Alrighty, time to play "Name that Anime"!
A married guy gets hit by truck-kun and is reincarnated, but same world, he loses his memories and nothing ever becomes of it, until...
18ish years later, he meets a girl in college, they have a great time and she takes him home to meet her family, which is just her mom and uncle
He's hit with some flashbacks and after a while, realizes that he is her dead dad and he is still in love with his wife who has gotten into a will-they-wont-they relationship with the uncle
He ends up convincing his wife that he's reincarnated and seduces her, but then the uncle comes in and beats him for cheating on the girl that the uncle raised and for seducing the woman he loves
After the uncle beats him, the wife explains that he was the reincarnated husband, uncle understands, they take him to the hospital and when he wakes up he has lost the memories of his past life and remains in the relationship with his daughter, and they all lived happily ever after
