the post-ruin Readerbot AU, where Readerbot wakes up from a nice lil nap to. Well. Ruin. And two new,, friends?
Tumblr media
You were in a charging stasis during the events of Security Breach and were trapped there until the events of Ruin, completely unaware of what's happened. You remember the animatronics beginning to act oddly, and, of course, Moon, and maybe a weird security guard, but waking up to the 'Plex in shambles, the Glamrocks far beyond broken, and not a single human person in sight... That's a bit jarring, to say the least.
The very first thing you are greeted with upon powering on is, of course, a couple thousand error codes and 'emergency repair' alerts that have just been waiting for you to turn on to bombard you with a nice helping of sensory overload <3 The next? A mini musicman running at you full speed, not slowing down or swerving, hitting you directly in the shins and knocking you flat on your ass. Congrats! Your head has been re-broken. Welcome back to the pizza-plex, bitch. :)
You wander around the 'plex, too confused and shocked by the, y'know, everything, to even begin to think about what they should panic over first. You cross paths with Chica, who doesn't even acknowledge you, and Monty, who only growls as you pass by, then... You stop in your tracks. Technically, you've never been in the daycare, it was always off-limits. But a lot of your old protocols have expired... And you've always been curious...
You barely step into the ruined-daycare before nearly being knocked over by a familiar, and equally as unfamiliar, attendant.
Eclipse assumes you are there to help clean up the daycare! And he's so polite, and he reminds you a lot of Sun, with a little of Moon's mischievousness (this, admittedly, is much more harmless than Moon's had been, but the comparison is still there)...
Y- yeah of course you're there to help! Just lead the way!!
Eclipse seems extremely relieved to have someone to talk to- he must not be used to being on his own?- and, really, he ends up not... letting you do much. He doesn't want you to wear yourself out, and that's much to heavy to ask you to carry, and what if something fell or broke and you got damaged?? Management hasn't been answering any messages yet, who knows how long it would be until they could get you fixed properly!! :( (Mostly you just stand there and nod as he talks, or maybe holding something small and unimportant while he does the actual work. It's... endearing, but your inner staffbot is restless and sad at having nothing to do.)
Eventually, you come up with a compromise- you'll be his emotional support assistant while he works on fixing up the daycare, in the mean time, you'll fix the electrical issues and patch him up as you find more and more materials to do so. He seems pleased enough, and, you realize after a while, starts to really like being fixed up.
Then, one day, while scavenging around, you find a busted arcade cabinet. You go to take a look to see if it has anything worth repurposing, and the next thing you know you're waking up on the floor in front of cabinet as it smolders and melts. Well, there wasn't likely to be anything worth taking, anyway.
You realize later that you've picked up a sort of... virus. It's more like you picked up another passenger, a new voice to live inside your own head when before there had been just yours.
He's... strange. It takes him a little while to realize that you can hear him and respond to his voice, but when he does, he seems pleased. He's not exactly a chatterbox in the same way Eclipse is, but he has lots of questions and lots of ideas. The only issue is, well, to be honest, they aren't very good.
It surprises you, the first time he tells you to do something. "Push him over the edge," he demands as you stand behind Eclipse on top of one of the taller structures in the daycare. It wouldn't decommission him, but it would surely break at least one of his limbs. No, no, that was a bad idea, you thought to yourself. "But he's always been more loved than you, hasn't he? Don't you just want to see him suffer even just a fraction as much as you have over these years? Don't you want to break him to a dozen little, helpless pieces?"
Well, no, not really.
"Fine. Have it your way. One of these days, he's going to hurt you, just as he did before. And you're going to WISH you had listened to me."
When you finally got to the point of realizing this other voice WAS an entire other AI currently residing in the slim gaps yours left behind, one of the first things you did was ask him what he was called. It seemed only polite, after all.
"Eclipse."
Huh. That was going to get confusing.

POV you found a notepad and wanted to get the autographs of your favorite characters
Font names and other stuff under the cut
Sun: Font name is “Luna.” You likely got his autograph by approaching him in the daycare. He's skittish and awkward sometimes with fans, so you had to be very chill and calm with your approach. As long as you maintain a normal speaking volume, give him personal space, and talk to him like a normal person, he's cool with giving autographs
Moon: Font name is “Quikhand.” Like Sun, you probably also had to go to the daycare to get his autograph. He can be a bit awkward and distant, but as long as you treat him like a normal person and aren't clingy and don't hover or insist on physical contact, he's cool with giving autographs
Frank: Font name is “CakorAyam.” No one ever knows where to find Frank, or where he is at any given point in time, so let's be real; you didn't find Frank, Frank found you. He's a guy of few words and mostly breathes at you during the whole interaction, but as long as you're kind to him, he'll be kind to you, and he'll even happily give you an autograph
Solar: Font name is “TINET.” You more than likely went to the Superstar Theater and approached him while he was working at the counter. If you treat him like a normal person, he'll give you an autograph, and he might even be content to crack some jokes or make light conversation. If you go at him like a crazy fan though, he'll send you away empty handed and tell you that you're being weird
KC: Font name is “Bree Font.” He worked at a soup kitchen, so you probably went there to see him. If you're weird in your approach, he'll tell you and ask you to stop, but if you're chill and polite, he'll give you his autograph and speak with you during his break. If he's in an especially good mood, he may even send you off with a cinnamon roll or cookie, too
Eclipse: Font name is “PP Handwriting Normal.” No one knows where Eclipse is, most of the time. Only god knows where you manage to stumble across him, but when you show up, he's probably in the middle of plotting and scheming something. He's not happy you're there, but he tries dismissing you. If you're calm and patient, and have the willpower to stand there and take the attitude he'll more than likely give you, he might give you his autograph purely to make you go away faster. If you're rude back to him, he might find some amusement in it and give you an autograph too, but that's a 50/50 shot whether he'll laugh or get annoyed
Solar Flare: Font name is “TrashHand.” You spotted him when he was on his way to the daycare to deliver satellite blueprints to Moon, so you stopped him for a moment. He was in a hurry, as blunt as ever about how important he is that he completes his task before Eclipse realizes what's up, and he finds the concept of autographs a bit strange, but he goes along with it. He doesn't really care how you behave, since he's indifferent to most things
Ruin: Font name is “We Mano Negra bta.” You found the British boy hanging out in the fazcade, tinkering with an arcade machine. As long as you're not a crazy fan about how you approach him, he's quite the social butterfly and would happily give you an autograph, but if you're weird about it, he'd either get visibly uncomfortable and leave as soon as possible, or he'd drop the sweetheart act and tell you, in a very blank, very flat tone of voice, to knock it off
Creator: Font name is “Taken by Vultures demo.” I'll be honest, I have no idea how you'd get his autograph. Firstly, you'd have to break into his lab, and doing so would probably result in death because now you've seen too much. Secondly, he has no hands or opposable thumbs as a giant brain. He'd need to be in the body of one of his little droids to even think about holding a pen and writing anything. On the off chance that you break into his lab and stroke his ego enough, he might consider letting you go, but if you say or do something he doesn't like, he'll put you 6 feet under
Bloodmoon: Font name is “5 years old.” I'm not sure about this one, either. You'd need whoever Bloodmoon was following/taking orders from present, to keep Bloodmoon from launching himself at you with murderous intent. That's assuming the person in question is nice enough to allow that, but... with the track record that Bloodmoon has of people he's decided to follow, the chance of his new master being kind is slim to none. If you don't end up in multiple pieces or smeared on the ground, you'd be very badly hurt. It's in everyone's best interest that you avoid this one at all costs
Monty: Font name is “Mind Antiks.” You likely found Monty in Gator Golf and decided to approach them there. They might be a bit skeptical of your intentions at first and assume you’re there on behalf of The Government, but with patience and gentle perseverance, you could convince them that you’re there of your own will and that you don’t intend to do anything weird or bad with their signature. As usual, treat them like a normal person, and don’t be weird or act like a crazy fan, that’d make them super uncomfortable (gonna stop repeating the “treat them like a normal person and don’t be a crazy fan” rule, because I feel like that should just be a given that no one likes it when you’re weird towards them)
Foxy: Font name is “Note this.” You likely saw him at the store when he was picking up something for FC, or while he was heading to Gator Golf. He’d be caught off guard and a little awkward at first, but probably very flattered that anyone would like him enough/think he was cool enough to want his autograph. Just,, whatever you do, be patient with the man; we all know he struggles with moving his arms
Puppet: Font name is “Domestic Manners.” You stopped by the Faz-Pad for a drink and saw Puppet there, crashing in that little corner that has the pool table. They were in the middle of watching some anime that you’d never even heard of, and although they’re slightly miffed about their show being interrupted, it’s quickly forgiven when you explain why you’ve approached them. Puppet likely didn’t think they had enough of a presence in the shows or that they couldn’t possibly be anyone’s favorite character, so they’re very flattered and more than willing to give you an autograph. If you started asking them questions about anime (whether it’s the one they’re currently watching, a different show, or anime in general), you’d probably be there all day while they happily ramble at you
FC: Font name is “Kindergarden.” FC was under Sun’s care when you found him, likely in the daycare. While it’s a little odd to go up to a kid and ask for an autograph, FC would be very excited, and he’d get the biggest ego boost from it, because this was all the proof he needed to see that he’s cool
Vegeta: Font name is “Elliot six.” Much like Frank, you do not find Vegeta, Vegeta finds you. He might be a little weird about the situation and a bit skeptical at first, but he could be convinced to give you an autograph. You might be suckered into getting him ice cream, helping him find his dog, watching some of his weird, out of pocket dance moves, or something else entirely, and he might find you again in the future, but hey. He’d be happy, and you would have unintentionally made a friend
Stitchwraith/Andrew: Font name is “Bear Butter.” You’d probably die the instant you wandered into his base, uninvited and unannounced. To be honest, I highly doubt anything you could say or do would be enough to get any form of mercy from him, let alone getting a simple autograph. He doesn’t take kindly to people poking their noses into his business, so… yeah. Hope you have a will drafted and a coffin picked out before you even try to approach him
Stitchwraith/Jake: Font name is “Endless Bummer” (in all caps). Everything I typed out for Andrew also applies here, so I don’t really need to add anything else
Lunar: Font name is “Dadhand.” Like with Sun and Moon, you probably found Lunar in the daycare and approached him there. He’s chill with fans coming in to say hi, and he’s happy to give you his autograph, provided you’re not a creepy weirdo
Earth: Font name is “Shadows into Light.” She was also in the daycare (wowie wow wow, look at all the people in the daycare, such a shocker /silly/sar) when you decided to approach her. She likes interacting with fans and it makes her very happy. She’s more than willing to give you an autograph, but you need to be especially mindful of how you act. If she’s even the tiniest bit uncomfortable around you, you’ll be booted out the door by one of her brothers
Jack: Font name is “Coffee House.” Lord knows where you stumble upon Jack, honestly. He’s probably confused about why you want him to write his name on a piece of paper, but he does it anyway, because why not. The only downside is that he might steal or break your pen
Castor: Font name is “Oil bats basic.” Astral bodies don’t typically get asked for autographs, so he’s thrown for a loop when you waltz up to him and ask him about it. While Castor grasps the concept of it, it’s just ACTUALLY doing it that confuses him, since… that’s his name. Why do you need/want it so bad? He is literally just There, he doesn’t see why you’re so invested in getting him to write his name. He’ll do it, but not before expressing how bizarre this is to him
Pollux: Font name is “A hundred miles.” Pollux doesn’t quite understand why you’d want her autograph either. Her thought process is very similar to Castor’s, but she’ll still do it. If you tell her that you want her autograph because you think she’s super cool, you might even manage to score some brownie points
Gemini: Font name is “Hathem Bosteem Free.” They’ll do it. They’re just Castor and Pollux merged together as one person, so just imagine everything I typed out for both of them, inserted here
Nebula: Font name is “Antro Vectra.” Again, this is another one where only god knows where you’d find her. Nebula doesn’t quite fully understand the concept of autographs, but I get the feeling she’d be flattered if you explained it to her and said that you wanted hers because you thought she was cool. She’d be flattered and still slightly confused, but either way, she could be convinced to do it
Taurus: Font name is “Across the road.” You…. Are not finding him on your own. Plain and simple. You’d have to get his autograph through Nebula, assuming he was feeling gracious enough to give you his autograph at all

ok u git me hooked. pls tell me more abt the eclipse au
Alrighty! I hope you like reading cuz I’m starting from the beginning (sort of)
It centers around our three main iterators. Annular Suns ( seven red suns) and Lunar Moon (looks to the Moon) rapid increasing hatred for each other and Pebbs being right in the middle of it. Both Suns and Moon were worshipped iterators and that kinda boosted their egos quite a bit.
The both of them didn’t used to be like that, especially Moon. Not saying she was any better to the others but she was definitely much nice before Sliver’s death, which will be explained.
Tumblr media
Moon admires Sliver in many ways. Seeing her as all knowing and perfect in her own way. Following in Sliver's footsteps and Sliver taking a notice to that very quickly, taking her in as her apprentice.
Moon always told Sliver how she felt about certain things she felt off about (this sort of leading to her horrible coping mechanism cuz she didn't want to express herself to anyone else) kind like therapy in a sense. Of course Sliver listened and helped her deal with said feelings, which made them quite close. This was the time Moon laughed the most and wasn't as cold as she is now.
I'd like to think Sliver helped Moon improve on her rather harsher behavior and become the much nicer Moon then she is now. With Sliver now out of the picture, she just kinda lost all her progress focusing on trying not to lose Pebbs as well (we can see how that went). Evolving backwards to say the least.
Tumblr media
Suns and Moons hatred come opposite view points, their citizens having history of beef, and the trust of Pebbles. You could say that pebbles now being added to the situation made things much more tense due to Moon getting more overprotective in the hopes of not losing anyone else she cares about.
Pebbs ego is brought down so low because of these two's high expectations for him. Pebbs looks up to both Suns and Moon, but can't really get close with them cuz they treat him so poorly. Suns is a bit cold to Pebbs but try’s to not show it so much in the hopes pebbles trust them more than Moon.
With Pebbles being stuck in the middle because of them both he goes to a better, friendlier option, Sig.
Tumblr media
Despite Sig being the overly jokester guy, Pebbles would rather deal with that instead of the bickering of Suns and Moon. This ends up in Sig and Pebbs being close and pebbles being able to express his emotions to someone and not bottling up.
With that being said, you can say Sig is the voice of matter where he tries to keep the group together (which led to his scug obsession but we’ll talk about that later :3)
There is more that needs to be added, but I have decided to do something special with this AU’s continuation. So consider this it for now. More shall come soon.

So... DID and the Daycare Attendant.
Tumblr media
I don't think I need to do an introduction to everyone's favorite Daycare Attendant, so I'm going to start this off with a description of DID and what it's like to live with it, because I in fact have it!
DID is a weird case. It's both easy and hard to live with. My alters have saved my life in some cases, and they've made me have some strained relationships as well. One moment I'm here, then one positive/negative trigger later and I'm gone and someone else is piloting this fleshy mech. I have around 20 alters, some with names, some unnamed, some fictives, some ordinary people. But funnily enough, I have two fictives that take after Sun and Moon (named Sunnydrop and Moon respectively). They're both friendly, at least Moon is nowadays, but they've been around for a long time.
A positive or negative trigger is whenever something happens that brings an alter to front. Music, games, voices, people, etc can all be triggers for an alter to front, as well as trauma or distress which are typically referred to as negative triggers. We'll get back to that later when we talk about the lights off and Sun and Moon's positive triggers.
So! How about we get into why Sun and Moon (and Eclipse) are positive DID representation!
Here's why the Daycare Attendant is a great representation of DID!
First off, I want to regard the whole "Moon is an evil alter" thing. While yes, we are led to believe that he is indeed evil, there are a few interesting things about him that still make him excellent as representation. Remember how I said my alter Moon is friendly nowadays? Yeah, well not all alters are friendly off the bat and they can be quite aggressive based on whichever trauma they are defending you from. My alter Moon defends me from my abandonment trauma and trusts no one, and therefore can get really aggressive and even violent towards people. Not all alters are going to be friendly, and while I'm not saying they'll just be murderous killers looking for the thrill of a hunt, they can be mean. Really mean.
Now I wanna get into the smaller bits. When someone with DID is going through a switch, it's not as easy as "oh well he's gone now say hi to this other guy." It can be that easy on occasion, but most of the time it is a slow and painful process. Migraines, fighting for control for minutes on end... just like how Sun and Moon react. Moon mentions his gears are grinding in his head when trying to hold off Sun, not only having a fight for control, but a migraine as well. We can also see Sun struggle with the same pain in the base game when you turn the lights off.
You can also tell the two know each other pretty well. Sun never refers to Moon by name, but it's very clear he sees him as a threat and has seen the stuff Moon has done while fronting. This is called co-fronting. When someone is still conscious and watching whatever the alter is doing while they're fronting, that's when they are co-fronting. And in Ruin, you can see they are co-fronting the entire segment. Moon also refers to Sun by name plenty, meaning they are both aware of each other and really aren't fond of not being in control of the body.
Their pronoun usage of we and us is also incredibly accurate!! When I'm dissociating, I will refer to myself as we and us due to not being the only one fronting and sometimes being unsure of who's actually in control in the moment. Sun seems to do that plenty whenever he's distressed, alluding to Moon being present or trying to front in the moment. And once Moon's positive trigger is used, aka the lights being off, he can finally assume control. It does seem like Moon has stress as another positive trigger due to Sun's usage of plural pronouns but that's more of a theory than anything concrete, so I'll move on.
Here's my favorite part... Man, Sun and Moon are very similar. Scarily so. When someone has alternate personalities, they will all share some minor similarities. Queen and I share the same germophobia, Sunnydrop and I are both artists, Moon and I both have social anxiety. Etc etc. In the case of Sun and Moon, they both are very energetic and can't stand still. They bounce side to side or move in very eccentric ways. They both have an innate need to clean up, showing a sign of hating things being messy. They both tend to laugh a lot, have similar vocal inflictions, and even growl their words (listen to Sun in Help Wanted 2, he growls so much.) They both respect not going behind the desk, and supposedly want the kids to be safe and well assuming Moon is indeed hacked and not evil from the start. They both rock the jester aesthetic too which, sure they're dressed like them but, they sure do act like clowns. In the end, the two are strangely similar outside of one of them being obsessed with killing you.
Finally... let's talk about Eclipse. Eclipse is a third alter and very similar to a fusion between the two jesters. Calm and collected, while also remaining protective and very clean-centric, Eclipse is... very clearly the "host" alter of the three. An alter that is a mixture of the others? Yeah, very clearly, he is the host, so the main personality that primarily controls the body. Meaning Sun and Moon are both alters, making Sun a positive friendly alter! Don't see those in media very often, huh? Also, the fact there's three of them makes me incredibly happy, I always see DID represented by just one alter present. But there's three! Not a realistic number by any means, but it's better than one.
So... yeah!!! That's my basic run-through of how the Daycare Attendant is a positive representation of DID! If I missed anything or if you guys have questions, please shoot me a message or comment and I'd love to answer questions! Thanks for reading if you did! We appreciate it!

Hello lovely! Adoring your blog!
Can I request something for your drabble post?
Was thinking (in keeping with current events lol)
Crosshair and Omega and 'Eclipse, Goggles'.
Maybe some fluffy angst about trauma bonding by watching an eclipse through Tech's spare goggles? 😭😅
Thank you! X
thank you so much for the prompt! This ended up being quite a bit longer than a drabble - nearly 1K. Enjoy!
under sun and shade
Omega and Crosshair share memories of Tech on a sunny day.
-
He finds her under the shade of a vast spreading tree, sunlight streaming through gaps in the leaves and catching in her golden hair.  Batcher frisks beside him, then lets out a happy bark, charging to Omega’s side and rolling on the ground beside her.  Omega pats her absently, then squints up at him.
”Hi, Crosshair.”
”You weren’t at lunch.  I told Hunter I’d check on you.”
She gives him a wan smile.  “You both worry too much.”
He raises his eyebrows.  This from the kid who’d been kidnapped by bounty hunters and the Empire, who still had the Empire after her.  “I’m not sure we worry enough.”
She chuckles a little, but it’s nothing like the laugh he’s gotten used to.  Crosshair frowns, leaning against the trunk of the tree.  His shadow blocks the dappled sunlight playing over her hair and face.  A guilty look crosses her face, and then he realizes what she’s holding.
Tech’s broken goggles.
He goes cold, despite the sunny day.
“I just…” She hangs her head.  “I miss him, Crosshair.  I thought maybe I’d go and think about him for a while.”
Crosshair swallows.  He’s not sure what to do here.  She left them to go off by herself.  Is he supposed to let her be?  “I can… leave you alone.”
Her face twists to one side.  She’s crying silently, trying not to show it.  For a moment he almost does leave — he’d want to be alone, if it were him (wouldn’t he?).  But that doesn’t feel right.  He sinks down to the ground beside her and reaches out, stiffly patting her on the back.
She curls up under his arm so quickly he’s taken by surprise.  He shifts his arm, brings her a little closer.  It’s strange, feeling like a shelter, like he’s… safe, for  her.  The chill in his chest fades.
”Don’t you miss him, too?” she whispers.
”Yes,” says Crosshair.  “Of course.”  A muscle works in his throat.  He closes his eyes, blinking back a sudden sting.  “Did he like it here?”
Omega laughs, though she still sounds teary.  “I think so.  I was remembering how he recorded all the birds.  Not just their calls, but everything to do with them — how their wings sounded when they flew, the sounds of the bugs they liked to eat, the noises their babies made.  He used to sit right here recording sometimes.  Then he’d play them back for me, telling me all their names.”  She lets out a long breath.  “I think talking about him helps.”
Scenes flash before him.  Tech in their quarters back on Kamino, acting out every new plan that came into his brilliant mind. The confident little smile he’d get, pulling off something insanely clever.  His voice rising with excitement when figuring out the twists and turns of a new language.  Understanding you does not mean that I agree with you.
Crosshair opens his eyes, looking out at the distant sea, the sunlight shimmering on the waves.  “Did he ever tell you about the eclipse on Ryloth?”
”No,” she says, scooting closer to him.  He squeezes her shoulder.
“I was on watch.  Hunter and Wrecker were laying low, resting up for a night mission.  Tech was supposed to be, but he joined me.  He wouldn’t stop talking about an eclipse by the largest moon.”
“An eclipse? During your mission?”
“It was very rare.  He knew exactly how rare, of course.”  Crosshair smiles slightly at the memory, though he’d been irritated by Tech’s chatter about the stages of the eclipse and Ryloth’s five moons and the fact that only the largest moon could initiate a total eclipse.
“Of course.”  Omega looks up at him, curious, her eyes dry.  “What was it like?”
“Strange,” Crosshair admits.  “The light went wrong.  We’d been on Ryloth for two weeks.  I thought I knew the place.  Until totality approached, and everything fell dark.  And quiet.”
His arms prickle with goosebumps.  It’s still such a powerful memory, the shift in the light’s register, the deep unreal shadows descending upon the world before them, the noises he’d gotten used to in the distance faltering into silence.  And then Tech beside him, voice hushed: “Totality.  It will last for six point two minutes, and this planet will not see such a spectacle again for thirty years.  We will have no other chance to see this event on this world in our lifetimes -- now, Crosshair!  Look!”
Crosshair shivers.  “We’d seen a lot of the galaxy by then.  But that stays with me.  It was… beautiful.  And Tech wanted me to see it with him.”
He tries to describe it to Omega, though his halting words are nothing like as clear as the memory he still carries.  The image flares in his mind once more, the sun a black upon black disk, a white halo of hazy corona swirling and shifting around its borders, its light not moonlight or sunlight but something else entirely.  He’d drunk it in, goosebumps rippling on his arms.  And then he turned to Tech, whose brown eyes were wide and unblinking behind his goggles, his face shining, transported.  “It is…” Tech paused, then shook his head, gazing up at the corona.  “It is beyond my ability to describe.”
Crosshair had just nodded.  “I think I know what you mean.”
They didn’t get to talk much about it after; the mission had taken precedence, and then there was the next mission, and the mission after that.  But every time it came to mind, his arms prickled, and he remembered Tech, his face glowing.
Omega shifts beside him, and he’s back on Pabu, on a bright sunny day beneath the shade of a drowsing tree.  She pulls away from his embrace, looking down at the goggles in her hands.
“I like that story, Crosshair.”
He takes a deep breath.  Perhaps talking does help.
“I do, too.”

I agree that Sun has every right to talk to OM, he has a looooooot fix in your life and one of them is to conclude your fault and say goodbye brother.
What I love about the episode is how it starts OM starts with his stubbornness and does what he wants while NM chases him to talk. He starts by lying that he doesn't know anything but then mentions recent events.
And at one point you feel the resentment, "resentful of the dog got water", love that metaphor and continue half insulting the NM.
It is unfortunate what happened to OM but personally I do not forgive him for everything because there would be things that could have been avoided but he chose to do it.
But what makes me a little happy is that you feel regret, longing and Blame. I regret everything that Eclipse caused and other things, (and I think it shows a certain level of jealousy of NM Viviera and the positive impact it gave and OM did not give it at all) and obviously the damage that Sun and more.
The longing to not have hate or anger, to have a life with your family and to love the siblings Earth and Lunar even solar, the desire to meet them and really know Lunar, that he really considers Monty his best friend. And he tells him to value what he has and protect it (there is a reason he emphasizes that he continues Being the same, because it is his best version and he could see the life that I can see had).
And the blame goes hand in hand with the resentment, of all the bad decisions and the damage caused to Sun, and cowardice is no excuse to deny talking to his brother. At least he gave good advice to NM And that he recognizes that NM is not inferior, he only holds back out of fear, which is understood when compared to his old self and how he was better in every way except behavior).
I'm glad because certain things don't totally come from OM, but yes, (AGAIN, it doesn't mean that I completely forgive him, but they are details that I liked), with his hypocritical, idiotic attitude and sarcasm, But at the same time those feelings he has and he also owes a couple of words to Sun for what happened, and we hope to have it in the future.
LONG ASK YEY!! yea theres a lot to unpack with both Moons facing each other.. specially all the guilt one has that overpower the other is clear he does feel bad! I felt it too but also, he is still a coward and still looks after himself rather than the others, but that was and will always be a trail of OM we cant just get rid of in a way yes, people loved how much of an asshole he was! hell I did too a bit, I love an asshole that cares too but there were limits he passed many many times that we just cant ignore Is clear he in some way HAS to feel anger his "other life" has everying HE wanted, yet.. he had the chance, and well he mess up, big time, and is good he lets us know he knows he cant change it-he did live his life, and if he goes back to undo his own path then he's not growing up, he's lying to himself and others! I do hope Sun gets to face him too , mostly because , no matter the "I can apologise enough" he should TRY IT. he should SAY IT : "Im sorry I locked you up in the bunker I also hit you in- Im sorry I never let you be part of any plan, and Im sorry I choose to let you aside rather than take your side and actually listen to you" one can only hope Sun gets to hear these words if only for a mere second, not a note, not a recording, not by someone else, by his own brother's voice. also yes, you are right! At least he gave good advice to NM I just hopes he let him talk more but eehh thanks you so so much for your ask! feel welcome to leave me more if you wish!

✿ summary: CHARACTER ANALYSIS || Megumi Fushiguro is a teenager burdened with the stressors of the Jujutsu world. Quick to adapt a suicidal mentality, Fushiguro plans to seal his own fate. One day, something makes him rethink this ideology. Can an external light help reveal the light that shines from within? Inspired by Megumi's theme song appointed by Gege: Island in the Sun by Weezer! ☆
✿ w/c: ~3.6k
✿ warning: JJK S2 Shibuya Incident Spoilers! Graphic depictions of blood + scars, lots of mentions/discussions abt su!c!de
✿ a/n: in honor of the solar eclipse, i wanted to do a little sun/moon trope, ehehe~
i feel like megumi's character often gets overshadowed by gojo, itadori, or even geto by comparison. he deserved his own little spotlight and this weezer song has been on loop for me lately so i felt inspired to write this little bit. a little longer than what i usually write lol. hope u enjoy ♥︎

I’ve always loathed summertime.
From as early as I could remember.
I was four years old that wretched summer. The quaint apartment where Tsumiki and I stayed was uncomfortably hot. The air was thick and humid; it felt like an oven. The relentless heat oppressed us, making every breath a strained struggle. Our feeble fan, barely functional, merely stirred the stifling air around. Yet, Tsumiki claimed it as her own, propping herself up on our shared twin-sized mattress. She’d sit in front of the fan like a princess, desperately grasping for the slight relief it offered. She claimed she needed it more than I did… something about her being older than me or whatever… I don’t know. I sat to the side as I watched her, renounced to the floor.  Even though beads of sweat rolled down both our faces, I complied, my parched lips unable to voice my protest. I finished the last of the cold water, my last drop of hope from the insufferable heat.
I hated it.
Ever since that day that man-child, Gojo, introduced me to the concept of tanning.
“What are you doing?” I asked as I spotted Gojo sprawled out on a beach chair in the backyard. “It’s hot, don’t you want to go inside?”
“Nah,” he’d reply nonchalantly, rolling over to expose his backside to the sun. “I’d tan.”
“What?”
The white-haired man chuckled. “I’m *tanning*. Y’know, sunbathing? That thing that gives your skin that golden complexion so you don’t look as white as snow.” Gojo’s skin practically glimmered under the scorching sun. It was as if he was born to be in the limelight. Which, let’s be honest, he probably was.
“Oh,” I muttered, uninterested. At the young age of seven years old, I couldn’t care less about my appearance. Why start worrying now?
“Why don’t you come to join me, ‘Gumi~?” he’d tease, knowing full well I had no interest. I couldn’t tan if I tried. I always burned. What’s it like to bask in the spotlight, I wondered.
“I’m good,” I’d grumble, heading back inside. Cool, shaded, and away from the glaring sun. Always on the sidelines, that’s where I belonged, right?
“Live a little, touch some grass for once,” Gojo would encourage me. It’s like he didn’t understand. Of course, he didn’t. How could he? He was crafted from stardust and moonbeams; the golden child. Handcrafted by some divine entity, if such a thing existed. Hell– he might just be God incarnate. Or at least he thinks so.
It’s moments like these, that I ponder how Suguru Geto must’ve felt.
Oh, to be taken under the wing of an underdog.
But no.
Summer was the bane of my existence.
I was always the last pick in kickball or any kind of sport. My athletic abilities were mediocre at best. Rumor had it that my biological father possessed some sort of absurd physical strength. Why couldn’t I be gifted like that?
In airing my frustrations about my athletic abilities, I was always met with the same comment from Gojo. “Well ‘Gumi, sometimes other people’s curses are others' blessings,” he would say as he ruffled my hair. I couldn’t shake the feeling he was talking about becoming my guardian, even though he never said it explicitly. On the other hand, what was made crystal clear was Gojo’s disdain for my father, for reasons unknown to me. He always neglected to tell me any details about him, leaving me to wonder if his feelings towards my father stemmed from having to care for us at such a young age.
Summertime reminds me of my father. How he abandoned us. How he left us all alone in that sweltering apartment. How he entrusted me to the care at the hands of some kid. Everyone always reassured me that being sent to the Zenin clan was worse, but how could it be worse than this? Maybe they would’ve made me strong.
After that summer, Gojo made sure to devote extra time to my sorcerer training. It marked the beginning of a turning point in my youth as I delved deeper into the realm of Jujutsu.
Ten shadows dance in the twilight, silent guardians of unseen realms. Shikigami; conjured spirits from nine letters, veiled in mystery’s shroud. Eight Handled Sword General, the beast I yearned to summon— a lasting legacy, a testament to Fushiguro, the name that ate me alive. It became my identity sevenfold yet, I could only claim a sixth of what truly belonged to me. What even was mine? I train rigorously,  five days a week, no rest between, remembering who I fight for… “Deep breath,” Gojo’s advice echoes in my head. “Start on the count of three, take the plunge, and never second guess yourself…”
But the countdown halts before it reaches one. The crescendo never arrives.
“WITH THIS DIVINE TREASURE I SUMMON–”
One. Not even one single victory for me.
I trained under the strongest sorcerer alive, yet I couldn’t even manage to go on one successful mission without being a complete failure.
What was the point anymore? Did anything even matter?
No sorcerer in history had ever tamed the general. How the hell was I supposed to be the one to tame Mahoraga? There's no way. It seemed impossible. I’d meet my end swiftly, a pathetic demise. Certainly, this technique would be a last resort, a futile attempt to take my assailant while sealing my own fate in the process. Would there be significance in dying like that? Was it all meaningless? Careless? Reckless?
That’s when it occurred to me.
Maybe my death could be a statement— a testimony to my life; a reclamation of my identity. I would die a hero. I would dedicate my life to it, proving to everyone that I am capable of committing and sacrificing for a noble cause; that I'm not just a burden or a failure. I never shared my plan with anyone; it remained tucked away in the recesses of my mind, a sacred treasure awaiting its moment. Swing and ring, the final act of defiance…
The concept of death had once inspired me like a dog inspires a rabbit. But that resolve was fleeting.
I remember it vividly– the summer when I was 12 years old. I happened to stumble across the song “Island in the Sun”. It played on the radio during a muggy afternoon as Gojo, Tsumiki, and I drove to a beach in Okinawa. Tsumiki seemed overjoyed to get out, while I couldn’t care less. As a child, times like this would excite me, even despite my hatred of summer, however, as I got older, my enthusiasm faded. As the song played on the radio, Gojo hummed along much to my annoyance. Tapping his index finger on the dashboard to the beat of the song, he began to mumble the lyrics.
"When you're on a holiday
You can't find the words to say
All the things that come to you
And I wanna feel it too"
‘Feel what?’ I wondered. By then, everything already felt so numb. That was the summer I stopped caring. I couldn't care if I even tried. In my mind, my fate was predetermined. As a sorcerer, I would sacrifice myself for a noble cause, whatever it may be. Death no longer felt like something I had to run from, like a looming cloud of uncertainty. Instead, it felt like something I started to embrace, a one-way shot to confirming my own end. I thought about it frequently. Surely, that held some significance, right?
At first, the song annoyed me. It would always loop in my mind, and I could never decipher this feeling the singer sought to convey. The thought of a blissful paradise as an escapade sounded like an unobtainable fantasy. Still, the yearning to experience said sensations, or feel anything for that matter, lingered inside of me. No matter how many beaches I visited, that elusive ‘feeling’ never found its way to me; it always seemed out of reach. Driven by relentless curiosity, I found myself repeatedly listening to the song, hoping to remedy my situation. I hate to admit it, but I developed a bit of a fondness for the song.
Yet, as the years slipped away, that summer afternoon faded into memory.. Three years later, the echoes of "Island in the Sun" lingered faintly, but they were soon drowned out by the clamor of new challenges and experiences. The biggest challenge of my life to date was in Shibuya.
Several hours before I set foot in the city, I found myself waiting outside a conference hall alongside my classmates, Itadori and Kugisaki. Annoyance gnawed at me as it became apparent that neither Kugisaki nor Itadori took the warnings from our elders seriously. This was a crucial mission, one fraught with peril, yet they treated it with casual indifference, passing the time with a game of tic-tac-toe while we waited.
Eventually, the pair grew tired of their countless games and resorted to casual conversation until the meeting was dismissed. I must’ve been preoccupied, thinking about the mission or something, as I shuddered when Itadori placed a hand on my shoulder.
“Hey,” he says suddenly, his voice breaking through my thoughts. “Everything will be alright. Let’s just do our best out there, ‘kay?”
Perhaps I was showing more emotion than I realized, but Itadori seemed to see right through me. He always knew what to say. However, couldn't allow myself to show well he was able to console me. Maintaining a tough exterior felt crucial. I’ve been let down too many times from a young age. There was no room for outsiders in my mind, just me and Tsumiki till the end. She was the only one I could truly trust.
“‘Course,” I replied, mustering a semblance of confidence. “I’m not going out there to half-ass things. Besides, Gojo will be there so everything’s fine. We’re just backup.”
“Right,” Itadori responded with a nod. He gave my back a firm pat before flashing his signature grin. Seeing him smile reassured me that maybe, just maybe, everything would turn out alright.
.   .    .
Everything did not turn out alright. Gojo was promptly sealed, and we, the backup, were thrust into the forefront of battle. After emerging victorious in an initial battle with Itadori, the chaos only escalated as the night wore on.
Itadori and I split up to better help our comrades. In my attempts to save them, I found myself in need of rescue, saved by a stranger who effortlessly overpowered me. I felt utterly pathetic, convinced my end was near.
As the night proceeded, the events that unraveled became more chaotic by the minute. I had tried to save my peers and ended up getting rescued by a stranger. The very same man proceeded to wipe the floor with me without breaking a sweat. I felt pathetic. I thought I was finished.  Suddenly, he asked, “Hey you, what’s your name?”
“Fushiguro.”
“You mean your last name is not Zen’in?”
He held up his weapon, swiftly impaling himself in the head before me.
“That makes me glad,” were his final words before he collapsed at my feet.
I owed my life to someone’s suicide. Over something as insignificant as my name? As if that name hadn’t already burdened me enough. Although I survived, that encounter only deepened my despair. I couldn’t shake the feeling that my fate mirrored his– if I wasn’t killed tonight, I was destined for a similar end.
After witnessing one tragedy after another, I felt utterly drained. And now, just when I’m at my breaking point, some fool with a ponytail decides to pick a fight. My mind is still reeling from the encounter with the man who took his own life. I have no fight left in me; he caught me when I was at my weakest.
Unless…
I’ve attempted this countless times before, but there was always someone to intervene to save me. But not tonight. Tonight, it’s just me.
I have to play my trump card. This is the night I finally sealed my fate. I couldn’t care less about my opponent’s strengths or weaknesses. This is my moment. My last resort.
My moment had arrived.
"On an island in the sun
We'll be playing and having fun
And it makes me feel so fine
I can't control my brain"
It was absurd. Why now? Why did this stupid song have to worm its way into my head?
"With this divine treasure, I summon, Eight-Handled Sword, Divergent Sila, Divine General Mahoraga!"
I had finally done it.
‘I'm sorry, Itadori,’ was the last thought that crossed my mind. The melody of that cursed song faded into a distant echo just before I lost consciousness.
.   .   .
Did I black out, or had the world become brighter than ever? Sunlight blurred my vision, and I could hear the distant waves crash onto the shore. Birds chirped in a serene chorus and a gentle breeze carried warmth through the air. I woke up in paradise.
Warm honey-colored eyes met mine. I squint as I cover my eyes from the distant sun rays to get a better look. “Fushiguro! Are you alright?” With his pink hair slicked back, a goofy grin spread across his face, and a warm tan gracing his skin, Itadori extended his hand out to me. “You took a pretty hard fall there,” he said, barely containing his laughter.
I looked to my left to find Kugisaki, a guilty expression written all over her face. “My god,” she exclaimed, a hint of annoyance in her voice. “Don’t scare me like that, I thought I killed you!”
Itadori let out a hearty chuckle. “Kugisaki went a bit overboard with the spike and nailed you,” he explained, amusement evident in his voice. “No pun intended.”
Disoriented and confused, I scanned my surroundings. Didn’t I just die?. “Where are we?” I blurt out. Could this be the afterlife? Did Itadori and Kugisaki die in Shibuya too? No, this scene was too familiar, too tangible to be heaven. It was almost like a distant memory.
“The beach, dude,” Itadori replied, shaking his head as he helped me up with a strong hand. “Dammit, Kugisaki, you gave Fushiguro brain damage!”
“I did not!” Kugisaki protested. “He’s just disoriented. Give him a minute!”
Warm sand cushioned my feet, a limitless ocean stretched out underneath a cerulean sky. I look up and see a tall net, wavering in the salty air with each pull of the tide. I was standing on a beach volleyball court, wearing swim trunks and all. I was in the midst of a tropical getaway.
“When you're on a golden sea
You don't need no memory
Just a place to call your own
As we drift into the zone”
The lyrics of the song resurfaced, echoing in the back of my mind.
I’m taken out of my daydream by two large hands cupping my face. “Dude,” Itadori’s voice broke through, bringing me back to reality. Was this reality? “Oh man, Kugisaki, he’s totally out of it!”
For a moment, I melt into Itadori’s palms, a sense of calm washing over me. Maybe I did take a hard fall. Snapping back to my senses, I slap away Itadori’s hands from my face. “You idiot, I’m fine,” I grumble.
Itadori’s expression turned blank before he burst into laughter. “Oh, no, he’s definitely fine! Never mind~!” he called out to Kuigisaki. Then, he turns to me with a warm and sincere smile. “I thought we lost ya there.”
Warmth graces my cheeks, and I feel gradually flustered. My heart fluttered, and I felt the urge to melt in a puddle all over again, wanting to return his soft look. Instead, I rolled my eyes and turned away, walking myself to the sidelines to get some water.
For once, the sun was beating down on my back, its warmth pleasant and balmy.  Similar to the flush on my cheeks, I wasn’t hating the heat for once, it actually felt… nice? Despite that, I found myself on the sidelines yet again.
Despite my current position, I felt my lips curl into a faint smile, relishing the rare enjoyment of the Summer atmosphere. The laughter of my friends filled my ears as I leaned back, warm sand beneath my palms, grounding me as I observed their lively game of volleyball. Itadori soared into the air for a powerful spike, momentarily blocking the sun. SLAM! The ball hits out of bounds, tumbling toward the ocean, and Kugisaki runs over to retrieve it.
Meanwhile, Itadori approaches me once more, extending his hand.
“C’mon Fushiguro,” he encourages me. “You gonna play or what?”
I shake my head. “Go on without me, I’ll be fine.” I open my water bottle and take a sip. The water is thick and putridly warm. Itadori pouts at my answer, shaking his head. “You’re playing,” he decides for me. He reaches down for my hand and drags me onto the court. Instead of letting go, he pauses for a moment, allowing our fingers to intertwine. His palms felt warm and inviting, safe and secure. He turned his head towards me, radiating warmth that seemed to glow underneath the sun,  as he flashed the brightest smile I had ever seen.
I look down and suddenly notice our position of holding hands. I feel a blush return to my cheeks once more, but I don’t fight Itadori’s gesture. Instead, I avert my gaze, giving his hand a gentle squeeze.
“Something the matter, Fushiguro?” Itadori asked, genuine concern laced in his question.
I shake my head. “No.”
Nothing was wrong. I felt… content.
It was like that one part in the song. My favorite part, actually:
“We'll run away together
We'll spend some time forever
We'll never feel bad anymore”
I look down at our intertwined hands once more, admiring the stark contrast between Itadori’s hands and mine. His were larger, calloused, and adorned with various scars that spoke of untold tales of hardship and battles fought. It was like studying a map of various trials and tribulations. I found myself drawn to these marks, wondering about the stories behind each one. What did they signify? When did they appear? I never remembered him having so many scars on his hands before, though. Maybe it’s because I never bothered to look… but something felt off.
As I continued to gaze, a sense of unease crept over me. It’s as if his hand was undergoing some sort of twisted transformation. The scars, once healed and faded, began to take on a form of livelihood, twisting and contorting into grotesque shapes. Suddenly, they erupted into fresh wounds, skin tearing at the seams, oozing blood that pooled around our intertwined fingers.
I watched as the crimson liquid stained our hands in a horrific display. Sounds of malicious laughter echoed faintly in the background, sending shivers down my spine.
“Fushiguro?” Itadori's voice broke through, pulling me back to reality. His question was posed as if nothing was wrong. As if I was the one seeing things. Despite hearing his voice, I couldn't shake off the horror that gripped me.
I wanted to look up, to find solace in his smiling face, to feel that familiar warmth in my chest. Yet, I couldn't tear my gaze away from his bleeding hands. The sight alone sent chills down my spine. I wanted to let go, to escape from this dream-turned-nightmare, but something held me back, like an invisible force chaining me to him.
“Fushiguro?” Itadori's voice sounded strained now, laced with concern. He called out my name again, each utterance heavier with urgency.
“FUSHIGURO?!” His voice escalated to a scream that reverberated through my mind, drowning out the unsettling laughter that continued to echo around us.
A dark ominous presence enveloped us. I felt shaken to my core. As my breathing escalated with panic, red pooled into my eyes as my surroundings gradually faded out.
.            .            .
My eyes are hazy when they open, greeted by a world spinning in disarray. A pounding headache pulses through my skull, matched by a sharp, stabbing pain in my side. The ringing in my ears persists, Itadori's desperate shouts echoing relentlessly in my mind. I detect the faint scent of cigarette smoke, mingling with the metallic tang of blood that stains my face. Yet, strangely, there's no trace of blood around me.
I find myself sitting alone on a dimly lit streetside, faint illumination barely casting shadows around me. My gaze drifts upward, drawn to the imposing silhouette of a sky bridge above. In the distance, I can make out the faint figures of Shoko and Yaga, their presence a distant comfort amid bustling chaos.
I'm alive.
The realization washes over me like a tidal wave; relief with a gnawing sense of unease. Perhaps, deep down, I never truly wanted to die. The concept of mortality now looms over me with newfound weight, casting doubt on the meaning I once held about my fate. Maybe I didn’t want to die just yet.
With weary eyes, I shift my gaze upward to the night sky, where the moon hangs alone amongst drifting clouds. A cool breeze sweeps through, stealing what little warmth remains. When did it become so cold? The moon's soft glow casts over the desolate ruins of what is now Shibuya, illuminating the remnants of a city once surging with life.
I squint, trying to keep myself awake. I focus on calming myself down by studying the moon. As I do so, my breath steadies, and I’m met with another realization: the moon owes its luminance to the light of the sun. Suddenly, only one thought encapsulates my mind: where is my sunshine now?

hey gayboy, tell me why evil sun is So? :keeptalkingily: what are his crimes, does he speak with gay little hand gestures, give me the Details
AHEJAHAJAHS HELLO BELOVED ^_^ I won't lie I used to find him kinda mid but in today's episode just Switched something in my brain. Something about his calm, collected voice very plainly stating that if Eclipse tries to do anything, he'll rip him to shreds.... UGHHHH IT HAD ME TWIRLING MY HAIR N GIGGLING FOR REALZIES HEJAHAJSHD
He's a pretty secretive and "speaks in riddles" kinda guy, so while we don't outright know everything he's done, he did very much tell us today that he 1) basically killed his Moon to take his knowledge because he thinks that his Moon just wasn't using it right, and 2) he has installed... something, into Eclipse's head painful style. We don't know what it is yet but he said that if he can do that to Eclipse, then he'll tell him how to maybe bring someone back from a dimensional collapse. Not that Eclipse had a choice either way LMAO
Before, I thought his collected mannerisms were a bit cheesy because it's so blatantly inspired by Evil Morty and it was like OOOOKAY MAN but he's actually shaping up to be pretty a damn interesting character!! He's more involved in the multiverse side of things and, considering he said he "reprogrammed" a bunch of the people in his dimension (<which, looking back, could be another blatant lie, like how he said he just made his Moon more "compliant"), he's just a very eerie presence.
He knows a lot and that leads to him being a very important person to talk to in most scenarios, but he also knows he's valuable to talk to, so he strikes these deals that people aren't thrilled about but usually just go "well. its this or I know absolutely jack shit" and it fascinates me.

Eclipse POV
It’s been three days since human Marcus hasn’t been around. Our comet mentioned to us before that he was suspended for a Month but wasn’t fully gotten rid of. With Marcus out of the picture for a bit, the other human scientists have been less aggressive towards the others and I. Even tho I still didn’t trust them after all the things they have put us through.
“You okay clipsy?”
I recognized that sweet and caring voice. I looked to see Y/n standing in front of me as I didn’t realize my chamber was open. “I’m okay comet, was just in my thoughts was all” I got down to Y/n level while I gently moved a strand of her hair to the side. Y/n being the gentle human they were, they lightly caress my cheek as I lean into their hand. “You've been spacing out a lot, Something on your mind clipsy?” Y/n looked at me with a bit of worry as I let out a soft sigh and carefully picked them up.
“If I'm honest, I have been thinking of Lunar” I said to Y/n honestly as he has been in my mind lately. I didn’t want to show my weak side to anyone but with Y/n. It felt safe to show my side of me to them as they did some much to help and protect.
“You miss him a lot” I nodded my head as they spoke and it wasn’t a lie. Y/n cups my face with these small hands as I look at them. They gave me a soft smile as it always made my heart tighten because of how beautiful and warm their smile was to us.
“I’ll do my best and try to find Lunar, I may not know him like you guys do. But I’ll do everything I can to help you guys from some kind of closure”
Y/N POV:
When I reassure Eclipse that I would find Lunar. I knew I would start searching before Marcus came back. When Eclipse put me back down to the ground, I kissed his cheek that caused him to purr happily before I went to check on Sun and Moon. When I opened their chamber and looked inside. Both of the two were sleeping as they cuddled up against each other in the ghostly form.
I smiled as they were cute sleeping together without any disturbance. When I was about to leave to let them be. I saw Sun open one eye to see me as he smiled softly. “Go back to sleep hun, you guys need it” I whisper softly since Moon was sleeping. Sun whined softly and held his hand out towards my direction as I let out a soft chuckle and walked over cause he won’t go back to sleep until he gets his goodnight kiss.
“Alright but you better sleep after this okay” Sun nodded his head softly and closed his eyes as he waited for his kiss. Yes I give the astral’s goodnight kisses cause they liked it for some odd reason. When I lean in and press my lips against Sun’s ghostly face, he lets out a soft purr as I pull back to see Moon awake now with one eye open and look at me.
“Okay you get one too”
Moon smiled and let out a purr as well when I gave him his kiss. As I said my goodnight to the boys as they went back to sleep. I quietly left while leaving the chamber doors open incase Eclipse wanted to go cuddle with Sun and Moon.
Once I left the area and headed towards my office. I saw Simone ahead and he was holding a clipboard in his left hand. “Hey Simone!” I called out to him which caused Simone to stop and turn to see me. “Miss/Mr L/n, What can I do for ya?” Sinome asked in confusion since this was the first time I ever talked to him fully. “Come to my office, I have some questions for you” He looked at me confused but followed nevertheless as we headed to my office. Once we arrived and I opened the door, I let him inside before I entered and closed the door.
“So what did you want to ask me about?” Simone jumped right into it since he probably knew I wasn’t here to stall. “That depends on if you can keep this quiet between the both of us” I said to him seriously since this was gonna be a risky thing I’m doing. “O-oh um..I’m not..I know you want to help the astral beings as much as I do” I cut Simone off as he froze in shock.
“I-I mean I do but…What if we get in trouble?!” Simone said in a bit of a panic but I stopped him there. “As long as we play normal and not speak about this to anyone then we should be alright til then, now do you want to help or not!” I again said in a serious voice as Simone made a gulp sound and nodded his head. I took a deep breath and exhaled as I had Simone sit down in a seat while I did the same.
“Then I’m gonna need you to be honest with me okay” Simone again nodded his head as he looked nervous as hell. “Alright, now my first question: Is LunarNight really dead or is he alive?” Simone was surprised when I asked him this question which made me think that he knows about Lunar. “Subject 223..I-I mean Lunar? Oh he’s um…” I watched Simone close as he struggled to form complete sentences while he looks like he’s sweating bullets. “It’s a simple yes or No question Simone” I said to him as he let out a sigh of defeat even tho he was promising to help.
“He’s..Alive”
I sat up straight as Simone finally answered the question. I was happy to hear that Lunar’s alive but now the question is. “Where’s Lunar” I asked bluntly since this would be good news to tell the others when it’s the right time. Simone, being nervous and scared, scratched his head before looking at me.
“He’s here…but Marcus has him hidden in a secret room where only he and those he trusts knows where it is”

Hi hi!!! This is for the ask the characters event!
For the boys (Sun, Moon, Eclipse) any favorite flowers? If you got the choice of a vehicle, what would you prefer (like cars, trucks, motorcycles, ect...), any hobbies you are or would like to get into?
Moon, what's your favorite kind of drink to make?
Eclipse, if you had to choose, what kind of client do you prefer to deal with? What would you say your relationship with Dante is?
Sun, when you perform, are there any dances or performances you like more than the others?
Possibly Dante if he's taking asks, which of the boys is your favorite? How do you feel about Eclipse (in general). How would you describe yours and Eclipses relationship? How well would you say he functions and does his job?
Also, a little question for you, our lovely narrator! How are the characters perceiving us? Are we just voices? Clients or customers talking to them? How insane can we make this? Btw I love you and this au, it's such an interesting story already and your designs are so stunning! I love Sun and Moon so much.
Sun: My, my so many questions sweetheart!
Well, for flowers I'm very fond of daffodils! They're quite beautiful, so it's always a treat when I receive them! My choice of vehicle would be a motorcycle. I'd imagine it'd feel so freeing and thrilling! Not to mention the almost tender closeness of holding onto your partner while you ride. Sounds dreamy~ *soft sigh* As for hobbies, I'd love to get into flower arranging. I quite enjoy flowers a lot and do my best to keep the ones I’m gifted as long as I can.
When it comes to performances, I prefer more group choreography ones! I do enjoy the limelight but it’s also nice to not be the center of attention every once in a while. Not to mention I get to socialize with the other entertainers while we practice so that’s a nice little bonus!
Moon: I don’t normally get flowers like Sun does. I do enjoy irises though. I prefer cars, maybe something vintage. Don’t have many hobbies, but I enjoy reading the most.
My favorite is simple drinks. Like margaritas. The more simple, the less hassle.
Eclipse: Tch. I don’t have time to pick favorites. I have work that needs to get done, and thinking about what kind of fucking flower I like or some shit isn’t my top priority. But I guess I like cars or whatever. I don’t have time for hobbies. I’m busy.
A client that keeps their mouth shut and lets me do my work is preferred. Dante is technically my boss but we’re business partners. I take care of a lot of important shit for him.
Dante: Interesting questions.
I prefer Sun the most out of my bots. Eclipse is nothing more than an extension of myself for me to use as I see fit. I had him made to allow me some reprieve with the intricacies of the club and my fellow associates. A lot goes on in Eden that deserves my attention and Eclipse allows me to be in two places at once, while also providing judgement when it comes to my ‘employees’.
He does his main job well enough, and the occasional clientele performance helps pay back the debt he owes me for his creation. Though his aggression is an unexpected factor. He’s done well to keep himself in check, but if he slips up I’m more than happy to guide him back on the right path with a heavy hand.
WAH ANON!!! You’re so sweet, thank you so much for all the kind words!!!!! I’m so happy to hear you enjoy the AU so much!!!!!! 🥺💕💕
Also with the boys, I guess you could say it’s a little bit like one of those shows where people are divided by a curtain and anonymously ask questions and stuff! You interact with them, just not directly if that makes sense!

Chapter 3 - Self Doubt
======================================
Warnings: Panic Attack, Abandonment Issues, Generalized Trauma
====================
As he watched Y/N walk out the door, Sun couldn’t help but kind of smile and wave. Was it a slightly nervous smile? In truth, yes. I mean he’d never particularly gotten the chance to be alone with his thoughts before. He’d never gotten the chance to actually sit down and think. Not that he really had the time to sit down! This entire warehouse was a wreck. He swears the last time this was cleaned must have been in the 1980’s. It’s absolutely god awful. So, with a deep breath in as he set Moon down on the dining room table, he rolled up his sleeves and got to work. There was a lot to do today after all, and it has to be easier without all the noise from the kids.
At first it's easy, and the work is both quiet and monotonous. He has never known this level of peace and stillness, almost enjoying it as he's left to start scrubbing off the shelving. A good portion of it will probably go to the nearest dump, but it's still definitely something to do, and he won't be picky about ways to keep busy in here. Smiling to himself, Sun sets about planning what exactly he'll be doing after this. Those pipes do need fixing after all, and many lightbulbs need changing- the windows can't even be seen out of! This could be a beautiful place, honestly, with some new flooring and some fresh ceiling tiles. It's a good, strong building underneath all this grime… He'll have to scrape the rust off, too. . .
He hums a little tune as he cleans, happy to just be in the silence for a moment. He finishes the shelves and begins mopping the floor. His rays jittering and snapping along to the music in his head. As his eyes strayed off to one of the many dirty windows, he paused, his body sliding carefully into autopilot. If Y/N is headed down to the testing facility, is there any way they might find their missing other piece? The chances of Eclipse having been found aren’t high, but the chances of his game ending up in the facility was. He and Moon were found right next to it after all. He wonders if Eclipse managed to escape the blaze- he’s not sure he could forgive himself if Eclipse also died in that fire.
“You're alright, I'm sure Eclipse is fine… or at the very least maybe finding some peace, himself.” Sun murmurs to himself much the way Moon used to do. It's weird knowing that he can talk about it in the past tense now, that he's no longer that sort of literally attached anymore.
“Is it too soon to say I miss you? I've never really been without your voice before… it's new in ways I don't like.” He tries to laugh it off, but the sound is definitely forced.
“I guess I just have to talk to myself now. On the bright side, I hardly ever fight with me, right?” He makes another joke and pauses, trailing off, “If you don't count the anxiety. You were right about me being a worrywart. I overthink things a lot… Maybe I'll try to work on that a little bit.” He attempts to get his mind off of the more serious topics, but his grip on himself slips, never quite able to get a full hold on himself.
“You know, you always used to say that if you could, you’d smack me until the anxiety left my body. God you really were always violent huh?” The laugh is soft, bitter. His eyes fluttering closed for a moment. If he focuses really hard, he can almost hear Moon’s laugh. He misses that sound.
“You were always the one of us that could handle the big things. You always took the work and did it for me, even as you were deteriorating. You were so stubborn. I used to wonder who would do the paperwork if you weren’t around, but I guess I learned how to do it alone, didn’t I?” He takes a shaky breath.
“Y/N reminds me of you already with the way they talk, all stubborn and certain of where they’re supposed to be going. I don’t get it. How did you ever know? How am I supposed to be sure without you there to tell me to be sure?”
The worry sets in again, gripping his nonexistent heart like a vice and damn near physically sending him crashing down.
“What if they die before they fix you and I'm here alone? What if you don't power on right- if you figure out you actually do hate me the way you used to tease-” he feels his body tense on its own, the pang of anxiety through his chest a painful one.
“We had our ups and downs but you don't hate me, right? They'll be fine. I'll be fine, you will too- this is okay we're all okay-” lost in his own head and shaking, this is the first time in his life there's not another person here to stop him from becoming frantic and jittery. He's always been prone to mania, and he's had these sorts of attacks before, but not alone. The hollowness almost crushes him, worried eyes flicking to the door.
Y/N is human, and anything can happen to a human. They aren't the brightest either, and he's seen awful, horrible things happen to people three times their strength and twice as skilled in their work. Other people, other machines, other dangers, it's all a hazard and he can't do anything to stop anyone from getting hurt. He needs Y/N's help, but they may never come back at all!
He can feel himself start to tip off the edge and spiral downwards. What if Y/N gets hurt, seriously hurt? I mean they managed to grab him fairly easily but he’s not particularly aggressive. What if they die? Worse, what if they don’t die and they manage to fix Moon just for him to leave. He knows he’s made lots of mistakes, been in plenty of screaming matches, and even outright threatened to leave if they didn’t share a body. Some of their fights have gotten nasty. What if Moon really does walk out of his life one day, he has the legs to do so now, right? So what’s stopping him from turning around and deciding Sun’s too much work. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Maybe if he couldn’t think of something that would make Moon angry enough to leave he wouldn’t be as scared, but he can. He hid Eclipse from him. After Eclipse had gotten removed and he’d found the card, it was already too late. Moon was too corrupted. He was too scared to lose him. What’s going to happen then? Will he curse him out and run off? Would he even try to stay?
When he finds out about Eclipse, that's it. If he ever manages to hear a word of it, he knows that they'll be done. About what happened and how Sun reacted to it- What he did. He did a terrible thing to protect Moon, as he'd do a good many awful things in the name of the person he cares about the very most. . . Chances are it will never come up, and that any remnant of what has come to pass is now gone with the rubble and swept up with the ashes of the now forgotten pizza plex. The risk of anything being exposed again, being unearthed by anyone of any concern, is so low he shouldn't be thinking about it but he is. Sun's thoughts scream at him under the weight of knowing he deserves to be abandoned, that he couldn't stop Moon no matter how much he wants to if his counterpart ever decides to walk out. The fear of abandonment sits heavy in his mind.
He knows it’s only a matter of time, right? He knows that as soon as Moon is up and walking it will only take one fight. One. He’ll turn and never look back, he was always the least emotional of them, the quickest to detach from things. The best at handling stress. It’s going to be so fast how he- and he hears the sound of the front door unlocking and popping open. His gaze turns to see Y/N, exhausted and covered in dirt and oil, but home. They seem to be admiring the place. After all, Sun cleaned everything. He fixed the pipes, cleaned the floors, shelves and everything in between, put in new lightbulbs. He’d made the place damn near spotless while buried in his own thoughts. Y/N greeted him, happily talking about how much work he’d done and the haul they’d brought home. He was worried about them for nothing, look, they’re home now.
He could almost hear Moon’s laugh. It was just like him to do that, wasn’t it? Panic for no reason.

Anything? Anything.
Pairings: None
Word Count: 1,102 Words
Summary: Monty helping Lunar recover.
Warnings: Blindness, Abuse (mentioned), Touch Starved (not for long, says Monty), Death (mentioned only), Near Death (mentioned only), Age Regression, let me know if I should add anything else.
Chapter 2: Taking Care Of A Bean
Lunar groaned awake, shifting in...something soft. Did Monty put him in a bed? He hadn't been in a bed before. Eclipse had banned him from Moon's room and had claimed Sun's bed as his own.
He felt a blanket up over his hip and pulled it up, holding it close and curling up with it. It was so comfortable here. This nice fluffy bed? A big fluffy blanket? Monty was spoiling him and Lunar just knew Eclipse would be upset with it if he knew.
"You're awake?" Monty asked softly, a careful hand coming to his faceplate. Lunar groaned again, nuzzling into the offered hand at the warmth it allowed, tears building up at the soft attention that slowly descended into hiccups.
Monty tried to move his hand away but Lunar grabbed it desperately, panicking that the attention would leave. He wanted more of the touch, he didn't want Monty to leave!
"Hey now, I'm not leaving." Monty assured him, holding his hands and his other hand coming to hold his face again. "Lunar, did he ever hold you?" Monty asked but he shook his head in response. "You're touch-starved." Monty sighed and Lunar felt the bed dip more and a warm body against him.
It paused him at the arm over him and holding him close, leaving him almost breathless before he broke down again. Monty was holding him, hugging him. It was almost overwhelming but Lunar choked and buried into him, holding on for dear life as Monty's warmer engines rumbled against him.
"It's okay, Lunar. You're safe now." Monty assured him as he rubbed over his back.
'Lunar, are you okay?' Moon asked.
"Monty's hugging me. Why didn't Clipsey hug me even once?" Lunar asked, his voice was shaky and trembling and Monty held him only closer with his voice breaking.
'He's a bad brother, Lunar. I'm sorry you had to deal with him.' Moon apologized.
"I just wanted him to love me." Lunar hiccupped and it seemed that made Moon and Monty upset.
"Lunar, I'm sorry Eclipse was horrible to you. But we love you. I know it hurts, but you do have people who love you." Monty assured him.
'Monty's right, Lunar. We both love you.' Moon assured him.
"You both love me?" Lunar asked.
'Lunar, I would love for you to be my little brother.' Moon told him and it felt like Lunar's breath left him. Moon wanted to be his brother? Moon wouldn't hurt him, right?
"Y-You won't hurt me?" Lunar asked.
'I would never hurt you, Lunar. I know it seems like I hurt Sun but we joke about it. I've never hurt Sunny more than the whacking stick and I don't even hit him hard with it.' Moon answered.
"I...I'd love you to be my brother." Lunar felt himself shaking, he was tearing up again. Moon wanted to be his brother. Finally a brother what wouldn't hurt him.
"Lunar, kid, I'm still sorry I let him do this to you. This is my fault for thinking he wouldn't do it. I just wanted to talk to you and make you see that he isn't good. I am so sorry." Monty told him.
"It wasn't your fault. He tried to kill me on his own. You don't have to apologize." Lunar assured him.
"You are just a ray of sunshine." Monty mumbled and squeezed him a bit.
"But Sunny is the sun." Lunar told him.
"My god, Lunar, you...you're adorable."
"I feel little." Lunar realized.
"Little?" Monty asked.
'You're regressing.' Moon told him.
"Mama says I regress." Lunar put his thumb to his mouth, biting at the casing.
"Oh. Oh, little. Okay. Do you know how old you are?" Monty asked.
"No, but I'm little." Lunar told him.
"Kay, do you want anything to eat? I had to give ya nanobots to keep you fixed and make sure the spine and joints are reinforced until they calibrate fully." Monty told him.
"I get food?" Lunar asked.
"Yeah, you want like a warm meal? A cookie? Something sweet?" Monty asked.
"Can have both?" Lunar asked.
"Of course. C'mere. We're gonna go to the kitchen." Monty got up from the bed and Lunar crawled to press against him. "Alright, up we go." Monty picked him up into his arms and Lunar giggled as he dropped further into the fluffy headspace, pressing against Monty as he was carried to the kitchen.
"How 'bout a cookie while I'm making you food. Then after dinner, you can have another." Monty offered as he sat him on the counter and handed him a cookie.
"What we gonna eat?" Lunar asked.
"Pizza bagels. We get to make our own. Do you know what you like on pizza?" Monty asked.
"I don't know. Never ate before." Lunar told him.
"Okay, we'll make a bunch, we don't gotta eat all of them." Monty assured him and Lunar happily ate his cookie while Monty made them food. Pizza bagels smelled amazing and Lunar ended up especially liking the one Monty made with extra cheese and honey.
"Alrighty, do you want anything like juice or milk with your cookie?" Monty asked.
"I wan' milk." Lunar put his thumb into his mouth, listening to Monty rummage around and triumphantly exclaim to Lunar's pleased but confused giggle at Monty's apparent triumph.
"Here we go." Lunar felt Monty place what felt like a warm bottle into his hand and Lunar whined and grabbed for Monty.
"Mon'y! Uppie!" Lunar tried to coax Monty into picking him up.
"ALright, kid, up we go." Monty plucked him up from the counter and Lunar snuggled into him and let Monty hold him with one arm while Monty continued about grabbing things and handing them to Lunar to hold.
"Alright, we've got all our snacks now, now we can put on a movie with the audio subtitles and get some rest. Resting is important, your body needs to calibrate and you need to recover."
"I wove you." Lunar muttered.
"I love you too, kid."
'Love you, Lunar.' Moon agreed. Monty snuggled them into what felt like a couch, wrapping a blanket around him that was heavy and comforting compared even to the blanket Lunar had woken up in.
"Alright, what do we want to put on, little guy?" Monty asked.
"I haben't watch anyt'ing." Lunar nervously admitted.
"Hm...Moon, any suggestions?" Monty asked.
'Do you like princesses or fairies?'
"Faiwies!" Lunar excitedly responded.
'Tell Monty Tinker Bell, little one.'
"Mama says Tinker Beww." Lunar relayed.
"Ah, Tinker Bell it is then." Monty snuggled Lunar against his shoulder as he put on said fairy movie.

So, the animatronic I've been calling "Shattered Prototype Glamrock Freddy" is apparently called "Ruined Freddy" by the community, so that's what I'm going to refer to him as from now on, including in my Fazbear Estate AU.
On the subject of the Ruined animatronics, they all exist in the AU, created specifically to promote the Ruin DLC for Security Breach. The original Pizzaplex animatronics are terrified of them at first, not liking the fact they're wrecked versions of themselves, but they eventually get over it.
Ruined Freddy, unlike his in-game counterpart, is capable of speech and moves his stomach-mouth whenever he talks. It's a comical sight for those unfamiliar with him. He's normally every bit as polite and well-mannered as Glamrock Freddy, but he's very good at pretending to be a vicious, ravenous monster when he needs to. Heck, he thinks playing an antagonist is a lot of fun, even a little therapeutic if he had to be honest.
Ruined Roxanne is blind, having been built without eyes, but she can still detect her surroundings due to her keen hearing, movement detection sensors, and heat sensors. She's a more humble version of Roxanne who isn't as obsessed with her looks as the original. She's still every bit as sassy as the original, though not quite as foul-mouthed since she's much less anxious.
Ruined Chica has no beak, but her voice box is present. However, she rarely speaks unless it's important, as her voicebox produces loud feedback whenever it's used. Her body is full of fake trash and fake moldy food, which makes her feel self-conscious about her appearance. After arriving at the Estate, she tends to stay in her room a lot, where she's free to lie on the floor and feel like garbage. Somebody please cheer up the chicken.
Ruined Monty is capable of speech, but more often than not resorts to animalistic snarling and growling. He feels like an inferior version of the original Monty, and he's more than a little insecure and upset about it. He'd do anything to prove he's more than some alligator turned rabid dog. Somebody please cheer up the gator... and maybe give him headpats.
Ruined Eclipse... SURPRISE, yes, he's here, too! Remember how I mentioned that Sun and Moon kinda-sorta exist as separate animatronics in this AU? (A quick refresher: Sun is the original Daycare Attendant who has a more child-friendly design than canon and tends to hang out in Sun form. Moon is the Horror Attendant, who looks exactly like the canon Daycare Attendant, and tends to hang out in Moon form the most.) Eclipse, being exclusive to the FNAF franchise, looks exactly how he does in the Ruin DLC. Sun is initially scared of him because of his appearance. Moon, on the other hand, finds Eclipse fascinating. Despite Eclipse's somewhat scary appearance, he is a sweetheart to everyone he meets, sometimes to a point of fault, and those who get to know him generally want to protect him.

This was a WEIRD episode XD
Suon has a greater goal.
Suon has a greater goal.
Suon has a greater goal than playing FnaF and nobody can convince me otherwise. :p
Davis and Reed have subverted expectations yet again! Now I have NO idea how or when Sun and Moon are going to reconcile.
Suon (or Meteor, as I like to call him) ripping open the bandage and pouring salt on one of Sun's many wounds was one thing, but using Lunar against him was freaking LOW. Sun and Lunar's relationship has always felt kind of rocky to me, but I'm certain Sun loved Lunar back then, and he absolutely does now! Did you guys hear the anger in Sun's tone when Meteor suggested "playing" with his little brother? Sun almost losing Lunar (and thinking he DID lose him for weeks on end...) made him appreciate the little guy much more.
And who is Meteor to talk about Sun "not loving" Lunar? He has no loved ones aside from himself and is a dangerous bully with no remorse! After seeing how he escaped (dammit Freddy!) and listening to what he was saying just before, it sounds like he wants to get under Sun's figurative skin. Is he trying to push Sun to the extreme so he'll do something "brazen", as Meteor put it?
As much as I miss Lunar, at the same time I've believed that maybe it's good he's kinda MIA right now. Eclipse doesn't know where he is; he's safe. And I KNOW, I know, Eclipse quite possibly regrets abusing him, but all Eclipse knows right now is toxic and harmful behavior! I don't think he has any idea how else to treat others! He has a LOOONG way to go if he wants to so much as talk to Lunar again!
And... oh, Moon. He sounded so tired when answering his brother's call. It's to be expected, he just had a blow up after all, but he almost sounded dead inside. He sounded so done with everything, and... I can relate. There have been plenty of times when I've felt done with the world, especially this year and last year.
As concerning as Sun's mental condition is, Moon's been through hell, too.
When he started threatening Meteor it actually scared me a bit. The passive aggressiveness and, maybe I just suck at hearing differences in emotions vocally speaking, but the fact that he barely changed his tone was chilling. Reed is too good voicing distraught Moon. WAY TOO GOOD. XD
Though, I highly doubt Moon would do something like go back to his old ways because he's better than that, even if his emotions are kind of... in turmoil at the moment.
Sorry if any of this sounds... sloppily written. I'll edit this tomorrow if I feel the need to, but right now it's late and I'm ready to just have some comfort food and go to bed. G'night everybody!

Prompt:     "I never said it would be easy."
Fandom: Fnaf Security Breach, The Other Side of Justice AU
Rating: G
Warning: implied criminal activity, mild arguing, non sexual intimacy, suggestive
The sound of the front door heralded his return.
"You're late again, Clip." You didn't look up from the dishes.
The familiar footsteps approching the kitchen faltered.
You weren't looking for a fight but hearing your own voice, there was no mistaking it as conversational. You took a long breath and willed your next words to come out more softly.
"You took another job didn't you?" It was a statement more than it was a question.
You turned to face him, your face pinched with worry.
Eclipse looked drained. His shirt was rumpled, the first few buttons undone and his sleeves rolled up to reveal smears of hastily cleaned up oil.
His, or someone elses?
You throw him a dishrag that's on its way out.
"You got a little something there." You said, without much humour.
"Where's Sun?" He asked, already looking down the hall beyond the kitchen.
"Sunny's still in the spare room, but I don't think-"
"He needs a new chip, and those aren't cheap. Two more and we'll have it for him. No loans, no nothing." He explained making to step around you.
Stepping into the mouth of the hall you braced one hand on the doorcasing.
"It's not nothing! Clip, we need to talk about this."
"Darling I know you don't like it, but Sunny needs this chip and honest jobs aren't exactly plentiful these days, especially not for my kind and..." Eclipse let out a sigh.
"Look, taking a few rough jobs ain't that bad." He smiled apologetically, reaching for your shoulder.
You stiffened, bracing harder against the doorframe.
"It's how you got picked up by a gang the first time, what makes you think you won't-"
"Because you're here," his words were sharp, though, seeing your expression he softens, " and I gave you my word... Please, darling. I just found them..." He gave your shoulder a squeeze his other hand coming to your waist, "I don't want to lose Sun over this, just because civillian work won't pay. I have rules about my jobs now. No hits, no affiliations, get in and get out and get paid." He was looking at you with the puppy dog look that no machine should be able to make.
"Eclipse, I know but-" you sighed taking his hands
"Just let me take care of them,they..."
"They're family." You finished a bittersweet feeling in your chest.
You had both been running for awhile. Three cities, 15 apartments and this was the first time you'd seen Eclipse make a connection beyond necessity with anything or anyone. You relaxed your stance in the doorway further.
"I-I just don't want you to be pulled back into your old life, you know?"
"I won't let that happen. We are far enough away and besides, once Sun is back on his feet, I'll go back to the docks and try again."
"No fooling?"
"Darling, never!" he bent to nuzzel your cheek, "I never said it would be easy. Just trust that I don't want that life if it means I lose you, okay?" He pulled you into an embrace and you welcomed it.
For awhile the two of stood there, holding eachother as the flat settled around you. The creak of the upstairs neighbours' footsteps and the dog down the street starting it's after supper barking. All of it muffled as you gently swayed in the comfort of one another.
"Eclipse?" You whispered, hesitant to break the spell.
"Mhmm?" He answered just as softly, running a hand through your hair.
You closed your eyes and leaned into him further with a sigh, staving off the matter a bit longer.
A siren started somewhere in the distance and you reluctantly pulled back, your eyes finding the spot just above his right shoulder.
"What if you ask Moon?" You felt his gaze shift down to you.
"Moon?" He asked.
You lifted your chin, turning to meet those golden eyes watching you.
"Well, he said doing anything but paperwork would be hard without Sun to watch his back...maybe?" As you trailed off, Eclipse snickered, his voicebox distorting it a little.
"You want me to play detective?" He asked incredulously.
"I-what? Just offer to watch his back!" The red on your cheeks brightened and a huff left your lips as he continued to laugh at your suggestion, "Come on, I'm serious!" You smack his arm and he stifled, just for you, "Clip, if Moon could keep completing cases, the payout would be a lot better and then you and him could get the chips just as fast, with nothing underhanded."
"Darling, I don't know that that's true...It would be interesting, though working with the cops has never been my specialty." He smirks and you run your hands down his arms and back up, his light of his optics brighten and dim with the sensation.
"You wouldn't be working with cops necessarily, he's a Private eye and you just let Moon handle them, eh? You could just keep him safe." You press you lips into a tight line before breaking out into the smile you'd been holding back, "D'you hear any of that?" You murmured.
Your big lug was a wire's width away from purring. Slowing to a stop you lifted a hand to his faceplate, cupping it just in front of his rays. Your thumb brushing over the details on his cheeks. He leaned into your touch, optics shuttered.
"If I say yes, will you come to bed?" He mumbled, tired static in his voice.
"Only if you mean it, trouble." Your feline smirk turned to a gasp of surprise as your feet leave the ground.
"Oh I mean trouble..." he growls, sweeping you up and heading for your shared room, "but fine, I'll ask him tomorrow." He nuzzles you and you can't help but giggle as the bedroom door clicks open, then shut.
