summary: your "thing" with the hoo boys!

author's note: in honor of the pjo series coming out today,,have this rlly rlly short draft from earlier this year! xoxo

percy jackson — doodling on him

“give me your hand.”

“yes ma’am.”

minutes pass as you doodle gods know what onto percy’s hand. you always resort to this whenever the camp head counselor's meeting begins late—which seems to be every meeting—and giving percy "tattoos" certainly kills time. last meeting, you drew a can of beans and the time before that, was a bouquet of tulips. so honestly his guess being a pair of socks this time isn’t too far of a reach.

“okay, done,” you release his hand, a proud smile gracing your features, “cute right?”

he quirks a brow upon seeing the drawing, “is that…” percy turns his head to the side, gaining better perspective, “is that a flying fish?”

“wow, you’re good,” you say, giving him a nod of approval, “although, last time you did say that my can of beans looked like a roll of toilet paper…”

your boyfriend throws his hands in the air, “in my defense, you used a shitty pen so it was hard to tell.”

“whatever.”

jason grace — sewing your initials on his clothes

“hi love,” jason says, plopping down beside you on the couch. you give him a bright smile as he places a gentle kiss on your head, “almost done?”

nodding proudly, you hold up his pair of jeans to show him your work: your initials sewn onto a corner of his back pocket, “yup, just finished actually! what do you think of the color? i think you bought the thread for me on our second date. but i totally forgot i had it until i went digging in my supply box.”

a grin plasters itself on jason’s face as he nods his head in realization, “i knew the color seemed familiar. i remember wondering why a tiny spool of thread was so expensive. but it’s perfect, i love it,” he kisses your cheek, “all my friends are gonna be so jealous that they don’t have their girlfriends’ initials sewn onto their clothes.”

you laugh as you imagine jason vehemently bragging about his jeans to all his friends, “tell them i’m charging $50 if they want me to do theirs,” you wink.

“we’d make more than the stolls’ and their smuggling business if we did that,” he laughs, admiring your work once more. who knew that having your initials on his pants would have such an affect on him, “also, can you do my sweaters and my other jeans?"

you raise a brow, "i might have to start charging you at this point."

leo valdez — impromptu fashion shows

“wow!” you clap enthusiastically, “your outfit even puts paris fashion week outfits to shame!” yes, because a rainbow checkered crop top with a humongous green tutu and a pink boa paired with insanely skinny stilettos beats any and all high fashion runway outfits, “now, leo valdez, can you give us a few words about your new clothing line? and possibly a bit about what it’s like to be so amazingly talented?” you inquire, raising an invisible microphone to his mouth.

leo oh-so humbly bows and rises with a proud grin, “thank you, thank you, but i honestly must give all credit towards my beautiful muse, y/n, she’s the inspiration behind my new line. and about being so talented, it really is such hard work to be this naturally gifted.”

“ooh, do tell about this ‘y/n.’ i’ve never heard of her but she does sound absolutely gorgeous!” you exclaim, keeping up with the act.

your boyfriend nods firmly, “oh yes, she’s very, very, very beautiful,” adding a playful wink, “but i must say, she has the worst morning breath i’ve ever encountered!”

your smile drops and you squint your eyes, “i’m going to choke you with that stupid ugly boa if you don’t take that back right now.”

“uh ma’am,” leo backs up nervously, clutching his boa, “i’m going to have to call security if you threaten me again.”

"i'm seriously going to kill you."

- but then this handsome motherfucker gentleman comes along and you're on cloud nine

- you told him you have a complicated past and he respected that, waiting until you were ready

- but he's Iron Fist, King of K'un L'un and an Agent of SHIELD so he took notice when you'd disappear from team sessions

- he admits he got curious and followed one day, and there you were: training with Black Widow herself, and doing it flawlessly

- and at the end of it, his suspicions were confirmed once you hugged and said, "thanks, mom"

- "So are you gonna introduce us or does he always do that?" She made DIRECT eye contact with him and it honestly sent a shiver down his spine

- he introduced himself, remaining calm and collected, which impressed her but she also knows that people can hide how they rlly feel

- she GRILLED HIM

- "where'd you grow up?" "K'un L'un" "who are your parents?" "Heather and Wendell Rand" "if you're a billionaire, why do you wear five dollar flip flops?"

- you knew she approved of him, but she liked to keep him on his toes

- "beloved, I love you, but your mother scares me"

- oh how does one BEGIN to explain to their bullet proof boyfriend that their dad is Thor?

- he knew you had to be other worldly, and not just because he thinks you're a Goddess you accidentally struck him with lightning one time

- you wanted to keep it a secret for a bit before the Almighty Thor comes in and demands to know Luke's intentions

- "babe, why is Thor asking me when I'm proposing?"

- being a God came with perks, so Thor knew not long after you guys started dating that something was amiss with his daughter

- (you stopped remembering to being him poptarts and he got upset)

- "how do I know if he is worthy of your hand?"

- you were LIVID

- meanwhile Sam was like "omg he knows my name :0!!"

- you had told Sam long before dating that your dad was extremely overprotective, but Sam being Sam was just excited that his badass girlfriend has a badass dad!!

- and Buckys like "wtf this kid isn't even remotely terrified"

- Sam asks question after question, and it even turns into a third wheel - as in they're bonding and you're just there

- Bucky likes him but still tries to be somewhat intimidating, being the infamous Winter Soldier and all

- "Babe. . .baabe. . .when's your dad gonna be back? I wanna ask him if he likes my new helmet look"

- so like where do I even start

- you and Ava had been dating for a couple of months before she started to realize that she hadn't met your family

- you told her that they were just really intense and you didn't wanna scare her

- also how does one explain to their partner that they technically shouldn't exist because your dad is a robot and your mom is a witch?

Alright here's some thoughts on s2 ep5, spoiler warning

I had to rewatch/skim through it this morning bc the fight scene gave me such secondhand embarrassment that it literally fucked up my processing and the whole time I was like 😀 is this real.

Watching it again was fine but dear god the puppetry.. Anywho, the moments with Lexi and Nadine were my favorite by far, Nadine drawing a relation to assure Lexi she's safe to come to,, "you know how moms are, they do their best to make you happy, right?" And this is what made Lexi come out, she knows some things about neglectful mothers, and losing a parent, I think that in a way she wanted to be there for Nadine, too. They're there for each other despite hardly knowing one another, and yes Lexi seems to still have bully tendencies but I think Nadine will influence her development in being better, and especially her recovery. Nadine lightening the mood, helping her collect the pills and flush them was so tender and a huge step, if I'm being honest I shed a few tears, I love them sm (also Nadine autism real)

Love how hard it is to tell if Scout (or good chucky.. since thats rlly the name theyre settled on) is faking or not. Hes raised some red flags, he still has impeccable aim w/ blades, saying sum creepy shit in a suspiciously childlike manner, (i know this is the same as the last ep but this time it almost feels emphatic) Chucky is known for his manipulation and hiding in plain sight tactics, if it turns out it was all an act, can't say I'd be too surprised, "like I finally figured out what I'm for" was actually quite eery.

...that being said I am NOT immune to chucky manipulation this was fucking CUTE

Cant wait for Father Bryce to die, sister Catherine's the only one with sense clearly, that's all I have to say about that

I'm on Devon and lexis side but on the other hand I don't think Chucky could even pretend to be nice, let alone admit to finding god or something behind a closed door ( I fuckin lost it when he held the Bible up, ain't no way, and where'd he pull that from??) and also be willing to get baptized , personally i don't think hes faking but more like the brainwashing is wearing off.. like a ticking time bomb. I thought Jake baptizing him was strange at first but watching again it feels like he was only trying to help Scout feel better, like with a child, and we all know by now Jake is attached and using him to cope with losing his foster brother, (another scout-might-be-faking-and-manipulating-jake bit, the joker line) it's understandable, but dammit Jake please stop disregarding your boyfriends very real concerns! And Nadine definitely doesn't know what Chuckys capable of, yet, but I feel like she'll find out very soon.

the series feels more shocking than scary, and some of the humor between serious parts just feels too silly for me, I want to take it seriously but I can't

...now. About the end, boy oh boy, this is where I'm sour

Seen and had a couple ideas for who the hell Cornell was and its.. bald.. Russian chucky? Tf is that? I think they were trying to do a twist but it's .. so underwhelming. And as if he hasn't been through enough we come to find Andy's been.. getting tortured, for what we can assume to be a year, hes gotta be so broken, he doesn't know Kyle's alive, either. That is.. it's such a letdown, I'm so tired of seeing Andy be tormented, I'm not watching this to get sad, I prefer the theory that he was maiming those chuckys, at least that way he'd have some kind of payback and not another year worth of trauma. Im assuming Kyle, Glenda and Nica will try to find him and it cant happen soon enough. I actually lost sleep over this.. I'm serious, not in a fear or disturbed way either in a for the love of god just let him be happy for more than five seconds please kinda way :(

Hopefully it gets better, now I just want to see Andy be saved, not very ready to see the state he's in though..

gender: Guy. just some guy. probably cis. this is boring im sorry

ship: ok so akitoya i look at akitoya and i go “i mean it doesnt give me the brainworms but i completely understand”. they are boyfriends and they do make me happy but they dont set my brain on fire like shizuai and ruikasa.

brotp: the dynamic of tsukasa akito and mizuki is hilarious. same with akimafu they are so funny. i also really like platonic akian its special to me they have the same issues and were inspired together do you see the vision

notp: ehhhh ig romantic akian or akikoha isnt really my thing but like its fine i dont hate it

random headcanon: he owns a nintendo 3ds but isnt actually good at playing most of the games on there, just got it to play with toya, nene, and emu (the four of them formed a little gaming squad after the events of cgo). also he gets even more piercings as an adult.

general opinion: my least favorite pjsk character - (i am forcibly removed from the stage). hey, i dont hate this guy. i quite like his character arc (stray bad dog was a particular relatable event) and his voice actor does a phenomenal job portraying him. his event songs also slap ALWAYS. however akito has never been a character that really *clicked* for me. i recognize he is written well (as all pjsk characters are) but if i met him irl i would want to punt him.

ena shinonome

sexuality: girlkisser (asexual lesbian)

gender: woman but after getting to know mizuki she realized that she isnt 100% cis and sometimes uses they/them. demigirl leaning she/her but is still questioning herself

ship: mizuena means so much to me you guys

brotp: platonic enamafu is great and hilarious i love it and i hc all of nightcord to be in a qpr. i also like enas friendship with emu and hona its very cute.

notp: i dont rlly have one tbh except like enatoya ig????

random headcanon: has lots of bandages on her fingers from injuring herself while drawing, often has the urge to dye her hair but is too chicken to actually do it, needs glasses but hasnt said anything about it yet

general opinion: i loveeee ena. third favorite character. shes so insanely relatable and i love her snark. i love her voice and all her event comms are bangers. ena’s feelings and desires and wants are so complex but i do wish they explored he beyond her feelings on her art.

dc pride ratings

Super Pride (Jon Kent): 2/10

it sucked so bad… no idea why it was the first in the book bc it definitely prepares you for disappointment. damian came across as homophobic, jon wore a straight pride flag, and jay barely did anything. the art was lovely but overall it just sucked.

Confessions (Nubia): 8/10

frankly i dont read a lot of nubia stuff so i cant speak to characterization but i really enjoyed this one! gorgeous art and very fun and silly story, i so wish there had been just a bit less action and more of her and and Io. will probably read some of her solo stuff after this because she seems great.

Think of Me (Connor Hawke): 10/10

im not a connor hawke fan or arrow fan in general, but oh my god this comic was so good. actually about the characters relationship to his sexuality! fun action scenes and villain! i really liked the music metaphor i thought it was well done. and damian wasnt homophobic in this one! also loved the art style a lot.

Up At Bat (Alysia Yeoh): 9/10

you love to see her again! hope dc actually commits to using her in more stuff now. the story was fun and i like that theyre setting her up as a vigilante. my only issue is a bit of a nitpick with the art, i just dont really like how the bat moves when she uses it haha. it looked curved and therefore looked like it hit weaker. i really liked the message tho and related to the feeling of just. fighting the same battles forever and never getting anywhere. dont know how much i relate to the “beat up supervillains instead” solution but its comics so. duh.

A World Kept Just For Me (Jackson Hyde): 9/10

i dont read a lot of aquaman, but ive heard that they drew his boyfriend skinner in this comic than he normally is, which, upon googling him. yeah. so point off for that. other than that is has got to be one of my favorites. the art and atmosphere is gorgeous and i love the different color palettes between the underwater scenes and the above water ones. i think the story was very very cute and nice and the ending was sweet.

The Gumshoe In Green (Jo Mullein): 8/10

LOVE the noir detective vibes. possibly the funniest instance of biphobia in the world. unfortunately also the most confusing. were they planning to eat her or fuck her? were they bisexual? not really being clear on that sort of lessened the punch of the story for me but frankly it doesnt really matter when the art and vibes are this good.

Public Display of Electromagnetism (Ray Terrill): 7/10

i have no idea who this guy is so that probably effects my ranking. i was bored! who are these people? for ray fans this was probably a big win but i literally have never even heard of him before reading this. i liked his internalized homophobia. that was different from the rest of the stories in this book where it seemed like everyone already was completely happy and secure in themselves. but unfortunately he got over in like a minute so i didnt really feel like it was anything other than cheap conflict. however maybe if ur a ray fan this is like, really deep for him. idk. the art was fine but i didnt love it either. very good light/magic effects but the ppl looked a bit odd. not to pit gay ppl against each other but they couldve put a midnighter and apollo story here instead.

Bats in the Cradle (Kate Kane): 6/10

literally the opposite of the last one. i love kate i read a ton kate so this… like ive heard it all before. this is nothing new. also i hate her dad so i dont care that hes proud of her. i wish it was more kate and her own self acceptance rather than her fathers but i guess they did that last year. and god last years kate story was so fucking good. art was fine and kate looked rlly good when she finally showed up.

INTERMISSION: Ghostmaker splash page: 10/10

is he kidnapping that guy? ok. sure. so confusing bc it genuinely looks like he just swooped in and stole this dude but thats also hilarious so.

Special Delivery (Tim Drake): 9/10

ok as tumblr user bernarddowd you can all guess by stance on comic character bernard dowd. hes perfect to me. i love that he acts and looks more like his 2004 self. i wish he had scars from his pain cult but when have comics remembered scars. i wish he had been there more! less tim. get ur bf on page. tim was fine tho ig. they can get away w not kissing in this story bc i figure they will in the tim drake pride special.

The Hunt (Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn): 10/10

very sweet and funny story. love their insane sex life. i love love love the romance manga art style and the color palette. surprised that it doesnt seem related at all to poison ivys new series but i guess theyre broken up in that so it makes sense. and i will always love to see jester harley even if shes an evil hallucination or whatever.

Are You Ready For This (Jesse Quick): 7/10

too much happened in too few pages, but that could be seen as a meta commentary on their powers? no i idea what goes on in teen justice so just reading this it seems like raven gets hit on and then gets so embarrassed hes like “i can NEVER join teen justice” but im sure he must be talking about something else. felt less like a pride story and more like pride as a setting which isnt a bad thing but it also felt less like a jesse quick story and more like a story where jesse quick was there, which, again, i think is just cause too much stuff was going on. still had fun w it.

INTERMISSION 2: Galaxy and Dreamer splash page: 10/10

WOOOO cheering forever. literally just read Galaxy last night and i LOVED it. never saw supergirl but Dreamer’s actress’s foreword was very nice so im a fan. they look very cute here together.

Finding Batman: 10/10

save the best for last. very touching and upsetting and real. glad for the more nonfiction stuff in this and im so glad that he was able to tell his story through dc. definitely deserves to be the most talked about part of the anthology and it is (other than homophobic damian).

I got to see pierce the veil AND the used on Wednesday!!!

I waited 15 years to see the used after finding them on my dads work music hard drive from the club (that’s how I found mcr and most other shit I ended up being about when I was like, 8) and the fact that I was in the same room as Bert? Feral. Insane. Bonkers. There really aren’t words. The whole time I was thinking back to those YouTube fanfics of him and Gerard— which is hilarious bc I’m nearly 24 now. I held up a little thing on my phone that said “bert made me gay” and the man took one at it and gave me the stupidest smile and tapped his temple before pointing in my direction and laughing. He all but called me a fag then and there lmaooooo. A lot of the crowd wasn’t there for the used, which is real. Most of them were 16ish. But I was close enough to the stage that me absolutely foaming at the mouth and screaming every single word to their songs was definitely noticeable. Bert stayed very close to our end of the stage for most of the show.

And pierce the veil was surreal. I waited 12 years to see them. I remember sh’ing and crying and listening to them when my parents fought, which is wildly depressing, but that was my sense of control then. I remember staying up waiting for king for a day and a love like war to premiere. I remember drawing fanart of myself and Vic meeting at concerts like warped. I was prevalent enough in the quotev ffc that someone actually wrote a fic about Jaime and I having crushes on each other while both our bands played warped tour and there was this cute little scene where Vic and I were chatting while sitting in lawn chairs outside of our busses while drinking coronas??? He told me that Jaime had a crush on me and then in that same setting later in the fic Jaime and I had a smooch. It’s wild that it’s been so many years and these artists still have this impact on me??? I was literally sobbing during hold on til may and all of my friends were trying so hard to get him to pull me up on stage. He didn’t, but this girl Jessica did get pulled up and she was shaking and crying and he was holding her shoulder very carefully while their foreheads were pressed together and he sang to her. Then he gave her his guitar. It was almost made up feeling the way that they were all in front of me. I swooned over Tony hard.

I did take huge issue with the people that were in the crowd though. Without asking, boyfriends were moving their girlfriends in front of me or big groups of people were trying to elbow threw, as if I didn’t want to be there just as badly as I did. I got to the venue at Fuckin 1:15 and the show wasn’t until 5:30. The Fillmore was dogshit at setting up a line though and hadn’t even put out the gates or anything. So we had been waiting out on the steps just for them to fuck the line up so badly that people who got there at 5 were running and surging to the front.

I remember I had a little thing on my phone that was like “Tony toss me a pick” and my friend even caught him throwing them my direction on camera after I yelled his name just for this tiktoker to grab all of them and shove them in her pocket. It was obvious who they were meant for.

I tried rlly hard to not be annoyed by those things though, because it was such an important show for me.

I’m finally making baby key happy. I’m making my inner child happy. I’m experiencing things I never got to as a kid. I didn’t go to concerts or express myself. Now I’m becoming the person I want to be and doing the things I want to do.

Danielle was walking in and out of the venue and I wanted so badly to say hey to her and ask her about the baby but I didn’t want the crowd to notice her and swarm so I just stayed still. Anthony Tran came and took pictures of the people next to me and it was obvious they didn’t realize who he was either. So I stayed quiet. But inside I was losing my Fuckin mind.

We also accidentally parked right next to ptv’s bus??? It wasn’t like, intentional. We managed to find really good venue side parking and we kind of debated on whose bus that would even be because there were 4 of them but we didn’t linger. After the show I noticed a little crowd and I wanted to hang around but I was also trying to figure out where my friend was, so not 10 feet away from me the crowd of like 6 people walks away and I figure security told em to fuck off. Turns out Vic popped out and hung out with them for a sec. Right beside me. And I didn’t notice. But my hair is the absurdly bright red so I’m sure he saw me. I cannot bELIEVE

Anyway, it took everything in me to not buy tickets to see them in Atlanta on Tuesday just bc I am still not over this show. I am thinking about trying to see them in Texas though if money permits

DIFFERENT NIGHT NEW PEOPLE AND NEW EXPERIENCES

so against all the odds i had my first smoke today (tabacco cuz we're basic) and i didn't cough (i was born for this KIdding ), so yeah all those stories that i read where bitchs were coughing so bad yeah well that didn't happen to mee (don't be proud of this kids) .

this rlly cool guy (he was super sweet) ask me if i want it, i said i have never smoked before (obviously) and he asked me if i want it to try, i said that if he had i was willing to try (note: i was supposed to be with my friends but we kinda got separated on the queue so i was with a bunch of their friends (THAT I DIDN'T KNOW) so i was kinda of scared of trying something so different without them but them i said FUCK THIS, when i'll have another chance?¿)

okay so back at where i was::: a friend of his gave him a cigarette and he was like grEAT, so he told me what to do ,which ain't gonna lie is not hard to understand but kinda difficult to copy for the first time, i got it a few times and he actually cheered on me when i did it right( (he had to explain and show me a couple of times tho))

he was nice then he said he would do one himself (have no idea how to say that in english(so just searched but iam gonna let it in pt juts cuz)) but he "bolou um" and gave me to try again so that was cool.

there were another people tho, this guy (who's also rlly nice) was alredy drunk when i got there but he was a happy drunk so thats great, and he asked my name a few times cuz he just couldn't remember, and also offered me alcohol more times than i can count, but no in a annoying way (again he was cool and rlly nice, he look very kind)

oh about the cigarettes itself:: its rlly fucking weird, the first time i inhale i felt my troat burning (but its mild) and its rlly crazy how i felt like my pressure was lowering and my head felt fuzzy, and i kinda felt more loose (and thats fucking cool cuz i was kinda able to behave like the social being i am supposed to be) but for me at least the effect was gone in a few minutes, the taste is bad tho, and the healthy issues that come along are shitty too, so don't do it if possible

there where these two girls too, who were also pretty cool, one of them talk to me the most (not much just for the record) but she was rlly kind and cute, she even """drag"" me to dance with her, but i lost her a few seconds later but the music was nice so i stayed

what else..... so this hang out was actually for a birthday of a friend of a friend, that i didn't rlly know,,, but kinda know, cuz we used to see each other cuz of our parents, i thought a lot before bring it up, cuz there was family evolved and family is complicated, but i asked him like: "do you remember me?" and he was like "yeah, from xidu's birthday right" and then i said "no, before that" and he was a bit confused but then seemed to recognize me somehow, he said that he basically erased everything from before he got into college (family related) and then i said "don't worry, thats super understandable, sorry for bring it up" "no, its fine" and then i said some information about his family that i know and then his mind was blowing (he was alredy kinda drunk), and then he totally believed me, and we started talking about that for a little bit

rlly important thing i wanna cleared up:: i am rlly socially akward and literally cannot look people in the eyes, and even if i try be the one to start a conversation is just super akward and weird and i can't keep going on for long (which SUCKS REAL BAD, cuz i want to meet new people and talk to them and make new friends.... wtv)

ow one more important point to add: the same guy who taught me to smoke ask me for a kiss later on, and for me thats just really cool cuz no one has ever got to me and asked me that so yeah i like it and it made me feel rlly good about myself, but i said no (he had just kissed my friend before asking me so theres that, but its no like i couldn't becuz my friend actually have a boyfriend and this was just hooking up, but oh well i guess it was still weird) he was super chill about it and said it was okay

(he ask me if i was okay a few times which i totally was, but if i couldn't look at people's eyes before now i couldn't look at his face (which is fucking stupid but oh well ...) )

i had to get out of there rlly early tho, like midnight, cuz i was responsible for picking up my parents after their shows over (so fucking early) , and i was at the table with only my friends gf, so i wasn't able to say goodbye to anyone which sucksssss but oh weell

me and my (a bit drunk) parents we're fucking hungry so we did go to a drivetru eat some hamburgers and fries

and thats how i ended my night, i hope i see those guys again, they're rlly cool and nice and kind and sweet so yeah, its rly difficult to find a group of people where everyone is rlly cool

(i did feel like a rebel teenager so it was nice live this even if it was just for 3 hours max)

summary: you and tom visit a haunted house for your channel’s halloween special

You had started your vlog that morning when you woke up, filming yourself making two cups of hot tea before taking them to bed, where you and Tom slowly sipped on it like you did most mornings before getting up.

Then, you greeted your followers, explaining what the plans for the day were and things you had to get done before leaving the house. After that, Tom left to go to the gym and you took the opportunity to tidy up a little bit since there were clothes and just stuff everywhere. When that was out of the way, you took a long shower, washed your hair, shaved, scrubbed, and moisturized your body, feeling like a new person after.

When Tom got back, you had just made yourself some toast with roasted tomatoes and garlic, something you loved to have as a late breakfast, taking the opportunity to show your followers how to do it since they had been asking for the recipe. After taking a quick shower, Tom joined you by the table and you ate together, something you also loved to do when he stayed at your house.

Once the kitchen was tidied, Tom went to a meeting in the city and you got into full work mode, sitting on your desk and editing videos until he was back and then it was time to get ready. You got out of your bedroom in some black tights, a plaid skirt, a warm sweater, and a long coat, making Tom playfully whistle as soon as he saw you. “Damn, babe! You look good!” Your brunette exclaimed, making heat rush to your face. “Thanks! You’re pretty cute too!” With that, it was your boyfriend’s time to blush, his cheeks turning a bright shade of red.

He really was looking good though, wearing his trusty cuffed jeans, a hoodie, and a denim jacket, which perfectly complemented the look. “Thanks! You’re ready to go?” You nodded and after putting your shoes on, you both got into Tom’s car, choosing a playlist to listen to while you got to the address.

Taking your camera out of your bag, you used the time to let your followers know that you were currently on your way since the last thing you recorded was a clip of you showing your outfit. “Are you nervous?” You asked your boyfriend, turning the camera to him.

As a good driver, he kept his gaze on the road but his expression told you he had heard you. “I wasn’t until you asked me this question! Are you… planning something?” Tom said, taking a quick peek at you before adding “Like murdering me?” His question made you laugh, but you felt like you could keep playing this game. “Nah, your fans and Sony would be at my ass if I did.” You shrugged your shoulders, making him burst out laughing.

After about half an hour on the road, you and Tom finally arrived at the haunted house location. The place was huge, all decorated with pumpkins, skeletons, scarecrows, spiderwebs, fog machines, and many other scary stuff, making you quickly take out your camera and record everything for your vlog. A few minutes later, a lady dressed as Morticia Addams welcomed you and your boyfriend, saying it was a pleasure to have you guys there.

Later you found out that she was actually the one you talked to on the phone to schedule your visit, her name was Alice and she was a very nice older woman. She instructed you through some of the rules, saying that you could stop at any point, in case you felt too scared or even a little overwhelmed, all you had to do was say the safe word, which in that case, was corn.

After that, two very real-looking zombies escorted you and Tom to the inside of the house, where the “real fun was about to start”, as one of them grumbled in your boyfriend’s ear, making him jump. “Already?” You asked, laughing at his face. “Shut up!” Tom flipped you off, your laughter dying when you heard a deep mechanical voice saying you could finally enter the house.

The first thing you saw upon entering was fog, so much that you couldn’t even make out what part of the house you currently were in. You were just about to ask Tom if he could see anything when a guy dressed as Michael Myers jumped in front of you, holding a knife dangerously close to your and Tom’s faces, which caused you to let out a scream in surprise.

“Fuck!” You yelled, holding Tom’s hand as your life depended on it, forgetting that you were supposed to be recording this for your vlog. “You okay?” Tom asked, almost laughing at you. “For fucks sake, where did he come from? I almost peed my pants! Why are you not scared?” You asked, trying to adjust your camera. “Well, I knew something was about to jump out so I just prepared myself.” He shrugged. “But that was so sudden though.” You pouted, making your boyfriend laugh, leaving a quick peck on your lips.

When you recovered from the scare of your life, you followed Tom to what looked like to be the living room, also decorated with everything a haunted house asked for, spider webs, tombstones, jars filled with some gross looking substances, skeletons, mummies, and again, a lot of fog.

“Remember me, why are we doing this again?” Your boyfriend asked, while you passed the living room and went into the kitchen, which looked even more disgusting. “For my followers' pleasure, of course! They seem to love watching us suffer.” You answered, to which Tom responded, “Yeah, I still remember that spicy challenge we made.”

As you pointed your camera to the open refrigerator, you saw some very real-looking limbs stored in plastic bags, some of them covered in blood, even a few fake flies were placed on top of them. “Oh no, that’s disgusting!” You exclaimed, practically gagging, which caused your boyfriend to do the same. It was when you got a little closer to inspect the fridge that one of the supposed fake arms started to shake uncontrollably, making both you and your boyfriend yelp in surprise. “Fucking hell!” Tom let it out, instantly backing off, practically dragging you with him.

“I did not expect that!” You said to your camera, even though it was so dark in there you could barely see if you were actually in focus. “It was quite clever though, I have to say that,” Tom said and you had to agree with him that, even though scary, it was a really good idea.

You kept walking and eventually got out of the kitchen, where a hallway filled with doors on both sides and a terrifying-looking clown at the end of it welcomed you and your boyfriend, who clutched your hand knowing how much you disliked the circus creature. “Oh, fuck me!” You sighed, feeling your heart race. “You wanna stop?” Tom asked, his voice filled with concern. “No, it’s fine! Let’s keep going!” You stated, taking a deep breath before adjusting your vlogging camera. “That’s my tough girl!” Tom smirked, bringing your hand to his lips, depositions a kiss on each of your knuckles. “I don’t think he’s even real.” Your brunette commented, before leading the way, hand still clutched to yours.

Taking a closer look at the doors, you could see they had writings on them, writing made with (fake) blood, mind you. The first one said “NOT THIS ONE”, while the second had “TRY THIS ONE” written in bold letters. The third and fourth had “NOT THIS ONE EITHER” and “OPEN THIS ONE” written consecutively on them.

“What do we do now?” You asked Tom, who shrugged. “I don’t know, maybe they’re trying to trick us like in the movie IT. I think we should go for the first one.” His words made no sense in your head but since the first door was the furthest away from the clown, you agreed with him. “Okay, but you open.” You let it out, making your boyfriend glare at you. “Thanks love!” He gave you a fake smile, making you stick your tongue out.

As soon as Tom opened the door, you knew you had made the wrong choice, screams started to come out of the speakers, while a cloud of fog engulfed you both. You felt Tom hold your hand but you couldn’t see him, what you could see though was the body parts that scattered the room when you suddenly tripped on a dismembered leg, covered in blood.

Suddenly, a guy dressed as Leatherface came running towards you, chainsaw in hand, making you let out a scream, before dragging you and your boyfriend out of there. “What were you saying?” You asked Tom as soon as you closed the door. “Nevermind.” Your brunette let it out, making you laugh at both of your faces.

After much consideration, you concluded that most likely every door had something behind it, so you decided to just skip the others and go to the end of the hallway, but to do that, you’d have to pass the clown, a task you were not very fond of doing. “C’mon, stay behind me, don’t look at him. It’ll be quick!” Tom assured you, to which you nodded, hiding your face on his back, holding his arms with as much force as you had.

Everything seemed to be going well, you passed the second door, then the third and the last one, where the clown was, only a couple of steps away. Tom’s body did a great job of shielding you, but what neither of you expected was for the clown, that by this point you were sure was just a dummy, to fucking move and scare the shit out of you and your boyfriend. The clown’s evil laugh echoed through your head, making you cover your ears with both hands, forgetting about Tom and your vlog.

You were so scared you didn’t even realize you had passed the stupid clown and was now in a room full of mirrors with Tom looking worried at you. “Hey y/n, it’s me! You okay?” He asked, carefully taking your hands from your ears. Tom seemed terrified for you and it broke your heart to see him like that. “I’m sorry, I… I just…” you tried, but couldn’t form a sentence. “It’s okay, you don’t have to apologize. That was terrifying, even for me and I don’t even care about clowns, I can only imagine how it was for you.” Tom murmured, cradling your face in his hands.

“It was horrible!” You groaned, hiding in your boyfriend’s chest. “It’s okay! We can stop and go home, what do you think?” Your brunette asked but all you did was shake your head. “No, we’re almost done, and I have to finish the vlog.” You said, making Tom furrow his brows. “You don’t have to keep doing this if you’re scared, y/n!” He stated but you assured him you were okay and that you could keep going.

Thankfully, after the whole clown fiasco, there wasn’t anything major that scared you for the remainder of the house tour, maybe the crew realized you almost had a heart attack and decided to play it cool, if so, you were very grateful for that. Nothing jumped out at you in the room with the mirrors, the only thing scary about it was that you couldn’t tell if the masked faces were real or not, but thankfully, none of them seemed to be.

After that, you passed another corridor filled with fake animal heads, blood dripping from the walls, making your shoes squeak with each step you took. At the end of it, another actor dressed as a butcher worked on a “freshly killed body”, cutting off its parts, not even sparing you and Tom a look. Right before exiting the house, a loud thud could be heard from inside, making you and your boyfriend turn back to try and find the source of the sound. That ended up not being the smartest idea ��cause a man wearing a creepy mask tried to chase you, making you both run until you finally made it out.

Alice was waiting for you at the end, with two medals which said “I survived!” on them. You and Tom both laughed but accepted the prize nonetheless. “I mean, one more scare, and I wouldn’t have survived but yeah, I’ll take this.” You murmured while putting the medal around your neck, making them laugh.

As expected, both Alice and some of the actors wanted to take some photos with Tom, which of course, your brunette happily agreed to. Once everyone was content, Alice let you know they had a photo booth in case you wanted to take some photos to remember this day forever, as she excitedly exclaimed. You and Tom agreed and a few minutes later you were getting out of the booth with the pictures, some of them funny and some sweet like the one where Tom kissed your cheek while you smiled at the camera.

After saying goodbye and thanking everyone for their time, you and Tom got into the car, making your way back to your apartment. “That was fun!” You exclaimed to your vlogging camera once you were settled inside your boyfriend’s car. “Taking the part that you almost died, yeah, you can say it was fun!” Tom playfully said, making you smack his arm. “Shut up! I could see you were terrified of that clown too.” You pouted and your boyfriend couldn’t help but laugh.

Before getting home, Tom stopped at one of your favorite restaurants to pick something for you to eat since it was starting to get dark and you hadn’t even had lunch yet. Now, with two bags filled with food, you finally made your way to your apartment, where you sprawled everything on your coffee table for you to share while you watched an episode of a tv show you were currently watching together.

You decided to also take the opportunity to end your vlog since you’d most likely forget to do it later like it had already happened so many times before. “We’re home!” You exclaimed to your camera, pointing it at your tired face. “And we just finished eating too much Thai food so now we’re about to pass out at any minute.” With that, your boyfriend laughed, shaking his head. “Anyways, I don’t even know how much footage from the house I got, since I was hiding behind Tom most of the time but whatever, I hope you guys enjoyed seeing us both being terrified for our lives. I’m gonna end this vlog here now, don’t forget to like the video and subscribe to my channel if you haven’t already. I love you guys so much, and I’ll see you soon. Bye! Say bye, Tom.” You said, before flipping the camera to him. “Bye everyone, thanks for watching!” With one last little wave, you stopped recording, leaving editing for the next day, since you were too tired to even look at the footage now.

Later that night, you were cuddled up in your bed with Tom, your head resting on his chest, while he played with your hair, making it hard for you not to fall asleep. Once you checked your phone, you realized it was already past midnight, which only meant one thing. “Hey, it’s past midnight. Happy Halloween!” You whispered, getting his attention. “Yeah? Well, then Happy Halloween, baby!” He exclaimed, pecking your lips. “Hey, one more question.” You said, to which he furrowed his brows. “What?” Tom asked, slightly confused with your sudden excitement, since you were about to fall asleep only seconds ago. Smiling, you asked your boyfriend the silly joke you had come up with earlier, “Trick or kisses?” to which, laughing, Tom quickly answered “Kisses, definitely kisses!” before colliding his lips to yours.

Only slightly related, but I love the little hybrid trait hcs!! Like creeper!Sam with green scale freckles or hissing when he's angry (I also rlly like the centaur designs for him, I'm figuring out how to draw it currently)

Imagine Quackity has smaller duck wings and he sometimes tries to cover you with them but,..They're just so itty bitty,.,.that or he turns into a literal duck like Philza does as a crow -🍉

Yessssssss I love this alot. (P.S. There’s not going to be a lot of content tonight because I’m a bit tired and my brain is fried from homework lol)

Like Sam as a Creeper hybrid? Cute as hell. Green freckles coat his cheeks that you sometimes trace when you’re bored or cuddling and it makes him light up, both literally and figuratively. It’s so cool to watch his little dark green specks turn into lime specks as he blushes at the close attention that you’re giving him.

So unlike a normal creeper, Sam does not get angry very easily. I feel like he would get frustrated and would let out that signature creeper hiss, which would startle anything and anyone around him and would scare them away, causing Sam to be able to calm down and take the proper amount of time to fix the problem… That bein said, when Sam does reach his breaking point, his anger is explosive… Again both literally and figuratively. When he gets extremely angry and cannot find it in himself to calm down, he will run outside to an open area and lets out a very loud yell. This yell causes a literal explosion around him. It would be the same radius as a normal creeper explosion and would cause the same amount of damage to anything near him as a creeper. (He’s never actually caused anyone damage because again he makes sure that he’s far away from everyone). But after words, he feels so much better. His anger is completely gone and he just feels better. He would then quickly patch up any holes he made in the ground and would go back to what he was doing, this time a lot more calm and with a clear head to approach the situation.

Something that could be a little sad depending on your preferences. The two of you could absolutely not get a cat. They terrify him. His human side is fine with them but he cannot help the way that his heart pounds and his palms sweat even being near one. He always finds his feet moving without even thinking about it. He physically cannot force himself to be around a cat. Every time you two are somehow around one, you have to keep him calm and assure him that he’s alright with lots of kisses and hugs. You two do end up adopting a dog together, Fran, and spoiling the absolute crap out of her, but cats are just a big no no.

Small side note, it would be so awesome to go out on late night dates because the mobs do not mess with Sam. Like even though he’s a hybrid, they’re terrified of his power and so they just leave you too alone.

Oh Duck hybrid!Quackity has my whole heart.

Yes he absolutely has little wings that he pins to his back as close as he can get them because he’s a little bit embarrassed about them. *bout to get sad hold on* But also because Schlatt was always a little too rough with his wings and so he keeps them close so no one can touch them. It takes him so long before he relaxes and finally lets you gently stroke his wings… Okay enough sadness. Once he’s comfy with you and you being around his wings, he will literally never not show you them when you two are alone in your own house. Like you two will be cuddling and his wings will flutter and he will 1000% attempt to wrap you up in them, they only get around you half way because of the size of them, but it makes you feel nice regardless. Once he is comfy, he loves feeling your hands softly smoothing his feathers. It reminds him that not everyone is out to hurt him and that there are still people out there that love him and want to take care of him.

Quackity loves water, ya know… Cause he’s a duck. But he loves going swimming with you. He is so happy in the water and will literally swim circles around you while you just stand there and giggle at his happy behavior. He also loves taking baths and showers together. There is nothing sexual about them. He just loves standing under the water and holding you close or holding you close while submerged in the water. Sometimes you’ll wash his hair and his wings for him and it makes him shiver and let out small happy duck noises.

While looking on the internet for duck behavior, it has come to my attention that ducks love napping. (at least the ones on the website I found did). So the two of you nap at least once a day together. Again, Quackity just holds you close and attempts to wrap his wings completely around you.

Alright now for the moment you’ve all been waiting for: tiny duck Quackity. It happens when he gets really hurt or when he gets spooked pretty bad, but he turns into a duck. He immediately comes to you and if you’re not paying attention, he gives you a really aggressive quack. You would instantly drop what you were doing and pick up your boyfriend, who would relax just a little bit in your hands and would nuzzle his head into your hands, letting out a content quack. “What am I going to do with you?” You ask gently, moving to the couch where you sit down and set him on your chest. His head peaks up and his eyes cracks open and he gives a slightly offended quack that causes you to laugh and run a soothing hand down the tiny duck’s back. “Yes, Quackity. You know I was just kidding. I love you so much.” you assure your boyfriend, leaning your head forward and pressing a small kiss to his beak and then the top of his head. Your words and affection cause him to let out a small coo as he settles back into your chest and nuzzles into you closer before closing his eyes and beginning his nap. You let out another small chuckle and continue to pet him knowing that there was no way you were getting up anytime soon.

sure thing anon! your brain is huge. i started a one shot which is now sitting in my drafts bc i literally dont know how to finish it. maybe i'll post it later but for now here you go headcanons woohoo

eren and jeans dynamic makes it look like its impossible for them to share a girlfriend but it actually? works surprisingly well?

arguing is kinda their love language in a very strange weird way. if theyre not fighting somethings wrong but their like constant bickering actually is rlly important to you three's relationship lmfaooo a lot of communicating is just eren and jean fighting and then you pick up on something they say and you three talk it out. plus its gets all their energy out at the end of the day... like when puppies run around in circles bc they didnt go on long enough walks

jean is the planner of the couple, always making sure you guys get tickets to see this that and whatever, always figures out how ur gonna get places and when everyone will be picked up, makes sure everyones schedules are free and that theres no big game release that you'll miss and eren doesnt have work and jean isnt volunteering

in terms of nerdiness jean is a decent middle ground between you (who says "ummm actually..." unironically) and eren (who thought dungeons and dragons was a kinky thing) because he lives with connie so he gets roped into playing stuff like rainbow six seige and watching battlestar galactica into late hours of the night. also he's an only child who was prone to boredom as a kid so he played video games like any other only child. that being said he has a more extroverted personality and aptitude for sports so he just never got as absorbed in it as you did

this kind of makes eren jealous tbh because he thinks jean has more to relate with you then him. but jealousy is like a natural feeling and despite his feigned reluctance jean is happy to share his knowledge with him.

plus eren realizes that what he lacks in video game and movie knowledge he makes up in anime bc jean is clueless on that front. once you went on this huge rant about how sailor moon would decimate goku in a fight and jean just goes "gokus the pirate with the fox spirit, right? hes trying to become number one pro hero right?"

speaking of eren eren and jean are on the same volleyball team (i hc they play volleyball bc theyre tall but i think theyd be cute on any sports team because im weak hearted) and you become their fave cheerleader <3 they look for you in the stands before each game and have their own little ritual for good luck. when he spots you jean jumps really high (despite the team captain, levi screams at him to save it for when the game starts) and makes a heart with his arms and blows you a kiss when he gets in the air and its so embarrassing so eren just dogpiles the embarassment but giving you an over exaggerated wink its the worst theyre gross

jean gets you into connie's discord server after you complain that people are really rude to you in online games and eren is quick to demand an invite too even though he literally plays nothing and has no idea how discord works. he will log in and ping you to show you a meme and even though connie's server is really chill with rules (like 10 ppl max, just some friends hanging out) he has always wanted to say "no memes in general" so he does it every time. you have to show eren how to use private messages once connie jokes abt eren being his discord kitten.

cuddle pile while watching movies... jean is a film buff so you three have movie nights rlly often. its usually you sandwiched in between them with jean behind you and eren in front of you so you can play with his hair. jean's movie taste is actually really broad and you and eren both find a ton of new favorites through him.

they both really like listening to you ramble. you can explain soooo much lore abt your fave series and theyre both really invested. eren is more invested in the characters while jean is more focused on what happens next, but theyre both listening rlly well and making sure you know they care. they kinda care in different ways though? while eren is just passionate and because he's so passionate he must know about all things you like, jean is either interested or just likes hearing your voice. of the two jean is more likely to give you short answers and he'll be more dozed off so he's good to go to when you just want to rant. eren is going to ask you more questions and get wayyy more confused so he's good to go to when you want to explain or flesh out your points.

jean finds eren's jealousy of fictional characters sooooo ridiculous. whenever eren is pouting about some new video game guy youre in love with jean is rolling his eyes because of course its eren jaeger he's just looking for things to get angry at. "what are they gonna do idiot, come out of the tv?" but then one day there's a character that looks a lot like eren and suddenly he understands everything. but he realizes you have a thing for guys with long hair. he'll keep the mullet around for a while

they both really like having you sat in their laps and (unbeknownst to you) in order to avoid conflict they created a system. cozy game? eren. reading? jean. watching anime? eren. watching something live action? jean. playing a game on your phone? eren. watching an analysis video for your favorite franchise? jean. just messing around on your computer? rock paper scissors, best of three. eren likes to hug you tight and rest his head on your shoulder while talking to you. when it gets quiet he'll nuzzle his face in your neck and give you small kisses there. while jean likes to put his hands under your shirt and rest it on your stomach while you two chat. he's puts his head on your head or throws it back depending on your height and kinda just likes letting his hands wander, like rubbing up and down your arms or tickling you lightly.

you: i hate this stupid game

eren: yeah babe that game fucking sucks (has never played it in his life)

jean: then stop playing it?

you and eren, at the same time: what? no.

all in all they are good boyfriends 10/10 would recommend.

Kisses where one person is sitting in the other’s lap

Shinsou

To say that your relationship with Shinsou is new would be an understatement. You’ve been friends for years—ever since the third year of high school when you’d been assigned to him as his support—but you’ve never been particularly close until recently when you’d once again found yourself working on his hero costume and support items.

He’d only asked you out yesterday after nearly two months of tension-filled glances and fleeting touches. Now, the two of you are watching a movie at your mutual friend Kirishima’s apartment, sitting quite awkwardly on a loveseat and pretending like you don’t want to get closer to each other. You haven’t told your friends yet about your new relationship status, but that’s not entirely what’s holding you two back. If anything, it’s run-of-the-mill first date awkwardness (if watching a movie with six of your closest friends around can be considered a date), too afraid to initiate anything.

The movie’s dull; the two of you have pulled out your phones to snark at each other through text, a strategy you’d begun weeks ago after being hushed one too many times by Kaminari because you were talking too loudly. The bright screens probably aren’t all that much better, but you two are in the back anyway; nobody can see it unless they turn away from the TV.

You risk a glance up and end up locking eyes with Shinsou. Your face heats up, heartbeat quickening, as he gives you a charming smile. You watch him glance around the room, unsure at first why he’s doing it until he turns his attention back to you and slowly, silently, moves over across the loveseat into your personal space.

Your legs are touching now, faces so close your nose is nearly brushing his. One of his hands has come to brace against the armrest you’re leaning on, allowing him to stay leaning in.

“Hey,” he says, little more than a whisper and clearly hushed so the others don’t hear.

“Hey yourself,” you respond, earning yourself a low snort.

Instead of vocally responding, he pushes himself back up to a sitting position and then moves his hands to maneuver your legs until you’re no longer curled up against the couch’s backing but sitting like a normal person.

Then he lays down, head resting on your thighs, and turns to face the movie.

You’re grinning uncontrollably. All possible self-conscious thoughts of the others seeing you are dashed from your mind; you like the weight of him in your lap too much.

You spend much of the rest of the movie like that, easily over half an hour. A few minutes in he reaches down to find your hand and bring it to his hair, encouraging you to stroke it. It’s even softer than you’ve imagined in the past, fluffy and thick and genuinely nice to run your hands though. There’s a surge of contentment that rushes through you, and maybe a little bit of pride at the knowledge that you can do this pretty much any time you want now.

By the end of the film, you’re pretty sure Shinsou’s fallen asleep. He gives you the scare of your life, however, when he grabs your arm as you’re trying to pull away. His eyes open, purple irises trained on you.

What happens next you blame on grogginess, him still not quite being awake. He blames it on you; whenever you mention it, he says he saw you and had become consumed with an overwhelming desire to just lean up and kiss you. Whatever the reason, it’s nice for you.

His hand comes up to the back of your neck, tugging you down just as much as he lifts up. It begins soft, kind of sweet, just lips as the two of you melt into each other—but it doesn’t stay that way for long. Within moments the two of you morph the kiss from a quick peck after a movie to a very passionate makeout, and frankly you’d be more concerned if they hadn’t interrupted the two of you.

You pull away when you hear Kaminari’s wolf whistle, left sitting on the loveseat with a burning face and your boyfriend in your lap, still half asleep.

Shigaraki

You’re not jealous.

No, you’ve been dating Tomura for months. You can’t be jealous when he’s, well, yours, and has been for quite some time. You’re his first relationship, his first everything, and it’s frankly foolish of you to feel this insecure just because some floozy is simpering at him from across the enormous room where you and the rest of the League are scattered about. It’s not like she really wants him, or even knows him; he’s just the hew big-shot leader and she’s decided being his lover sounds good. Too bad that role’s already taken.

Still, there’s a sinking feeling in your chest—an ache in your heart, a burning lump in your throat—that says now that Tomura is Grand Commander he’ll drop you for someone better.

You don’t realize you’re glaring daggers at the woman until she catches your eye. She has no business looking that smug; the only reason she’s allowed in the room is to give Tomura reports. You’re the one lounging next to him as she approaches; he has your legs over his lap, his thumb absent-mindedly rubbing circles on your thigh.

And when she bends down to drop the report on his lap (as if your damn legs aren’t there, you want to scoff) she draws the eyes of every League member except the one she wants, because you’re the one who has Tomura’s attention.

He’s wearing Father, but you’ve long passed being afraid when he looks at you from between those lifeless digits and you can see the expression beneath; those lips tugging down slightly in a pout, brow furrowed, eyes far softer than they have any damn business being while hiding behind the severed hand of his old man. He’s concerned, and a little confused.

Tomura plucks the report from your legs and sets it aside, reaching to pull you fully into his lap. To your surprise he takes Father off, too; he buries his face into your neck to prevent the outsider from seeing, lips just brushing your ear so that you can hear him.

“What’s wrong?”

“Hm?”

“You’ve been pouting ever since the secretary came in, brat.”

Like hell you’re saying anything in front of her. You remain stubbornly silent.

He doesn’t like that, you can tell, but while the secretary’s interest is lost on him he knows you well enough to tell that you’re uncomfortable with her. Presumably that’s why he doesn’t press the issue and kisses you instead.

You don’t expect it. Tomura’s not exactly one to shy away from PDA (you’re sitting in his lap in front of the whole League, for fuck’s sake), but intimacy is something he’s never wanted to take beyond closed doors. When he’s in a sour mood you’ll kiss him sometimes, even in public (he’s invigorated by your affection in many way, but never anything you’d call heated.

This kiss, though, is. It’s anything but chaste, perhaps even downright lewd. He’s all but initiating a makeout with you while Miss Secretary is standing right there. Maybe his affection-motivated ways are rubbing off on you, but it helps more than it probably ought to.

You’re dazed by the time he pulls away. The sound of the door slamming closed snaps you from your trance. The secretary, ploy foiled simply by your annoyed expression, had left. It doesn’t matter. None of this was ever really about her in the first place.

“There,” Tomura says, audibly quite pleased with himself. “She’s gone. Now tell me what’s wrong.”

You sigh, leaning in to tuck your own head into his shoulder. Your voice is muffled when you speak, quiet so that only he can hear.

“It’s dumb.”

“It’s bothering you,” he says simply. There’s an underlying statement there: tell me so I can destroy it for you. In many ways, Tomura is a predictable man.

You know he’s not going to drop it, so you accept your fate. “She was making a pass at you.”

He tenses beneath you, holding you closer. You risk lifting your head from where it’s buried to see the way his nose is scrunched up. “She wasn’t.”

“Yeah, she was.”

There’s a pause, like he’s processing everything you’re saying. Then, seemingly finally registering what exactly is bothering you, his hands move to grip your hips and maneuver you to straddle him, sitting fully on his lap facing him. “Fine. Why’re you pissed about it, then?”

You lean in again, arms coming to wrap around his neck as you bury your face into his chest and try to ignore the tears that are coming. You’d never be able to live it down if any of the others saw you crying over the fucking secretary.

But you know more than anyone thanks to many late nights assuring your boyfriend he’s the only one for you that Tomura can empathize with this insecurity. It’s a little strange how the script has flipped.

“She’s a high ranking MLA member, she probably has some crazy strong quirk. I’m quirkless. I dunno. I guess I’m scared you’ll drop me for someone like her. Like I said, it’s dumb.”

He doesn’t speak for a moment. You sit there, listening to his heartbeat and matching your breathing to his. Then he speaks.

“Your emotions aren’t dumb. It’s okay that you’re feeling this way. Thank you for telling me.” He’s parroting you, you realize; this is what you tell him every time he comes to you for comfort when he’s gotten in a mood. You feel a little fuzzy, warmth flooding your chest. “But I think we both know they’re irrational.”

“Tomura… I—”

“I’m not interested in some lame-ass NPC,” he interrupts, no hesitation and entirely sincere. He doesn’t even need to think about it. “You’re my player two, my endgame. The only thing in this world worth protecting. You really think that secretary can hold a candle to you? I didn’t even notice her. Why would I when you’re here?”

You can’t help it, you surge upward and kiss him, just as passionately as he had you mere moments before. His right hand traces up your spine to find the back of your neck and pull you closer, sending a thrill through your body as your own arms tighten around him.

“Oi! Horndogs! Get a damn room, don’t make us see that!”

You break away at Dabi’s words, panting slightly, and if the sincerity of Tomura’s little rant hadn’t convinced you that his words were true, the look of utter adoration he’s regarding you with would have.
