#i just think if you have the means to spend large sums of money on books in one go

I do love how I bought xmas gifts last week, got home, then shoved them in my closet to not look at or think about at all. Like "done with YOU for now. Bye."
#speculation nation#i should check on them to make double check i got everything and that nothing broke in the bike ride home lmfao#i literally just remembered it tho#went thru the heartbreak of paying large sum of money and was like 'ok time to not think about u for half a week'#i had. help. with the money actually.#it's a little hilarious lmfao. but like it's not like i broke my own bank or w/e#im just allergic to spending large sums of money all at once. whether or not it's money i actually earned </3#ft me making orders for work & my eyes kinda bugging out seeing the like hundreds or even over a thousand dollar orders#on food items like every week#me starting out like 'what do you MEAN it's $40 for a box of milk?!?!??! HELLO????"#i feel like their prices r horribly marked up. but then again this is not my money and so i do not truly care lmfao#...anyways yea i got gifts but they are hiding. from both the world and from me. i do not want to see them.#im a lil excited for gift wrapping tho. i love wrapping my presents in increasingly stupid & creative ways#if i have any fun ideas this year i may just post the final forms. maybe.#this isnt in a way of like. making cool wrapping jobs that look like other things#im utter dogshit at wrapping and i dont care to learn how to make them pretty. so i just do whatever the fuck i want#my family has learned to expect it. if they see an eccentricly wrapped present under the tree they KNOW it's from me#practically my brand at this point. and i would hate to disappoint ❤#i have one more day of work and then i go on break and i am so READY for it. filled with thoughts of having free time. ouughh

First things first. I love your writings. Especially the ex-husband ones❤
Two I hope you don't mind me requesting a ex-husband geto?
-🌼
Ex husband Geto
A/N: Ohhh you ATE with this idea I’m getting butterflies just thinking about it 😫 Happy late valentines my loves!! 🫶🏽💗
Tumblr media
Ex husband Geto is a terrifying blend of ex husband Gojo and Nanami’s worst traits. He is extremely unhinged like his white haired best friend but good at playing nice guy like Nanami.
He’s ‘respectful’. Always paying a sum of money to spend on yourself as well as child support, always bringing chocolates when visiting, always insisting to stay over and help out with your daughter when you’re on your period (he knows your cycle because he refuses to log out of your Flo partners account from back when you were married hehe), and he does it all with a small smile on his face.
He loves his precious baby daughter so much! She inherited his dark hair but your enchanting eyes and smile. His eyes soften at the way she giggles just like you when he presses kisses to her rosy cheeks. His little girl loves playing with her dad’s long black hair. He was born to be a girl dad.
However Geto still struggles with boundaries. You try to shake it off when his fingers touch your waist or when he ‘accidentally’ still calls you sweetheart. “sorry bad habits” he dry chuckles. He’s admitted he’s struggling to get over his feelings for you so you try to be nice about it.
But what you can’t shake off is the way he always happens to know where you are, or he always happens to turn up just before a date, or the way he always whispers a question to your daughter when you leave the room.
Geto’s fixation with you definitely makes his own mental wellbeing spiral, but this man is self aware, this man knows the effect you have on him since the day you left.
So if you ever had the audacity to break his heart and see another man behind his back, it’s over for you.
You’ll be confused when you hear the doorbell ring at 11 in the night. Once you spot the familiar black Bugatti, you open the door, “Geto? The kids are at my moms so-“
“And why’s that y/n?” he cuts you off, his chilling voice suddenly calling you by your actual name rather than sweetheart, as he barges into the house and towers over you, black stands of his hair falling forward.
“You just throw your daughter away to go on dates?” He accuses you and the change from his usual gentleman demeanour unsettles you as his dark eyes burn into you.
“W- what are you talking about? I’m allowed to go on dates and take my daughter to her nans Geto! And how did you know I-“
“You knew-“ he seethes as he inches closer to your face. “You knew I’m struggling to get over you but I’ve been so nice to you and this is how you thank me?”
Some part of your subconscious knows you don’t owe him anything but the rest of you wants to give in. You gulp down your nerves but it was futile in front of a man who could easily have his way with you.
You take a deep breath before beginning, “listen Geto, I’m sorry.. I didn’t mean to hurt you, that’s the last thing I want.” Is it?
“Don’t let it happen again” he says in a voice that is so soft, contradicting his threatening words. But you know best not to take it lightly.
See that’s the thing with ex husband Geto, he lures you in with his sweetness so well, you become too scared to get on his bad side, you always want the good side.
You watch him place a bouquet of Japanese pink camelia flowers on the table, making your eyes widen. “Geto-“
“I came here to give you some flowers for valentines” he explains quietly, “all I wanted was to show you my feelings are sincere whether we’re married or not” he guilt trips you and you know you’re falling for it when he towers over you and holds your face in his large hands. You always do when it came to your beloved ex husband.
So you’re complicit when you picks you up and places you on the sofa, his large hands move to your thighs, groping and kissing them, chuckling when you gasp at his fingers fiddling with the lining of your underwear.
“I know you just needed some love sweetheart, but you don’t have to go to other men, that’s what I’m here for” he convinced you as he ties up his long black hair but his eyes are still interlocked with yours.
And that’s how you always end up getting fucked by your psycho ex husband. Legs dangling in the air as you scream while he gets all the right spots with that skilful tongue of this.
Pink camellia flowers (aka/ tsubaki) are known to express a deep romantic longing and persistent desire.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW RIGHT NOW?
This is a general reading based on a collective of people. Take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. If you don’t feel the pile resonates with you, don’t be scared to try another, if it still doesn’t feel right, that’s ok! Maybe our energies aren’t as connected and my readings are not for you.
I do these strictly for fun and educational purposes. I don’t change for these readings and I do not fake readings. I would tell you the cards I got but I pull like 20-30 cards each reading and that just slightly a strenuous task to write them all down lmao.
PICK A CARD READING
I asked my spirit guides what you need to know right now (and I got some weirdass answers), pick a card to find out what they have to tell you.
Tumblr media
PILE 1
This was certainly a confusing reading, the first thing I was seeing was someone scrunched up on a couch, holding a telephone to their chest while three people tried to pry it from their hands. I also noticed that there weee hills piling up. Weirdly, the message I was getting was that bills weren’t being paid for the sake of hoarding money, and this person had swapped/sold out their old mobile phone for a much cheaper alternative (telephone) to preserve money.
The cards showed me a story of someone who had made a large sum of money but were hoarding it due to financially unstable beginnings. I see this making the person feel trapped and territorial. When visualising I saw a young firm who was even afraid of the attitude this person had, this may be your child, your inner child or a future child or yours.
Spirit showed me the 10 of pentacles, the empress and the death cards to symbolise that this is something you need to take the time to grow from, and let go of.
With the high priestess and wheel of fortune I can see that you can continue/start spending that money that you need to be spending and the universe will continue to give you the money as a reward if you allow it.
But do not overindulge.
I asked for some confirmation, and I got the word “liver”. After research I learnt that you can remove 90% of the liver and it will still grow back to its full size. I see this as a message to tell you not to worry about the loss and focus on what can be built up again.
PILE 2
Firstly, for visuals I saw a girl and a guy (gender doesn’t matter for this) inside an arcade, the guy stood by while the girl won a teddy bear from the claw machine (a notoriously hard game to win). After she had won it, the guy proceeded to try and steal the machine. The girl stood on lookout but was against the idea. She then pulled him out of the arcade and berated him for his stupidity - he however, did not care. After a little while they had calmed down and she asked him to go on the helter skelter (is that how you spell it?) He then flat out refused, not having a care for her desire.
I can see that this connection isn’t one you want to keep, whether this is family, friends, or even a partner, I can tell that this person doesn’t understand you and doesn’t plan on trying to anytime soon. The claw machine felt like an easy way to your heart and instead of taking the time to try their best at winning you another teddy, which would take time, money and effort, they resulted to trying to steal it. They didn’t care about the consequences of getting caught because they never seem to think ahead. They tend to live in the moment and that can get them in trouble.
To me the helter skelter represented the lengths that you would go for them (since it’s quite high up and I’m personally terrified of heights.) And you would take that journey to climb the stairs, get to the top and then make your way down the slide, meanwhile they were not willing to do this for you.
The cards tell me a similar story, I see a selfish individual that gives only what they can gain, this means materially you can have everything, but emotionally, they offer nothing close to what you desire. You’re willing to work on the relationship but they are not. This causes gossip and instability, it leaves you up at early hours of the morning upset.
I would recommend standing your ground and realising your worth so you can finally walk away.

Piano Lessons
"!Businessman Sabo x !Noble!fem Reader. Sabo has to work from empty hands to his rich status. When he was still poor, he worked as a music teacher for the nobles. Sabo always hated the nobles who spend their lives wasting moneys. That is until he was hired to teach reader, who is a noble's daughter, to play the piano. Reader likes him a lots. Sabo learns from reader that not all nobles are rotten, and starts to fall for her. However, he denied his feelings since he hated nobles and ended up part way with her after she mastered the piano. Then, about two years later, Sabo earns the status of a wealthy businessman that can level with a nobleman. He usually thinks of reader and fantasize about their love. One time, at a ball, reader found him and talked to him about her crush on him two years ago. Sabo got worked up but also found out she doesn't like him anymore and regret not confessing two years ago. Sabo then starts his journey to flirt with reader until she falls for him again. Ending is for you to decide. To sum up this is a tsundere/mean Sabo that gradually turns into a lovesick Sabo."
Okay, part 1, lol
Part 2, Part 3
Warnings: none
Word Count: 1620
Walking into the bright, opulent entryway, Sabo couldn’t help but think that this was one of, many, reasons as to why he hated these people. Large open rooms that served no purpose but to show off how much money they had. Sparkling white marble floors, elegant wooden walls, and the biggest chandelier he’d seen since he was a child. Completely empty save for a few end tables, vases filled with flowers, and statuettes. Pointless. Hearing the telltale clack of expensive heels on the staircase, Sabo held back his exasperated sigh as he looked up. Unsurprisingly, an older woman dressed in luxurious silk stood at the landing at the top of the second flight of stairs, looking down on him as if he were mere dirt beneath her heel. After a moment, she finished descending the stairs, once more looking him over appraisingly.
“So you’re the boy my husband hired as a piano teacher? Come, I want you to play for me before I entrust my daughter’s lessons to you.” With just those two sentences, Sabo already hated this woman. Judging him on his clothing or what she’d heard from her husband. Skeptical about his skills simply because he wasn’t a rich piano instructor. Maybe he could fool them into thinking he was just ‘so talented that he chose his own students’. It wouldn’t be hard to get a bit more money from them.
Following the woman, he wasn’t surprised to see one of the most beautiful grand pianos sitting in the next room. Undoubtedly worth more than all of his and his brother’s possessions combined and multiplied by 10. Looking over the piano, he had to hold back another sigh. A piano made by the world renowned crafter who made all the expensive grand pianos. Rosewood made up all the wooden parts with wood, fine leather on the piano chair, keys that almost certainly contained ivory and ebony, strings made of some high quality steel that he could probably use as a garotte wire to kill these rich bastards. The list of expensive materials went on and to be honest, it annoyed the hell out of him. Even still, he had a job to do and it was paying a lot more than his usual jobs.
Sitting in front of the piano, he grabbed one of the hardest songs he had sheet music for, thankful that he’d brought it despite his earlier thoughts about not bringing it. Thankfully he didn’t have to finish playing it before the woman interrupted him, having heard enough.
“Fine, fine, you can teach our daughter, but I swear, you’d better not even look at her! She’s my precious daughter and I don’t want someone like you getting the idea that you’re even so much as equal to her.” With that, the woman turned on her heel and left, leaving Sabo to seethe. He might have to cut a wire from the piano once he was finished just to annoy the hell out of them. They might not care about the money it would take to replace it, but it would be nice to inconvenience them in any way possible. It was a few minutes before a young woman walked in. Dressed in nice clothing, though it didn’t look like the silk her mother wore, and hair carefully styled by, probably, a maid whose skills could probably rival that of a stylist.
Taking a deep breath, he prepared for whatever snotty, entitled attitude she’d give him. Reaching him, she stood beside the bench for a moment.
“My mother told me you’re my piano instructor. So where should we start?” your voice was more melodious than he’d expected, not tainted with the arrogant privilege of most nobles. It was… startling. Sabo stood up and offered her the seat.
“We’ll start with the basics, just learning the keys and notes, just the easy things.” he said, pulling out another sheet. It was a ‘my first piano’ book, the first page showing a picture of the keys on the piano and what notes they were as well as a basic line of easy notes. You nodded and looked at the book, listening to the boy closely. Sure enough, he was teaching you some pretty simple things, keeping you to one side of the piano so he wouldn’t overwhelm you while helping you memorize the keys.
It wasn’t long until he was packing his things up. He hadn’t expected this lesson to take long, not wanting to do too much while you were still working on the keys. Closing this bag, he looked up to see you offering the book you’d been using to him.
“Keep it for now. I want you to continue practicing the keys between our lessons. You should have a butler or someone who knows the keys and can help make sure you’re doing it right.” Sabo said, watching as you nodded and put the book back.
“Alright, when is our next lesson?” you asked, giving him a smile. Sabo took a moment to think. Should he wait a while to memorize the keys and practice or should he visit sooner? Would it take you a long time to memorize the right keys and the notes? Maybe you’d barely take any time at all.
“I’ll come back next week to see how you’re doing. We’ll go from there.” Sabo said after a moment as he stood up from backing his bag. Finally, Sabo looked up at you. He’d mostly been focusing on your hands and the piano keys until now. Not because of what your mother said, but so he could make sure you were doing things right. Now that he had gotten a look at you, he couldn’t help but think about how beautiful you were. You were dressed nicely, but the clothes suited you rather than making you look pompous. Your hair that he’d previously thought was carefully styled was tied back and topped with a simple headband so your hair wouldn’t get in your eyes while you learned how to play. It was all clearly nice and worth quite a bit, but it was simple and more understated than your mother’s clothing. Business casual and simplistic, suitable for a stroll through the nearby park but far too nice for the dark alleyways and ramshackle apartments of where he and his brothers lived. Beautiful eyes looked at him with a gentle, kind, cheerfulness and a light smile graced your lips. Simple and elegantly beautiful. It was enough to make his breath catch in his throat for a moment before remembering that you were a noble just like your parents, just like them.
“Then I’ll be sure to practice everyday.” you said, taking the words right out of his mouth.
Sure enough, he was back the following week, surprised by how quickly you’d memorized many of the keys. It was slow and you made frequent mistakes, but it was more than he’d expected. He’d spent the rest of that day’s lesson teaching you more keys and correcting your mistakes before leaving once more. He had to admit, he found your dedication admirable, he doubted most nobles worked this hard, finding their lessons ‘boring’. Another thing he’d been surprised about was how different you were. You weren’t at all like your parents. dedicated instead of lazy, humble rather than arrogant, accepting instead of judgemental, and so very, very kind. You’d even begun to strike up conversations with him. Nothing involving your lessons, just talking about life or his work. You learned that he was going to college and about his brothers. Likewise, he learned about you. How you enjoyed reading over sitting around gossiping, your dedication to anything that you were interested in or tried, and your desire to do more to help others. You’d even begun to show him that there were a couple of nobles that weren’t too bad. Afterall, you existed.
Looking up at Sabo, you waited for him to say something. The lessons had been going on for months now, your skills improving rather quickly. To be honest, part of the reason you’d been improving so quickly was because you wanted to impress him. He was handsome, smart, and caring, how could you not develop a crush on the blond? Likewise, he was starting to fall for you and fast. He didn’t want to admit it, but with each lesson, he found you more and more enchanting until he found himself fully dreaming about you. Not just a simple daydream, but invading his unconscious mind and filling his every moment. The kind of people he claimed to hate, the kind of people who pissed him off and one of them had caught his eye. Not that he would ever admit to caring about you. You were only in his dreams because he was impressed by how quickly you were learning. He was only thinking about you because he was wondering how much money he could squeeze out of your parents for teaching you so much.
Finally, standing outside your front door, he looked at the lavish house that loomed over him. He’d just finished your final lesson, you’d performed a lovely piece for your parents and they’d been rather pleased with his work, receiving a rather large sum of money for his work. It would be the last time he would see you, after this there would be no reason for you to cross paths again, no reason for you to continue seeing each other. A pang ran through his chest. The two of you wouldn’t see each other again, this was it. Part of him wanted to hurry back in, to say something, but he couldn’t, there was no reason to… right?

I Can Smile When I Ain’t Got No Money pt2
Pairing: Pantalone x reader
(A/n): The people have spoken and being the generous person I am I decided to fed you all good.
It truly baffles him that you refuse the gifts he suggests on buying for you, to be honest most of your habits baffle him
Mainly your propensity for keeping things until they can’t be used anymore, it takes him back to a time he would like to forget
The time where he would dream about acquiring a large sum of wealth so he would never be the starving child he once was
He would subtly ask why you have such mannerisms
Your answer that large quantities of money would bring too many problems and you preferred to live a carefree life brought a new perspective to his outlook on life
That don’t mean he doesn’t try to gift you expensive gifts which you refuse
If you make an off hand comment about using the money he was planning on spending on you towards something you think deserves it more, he will take it to heart
Don’t be surprised to see new a school, a hospital, or a retirement home with your name
You win some, you lose some
Since he’s a fatui harbinger he often dwells in dealings that would put you in danger if you knew anything about it so his office is off limits most of the time
But that doesn’t stop you from spending time with him (as if anything will)
The two of you spend most of Pantalone’s free time outside. The Snezhnayan climate gives you the most romantic background
Going on a carriage ride or walking through the forest admiring the way the snow blankets the trees
But those aren’t the only things you two do, building snowmen, sledding down a hill, or making colored snow with water that’s been dyed with food coloring (idk if they have that in Tevyat, but we rolling with that)
Though he’s not one for playing in the snow, he does love to watch you play in the snow. The youthful and carefree smile on your face makes him reconsider if he truly wants to just watch from the sidelines
“Pant! Look I made you in the snow!” You smiled as you pointed down at the art you made with the colorful water
“Beautiful work dearest and the hearts are a nice touch, but you missed one key detail.” Pantalone mused as he kneeled lower to get easier access to your drawing
“And what is that?”
Pantalone picked up a dropper from the bowl of dyed water and began to draw another figure next to your drawing. After the harbinger was finished you realized what it was meant to be
“You were missing yourself, my dear.”

Personally I wouldn't surprise if he doesn't come back on twitter now x bcs he and his team practically abandoned that account long time ago, not only he wasn't active he was constantly loosing followers on large sum and they just left it like that..and now this Elon x thing so I think we shouldn't hold our breath
You are correct. He hardly posted. When he did it typically was about his work. He can do that on IG. Plus, Elon has pretty much destroyed what twitter was.
Chris did not spend any money on padding followers. It was a constantly loss, and @nancydrewwouldnever has several screengrabs of the losses.
Even IF he comes back to social media, I do think his page will have a revamp. I can see him posting personal stuff less, meaning Dodger. And his IG is just a business account. And I can't say that I blame him. BUT!! Christopher, get a social media manager, I beg of you!

Traveling with a teenage prince means a problem called puberty have to be faced. So to speak, prince's clothes have hardly fit him a single day since he turned 14. It was an exaggerated complaint, of course…But really, for a time, they had a large sum of money to spend on the prince's new clothes. Fortunately there was plenty of armour in the ship.
As the “new clothes” season on for some time, Jee noticed that Zuko was getting impatient about shopping and getting supplies, because he had to go buy new clothes as the general would take him.
Jee thinks the main problem is the tailor. On one or two occasions, Jee, as the prince's part-time caretaker, led him into the clothes shop and asked them to“stretch the shoulders” and“lengthen the sleeves” of the boy's clothes.
Well, their budget isn't enough to buy a brand-new one. The best thing to do is to sew and sew. As a result of the surprise, Jee saw the tailor groping the prince. Jee wants to know if he's wrong or... ? ... It's really just the normal job of a tailor, right? Whatever, the prince is a total little devil but he's really well-trained, muscular for a teenager .
So after they paid the bill, on the way back to the ship, Jee whispered to him, “Do you think those people make you uncomfortable, sir?”
The prince was puzzled, but in a huff,“No, they're just touching my arms and legs....and my damn shoulders, because they're going to stretch the shoulders and the waist out of this damn clothes! I know that, so it's not unacceptable!”
Agni, so he didn't know the word like…“sexual harassment” did he?
“Maybe we could get a sewing kit,” muttered Jee, “So that next time we only have to buy the cloth and save on the cost of processing it.”
The prince gave him a strange look, he asked, “So... ... Lieutenant, can you sew?”
Jee raised an eyebrow,“Not really, sir . It's just an offer.”
The prince rolled his eyes,“Bad one. I won't take it.”
Two months later, Jee noticed a patch of patched material on the prince's sleeve, and when he looked over,Prince Zuko covered the sewing thread with his hand and glared at him.
Half a year later, Jee found a handkerchief in the general's tea table, which with a delicate jasmine embroidery, further, it's material and color are very familiar.
“What's that?” He couldn't resist asking.
“Apparently,” Iroh said slowly and pleasant, holding his teacup, “After Prince Zuko accidentally burned my last handkerchief, he found a spare one in the warehouse.”

THINGS I HAVE MANIFESTED INTO 3D
brief about me: hi! pronouns she/they. call me whatever you'd like. i am not new to Tumblr nor to spirituality in general however i am somewhat new to the law of assumption. that is kind of hard to explain bc i am new to being aware of it but not to doing it because when i learned of the law i realized i had already done it many times my entire life. i am also a witch and am not new to witchcraft but the same concept applies: once i became aware of it i realized i was doing it the whole time. manifestation is not a form of witchcraft, witchcraft is a form of manifestation. i'd like to talk about that more sometime as well as many other things.
without further ado, here is a list of some of the things i manifested from 4d to 3d both before and after becoming aware of The Law:
my dream car i wanted since i was a teenager (i am currently in my late 20s)
my car not needing a new engine and the shop price being over $2,000 less than i was quoted when i had to take my car to the shop
multiple places i have lived (apartments and houses)
jobs i have gotten especially my current job
being able to take extended periods of time off work with no repercussions to my finances (i.e "running out of money/ going broke") nor to my employment status
my pets
trips i wanted to take
meeting my sp, all desired qualities inside and out
desired body type
spiritual/metaphysical knowledge
people that were normally mean to me being nice to me
repaired relationship with my mom
financial stability
spells (tons of them over years for all sorts of things) being successful, and not just ones done by me either but also ones done by others for me that i requested
good credit
i have also manifested large sums of money (over $1000) 3 times
there are other things too that i would like to tell more about later
yes i still experience thoughts of doubt and fear and impatience sometimes. these are inconsequential. you must follow your intuition, your heart, your gut, as to what "rules" apply to your manifestations because YOU are god. all of those things such as gut feelings etc are GOD SPEAKING TO YOU. and YOU ARE GOD. if i say my unwanted thoughts & feelings don't affect my manifestations then they don't. i am the operant power and the universe MOVES ANYTHING and reshuffles to reflect my 4d.
i do not worry about things like "is there hair on my head?" because i know there is, or "do i have tattoos?" because i know i do. same thing with everything else. i fully accept anything in the 3d that does not reflect my manifestations is just leftover past reflections, it simply isn't real and is preposterous to me.
if you were wearing an orange shirt and someone said "wow i really like your blue shirt!" you'd think they were ridiculous. you can still accept the compliment but you know the shirt isn't blue. the same is with the 3d. you can accept the 3d for what it is and not panic just because it's not reflecting your 4d. if you secure it and believe it in your 4d the 3d has no choice but to reflect it.
i have some opinions i think this community will find controversial and i may share them sometime. the point is i want to make clear that this side blog is simply a place for me to talk about the law of assumption, manifesting, and other spiritual topics without people staring at me like i'm crazy. it's not to tell anyone what to do or how to do it, what they can and can't have etc. it's just me sharing my thoughts and opinions. you don't have to like it nor agree with me, and vice versa for me.
i think one of the main differences between me and most loa practicers is that while i am fulfilled and happy in the 4d i do still want it in the 3d. I'm not going to sit around and pretend like i don't want my shit in the 3d because due to the fact i'm in a human body, i HAVE to spend most of my time in the 3d to keep my flesh form alive. the 3d IS real, just in a different way. wanting it in my 3d never stopped my manifestations in 4d from coming. am i still manifesting? yes. do i still get whatever i want? yes. because I'm at peace knowing 4d is where things are truly created and 3d is where they show up. if i have it in the 4d i have it in the 3d. time is an illusion and only appears linear when youre in a flesh body. as above, so below. these laws have been expressed in every religion and culture since the dawn of time, not just the Bible. and i like all of them. they all lead to the same place. just like all manifestations in 4d lead to 3d. it's that simple.
good luck and happy manifesting!

lets see 6, 18, 20 & 24 for either pepper or vincent i crave Lore
6. How do they respond to criticism?
- Pepper is a tough one bc she tends to either be defensive or dismissive. She's used to getting through life with bullheaded confidence and that sometimes means you have to block some people out, and it becomes harder to tell apart who has good intentions and constructive criticism and who is just trying to be an asshole. It usually takes a couple tries to get her to listen, and even more tries if it's not coming from someone she trusts.
18. What did they want to be when they grew up?
- When Pepper was little she wanted to be a cook like her mom, but that dream faded away pretty quickly when she discovered she didn't actually like cooking. Then, when she got into school, she thought she wanted to be a ballerina, which evolved to wanting to be a gymnast and then to wanting to be a baseball player. None of those really worked out, but she still likes baseball a lot. And she still uses a bat. Just not on baseballs.
20. Glass half full, or glass half empty?
- Vincent definitely leans more towards the glass half empty. Although he can see the positives in situations sometimes, his default mode is to be fatalistic and think of the worst outcome possible in most situations so he can try to prevent it. A lot of his anxiety happens bc of this, and sometimes he needs someone else to point out that 'hey man it's not so bad actually look at how things could turn out alright' for him to actually consider the bright side of things.
24. Are they the type to gamble?
- For Pepper, gambling is something that could've appealed to her, the adrenaline rush, the prospect of a large sum of money bringing her financial stability. But she's never delved into it, mostly bc she'd feel guilty to spend money on it. She's not used to seeing her money as being just hers, it's hers and her brother's, and it's there to help them both survive. She couldn't live with herself if she went down that pipeline and developed a gambling addiction.
But in small harmless ways I mean sure, she has bought lottery tickets before. She used to buy one once a year. Doesn't hurt to try.
After her embrace money stopped being that big of a problem, plus she's got a lot on her plate to get lured into gambling. But in general I think she's the type who could've gotten into it, maybe in another life.

I haven't really seen this trope anywhere outside of my head but it's my favorite one:
A working/poor/middle class person x The Rich One, where the first one has to teach their rich partner what real love is / the difference between love and lust because The Rich One only got used for their money.
Like, The Rich One used to have a lot of short material relationships, where people used them for rich gifts and a free entrance to high class events, who never cared for them.
And the less rich one is just so sweet and loves TRO so much and doesn't care for their money nor sex. Genders do not matter.
Boy x Boy
"Why did you buy this? It's so expensive.."
"What do you mean? You looked at it the whole afternoon."
"You didn't have to.. Spend your money on me.I'll return the money, I promise" (kiss)
RichBoy.exe stopped working (he'll return the money? But he's living paycheck to paycheck.. why would he return it? Why did he kiss me? He didn't want me to buy it?)
Girl x Girl
"Babe, I'm going to a work meeting. Can you please do the dishes tonight? I know it's my turn."
"Okay! But I'll expect payment!"
"Sure. Is this enough?" (Takes out a large stack of bills)
"..."
"Oh, of course it isn't. I'll transfer to you later."
"... I meant I wanted to cuddle with you when you get back... Why do you carry so much money with you? "
(Rich girl spends the whole meeting thinking that either the sum wasn't big enough or she's dating an angel)
R.Girl x boy
"Hon, I miss you~Come here ~ I wanna love you~”
"Yeah, wait a min , I'll get naked in a bit"
"... Do you need to be naked in order to hug me?"
"Hug? You don't want to have sex with me?"
"I mean, I do, but not now. I just wanna love you"
"How?"
"What do you mean 'how'? Like kiss you, hug you.."
(they fall asleep, while the girl wonders why all of her previous bfs wanted only sex )
Girl x R.Boy
"I have this weird feeling.."
"Hm?"
"I want to touch you, but I don't want to have sex. Like... Just touch."
"You mean cuddle?"
"... what's that?"
(The girl proceeds to look at him like he's from Mars)
"It's when you hug someone for a long time, kiss, and fall asleep together."
"..."
"Come here babe"
(That night the Rich Boy learned that you can touch your partner without sexual intentions)
Just... I love it so much. And of course the spoiling. Lots of it. Either with money or love.

In the interest of not turning this into a "shitting on that one prof I don't like" blog, I'd like to share an interesting "accounting trick" I learned about last semester. (This would be more detailed if I could remember which class it was from...)
Cash flows are not the primary focus of most businesses, but they're still important. A customer giving you $50 and a customer saying that $50 will arrive in a week are similar in many respects, but you can't reinvest that $50 until next week. The reverse is also true; paying $50 now means you can't do anything else with it.
You might reasonably wonder why this matters. What can you invest $50 in that will pay off in a week? Well...
Big businesses don't think about cash the same way ordinary people do. They can easily open lines of credit or take out loans. The amount of cash they have in their bank account isn't really measuring the amount of money they can spend. What matters is cash flows.
Think of a company as being like a tub with several drains in the bottom and some spigots up top. The drains are everything the company spends cash on—employee salaries, shareholder dividends, accounts payable, expenses that must be paid in cash, etc. The spigots are whatever mechanisms pump cash back into the company. The amount of water in the tub is equivalent to the amount of cash the company has on hand. As long as the tub isn't completely empty, everything is fine.
A certain amount of excess water is good; you never know when someone's going to knock a new hole in the bottom, or when one of the spigots might get clogged. But having too much water is a bad thing; it's sitting around, wastefully, not doing anything productive. Deadweight. A manager that can't find something profitable to do with a large excess of cash is not a good manager.
Over the generations, companies have found plenty of ways to make a bit of money from short-term investments. (For instance, buying various short-term market securities, or loaning money to other companies who miscalculated and ran out of water.)
And here we circle back to the core question. Cash flows are important, but volume isn't the only consideration—timing is, as well. If customers are mailing you cash and you need to mail cash to your suppliers, you might not get much time to use that cash.
But if customers pay electronically, it shows up days earlier, letting you slosh it through some short-term investments first. If you process $10k of payments a day, and process those payments two days faster, you've basically earned the company $20k that it can play with.
And now here's the "accounting trick" part. According to my textbook, some companies maintain check-writing centers out in the middle of nowhere, so the check spends extra days in the mail. Your PayPal or whatever still enters their bank account at the speed of internet, but the checks they send have to crawl out on artificially-delayed snail mail.
If the company writes $10k of checks this way per day, and their shenanigans add an extra three days between writing the check and cashing it, they've effectively created $30k for the company to play with. By, let me reiterate, making things less convenient for the people they send money to.
(Note that this is a flat sum, not a daily income or something. This only generates revenue insofar as that additional sum of money can be invested profitably.)
I don't know why this is so appealing to me. Maybe it's just the sheer audacity. Accountants or financial managers or whomever figuring out a way to directly profit off of making things more annoying for the people they do business with is just peak capitalism.

Searching Vast Web For Public Death Records
online funeral programs funeral booklets funeral template funeral template When we hear said too often . "charity" we believe of love towards our neighbors, love made visible as in service to folks. What does charity really mean to us? Charity, I believe, is the pure joy of giving. It includes more than material activities. We see it inside warmth with the smile from your stranger, help written thank-you-letter, a comforting hug, a healing prayer, a kindness to a grieving friend, a bonding with someone in might need. It is a karmic longing. You'll need an abundance of warmth and loving when we give. Genuine nature of charity would be the fact the more you give; the more love returns to us.

Understand Stories of Successful People and How You could Benefit Through Their Knowledge
If you are serious about achieving anything inside life, you normally have to agree to it for a new period of your energy. Successful Internet Marketers aren't born that approach, nor is luck the particular main reason for his or her success. Rather may firm belief within their ability to be successful, a willingness to do "whatever will be necessary" to master the particular ropes, a "never give up" mindset and of study course taking HUGE actions to apply what they will have learned. In order you can are unsuccessful in this particular business is if you give upwards. You have to believe you can succeed, and determination is a large a part of that. You only need to go through stories of productive people to observe some of the particular most successful folks in the globe often had just one main big difference compared to "average" people. They remained and refused in order to "give up" any time the going obtained tough and kept they eye upon what they would like to achieve in all times. Is actually normal and inside fact human nature to get discouraged whenever you don't see the particular results coming, although because you still cannot see any results yet does not mean they may not be coming. Consider of your "results" in the exact same way a plant grows. When you grow a seed you don't immediately get a plant. Rather it takes a certain sum of water, sun and time regarding it to start expanding. In fact a lot is happening "behind the particular scenes" isn't this? Under the ground in this instance the seeds is changing plus growing but involving course you discover none of that. You just see the surface with nothing popping. In a fairly short time of moment, you see the plant starting to sprout out of your ground plus blam before a person know it you have a plant in bloom! Imagine if you grown a seed and even then 20 a few minutes later came back and saw no progress and then stated "this is not going to work" and gave up and dug up the seed and even threw it away. If you experienced only persisted and kept watering typically the seed, etc an individual would have observed the particular results! You genuinely need to take care of your Internet Advertising go through the same method. There is a specific amount of "growing" required before you can see results. Typically the "water and sun" for your "growing" is the moment you may spend learning just how to do this particular as well as the money you spend money on products/services in order to help you to accomplish that. get more info seems crazy right, simply no one in their particular right mind would expect a seeds to grow in 20 minutes. would certainly they? Perhaps certainly not, but we do see people continuously "giving up" online Marketing, or more serious moving onto the following "big thing" without investing the required length of time for typically the process these were operating on, to do the job. And of course it's not necessarily just learning, yet it's applying what you learn this provides the key. So ensure you actually take motion with the things you are learning. Till you start using this stuff in addition to taking action a person will not take advantage of the "fruits of the labor". And of course, you might well include to invest in yourself with money occasionally. One thing all of us hear people state sometimes is phrases to the effect "Once I start making money online, I can then buy the products I want to succeed". This particular is incorrect thinking in our opinion. You should invest in advance in order to get the data you need to be able to succeed. We don't say once the particular plant grows many of us will buy typically the seed: ) We all have to buy the seed and assist it to expand. We do the "work" up front to get the reward down the track. It's typically the same with Internet marketing and advertising. The sad reality is many folks do not flourish in this business mainly because they have not actually committed to making it. They have not really invested the needed time and cash needed to take by themselves one stage further, nor have they taken typically the action necessary. Typically the more you purchase yourself, the more committed and focused you might be, the more things will start to help to make sense and then things really commence happening. Make some sort of promise to your self right now. That you are going to keep to this and even no matter exactly what happens you will persist and maintain with it until you succeed. This is almost a fool proof way to guarantee success! Go on, we dare you!

alternative places to buy books instead of amaz*n
edited: removing abebooks from this list because i've been informed it's an amzn subsidiary. thanks!
i apologize in advance, these sources are generally best for people looking for books in the U.S. and not outside of it. this is by no means a comprehensive list; please feel free to add onto this list, especially if you know of places that cater to customers outside of the U.S.
used books
- thriftbooks (used and new, ships outside of U.S. at higher cost): you can usually get used popular books here for under $10 and they'll generally come in very good shape. for U.S. domestic orders, shipping is free for orders $10 or more, and only $0.99 for anything under. this was one of my favorite places to buy books for class when I was in college. they also have a points reward system, so every purchase gets you a certain amount of points, and if you earn enough, you get a $5 credit, which is generally enough to get you a free book.
- goodwill books (used, only operates in the U.S.): rather than aimlessly searching shelves in a physical store, goodwill has an online database that sells games, movies, and music in addition to books. free standard shipping on all orders, but shipping can take a while depending on where your order is coming from. it depends on what you're looking for, but books will generally be very cheap. i almost paid $50 for a book before finding it here for $10, and it came in near-perfect condition.
- abebooks (new and used, ships to many different locations): in addition to new and used books, this might also be a good resources for students to find cheap(er) textbooks. you also have the option to sell your textbooks back to them when you're done.
- bookmooch (a bartering system for used books, good for non-English texts, works worldwide): i haven't personally used this one, so this is just what i know from online information, but instead of buying books, there's a point system that allows you to give away and receive books. you list which books you own and want to give away, then someone can request that book from you. you ship it out to them and pay shipping fees (the only money you'll spend) and then gain points, allowing you to request books from others.
- bookoff (used, physical store, locations only in U.S.): their online store is only for buying anime figures and manga, but if you have a location near you like i do, i suggest you go there! unfortunately, the majority of them are in California, but they have a $1 section, where i've gotten a lot of good books. they also sell movies, music, video games, video game consoles, used electronics, and one time i randomly got a set of rubber stamps there.
new books
- bookshop (ships to U.K., Spain, and U.S.): an online bookstore meant to support independent bookstores by dedicating a certain portion of their profits to helping independent bookstores and providing a platform to connect you to independent booksellers . their "find a bookstore" feature is my favorite because they'll recommend you independent booksellers in your area and you can avoid the shipping costs and wait.
- indiebound: similar to bookshop except you can't buy directly from this website, but what it does is connect you to local booksellers based on your location and you can buy directly from their websites or go in person.
- just buy from indie shops' websites if they have one
other ways to get books
- this generally won't work with big publishers, but if the book's publisher is small enough, you can buy it directly from them
- just check for shops you can go to in your area!
- i know this is meant to be a resource for buying books, but also just borrow! borrow books from your local library or get them electronically. you can get access and borrow ebooks from your library using the mobile app Libby, and you don't need a kindle to read the books on, you can read directly from the app.
- if your library doesn't have the book you want, you can sometimes request an order. or you can do an inter-library loan, where your library will request it from another library system, though there might be a fee of a couple dollars.
- my final note. there is no need to buy the Twilight series new. every single used bookstore i've gone to has had multiple copies of the entire series for, like, a dollar for each book. i am generally very big on supporting authors because their income is nowhere near as glamorous as actors or directors, but SM will be fine. whatever you were willing to spend on the books, just donate that to moving the Quileute nation to higher ground

I swear I ain’t in it for the money, but I can’t stop thinking about sugar daddy shoto. Maybe he sweeps a cute little college kid or barista of their feet, just something fun and casual. But this man starts falling harder, needing a way to lock them down to him. Money isn’t quite cutting it anymore, so he decides fucking a baby into her would do the trick. Shoto would push her down into the mattress, large frame twisting her into a sweet mating press. This way they could stay together forever and Shoto would have absolutely no problem providing for his sweet family <3
but fr tho I feel like Shouto is NOT the type for kids.
Mans will tolerate them when they babble or wave at him, but he very actively Does Not Want them.
Always uses condoms, and even though he’ll threaten not to, it’s never a legit thought in his mind to cum inside. Shouto doesn’t want to be a dad.
-----
You’ll be sittin on a park bench, fading sunset dark and pretty in front of you yet all you can do is cry. There’s not really any people around so it’s not like you’re bothering anyone - you hadn’t wanted to cry in your shabby apartment (half the cause of your worries) just in case you received a noise complaint.
“Are you alright?”
A somber, smooth voice is heard. You’re swiping at your tears quickly as you look up, trying to laugh off your state of distress. “Oh, haha, yeah I’m fine. Thanks for asking.” It’s hard to smile with your puffy cheeks and red-rimmed eyes.
The man in front of you frowns, hands in his coat pockets, scarf draped around his neck. “You don’t look fine. Mind if I sit?”
He’s already claiming the spot next to you on the bench before you can say a word, turning to you with a passive expression. “Why are you crying?”
And that’s all it takes to have you breaking down all over again, tears streaming down your face. Just one person offering to listen to the heavy burden you have to bear.
‘’M sor-sorry...” You sob, wiping at your eyes with frigid fingers, successful in doing nothing more but smearing tears around your face.
“Here.” The man’s taking off his scarf, gloved hands offering it you.
“I ca-can’t use your sc-scarf sir.” But he’s insistent, pressing it into your hands up by your face.
“I’ll just get another one. Keep it, you’re in need of it more than I am.”
The kindness makes another fresh bout of tears roll down your cheeks, but this time you're able to dab them away with soft fabric as you sniffle.
It takes a moment for you to calm yourself. When you do, you can finally engage in conversation with the man.
You tell him about your job hours getting cut, how you’ve been turned down or ignored by every single place you’ve applied at for a second job. How you’re barely affording to wash your clothes - you have to hang them or drape them across things in your apartment because you don’t have the money to pay for a dryer cycle.
And to top it all off, you’re still short on rent, despite how you scrimped and saved and even forced yourself not to buy groceries this week - you’ve gone hungry for the past three days.
“You haven’t eaten?”
You glance up at the man and his incredulous expression, shaking your head. “I’ve been trying to save money, I thought I could afford my rent if-”
“What kind of food do you like?” The man is pulling out his phone, swiping and tapping immediately.
“Thank you, but I’m not-” looking for charity is what you want to say. Plus, you shouldn’t accept favors from strange men.
But the handsome man is waving you silent. “I’m cold, plus I’d like to grab a bite to eat before I head home. I don’t like eating alone though, you’d honestly be doing me a favor.”
You take a moment to process. Is he telling the truth? He sounds like an honest guy.
“Seems like the only place open around here is “Joe’s 24 hour Diner”.... You mind burgers?”
So that's how you end up in a booth opposite the man (”Shouto” he had told you as you both headed to the diner), munching away at warm food. It tastes so good, you hardly have time to worry about the man watching you as he eats.
You’d been shocked at his looks the moment you’d seen him in the light of the diner. Pretty two-toned hair, different colored eyes, perfect skin, expensive clothes. Why was he even talking to you? It’s obvious the two of you led very different lives.
“How does everything taste?”
“Delicious.” Is your response, and Shouto seems pleased, nodding before taking another bite of his meal.
Maybe it’s stupid... but you feel weirdly safe with this man. He doesn’t seem to bear any ill-intent towards you, nor has he made any comments about your body or let his hands or eyes stray. He seems like a gentleman.
Conversation flows easily between the two of you, even sharing a few chuckles at times. He’s some fancy rich businessman, you learn, and you share about your own life, laughing at the comparisons. Shouto can’t fathom growing up in a house with less than five bedrooms and a personal servant.
He asks for your number, and you’re hesitant in giving it - he surely can’t be interested in you? But he seems so sincere, it’s hard to say no.
When the two of you part ways, Shouto gives you a wave, “Hope to see you again soon, and under better circumstances.”
“You too! And sorry for being such a mess and stopping your walk-”
Shouto shrugs, cheeks beginning to pink from the cold air as you two stand outside the diner. “You needed help. I like to assist.”
-----
The next morning you wake to find an atrociously large sum deposited in your Venmo account by none other than a Shouto Todoroki.
Immediately, you’re calling him. “It’s too much, we just met. How can you give away that much money to some low-life?”
You hear him sigh on the other end of the phone. “You’re obviously struggling. I was wondering what your hours are this week, perhaps we could talk about this over dinner? Or lunch, if that fits better with your schedule. I’m flexible.”
It’s a few days later, days spent questioning yourself, questioning his intentions, before you see him again, both of you deciding to meet for lunch to further discuss... whatever had just happened.
“Was what I gave you adequate to cover your rent?” Are the first words out of Shouto’s mouth after you greet each other.
“Yeah, more than enough-” You squirm. “But I need to ask.... why?”
“Why?”
“Why me.”
“Oh.” Shouto’s expression clears. “That’s easy. I told you a few days ago - I like to assist. I’m quite lonely, and it feels nice to use my money on someone other than myself. I think providing for someone brings me... I wouldn’t quite say joy, but... contentment.”
You contemplate his answer for a moment.
“Well... you saved me with my rent, I don’t really know how to thank you.”
The man leans forward. “Well.... I know it might be a bit sudden, but how would you feel accepting me as a.... benefactor of sorts?”
“You mean like a sugar daddy?” Is your immediate, blurted response. You want to slap yourself for speaking before you have the chance to think about your words, but luckily Shouto just lets out a light laugh.
“If you’d like to call it that. I’m willing to provide financial assistance for you, in exchange for companionship, if you’re willing to give it.”
Your face heats up as you drop your eyes, fidgeting nervously in your seat. “I don’t feel comfortable with a... a sexual relationshi-”
“That’s perfectly acceptable.” Shouto cuts you off before you can continue. “I wasn’t trying to insinuate a contract of that nature. I’m thinking more along the lines of accompanying me at meals, sharing experiences with me, providing company and friendship to a lonely man. If it seems that we’d like to progress further than that after we get to know each other, well, that will be addressed then. For now-” Shouto meets your eye, dipping his head a smidgeon so he can look at you directly. “All I ask for is a simple, non-intimate bond between two people.”
This is crazy.
And yet you accept.
The situation may be wild, and completely absurd, but you’d be a fool not to say yes.
Shouto is charming and handsome, respectful, courteous - you could go on and on about his positive qualities. He just seems like a sad, lonesome man swallowed by work and responsibilities, too stressed and busy to put the effort into making friends the conventional way.
-----
Months pass by.
You’re eating at every meal, sated and never going hungry. You’re able to move into a new place, one that doesn’t smell like cigarettes and sits right next to a railroad.
Clothes aren’t a worry anymore, you have your own washer and dryer in your new apartment (Shouto offered to buy you a house, or a penthouse at the least, but you couldn’t justify it to yourself). You’re able to afford new things, and pretty dresses, shoes that are comfortable and fashionable and that fit.
You no longer have to wear clothes down until they have holes in them. You’re able to go to the doctor’s when you feel sick, able to pay for health insurance.
Life is good.
Shouto is a personable man, serious, but he can be rather funny and even crude at times.
The doubt and thoughts of “Why is he doing this for me?” and “I’m not good enough for this.” plague you, but Shouto always seems to catch on, reassuring you that you’re exactly what he needs - a friend.
And you’re more than happy to be that.
You think sometimes, that even if he wasn’t paying you, you’d still like to be friends with Shouto Todoroki.
Until he starts acting weird.
“You should just stay at my place. I have more than enough room,, it’d be easier for both our schedules. We’d get to see each other more often.”
“Uhm...” You don’t really know what to say. You like your freedom, and having your own place where you can walk around in your (expensive) underwear without being bothered.
“I think it’d be nice, don’t you? We could have breakfast every morning, you wouldn’t have to worry about traveling to and fro, we could spend more time together. We don’t see each other nearly enough.”
He’s pushing, insistent. How are you supposed to tell him no? He’s paying for your entire life. Plus, it wouldn’t be that bad to actually live with him. Shouto’s an amicable man.
So you move in.
“I bought you a few things, they’re on your bed.”
Shouto’s striding into the kitchen where you’re making coffee, buttoning up his shirt as he comes closer. You’ve found that the man likes to sleep in nothing but boxers, shrieking and flushing an embarrassing shade the first time he’d come to wake you up with a sweet “welcome” breakfast in bed.
It’s taken a while to adjust, but you finally feel that you’re fully settled in.
“Oh, you really don’t ha-”
“I wanted to. I went through your closet - your clothes are nice, but your underwear seemed to be lacking.” He’s so matter-of-fact.
All you can do is stare at the back of his head.
“Could you pass me a spoon please?”
-----
Shouto had splurged on expensive, fancy lingerie.
At least eight different sets were laid out on your bed. It was overwhelming. It also felt.... a bit intrusive? They were all in your size, in a complementary color for your skin tone.
Weird.
Not as weird as the onset of Shouto’s casual touches.
You’d be reading, or drinking tea and watching cars race by on the street so far below, and Shouto would come up behind you, caress your sides before intertwining his fingers with yours on one hand. He did it as if it was a normal thing, but it felt anything but normal.
Or you’d be on the couch together, and Shouto would shuffle closer until his large body was pressed to yours, almost curled around you. The faux-cuddling was a bit more off putting. How do you tell him no?
The touches became more and more intimate, Shouto’s gifts more and more frequent until you weren’t even spending a penny, the man taking care of everything.
The arrangement was beginning to make you uncomfortable.
Shouto’s bi-colored eyes seemed to always be on you, tracing the shape of your body, watching you move, or breath, or sit. It was distracting, and you felt bad for feeling this way towards the man who’d pulled you out of poverty, but it was so unnerving.
He seemed to notice.
“You’ve been so stressed these past few days. Is something wrong?” Shouto’s rubbing a hand into your shoulder, hovering over you at the dinner table.
“No?” Is all you can manage, wiping your hands on your napkin as you finish your food.
Shouto frowns. With a sigh, his hand drops from your shoulder and the man leaves your side, heads toward the kitchen.
You clear your plate from the table, following after him so you can wash it and put it in the dishwasher before you head off to get ready for bed.
But Shouto is rummaging in a cupboard, pulling down two wine glasses to accompany the bottle of wine that’s standing proud on the island.  It’s your favorite, a sweet wine that Shouto knows you like, always brings it out when he decides to drink whisky or bourbon after dinner.
He pops the cork and pours you a glass while you finish with your dishes, handing you the glass when you turn away from the sink, pressing it into your hands. “Let’s relax a little bit, it’ll be good for both of us.”
You’re fine with that, knowing that a little wine won’t hurt you, especially when it’s of such fine quality. You’d never dreamed that you’d be able to taste such richness in your lifetime, spend frivolous amounts of money on wine and fine eateries. Yet here you are.
Shouto pours himself a glass, barely a sip filling the bottom. The man raises it to his lips and takes a swig, grimacing a bit in his flat, unexpressive way. You giggle a little.
“Too sweet?’
The man nods, setting the glass back down. “I’m not entirely sure how you can stand to stomach it. But if it makes you happy-” He shrugs, before pulling on of the bar-stools out from under the island so he can sit facing you, long legs stretching out before him.
You look at him, and he looks at you, and then you take another sip of wine to avoid the awkwardness.
“You’re distancing yourself from me.”
The accusation is quiet, Shouto’s eyes focused on your fingers wrapped around the stem of the glass.
He’s always been straightforward with his words. “Is there a reason you keep drawing away?”
The wine disappears from your glass, sliding down your throat and settling in your stomach. You fill your glass again before speaking, struggling to find the right words without upsetting your... benefactor.
“Well, Shouto... I don’t really know how to...” You trail off, hoping Shouto will say something, change the subject, say it’s alright and move on to something else.
But the man stays silent, eyes appraising you.
Taking a deep breath, and another gulp of sweetness, you try again.
“Sometimes the closeness... like, physical closeness? Makes me, well, uncomfortable.”
Hopefully, that would satisfy his curiosity for now. That wasn’t the only reason you’d been avoiding Shouto seeming distant, but you didn’t think sharing the others would result in anything good.
Said man accepted your response, dropping his eyes to his lap as he mulled it over. More wine was consumed, glass re-filled. You felt nervous.
“You’re saying that my touch isn’t something you’d prefer.”
Biting your lip, you soften at his confused expression, at the hint of sadness swimming behind his eyes. “Kind of. I don’t mind you Shouto, you’re really kind, and you’re good company, and a wonderful friend. I just don’t think the.... the intimacy is for me.”
Shouto raises his head, stares at you with those pretty eyes, lips parted as he comes to terms with your words.
“It sounds like you don’t trust me. I would never hurt you, you know this.”
You scramble to assure him. “I do! I do trust you, and I know you wouldn’t.” (at least you hoped) “But I guess I just... Coming into this agreement I wasn’t ready for that type of... thing. I don’t know if I ever will be.”
The man rises, shakes his head as he steps closer to you. “Don’t worry, I remember our first conversation about that aspect. I see that for you, that type of relationship would only begin after you really cared for the other person, trusted and wanted to see them happy, am I correct?”
“Oh, Shouto-” You rush. “No, I care for you, and I trust you, and of course I want to see you happy. I think it’s just, y’know, my last relationship like that went really bad, and it sucked. I don’t want to go through that again.”
Shouto nods, understanding. “I see. You don’t have to worry about any of that with me then.”
A smile crosses your face, and you feel relived that he accepted your rejection with grace and understanding instead of violence or anger. “Thank you, it means a lot to me.”
The mood of the room shifted, from tense and uncomfortable, to easy and light, and you poured another glass of wine, laughing a little at how worried you were about the conversation with Shouto, only for it all to turn out fine.
“I’m going to go drink some of the liquor that’s kept in my room. I could mix a few drinks for you to try, you might like how sweet they are. I know hard alcohol isn’t quite your thing.”
You beam a smile, nodding your head eagerly. Before, you’d feel apprehensive about going into his room with him to drink alcohol. But with the conversation the two of you just had, you knew - things would be fine.
-----
The room was spinning and you felt giddy and light. You were definitely tipsy.
“You can lay down on my bed, you’re getting wobbly on your feet.” Shouto had offered, and you’d gladly accepted, flopping down onto his comfy bedspread with a laugh at how the motion made butterflies rise in your tummy.
Shouto leaned against his dresser, swirling whiskey in his glass as he watched you, a half-smile across his face. You smiled back, before closing your eyes, a little bit tired as you realized that you might be a bit more than just tipsy.
Shouto had mixed quite a few drinks for you, and you’d drank each one eagerly, impressed with how little alcohol you could taste in each one. You don’t remember how many you had, but it didn’t really matter.
The next thing you know, hands are on your waist, scooting you further up the bed so your legs no longer hang off the edge. Cracking open an eye, you’re met with the visage of red-and-white, eyes soft and warm as they regard you, Shouto’s face tinged a bit pink from the few drinks he had consumed. The man had never been too good at holding his alcohol.
When those hands started to slip beneath your shirt, you wiggled like a little worm, not really comprehending the situation. Maybe it was a dream.
Your shirt was discarded, then your pants. It felt much more comfortable now, and you mumbled a “thanks” to the man helping you settle for bed. He was so nice, Shouto took such good care of you. You still kind of couldn’t believe the turn your life had taken with him, the good luck pushed into your path.
Someone was kissing you.
With a grunt of surprise, you kissed them back, meeting their feverish pace and trying to keep up, soft lips puckering and pushing against your own with intent. Kissing felt good. You liked kissing.
Then a hand was cupping your face, stroking tenderly over your cheek before it began sliding down, down your neck, into the valley between your breasts, trailing over your bra. It felt funny.
Pushing back for air, you gasped when the hand on your chest started squeezing at you, eyes flying open with the startling, sudden sensation.
Shouto was hovering over you, lips puffy, panting as he stared at you with lusty eyes, an uncharacteristic look on his face. This... this wasn’t supposed to be like this. You knew. Hadn’t the two of you just talked about something... important? Was it important?
You didn’t feel panic until a hand cupped your sex, feeling your skin through your panties.
This wasn’t right.
Alarm bells were ringing, dull and far away, but you didn’t think that Shouto should be touching you in such a way. you should be going to bed.
“Mm, Sho, can you stop?” But your words felt funny on your tongue, and Shouto didn’t stop. Maybe he didn’t hear you.
His hair tickled your chin as the man bent to mouth at your tits, pulling the cups of your bra underneath them so he could feel your hot skin, let his saliva drag slick and wet against your chest.
Your hands instinctively rooted themselves in his hair as you gasped again, not expecting such a move, tugging lightly at his head to pull him up. Shouto just groaned, teething gently at your breasts and not moving an inch. His hips were grinding against the bed though, as he stood between your spread legs.
Before you knew it, your panties were gone, bra clumsily unclasped and discarded, and you were completely bare. Shouto was undressing before you, struggling with the buttons on his shirt before giving up, easily ripping the fabric of his body with one tug, grumbling.
You didn’t feel so tipsy anymore.
“Shouto, what’re we doing? We shouldn’t be doing this, we need to stop-”
“Stay down.” Was his firm command, a hand splayed across your naked chest and pushing you back into the mattress as you tried to sit up. It made you breathless, the growl in his voice, the dominance emanating from the man. You stayed still.
“This’s gonna make us a stronger couple.” The man slurred, eyes dark and hands wandering, effortlessly keeping you pinned against the bed as he ground his hips forward against the edge. You were getting scared.
“Wait-”
You fell silent as one hand pushed down his pants, his underwear going with them, pink cock bobbing free. He was so pretty down there, and it made sense, all of him was pretty, but you suddenly realized the weight of the situation, what was happening.
“Shouto, no, oh my god. We gotta stop right now, we’re drunk, we’re-we’re-”
“Don’t care. Not gonna let you hide away from me this time.” Shouto shook his head, taking his cock in one hand and giving it a long, slow pump, flushed tip weeping precum and wetting his hand.
“No, no, this is wrong. I don’t want this, I could get pregnant!” You cried, beginning to panic for real, pushing against the one strong hand anchoring you to the bed.
Shouto just chuckled, letting go of his cock to crowd against you, getting up in your face to press a wet finger to your lips, the salty taste of his precum threatening to slip into your mouth unless you kept it shut. “Shhh, shh. If you stay nice and still, if you do what I say, I’ll use a condom.”
You couldn’t believe your ears.
“You’re gonna listen to me, you always do.” The man nodded to himself, once again dragging his cock against the bed between your legs, as if he couldn’t stop himself. “Or else I’ll fuck you raw.” The finger was pulled from your lips, only to be wagged teasingly in your face.
You couldn’t believe how he was acting.
“Be nice.”
Shouto tapped your nose with a neatly manicured finger, before groaning as he heaved himself upright, red cock bobbing against his stomach, desperate for attention. The man gave you a look, as if to say “don’t move” before he took his hands off you, heading for his dresser.
Once you saw him pulling out a strip of condoms, you were on your feet, stumbling toward the door.
Although panic had sobered you somewhat, you were still struggling with the effects of the alcohol, so your reaction time was maddeningly slow. Slow enough that you weren’t able to truly fight against Shouto when he grabbed you from behind toned arms wrapping around your middle and heaving you into the air, only to throw you back on his bed.
You were almost sick on the bedspread, world spinning and stomach protesting, but you were able to calm yourself.
But then Shouto was on you, flipping you onto your back, a soft hand pressing against your throat threateningly.
“You want to have a baby? Want me to cum in you so you’ll get all fat with kids? Hm?” He was so intense, almost choking you, straddling your waist and keeping you pinned. It was too much
You were able to manage a tearful, desperate “No!” despite the hand around your throat, and Shouto backed off, releasing the pressure to instead stroke his hand against the sides of your neck.
“Stop acting like this, it’s the next logical step for us. You said you cared for me, wanna make me happy. This’ll make me happy. I won’t be like the last guy.”
His cock was pressed against your stomach, and you could feel it twitching. Shouto clambered off of you, letting go of your neck so he could grab the condoms he’d tossed on the bed before snatching you up.
“Do what I say and I use these.” He waved them in your face before tearing one off, beginning to open it.
You stayed still, gazing at him blearily, limbs feeling fuzzy, mind feeling the same.
The condom was rolled onto Shouto’s cock, the man spitting into his palm and giving the latex a few rubs to make it slick before reaching for you.
He dragged you to the edge of the bed - the perfect height for him to fuck you - and you didn’t fight, terrified of his threat. You couldn’t stand the thought of a baby.
(You didn’t know, but neither could he)
“Wanted to do this since I met you.” Shouto mumbled, pushing your panties to the side with a few fingers so he could guide his tip to your hole. “Want you so bad.”
You didn’t know what to think of this side of Shouto. This unreserved, uncareful, slurring mess of a man that loomed before you, gaze dark and wild, limbs everywhere as he groped and squeezed and appreciate the shape of your body.
But he must’ve gotten impatient, because then he was pushing inside.
It hurt, stinging pain rippling up your back and you keened, causing Shouto to pause. One of his hands darted down to wrap around your calf, hauling it up on the bed so he could lean forward and press it to you chest, sinking his cock a few inches deeper.
“You’re gonna take it.” He hissed before messily kissing you, pressed so close together that it was hard to breathe. “I’ll make it feel good after you do.”

HI, BESTIES. LET’S TALK ABOUT THE POWER OF “I AM” AND WHAT IT MEANS TO LIVE IN THE END. ✨
***LOOONG POST***
So, I kind of had a breakthrough while listening to an excerpt of one of Neville’s lectures last night. I’ll link it below. I suddenly felt relaxed and comforted, I felt that I truly understood what it meant to live in the end and the power that “I Am” holds.
A method that Neville talks about is “I remember when…” and when I used it, it completely changed how I felt about my desires and helped me understand what it really feels like to live in the end. For example, let’s say you’re manifesting money. Here’s a direct excerpt from my script last night, “I remember when I used to struggle paying my bills on time, now everything is on autopay! Now, I don’t think twice about payments or spending money because I know I have more than enough for whatever I want. Now, I love spending money because I know that everything I spend comes back to me a hundredfold.”
I constantly say “I remember when...” now lol! Why did this change how I felt/thought about my desires? Because I realized that I largely thought about my desires as things that would happen in the future, not as something that had already happened. I realized that I was visualizing in future tense instead of past tense. And I think this is one of the many reasons a lot of you are so insecure, and why you so easily are upset by your current 3D. You look for evidence of your manifestation, you focus on what is happening outside of you instead of what’s happening inside of you. How can you search for evidence of something unfolding right now… if it has already unfolded in the past? And if this is true and you’re confident in who you are… why would you feel the need to search in the first place? This is where the importance of self concept comes in.
Your self concept dictates so much. How you think about yourself and your life reflects in your inner conversations, how you move, how you behave, how you interact with others, and so on. Once you have shifted your mind, your reality has no choice but to shift as well! Your 3D is a reflection of what is within you. You guys are aaaaalways worried about your current circumstances. I’ll tell you succinctly why they do not matter. Your current circumstances are a collection of past assumptions, right? The future has yet to happen and is a direct consequence of the things we assume now. Which begs the question, what do you believe now? And how will those beliefs shape your future? Do you understand that in your current physical reality, everything you assume to be, and everything you desire, is within you right now?
Thus the power of “I Am” comes into play. I know SATS is a very popular method amongst the community, I use it myself! But now that I really understand what I Am means, I can’t look at anything else the same. I encourage you to do your own research on it! You are one with God and God is one with you. If anything is possible for God, then, isn’t anything possible for you? Which is why you always see people say, “I am the god of my reality.” You are!
From Neville’s book, At Your Command: “Dwell upon just being and saying, “I AM”, “I AM”, “I AM”, to yourself. Continue to declare to yourself that you just are. Do not condition this declaration, just continue to FEEL yourself to be and without warning you will find yourself slipping the anchor that tied you to the shallow of your problems and moving out into the deep.”
Don’t try to apply logic to manifestation, it just doesn’t work that way. Whatever you desire, see it in your mind, and believe “I Am”. Speak it, have faith in it, drown in it. Now, that’s not me saying that you have to believe in every single thing you try to manifest. You’ll read success stories all the time of people saying that they didn’t 100% believe in something. And I think that’s okay. I don’t think you should try to force change nor should you manipulate yourself or the physical reality. What I really want to emphasize here is that… you are not separate from your desires, your future, the universe, God, or your fellow man. The more you know who and what you are (I Am), the more confident you feel in knowing that you and only you are the creator of your reality. If you believe this, then I think that’s the only belief that matters. What do you think?
From Neville’s Your Faith is Your Fortune: "Before you have any visible proof that you are, you will, from the deep conviction which you have felt fixed within you, know that you are; and so, without waiting for the confirmation of your senses, you will cry, 'It is finished!'."
So, to sum it all up: What does it mean to live in the end? It means there is no lack! It means you do not worry, you do not need. You don’t think or manifest from a place of lack, you do it from your “I AM” state… which is God. Never forget that creation is finished. You are (I AM) whatever you assume you are. Living in the end means there is nothing more to do because it is already done and it has already happened. It really is that simple.
I hope this makes sense and I hope you enjoyed this read. If you have any questions that were not answered here, please ask. I obviously don’t know everything, these are my current opinions. 💓
