Aah! I've been meaning to make fanart for @bones-of-a-rabbit 's fanfic "(it was, in reality, not fine)" for a long time, and I'm so pleased with how this finally turned out!

I tried to make it sorta accurate to the descriptions of the characters in the story...

The story is candy-sweet and cheered me up when I was in a rut, and for that I thank Babbit so much. The writing is so genuine and the characters so warm and silly and kind. I wish them all happiness.

Hello! You’ve, unfortunately, stumbled upon my angst blog! If you recognize my art, hello friend and/or fellow simp! Please don’t tell anyone how I live

This is just a side blog for all the angry, anxious, upset art-vomit that I occasionally need to purge out of my system. Most of it will be of my sona/self insert, sometimes featuring ocs, sometimes featuring canon characters from weird fandoms bc I’m just cringy like that!

If you’re bothered by this or annoyed by the never ending pity party being thrown here, that’s fair, I get you completely

You can call me Rot, Rabbit, or Bones. Most of the time, the characters presented in my art will refer to my sona as ‘rabbit.’

Why a rabbit? I don’t know, really. I like rabbits, and I used to own rabbits, and my family and friends have associated me with rabbits for a long time. Plus they’re fun to draw

Who are those characters? The one with the head of a hare is Vanilla. He isn’t meant to represent anyone in particular, but always presents the unfortunate truth. The one with spiral eyes and jagged teeth is Mischief, an old comfort character. (Will add to this list as characters become relevant)

Why make a blog for this? I don’t know, honestly. Maybe because I’m fucked up or seeking validation or struggling to connect with people or maybe I’m just so starved for attention and acknowledgement of my (honestly obnoxious and tedious) pains and woes, BUT I also hate to post this on my main and annoy or worry my friends and followers so this was a close to a compromise as I could get.

Shouldn’t you not do this? It can’t be helping you/It’s super cringe and I’m getting secondhand embarrassment. Sorry fam lmao if it helps at all I hate this shit more than you do

I need more dca fics to read, not just because they're all so cool and special and unique-

I want to collect their y/n's in my pocket, and bring back the y/nverse. All of them in a lil pocket dimension (the dca stay in their respective stories, this place is reserved for the self inserts and side characters/family to interact. The boys can have their own pocket dimension)

The y/ns live on the same street or apartment complex, being bunched into groups that are roomies

For example. Bamsara's Solar Lunacy y/n, Paper-Lilypie's CCRT y/n, and bones-of-a-rabbit's staffbot y/n. SB is there so CCRT can perform routine maintenance, plus CCRT can be a but messy, plus they could help clean up after ccrt's kids. SL is where, you may ask? Their room has been vacant for some time, but CCRT and SB keep it clean and regularly dusted, out of respect. They don't know if or when their friend will return, but they'll be welcome at any time.

Naffeclipse's y/ns share a suite, probably.

spadillelicious's LDR y/n could stay with saltciphblr's lovebug au y/n

Again, I need to read more to get a better feel of the different wonderful y/n's

This probably won't be uploaded, maybe someday, but this is mostly self indulgence that my brain has been blasting on repeat all day
