitely whenever she sees you while going on a stroll around town, will open her arms for you to run into to her while tryna hug her back, if you would she loves to give piggyback rides to you too. loves you so much, and so does she!! probably would also run around town in both your free time to prank people, and every successful prank would be one kiss, from the one and only you!! she wants you to be there to see it too!!

・accepts your affection with wide arms, even with you draped around her shoulders, your head resting on hers while she does work is her favorite!! kinda makes her know she's safe, because you're there with her. just know your boundaries, and when is the right time and she'll do the same, loves every bit of your affection, lets her know that at least someone enjoys her little pranks hehe. her being in your warmth is enough to make a bad day go well. you being there to cheer her on is enough to make her face light up, at first the affection was so unexpected, but she was so up for the idea. doesn't care if other people see you and her do all that pda stuff, just lets everyone know your affection is hers. ・probably adopts a cat that you've been feeding everyday near your shared home, absolutey loves it with you, like parents to the cat. names it her favorite dish. always notices when your mood changes to something a bit negative, and that's a go signal for her to be overly affectionate this time!! loves making you smile, then loves it when you hug her in return. kiss her forehead whenever you guys cuddle!! definitely loves it, would try to hide her face away from you so that you wouldn't see the millions of shades in red covering her face. ・probably loves words of affirmation, and acts of service, getting told she's annoying for her pranks isn't exactly a good feeling. but the things you do for her, and the things you do to her, all the praise you give while she's done nothing to deserve it, all the hugs, kisses, and love you give, and she still feels like she has to do more, but assure her that she shouldn't because all you want is her, she'll fall 100% ・the way you got introduced to zhongli was you chasing hu tao around for a kiss probably. then you bump into him, and hu tao comes running at you both, again. and introduces you both, and zhongli is slightly surprised she has a significant other, but is like a proud dad. while you both are rambling to each other like a lovey dovey couple, and he third wheels, he thinks you both fit each other like a jigsaw puzzle, because there should always be someone to love you, even if the rest of the world hates you.

THE DIVINE PRIESTESS: SANGONOMIYA KOKOMI ・dream come true to her, probably liked you as soon as you both met, probably sun and moon relationship. she's a bit of both, but she likes it better when you do all the talking, and she does the listening. after somewhat a long period of time that kokomi's been gone, obviously you'd miss her, and she'd miss you. but whenever those long missions finally finish, she loves the feeling when as soon ass you see her, you come running with your arms open just to hug her ・loves mostly anything and everything about you / anything you're willing to give, aka your affection. probably loves whenever you become cheesy with her, makes her flustered.

"Hey I have a day off tomorrow, wanna do anything special?" Kokomi asks, getting up her chair to face you with a bright smile painted on her face, "I just wanna be in your arms, in your presence, anywhere you go, I just wanna be with you." You said, noticing the small tint of rose on her cheeks, "Well, anywhere is alright, just make sure you enjoy yourself there. Your happiness is mine." The eye contact between the both of you, the grin spread across from ear to ear on your face, made her really flustered, "O-okay! I have to go get something really quick, so just wait here and we can talk about where we'll go!" Walking out the room, Kokomi put her head in her hands, she definitely knows you'll treat her right

SHIRASAGI HIMEGIMI: KAMISATO AYAKA ・first found you running around with yoimiya plus some children. lighting those little fireworks on a stick at night, and carrying them home once they've fallen asleep, their parents are just real busy people, you and yoimiya had decided to babysit while they were out, for free, and no pay. ayaka was free that day, and made the best decision of wanting to hangout with yoimiya, and to get to know who this wildly attractive person is. ・finds out your name while you blurt lots of stuff out while talking to yoimiya, walking through inazuma with ayaka between you and yoi, looking at what's new, and what you can afford. and what really made her fall is when you asked if she wanted anything, clearly looking hungry, and her answering that she's fine and she doesn't really know what she wanted to order if she was, and you ordered all kinds of dishes and let her try, thought you were really nice about it, especially how you were a little short on money, yet you were more than willing to spend every last dime on her, even if you both just met. ・once you both finally date, yoimiya is more than welcome to be your guys' third wheel on dates, in fact always has been even before you both got together.

"You know, before I asked you out, I asked Ayato & Yoimiya's permission." You said holding her hand and grinning at her, "She did! Was very happy to say yes!!" Yoimiya interrupted, hugging both of you from behind, "And I promised to always be your third wheel when I could!" Laughing your hearts off, Ayaka loved seeing you smile, it made her smile too.

THE MAID OF THE KNIGHTS OF FAVONIUS: NOELLE ・the sweetest at trying to confess her feelings to you. catches them while you were helping lisa with the books in the library, right after taking them back from late clients. she was skimming through books on how to get stronger, and her eyes wandering off the book, looking up to see the most beautiful person to ever set earth, while watching you turn around to reveal your most luxurious face, to see you both made a bit of eye contact, she ducks down behind her book again. ・once you finally go, she'll come up to lisa with all the books in her hands,

"hey ms. lisa? can i ask who that was?" noelle turns a bit shyly, while slamming the books back on the desk owned by lisa. "oh? are you saying you're interested in them?" lisa smirks, and putting the books below her rounded desk again, "i- no i mean-! that isn't what i meant! i just wanted to... get to know their name, they seem interesting! that's all!" stuttering all over the place, tint of ruby all over her face. "their name is y/n. they live pretty close to here, and in the library often, they help me and jean quite recently, and they've helped a lot, they thought you were pretty cute too, you know." lisa said, getting up and giving noelle her library pass back, sliding it across the desk, "t-thank you.." taking it back, and getting out of the library as fast as she could, at least she knew your name now.

・probably take shifts near your home while patrolling around mondstadt. one time, and the time she finally found out her feeling for you were romantic; she was lowkey getting harassed by a drunk adventurer, who seemed to just get out the tavern, having 1 too many drinks. you immediately coming to defend her, pulling out your weapon, "get lost, weirdo, she doesn't like you." you said trying to escort noelle out of the situation, "oh but i think she does.. she's blushing, and it's all because of me, alright? you should get lost, because we were having a moment here. i'm an adventurer, hic-! don't intimidate me!!" he screams, "anyways sweetheart, come on.. you just accepted me asking you out, let's go-" slapping his arm harshly off her waist, "dude can't you see she's mad uncomfortable?! she doesn't want you around her! so get the hell out of here!" the shiny vision hung around your waist was already making him cower. "damn alright.. jeez, see you around, sweetheart." the creep walks away, "you hurt or anything? your name is noelle right?" you ask, while checking if the man did anything bad to her while she wasn't in your sights, "i-i'm alright! how do you know my name, if i may ask?" she asks, pushing her hair behind her ear, "i'm y/n, and i asked lisa, you shouldn't worry." ・she confessed through your similar interests in books, a library date, she asked you out through letters, heartfelt words were spilt onto the paper. the way you give her everything you can in terms of affection makes her feel safe, the way you defend her makes her feel like she can trust you all the much more. falls in love over and over again when receiving your bear hugs, feeling your hands wrap around her feels like she's the luckiest woman in the world. when your soft lips hits her cheek, she will melt in your arms. every kind of love you give her makes her blush all the time. ・your small smile after your lips and hers crash makes her wanna smile too, your small kisses on the forehead made her become a tomato, your kisses printed on her neck send shivers down her spine, your affection makes her feel wanted and valid. she always wanted to feel wanted, she wants her feelings to be valid, your affection makes her feel 100 different emotions, loves everything you do, supports everything you do, pretty okay with pda, just blushes madly whenever it happens. ・"quiet & shy" x "affectionate & extroverted social butterfly"

Them bridal carrying an injured reader

Characters: Jean / Eula / Noelle x gn!reader (separate)

warnings: mentions of blood, but nothing graphic

a/n: I got two similar requests to write a few characters (Eula, Jean and Noelle (and rosaria, but I left her out, since I normally only accept requests with up to 3 characters)) bridal carrying an (injured) reader, so I decided to just combine them.

Also, I haven't written for Noelle in what feels like years, so if I got something wrong, I'm sorry!

Anyway, hope you enjoy!

Jean

Jean spent most of her work days either behind her desk, filling out all of the paperwork she could, or working through all kinds of small random tasks given to her by the citizens of Mondstadt, so while there was a part of her breathing a small sigh of relief that she was accompanying you when you managed to get yourself injured by a pack of Hilichurls, she couldn’t help but be slightly irked that things had to go wrong the one day she got to work outside, even if she’d never catch herself voicing her not exactly selfless thoughts.

“Don’t worry, I’ve had a lot worse wounds over the years. So there’s no need to stress about it too much”, you brushed off the concerns of the person carrying you on the quickest route back to Mondstadt, only for Jean to sternly counter almost instantly.

“I appreciate you trying to calm me down, but I don’t think this is the right situation to downplay everything”, the acting grandmaster caught herself almost snapping at you, the stress of the situation taking its toll on her.

“Tis but a scratch”, you responded just as calmly as before.

“Your leg is bleeding.”

“‘It’s just a flesh wound”, you were quick to correct yourself, your follow-up joke about not really needing both of your legs anyway landing about as well as a drunkard that’s been thrown out of a window.

Luckily for the both of your leg and Jean’s sanity, you arrived to the city shortly afterwards, the situation turning out to be far less serious than the acting grandmaster had dreaded, even if it was clear to you that she still had to calm down somewhat, the trip outside of Mondstadt not exactly helping in lowering her stress levels as much as you had hoped.

Eula

If anyone had told Eula beforehand of how much you’d enjoy getting carried around bridal style, she’d either had decided to lift you in another, less comfortable position or would have simply left you where she found you. But nobody did, and instead she was now stuck with a person far too happy to tease her for someone that had been wounded not long before.

“If you’re feeling fine enough to tease me this much, I can’t help but start wondering if you’re well enough off to walk back to Mondstadt yourself”, Eula stated after letting out yet another long, drawn-out sigh, doing her best to hide her increasingly red growing face by looking away, her hands being too occupied with carrying you to cover it.

“Nah, if I have to be honest it hurts like hell. If I don’t keep myself occupied with talking I might actually start crying”, your voice slightly cracked as small tears started forming in your eyes, only for them to be wiped away by your hands just as quickly as they appeared.

“Don’t worry, I’ll make sure that you’ll be fine. This isn’t the first time I had to deal with someone getting injured”, Eula’s tone shifted drastically as she tried her best to assure you, putting on a smile to put your mind at ease, only to nearly glare at you the instant she saw your face.

“Awww, be assured, I know that I’ll be fine. I mean how couldn’t I when I have such a knight in shining armor as you to help me”, you grinned at her, causing Eula to nearly let go of you, the knight barely being able to stop herself, praying for your sake that you wouldn’t drive her into insanity by the end of the trip.

Noelle

When Noelle picked you up with ease, her reaction not differing in the slightest to when she picked up a staple of paperwork to bring to the acting grandmasters office, you suddenly found yourself suddenly remembering the fact that Noelle had what you would best describe as superhuman strength, all your worries about how you’d get back to Mondstadt vanishing just as quickly as they appeared as the maid started carrying you back towards the city.

“Is your leg doing better? I know what I tried wasn’t much, but I hope it at least helps somewhat”, Noelle asked glancing towards the bandages the had wrapped around your leg the moment she noticed you had been injured, the almost perfect way she had treated your wound causing you to silently wonder if there were things she didn’t know how to do.

“Oh yeah, it’s feeling much better, all thanks to your help!”, you thanked her with a smile, not all too surprised at the lack of confidence she held in her skills by now, choosing to ignore it for now as you left out a yawn, the extra energy you had received thanks to the adrenaline finally giving way for tiredness.

Before you had even the time to voice your intentions to close your eyes for a bit, they had already shut as you fell asleep in her arms. If only you had mentioned your heavy sleeping to Noelle, you might have spared her the scare she got once she tried to wake you up afterwards, only for your eyes to remain closed.

You might have also spared yourself the bruised shoulder you got from her attempts to finally wake you up.

Asta~

You couldn't believe this would happen. You had always trusted Asta and his skill but it seems your worst fears came true. Surrounding you were the black bulls but in that moment you were really worried for Asta but what you can see was him on the ground surrounded by blood. It looked like he wasn't breathing. Your voice cracked when you tried calling out to him, as you walked closer and closer to him as chaos was happening all around you. The more you got closer the more your eyes started to tear up as again you called out to but it was nothing more than a whisper. Then now you cradle him in your arms feeling his blood stain you and now when you yell for Asta your eyes open as you sat up in bed. You looked around as your heart raced while your eyes adjusted to the dark. You jumped when you felt a hand on your shoulder but calmed when you heard the voice of your boyfriend. When you turned to look at him the moon light was enough to see he was worried. "Y/n are you okay?", Without a second thought you tackled him back down to bed taking Asta by surprise. "Are you safe out there?", You asked as traced shapes into Asta's chest. Asta knew what you were talking about as yesterday he got hurt during a mission which sent you into a panic. "I'll always be safe knowing I have you to come home too", you looked up and saw Asta smile which made you smile. You laid your head back down on Asta chest and as you were drifting back to sleep you could feel him place a kiss on your forehead wishing you sweet dreams.

Noelle Silva~

It was clear as day as you saw Noelle trying to fight off Vanica as you were there if cursed with a frozen spell. You stood still there as you watched your girlfriend get beaten and you couldn't do anything about it or help. You can feel tears come down your face as you saw Noelle's body hit the ground and that's when you yelled out Noelle's name only for you to wake up? Your eyes scanned the room as you slowly sat up trying to calm your breathing. The room was silent till you heard a familiar voice call out your name. You turned to see Noelle rub her eyes letting them adjust to the dark but before they could you hugged her tightly. Noelle let out a yelp as her face grew red but when she was gonna say something she could feel your body shaking. Noelle rubbed your back as she hugged you back. You both sat there for awhile till she let you both fell back onto the bed. "I love you Y/n", Noelle said as now she just held you closely with her giving you a small kiss on the top of your head. You lifted up your head from her chest to look at her, "I love you too". You said as you laid your head right back onto her chest.

Vanessa Enoteca~

You didn't know how this happened this was supposed to be a non-lethal mission. But you two got ambushed by Diamond kingdom mages catching you both by surprise. You two tried to hold them back but it ended with Vanessa clinging to life and you being covered in yours and Vanessa's blood. You try calling out to her while pushing her hair away from her face while you couldn't stop the tears from coming down your face. Vanessa only smiled as her hand reached your cheek. You then closed your eyes only to open them seeing Vanessa looking at you worried with her hand on your cheek. "Are you okay? You kept tossing and turning in your sleep while mumbling something", you didn't answer but only pulled her close to you as your arms wrapped around her body. Vanessa was shocked by your actions but she connected the dots as she hugged you back. "I'll get stronger", you said looking down at Vanessa and she only smiled giving you a quick peck on the cheek as you two went back to sleep, with you now knowing that Vanessa will always be by your side and that she trusts you.

Luck Voltia~

You understood why Luck always wanted to fight but you always wanted him to be careful but here you can only see the worst thing possible. You can see Luck getting punched by some monster but when looking at his face you can see he now has black eyes, cuts, bruises, blood all over his face and around him. You couldn't say or do anything till you felt your body move as you ran towards Luck reaching your hand out getting ready to attack the monster but before you could you woke up after feeling you hit something. You looked at that instead of a monster you punched your boyfriend who now was waking up. "Y/n?" "S-sorry Luck", Luck still sleepy didn't really react as he usually would. But after a minute he got a good look at your face seeing how you know were just blankly staring at the wall. "Luck?" "Yeah" "Please be careful", it took Luck a couple of minutes but he soon got an idea of what you meant. After a minute you laid back down only for Luck to wrap his arms around you and look up at you. "I'll be careful", you smiled at his words and only answered by giving him a quick kiss before you both drifted back to sleep.
