Here’s some revisions I did after seeing some of the ideas (there are obviously some flaws but I tried). Also, these ideas you guys had are amazing and my brain is BRAINING!!!

Season one - Centering the triplets as they grow up and Alma nearly losing her mind. The full season would be 20+ episodes and 20 minutes long. Also includes young Agustin and Felix.

Season two - First ten episodes ending with the triplets (Pepa’s wedding) and the last ten with the grandchildren growing up. (And expanding on the changes that happened after Mirabel’s ceremony.)

This season and mid season three would expand on how some relationships dwindled and just different dynamics and such. Maybe some post-movie bonding.

Season three - First ten episodes ending with post-movie grandkids/ before Antonio’s birth month. The last ten centering on the actual healing through Casita’s collapse. Mirabel’s parents, sisters, and Primo's reaction to Mirabel’s disappearance. And the reaction to Bruno coming back and how they all felt.

And more bonding among family members and an introduction to extended ones on Agustin and Felix’s side of the family. Like honestly, what about their other cousins? grandparents? Tias & Tios? Nephews and nieces? We need more of them too.

Over the course of the series a trading & transport system is created for people to safely get in and out of the Encanto to the nearest town. They do explore outside The Encanto/see how far the gifts go. Culture shock.

Obligatory "the oldest granddaughters go out and shenanigans happen." also Camilo and Mirabel spy/tag along.

Season four - first twelve episodes are going to be character-centric and full of shenanigans. In every episode Luisa tries a new hobby in the B/C plot and it goes a different direction each time.

Obligatory halloween episode where the grandchildren tell each other scary stories of the outside world.

Episodes 18 could possibly surround the Triplets birthday. Episode 19 could be the Valentine's day episode with the yellow couple, blue couple, and Dolores’ relationship with Mariano. Could also involve the other grandkids talking to their crushes or asking them out. Just a full day of wholesome love.

Episode 20 could be a BIG family game night with extended family involved.

Season five - Finale season (A few years into the future maybe?)

Mariano goes with the other granddaughters out of the Encanto to get the best engagement ring for Dolores (because only the best of the best is good for her). Camilo and Antonio tag along and they get into trouble. Dolores hears everything and goes to bail her boyfriend and cousins/brothers out.

Day of little candles themed ep where alma and the family go to the river and alma tells them all about pedro. Also flashbacks of before dos oruguitas and Alma telling her family how proud she is of them all.

Mirabel (possibly seventeen or eighteen) looks back on how far the family has come while working on Dolores’ wedding dress.

Season ends with Dolores and Mariano getting married!

Notes: Yes, the theme song would be like the family madrigal, new outfits every other episode, in each episode a part of the diverse Colombian culture could/should be explored. (food, music, dancing, fashion, history, etc). Songs are a must and Lin Manuel Miranda will be the one who worked on them. I won’t let anyone else attempt to mimic his style of music when he can just be hired. I’m sure he would like to work on the story anyway.

I think 24 episodes instead of 20 would be a bit better plot and story wise. Maybe each could be 25 minutes each too? Also, if Disney is willing to not have a stick up their ass, I would like the series to be animated in Disney’s renaissance era style. Like the Hunchback of Notre dame, Brother bear, Lion king, Treasure planet, and Tarzan. I’m NOT accepting anything less.

It could also be a Tradigital (both computer and hand drawn) style like Tarzan/Hunchback of Notre dame! 3D backgrounds painted to look 2D with the characters actually being traditionally drawn. This would especially be cool to look at in Antonio’s room and just Encanto in general.

TONS OF DISNEY EASTER EGGS! “Wish” kind of didn’t do it right at all so I think Encanto can do it better. Honestly I should’ve just asked the Encanto community for help instead of just struggling by myself. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! If I’m ever able to pitch this to Disney and actually make this become true I will credit ALL OF YOU!!!

Also, I’ve noticed how poorly Disney marketed Treasure planet, Princess and the frog, and strange world (most are allegedly poorly marketed) and by god I WILL NOT let them poorly market this.

Lastly, I think the series could have a full six seasons because there are so many ideas that I want to add and don’t want anyone’s idea left out. Plus, there’s just so much one can do...

Backstory: Growing up in Encanto was difficult for Anthea, Learning Spanish instead of her home language she felt left out by not understanding a word her parents said. She was 12 when she found Mirabel, it was the day after her gift ceremony, some kidsz were making fun of her in the park, So Anthea intervened.

It caused a bit of a scene, Anthea end up getting hurt and Mirabel dragged her to casita to get healed by Julieta, They became friends and Stayed with eachother, when She noticed how badly Isabela was treating Mirabel, she basically permanently made Isabela her enemy, Fighting and snapping at her if she made any mean comments about Mirabel. She purposely called Mirabel Beautiful, perfect, and The best Madrigal infront of Isabela, just to get on her nerves, but she REALLY did think about Mirabel as those things.

Growing up to 22, she is still Snappy and ignorant with a soft spot for kids. When Isabela came around she would make a comment about her saying:"are you going to pick up those petals? Or do WE have to clean up after you prima Donna?". turning it into a conversation or a disagreement. It seemed like she just wanted to Tease Isabela. Isabela gifting her the nickname Spitfire. Sometimes the arguments sound more like flirting which would confuse the people around them. Now that she knows Isabela has 'changed.' She is confused for what to do now that Mirabel and isabelas relationship has changed? She ended up liking this Isabella way more than the last one and often follows Isabella around. 'Annoying her' when they're really having fun banter and talking.

Physical appearance: She has Long Wavy brown Hair that's normally in a bun, wearing a Red-oranges Bandana on her head. Her skin is warm ivory and wears a white shirt and black corset with a red Dress/skirt. Her body shape is Pear 🍐 and her eyes are blue (inherited from an grandparent.)

Encanto Episode Ideas

We are long past the point where making these kind of posts was popular, but fuck it! Off we go!

- I talked about this in another post, but an episode where someone breaks into Casita and it fucks them up. Like, their getting pushed down a flight of stairs at least twice before Casita’s done with them.

- Gift swap episode. Probably stemming from someone going “You’ve got it sooo easy! If you had my gift, you-” and everyone gets dragged into it.

- Flashback episode! How Pepa and Julieta met Félix and Agustín. Complete with Bruno filling in gaps where his sisters and in-laws try to leave out embarrassing moments.

- Just an entire episode of Isabela making up for twenty-ish years of being perfect. Just 10-20 minutes of her unabashedly being herself.

- Halloween episode. Something weird is happening inside Casita that not even the house itself can explain, so it’s up to Mirabel, Dolores, and Bruno to figure out if Casita is haunted or not.

- The family is holding a surprise party for Luisa and Mirabel has to keep her from finding out.

- Dolores overhears Camilo getting rejected and tries to make him feel better, much to his confusion. Turns out he and a friend were rehearsing for a play.

- Isabela and Mirabel notice that Luisa has her eyes on another villager and immediately try to set them up.

- It’s Luisa’s day off and Antonio helps her find a hobby.

- An episode during Casita’s reconstruction where Mirabel and Isabela try to fix their relationship. Meanwhile, Alma spends time with her kids.

- An episode where Camilo shadows Bruno so he can do a better impression of his tío. Eventually, it evolves into Camilo helping fix Bruno’s reputation.

- A family trip beyond the mountains!

- An episode where Mirabel meets a Madrigal who can time travel and she has to help them get a handle on their gift before they royally fuck up the timeline? I dunno, I like time travel shenanigans.

- Isabela realizes that she’s in love and 'subtly’ asks her family for help confessing.

“Tio Bruuuuuunoooooo!!!” Mirabel calls through Casita. No reply. “Casita? Do you know where Tio Bruno is?” Casita rattles her tiles, pointing the way. “Gracias!”

Bruno, who was napping, is dumped out of his chair by Casita.

“AH! Wha-What- What’s happening??!” Bruno yells as he falls.

“Casita, that’s rude.” He frowns at the floor. The floor shrugs somehow. Or rather, he somehow knows the floor is shrugging.

“Tio Bruuuuuunooooo!!!” Mirabel calls again.

“Oh.” Bruno knows why he was so rudely awakened by his house now. “Ok I get it, I’m going.” He says as Casita nudges him to the door.

He opens his door to find who was calling him. “Of course it’s you calling me." He chuckles.

Mirabel smirks at him. “Did you forget?”

Bruno stares at her. “Forget…?”

Mirabel rolls her eyes. "Tio...you said you would have a picnic with Antonio and me today. He's waiting by the door. Mama made us lunch."

She grabs his arm and pulls him out of his doorway and down the stairs.

Bruno smacks his forehead as he's dragged out of his room. "Of course!!! I'm sorry, I fell asleep after breakfast."

Mirabel smiles at him. "It's alright, we didn't wait long, I figured you might have forgotten."

Antonio barrels into Bruno, nearly knocking him over. "Tio Bruno!!!!!! You're gonna have a picnic with us right?!" He asks with wide hopeful eyes.

"Of course, Antonio. I'm sorry I'm late." Bruno kneels down to hug the boy.

"It's ok Tio. Let's go!" Antonio grabs Bruno's hand and pulls him towards the door.

Bruno just barely manages to scramble to his feet as they head out the door.

Once they got to their spot, they set up and pulled out some food.

“Wow, Mama gave us a lot.” Mirabel says as she pulls out all the food.

Along with their lunch, Julieta had made some Halloween cookies for them depicting black cats, pumpkins, and candies. Halloween was going to happen later this week.

Bruno spotted the black cats and stared at them. “My sister is insufferable. She knows black cats are bad luck…” He quickly stuffs the cookies into his mouth so they can’t attract bad luck anymore. Just to be safe.

Mirabel laughs at his full cheeks and Antonio is giggling beside her.

“You look like one of your rats with full cheeks!!” Antonio yells.

Bruno smiles. “ Dass a Com’limen.” He mumbles around the cookies.

Mirabel laughs even harder. “Tio, swallow your food before you choke on it!”

Bruno swallows the large mouthful. “I said that’s a compliment.” He clarifies.

Once the two kids finally stop laughing, they enjoy their big lunch, then lay on the blanket for a nap in the sun. Antonio and Mirabel both leaned against Bruno, who was laying flat on the ground with his hands behind his head.

“I’m glad you’re home now, Tio. You’re a nice pillow.” Antonio states.

Mirabel starts giggling.

Bruno pats his sobrino’s head. “Thank you, Antonio. You can use me as a pillow whenever you want.”

Antonio hugs Bruno tight. “I love you, Tio. I love you too, Mirabel.”

Mirabel turns around to hug Bruno and Antonio together.

Bruno wraps them both up in his arms. “I love you too.”

BRUNO MADRIGAL IS IN OOGIE BOOGIE BASH! Along with Ernesto De La Cruz, Mother Gothel, and Madam Mim from the Sorcerer’s Stone!

My Headcannons as to how they got in lore-wise:

• Oogie definitely invited Mother Gothel first like “Yas queen, slay, why didn’t you get an invitation before?”

• Ernesto heard about the Halloween party and saw it as his third chance to come back on top. Oogie was neutral about him but went “well, he has a guitar and a decent voice. He could probably appease the crowd as an opening act thing.”

• Madam-who? Oogie didn’t know Mim existed or that it was even possible. He just found a cursed Medieval story book and Mim popped out. Whether he wants to or not, Mom’s staying.

• As for Bruno, I have different ideas. In one Instagram video with Bruno, he says that Mirabel told him about the party and he wanted to join in. I’m adding to that. I do have notes for a wip crossover I’m writing where Casita actually summons Oogie under the bed and meets Young Mirabel and Camilo right after Mirabel’s ceremony. I don’t know if I’m going to pursue it. Anyway, also thinking about Oogie and Bruno meeting with Bruno a little nervous around El Cuco (I researched and I know it’s the wrong word choice for Columbia, but I chose this spelling because people might get confused with the character/film Coco). Plus, Oogie understands about being banished/talked about but still within the same place (parallels!), so he’d send an invitation even if Bruno isn’t a villain.

Polar Express au what duh

OK so. While my iPad charges so I can do moar art. What if Polar Express au. Hear me out.

So like, I'm thinking a Cocooned deviation? Because I want the kids to be the same ago, so they all can get on the train. So Christmas eve. Kids are in bed when they hear a train outside. Only reason they know its a train is because of the countless books Agustin has of things they've never seen. So what do they do? They go check it out, duh.

They go outside, and waiting on the side to Casita (on tracks that just seemed to magically appear, but that was the least of their concerns,), they see a grand train that seems to have endless cars. They walked up to it, wondering how it got here, and why its here. Suddenly they look further down, to where the other cars are and see other kids from the Encanto getting on.

Now, usually they deemed this dangerous. But they're 8 years olds. And they have gifts, so they could defend themselves. Best case scenario, Luisa has to carrying an injured sibling or cousin, worst case Mirabel has to fix a broken bone. They are hesitant to get on; until they see the conductor.

It's Agustin.

Now at first he doesn't know how to react but he expected this to happen one day. All he does is ask if they want to get on. And seeing a familiar face, of course they do! He's the conductor, who's basically the head of the train, and Agustin is probably the safest person...for the most part; maybe the least reckless, which he tries to be. And he seems like the type to know a lot about things like this, giant mechanical machines.

So, they board the Polar Express, and are off out of the Encanto to the North Pole.

Yes I know its September let me live my life 😭 I prefer Christmas over Halloween anyway

Like I said, I'll post one part a day until Halloween (because 17 000 words is too much to put in one chapter), so you can now read part 1! 5 left before the final one on Halloween!

"Snow! Buenos diaz, didn't mean to keep ya waiting." For once, she has slept in! Precisely on the day Snow stayed over. She feels almost ashamed if she didn't feel so rested. "Oh, cariño, it smells great. Casita helped?"

"I helped!" came Julieta's voice from further within the kitchen.

Luisa pushes back her hair over her shoulder and chuckles. "Could've known you two would team up. Well, I've never had those for breakfast."

Norman and Dipper go on dates in the enchanted part of the woods where there are these glowing crystals that light up the whole place and make it look beautiful

One time Neil manages to convince the others to get broomsticks... It does not go well.

Long story short, Norman flew into a lake, Wybie was hanging upside-down, Dipper couldn't even leave the ground, and Raz's broom kept hitting him

Norman sleep-floats and the guys always have to tie him down to his bed when that happens

Every morning, birds help Wybie get ready for the day

Just him, not the others

Their home is like Casita from Encanto

The furniture and appliances move to help them out around the house

There are times when Norman can't sleep at night because ghosts just love to throw wild parties

And then he wakes up looking like hell

Dipper casts spells in his sleep sometimes and when the others wake up, their skin is either blue or they have extra arms

Raz likes to read the others’ minds while they’re asleep and sometimes even project their dreams just so he can watch. Apparently, Wybie’s been thinking about this cute girl with blue hair

Whenever he walks by a pet store, the animals will follow Wybie and then start making a bunch of noise. It freaks people out… Especially when that hawk landed on his head and he barely reacted

They all secretly listen to the ‘Hex Girls’, not knowing that the others are fans of their music

Less 'if' and more 'when" with the series! I feel like it'll be similar to the Tangled one where there's an overarching storyline, maybe something to do with the miracle or the bandits and then there's loads of smaller stories.

Mirabel tries playing matchmaker as she spots Isabela making love eyes at the bakery assistant and she automatically thinks "boy! Isabela! Together!" when really it was the cute new cashier who looks very similar to Namaari from Raya.

Chispi or Parce goes missing, Antonio is heartbroken, turns out they needed a quiet space to have their babies.

Definitely flashback episodes! Also specials such as Halloween and Christmas. For Halloween, they really play up the whole seven foot soothsayer thing for Bruno and Camilo, Casita and Bruno work together to create a fake seance scenario. Casita responds to the requests of Bruno and Camilo scares the shit out of the people taking part.

Casita gets a makeover and it is *not* happy

Es halloween, navidad, la casita del terror, el especial de navidad de los simpsons. Estados Unidos es el pais de la libertad, y mama por fin cruzo la frontera y viene de visita. Tragiste un arbol, tiene un nido, estamos colmados de vida. Y ese es el momento el momento de la vida en el que mentalmente me coloco para no volverme loca por la nostalgia.

Phoebus’ "AAH!! How frightening!" was the first response towards the skull tankards.

Josep can't help but chuckle. "Oh, come on, they're not made of real bone. I doubt Mrs. Jee is that tacky. Not to mention it'd be difficult to drink from. It'd make one so thirsty." He fingers the bird skull lanyard, smiling at its craftsmanship. "This is quite cute. I am certainly attaching this to my winter coat."

"And this bracelet is so lovely! Halloween all year, every year!"

"A cháchǒng!! I always wanted to have these around me during tea time! It's even a little kitty!

"And an acknowledgement of how awesome I am! Someone finally recognizes me for my greatness! Praise me!"

"LIZHIIIII!! SOMEONE PLEASE SNARK AT ME IN HIS PLACE!!"

Phoebus sighs as he takes the rose quartz face roller, holding it on behalf of Guy and praying it'll be used appropriately. He smiles at the kit. "This is fantastic. She remembers that... disaster with the dinner she was invited at. I know for a fact this is going to be used often. Especially with my syringes!"

"Not around me, right?!"

"That's not a promise, Rashid."

Rashid nearly crushes the box of delicious pistachio brittle. "CEASE!"

As shenanigans happen, the ship gently sways to and fro while Giovanni sets up the Lego Casita set, leaving some room for the dik-dik fawn. The ship's bell rings as her 'vocalization' of joy.

"I love it too! Maybe one day you can meet the real Casita and be friends with her! I know I love this dik-dik gift! I'm real surprised Ms. Kyung remembers that time I held one! Merry Christmas to her and hers!"
