some feeling took over him when he saw you in your cute scarf and hands in your pockets, grinning at him with a scrunched nose

he just had an instinct to speed up and down the pitch, spinning on his broom towards you and hard stopping right next to you to peck you on the cheek

he didn’t have to look behind him as he went to join the rest of his team to know your cheeks had flushed and you had frozen in place

that was the first form of pda between you two and you knew he only did it because he just couldn’t help himself

he somehow always finds a way of twisting his own victory into celebrating you

he’d find a reason to buy YOU a gift because HE won his match

this sick twisted adorable little game of his always has you preemptively trying to avoid getting presents from him

“george, why are you buying ME a necklace when YOU won your match?”

“just think of it as my reward for doing such a good job, hm? i get to see my princess wearing jewelry a winner got for her. just makes me wanna keep making her proud.”

george is a happy mix of celebrating with just you and with the entire house of gyffindor

he can get behind a massive function after a well deserved win (aka any time gyffindor beats slytherin)

unlike fred, he doesn’t have all that energy built up needing to be released right after a game

he lets his victory deep into him all the way before he celebrates with sex

he’s so sweet and intimate normally, but some sort of switch turns on when he is successful in a match

he takes his time basking in a victory, and slow and loving sex turns him on so much

draco malfoy

he’s very nonchalant when you pass by him during practice, he knows he doesn’t need to impress you and boy does he have fun being a cocky son of a bitch about it

he likes that you give him his space when he plays because he lets you in on every other part of his life, and he appreciates that you understand he likes having something that is reserved just for him

draco is a very possessive boyfriend (it’s not new information, i know)

he thinks it’s so hot when you wear his jersey to his game

you’d surprise him in his dorm, just the two of you, before he heads to his game, wearing his name on your back and smiling and he’d just freeze

you would get scared for a moment, thinking you did something wrong and that it was too much too soon

but that fear would dissipate in a few seconds as he cracked a stupid grin and peppered kisses all over your face and neck, telling you how good you looked

he’ll pull you into his arms after his game when everyone is on the pitch and says lowly in your ear

“merlin, you have no idea what you’re in for when none of these people are watching us. you were such a distraction, baby.”

draco isn’t a very clingy person, and typically he’s not very grandiose about your relationship

so when slytherin is partying after a victory, he’s not all over you the whole night

he’ll let you talk to your friends and you let him celebrate with his team

but he never loses his manners

i bet his mama taught him that

he’ll come up to you offering to refill your drink, asking if you need anything, firmly holding your hips to his when he talks to you and promising he’ll check up on you in 20 minutes before he gives you a departing squeeze to your hand

he knows the two of you had your fun right after the game in the locker room and will probably mess around a little more after the party to celebrate his win

oliver wood

quidditch is life for him. you know how important the sport is and you respect how seriously he takes it

it doesn’t go unnoticed whatsoever

he can see you trying your best to keep up with his rants and intently listening to his words, even if you weren’t quite sure what all of them meant

he never gave up the chance to rant to you about a recent match he watched or an idea for a new play

he appreciated that you attempted to absorb his words, and just knowing that you were happy to sit and listen to him talk for ages sent a sweet tightening feeling to his chest

oliver would be the type to try and teach you how to ride a broom and tell you that you were amazing at flying even if it was terribly obvious you and a broomstick was a disaster waiting to happen

“you’re a natural, y/n!”

“oliver, i love you, but please don’t lie like that to my face.”

“but you look so adorable after you’ve fallen into the mud- ow! don’t pinch me! this is my scoring arm.”

oliver shamelessly invited you to come to every single practice he held so you could see him in his element

he always had the cheekiest grin on his face when he won, and it kept with him when he met back up with you

he had the most incredibly stupid little victory dance and you thought it was so cute

once, for christmas, you bought him golden snitch boxers you thought were so funny that you could have sworn he’d thrown away

he genuinely wore them because they were from you (and also they were surprisingly soft and stretchy)

you knew he actually wore them because on laundry days, you would see them pretty frequently in the freshly done basket of laundry

oh come on guys how could we deny that oliver wood loves to be called “captain” after he wins a match?

he’d like taking you semi-publicly, like in the locker room, and you calling him “captain” or “sir” just stirred something in him that made him even more fiery than he usually was after winning a game

Ron Weasley x Harry Potter Headcannons

• On nights where Harry had nightmares he would often climb into bed with Ron and cuddle with him until he was able to calm down or go back to sleep.

• Harry had to walk really quietly since Hogwarts’s floorboards were creaky and he didn’t want to wake up any of the other Gryffindors.

• One time Neville got up in the middle of the night because he forgot to water the plant by his bed and saw Ron sneaking into Harry’s bed. Neville pretended like he didn’t see anything and just went back to bed (after watering his plant of course). But every now and again he would shoot Ron and Harry a small smile because he was happy for them.

• It took Harry and Ron years to figure out they liked each other, let alone ask the other out.

• The two went to the Yule Ball together as “just friends”. When everyone saw the two walk onto the floor together for the champions dance they all thought that the two were “coming out”. Harry and Ron were too dense to realize that they would be perceived as anything but friends.

• Everyone else knew that the two liked each other way before Ron and Harry realized it for themselves. Fred and George started a huge amount of bets on when the two would start dating or come out.

• Ginny grew out of her crush with Harry and ended up being really chill with her brother and Harry’s relationship, despite both boys’ worries

• Harry gave Ron his quidditch jersey after every season and during the summers Ron would wear it to bed every night.

quidditch george literally has me drooling and sweating 🤭🤭 also, i’ve never done a male reader before, so i apologize if it’s weird. i wanna get more into writing for gender neutral and male readers tho — also i’m still doing the dating george headcanons, i’m just gonna do a separate post for those

summary — ever catch a bludger to the face? now you have.

warnings — blood, quidditch incident, as always i didn’t edit

Quidditch practice with Fred and George Weasley was more in line with a mythological fight than a friendly competition. It didn’t matter that the game wasn’t real, and that their opponents were on the same team as them; they were ruthless. And, unfortunately for George’s boyfriend, he’d been put against them.

“Merlin’s sake, Fred!” Ron shouted as a bludger whizzed past his head. As he ducked out of the way, it gave the perfect opening for Katie Bell to smack the quaffle through the highest post.

“Keep your eyes on the ball, Ron,” Fred yelled back, a wide smile adorning his lips.

“Try not to knock our heads off, would you?” (Y/n) groaned. He flew back to the center of the pitch as the team reset their positions. When the quaffle was tossed, he was able to get an immediate grip on it. He soared across the sky with the ball under his arm, dodging the opposing Chasers as well as Fred and George's attacks. That was until he was met in the face with a bludger.

It came from nowhere (actually, it came from Andrew Kirke, who was on the same team and trying to knock out a Chaser who was on (Y/N)'s tail). A whistle was blown from somewhere in the distance, but he'd already fallen from his broom and was barreling towards the ground. The words "aresto momentum" filled his ears, and right before he smacked the ground, he stopped, floating in mid-air for a moment, then hit the grass with a thud.

"Bloody hell, mate," Fred swooped to the ground beside him, "You aren't supposed to fall off your broom."

"Thanks for the advice," he scoffed, clutching his face. Blood trickled down his nose, and the throbbing of a fresh bruise stung between his eyes.

"I'm sorry!" Andrew landed on the grass, his face filled with fear, "I was trying to get Katie, not you, and I didn't mean to hit it that hard-"

"S'alright." He waved Andrew off, pulling himself up into a seated position. He let out a grunt as the pain washed over him. Before he could move any further, George was at his side, his face both utterly concerned and guiltily amused.

"Up with you," he said, placing his arms under his arms, "Let's get you to Pomfrey."

"I'm fine," (Y/N) protested, but another gush of fresh blood shut him up almost immediately. He could hear Andrew's voice behind him, shouting out remorseful apologies. They continued to walk along the pitch, George waving off the team members as they swarmed the two with concerned faces.

"We're just headed to the hospital wing, not the morgue," he announced, holding the boy under his arm a little tighter.

"Hey, you alright there?" George's voice was soft when the finally made it off the pitch, his eyes soft as he looked at his boyfriend.

"I'll survive," he responded, holding his head up as he pinched his nose. George nodded, rubbing soothing circles on his back. A small grin lit up on his face.

"Y'know, you look kind of hot with all that blood on your face," he chuckled.

"Sod off." (Y/N) rolled his eyes in return, though, a small smile lit up on his face.

When they'd finally made it to the hospital wing, Madame Pomfrey rushed to them, taking (Y/N) from his arms and to a cot. As she fussed over him, groaning and complaining about how "horrifically dangerous" quidditch was, George silently watched from a few feet away. Luckily for him, she hadn't noticed he was still there, so he was able to watch without being kicked out.

"Is his face going to be permanently damaged? I can't have that," George spoke up, unable to contain his quips.

"Out with you, Mr. Weasley, get back to practice," Pomfrey replied distractedly, her attention focused on the injured boy in the cot below her.

"Keep that handsome nose intact for me," George laughed as he moved towards the exit of the wing. Though (Y/N) let out another exasperated groan, he couldn't help but grin -- even if George was a git.

now when it comes to you two getting togther, i have a couple differant ideas

number one is that it was during some kind of game of spin the bottle/seven minuetes in heaven type thing

when it landed on you, Fred was literally about to scream because he was so happy.

this man had a crush on you for 4 years of course he wants to kiss you

but you were really scared

all the thought running through your head like:

what is he doesn’t like me?

what if this ruins our friendship?

what if i’m a shit kisser?

and that’s all natural, but Fred literally just went straight into it

like my man was not waiting he was READY

and let’s just say he wasn’t bad at all

okay so for number 2, i like to think it was after gryffindor had a really good quidditch match, maybe winning against ravenclaw

he was ecstatic, and you were ecstatic for him.

When he was up on that winning high, he flew over to you in the stands

you two just kindove starred at eachother and you said “good game” and he literally just fucking kissed you. like my man just did it

you were pretty embarrassed, i mean it was in front of all your friends and bascially everyone in the school saw it

(i can just imagine lee announcing like,“Gryffindor has beat ravenclaw! oh and look Fred and Y/n are making out-)

but you really couldn’t help but care

you had realized your crush probably last year and so you were just really happpy that he felt the same

and for number 3, maybe it was just something really cute and simple

there was a dance or something coming up, (think yule ball but more springy) and fred knew he wanted to ask you

like that scene in goblet of fire, he passed a note to you asking if you wanted to go

you said yes of course, re-assuring yourself that he only wanted to go as friends.

oh boy you were wrong

when you two met up at the dance, fred’s jaw quite literally dropped

you were literally stunning, and he couldn’t keep his eyes off of you the whole night.

when the party started to wind down, fred asked you to dance

now you weren’t very good, but fred was probably worse so it was fine

while you two were dancinung together, fred was looking in your eyes and just had this thought

kindove like “now or never” or setting like that

so he he said he loves you, and you were just shocked

you said it back of course, because who wouldn’t-

moving along then

okay so when y’all were dating, there was the occasional mean person, but it affected you way more than it affected fred.

people would talk about your realationship, saying things like

“why would he date her?”

“she’s so boring, she like, never talks”

“i can’t believe he’s with a slytherin”

the comments would make you get down about yourself, and make you doubt if he really loved you

you often would keep your feelings secret, just bottling them up

but when you came crashing down and would admit what you felt to fred, he already knew

he’d talk to the people who say that, (maybe throw a few punches) but everybody kindove learned their lesson after that

next scene

so at parties, you didn’t really know what to do

you didn’t go out much, but fred was quite the opposite

you would stand by his side, and of course he wouldn’t mind

he liked showing you off to everyone

like yeah, this is my partner, be jealous 🙄

he’d also do a lot of the talking for you

you knew eachother so well, he probably can tell what you’re saying next by just looking at you.

I feel like challenging GOD so in my first ever read of Harry Potter I will be listing all of my headcanons in one big master post and sending it into the void space of tumblr thank you goodbye. I have no concept over which of these are hottakes, which of these are widely accepted, and which of them are just me being batshit crazy because as I write this I have never once looked at the Harry Potter fandom proper and my only knowledge of it is My Immortal and the fact that TikTok thinks Harry's dad and Sirius' little brother should makeout. 1. Ron Weasley is autistic.

2. Neville Longbottom is half-Korean on his mother's side, and also probably wears goofy little frog overalls.

3. Ron is tall, Harry is Short

4. Harry's scar is smattered across his face like a lightning storm and not just one little bolt, that's pussy shit. Make that shit dramatic

5. Ron and Luna probably had a fling at one point. Autism for autism

6. No way this isn't fanon, but Luna Lovegood is autistic.

7. Ginny Weasley is the HOTTEST bitch in Hogwarts and she is AWARE.

8. In Goblet of Fire the entire little Ron and Harry arc happening there was that they had a summer fling and then broke up when Ron had his little pissboy arc and they were both babies about it and then went back to having their regularly scheduled bromance thank you goodnight

9. Harry is actually dating a new person each book, no matter how short-lived it is. Why? Comedy. It's FUNNY.

10. I think Harry and Ginny have a shotgun wedding at like, nineteen.

All I know is that in my brief dive into AO3 (re: I looked up this exact tag out of morbid curiosity of it was A Thing), Sirius/Snape were apparently one of the smallest ships with like only 2k fics which is wild to me, because that enemies to lovers??? Thought bitches would eat that shit up. I don't ship it, but it still was wild.

12. Sirius and Remus are in love. (post mortum: I have now dived just slightly in the fic of Harry Potter and realize this is widely accepted fanon.)

13. Hermione wears fun frilly dresses outside of school and actually really loves dressing up and being girly fuck this 'not like other girls' agenda going on with her. Put her in a pretty dress and let her frolic in a field with flowers.

I was gonna say something about in my little noggin Ginny raised her and Harry's kid as a single mom or whatever and it's a fic I'm gonna work on and also his name is Remus Weasley and he's a Slytherin but APPARENTLY that's just the entire plot of the Cursed Child as my HP special interest having bestie informed me. I just added in a Gryffindor pretty boy for my Slytherin Potter boy to make out with when JKR was too much of a coward to make him gay.

16. RON SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN HUFFLEPUFF.

17. Cedric Diggory lived a very long and happy life and had a lovely spouse - guy who got really attached to this dorky little dude, knowing full well how he died.

18. It takes Harry at LEAST two marriages to women to realize he's gay. The egg takes a very long time to crack.

19. Ron is straight. He's just. He's got such bi wife energy.

20. Ginny Weasley is a raging bisexual, and so are the twins, and so is Bill. And Charlie? I know in my soul that's a nonbinary.

23. Harry and Dudley reconnect in their like, thirties/forties and actually become good friends I think.

27. I will live, breathe, and die by my personal headcannon that Tonks and Remus are comphet and in a lavender marriage but they lovingly coparent their child together and regularly at parties Tonks goes "where's my husband? Oh, he's making out with his boyfriend okay cool." and moves on.

28. Draco Malfoy's patronus is that white ferret Moody Crouch turned him into in book four.

29. In my perfect world James Potter is alive and I love him most than anything, I'm holding him like a wet cat. i literally bought three stag plushes over the month I was reading this series just because I couldn't stop thinking about him.

30. I am ignoring the implications in the epilogue that Harry did not raise Teddy Lupin, because he did, actually. That was the last promise he made to his beloved Remus Lupin and if Deathly Hallows taught us anything it's that Harry Potter keeps a fucking promise <<3

31. Molly and Arthur heavily assisted Harry in his 'I'm gonna raise this god damn orphan to good y'all won't know what hit him. I'm gonna be such a good dad.'

32. I am literally IGNORING all these implications of the Cursed Child. Draco Malfoy is also a banger dad. i think he goes to counseling and sorts out his issues and tries very hard to not put such high expectations on his own kids. I think he tries very hard to undo the damage Lucius did to him, and the bad choices he made in trying to make his parents proud of him. I think he makes sure his kids know better than anything else, that all he wants for them is joy. He wants them to be good, happy people.

33. Just Lovers - Zerrazapriel says that Sirius' patronus is Moony and that's so fucking real and true of that fucking fic and I live by that now.

34. On a similar note, Molly and Arthur have matching patronus'

Fuck this 'hermione minister of magic' nonsense that girl is a leftist and would never join politics did jkr forget her own fucking canon of harry and hermione doing their absolute best to fuck the government over for the last half of the series? whatever the fuck. HERMIONE TEACHES CHARMS AT HOGWARTS.

36. I'm sorry I got so heated on that last one. I had thoughts. Anyways, Draco also goes on to become head of Slytherin and teaches DADA.

37. I was so anti-Draco for the entire first five books and then the last two books Happened and so now I'm just holding him so close to my chest. He needs therapy. And i think it takes him until their mid-twenties or so, but I think he does make amends with Harry and the crew and actively tries to come back from the actions of his youth, and obviously the Golden Trio and co are sympathetic because Harry himself in the books clearly could recognize Draco was acting on the instruction of his trusted adults, trusting they knew better than him.

38. this is not a headcanon but the wandlore of Draco having a unicorn hair in his wand and the unicorn hair wizards being the most difficult to turn evil and his wand ultimately being the one to defeat voldemort is sooooooo. He's such a product of grooming and I think about him. I want to study him.

39. YOU KNOW WHAT. what if I said harry trans woman who unpacks her gender after the war is over and has time to contemplate who she is as a person and her and Draco become a very cute and in love little couple in their early thirties??? what then???? (does this fic exist and if it does give me links)

40. I think the funniest mental image ever is if Harry just shows up to a party or whatever with everyone when they're like, 26 with Draco fucking Malfoy in his arm and is like "this is my boyfriend" with no further explanation or nothing and half of the group is like "no yeah this is an expected development" and the other half is like "THE BITCHBOY????" and yeah.

What is you headcannon on the dynamic between Hinny and Romione? Does Harry ever just hang out with Ron and Hermione alone or is Ginny always with them?

What do you think Harry's relationship is like with Ginny's other brothers?

so I wrote a really long reply and then my laptop shut off... but now I have a FULLY charged battery let's go! I don't think they would want to hang out without Ginny, honestly? Ginny already spends a ton of time with them during vacations starting from like OotP. So much so that Harry is disappointed when Ginny goes to hang out with her own friends on the Hogwarts Express. Ginny is close with Hermione already. They share a room for a very long time. It is Hermione who gives her advice on Harry. Ron is her brother, who she gets along with well (other than the typical sibling pestering). So while I do think they may hang out without Ginny, more often than not she's included because there's no need to exclude them and they wouldn't want to. As they get older both Harry and Hermione marry into the Weasley family and I think they will shift more into the family dynamic and they meet up and let the kids play but evidently they would still all hang out all the time.

I think all the Weasley brothers love Harry, with or without dating Ginny. With the exclusion of Percy but even he would have to come around after the war. Ron is his best friend. Harry is one of the only people who bother to tell Fred and George apart, finances their shop. Heck they give him the Marauder's Map. They love him. Bill spends a lot of time with Harry when they stay at Shell Cottage so he gets to know Harry even better at that point. While he is wary about their plans, that is only because he wants to keep them safe but he also respects Harry enough to let him do as he pleases. Charlie is very hyped about Harry after the Triwizard task with the dragon. He was also a Seeker and Quidditch Captain like Harry so I feel they would just get along naturally. So yeah they all love Harry basically. They give him a little bit of trouble for dating their sister but it is very teasingly because they trust him and they think Ginny has excellent taste.

I think the headcanon of her brothers telling Ginny not to hurt Harry instead of the other way around could be a very real possibility. Someone has got to look out for the boy, right?

I do have a few headcannons about some characters, here they are--

Haymitch was in love with his girlfriend like how peeta and katniss are

Haymitch once mentioned to katniss that president snow killed his girlfriend after he refused to be forced into prostitution after winning his games. And the only reason haymitch could've done that while also killing his family was if he was truly in love with her, which gives me the feeling it wasn't just a fling. He could've also been getting ready to propose.

Annie names her son after his father

Mockingjay was the only book in the entire trilogy with made me cry. With good reason too--lots of important many characters die--prim, finnick, etc. Finnick's death was the one that made me cry the most, and I quite literally bawled to death (no pun intended) after I found out Annie had a baby. So she was obviously grief stricken after she found out Finnick was dead and wouldn't even know his son, so I think she named her baby Finnick Odair II, to keep his memory alive, kind of like what George Weasley did for his son, naming him Fred II after his twin.

Cinna was bisexual

Not a headcannon, just a thought XD

Gale and Madge had more history than they let on

I think Gale and Madge Undersee would've made an amazing pair. And I think they did, maybe when Gale was seventeen and she was fifteen or so. I think they might've had a brief fling or romance, because I think they had chemistry from the way they spoke to each other. Granted, it was only for a few scenes, but I think so.

Madge gave the pin to Katniss because she knew Gale cared about her

Continuing from my previous headcannon, I think Madge and Gale dated sometime in the books, and after they hypothetically broke up, Madge never really got over him. I personally think Gale was the one to end the relationship because he had feelings for Katniss, and Madge knew this, but she liked him too much to be bitter and she personally liked Katniss as a friend. So I think she might've given the pin to Katniss for two reasons--#1 cause she was her friend and #2 cause she thought Gale would appreciate it

WRAPPED AROUND YOUR FINGERS

“Now, munch on this when I send you off with a signal which will be me vexing the heck out of Mcgonagall!” The excitement not only builds in his voice but also in his deep brown eyes which started to shimmer, he then flashed her sportive smile. Her petite hand were outstretched as he thrusted a double coloured candy. In defence of her petite hands, he had an impossibly enormous set of hands. She stared at the piece of sweet with bewilderment in her expression as though nothing seems more ridiculous than a piece of candy used as a tool to help their sneak out plan set off.

Fred sneaked a glance at her and noticed that she was starting to fumble with her nails, which only meant one thing, she was nervous. He lifts up his hand to gently caress her dirty blonde hair and kissed the top of her head. He mumbles softly into her ear “Just trust me.” And he gives her a wink just as more students file into the hall with them.

The creak of the oak door gave rise to a sudden panic within Bella’s stomach, it felt as though someone dropped a heavy barbel that restraint all the rebellious side of her to come out. As she took a step beyond the threshold, her soft cloud-like voice whispered to herself, “Here goes nothing, I guess.”.

Bella sat herself three rows from the back, so as to be close enough to the door to save herself from the unknown embarrassment she was setting herself up for by trusting Fred’s bizarre candy while still being able to draw attention to Professor Mcgonagall if something bad did happen to her because of the candy.

In her authoritative yet supportive tone, Professor Mcgonagall started rambling on and on about human transformation. “These people who are able to change their physical appearance at one’s own will are known to be gifted with the power of metamorphmagus.” She paced the length of the room glancing to her left and right to make sure every single student was attending to what she had explained.

The other students had their quills and papers out and were focusing intently to scribbling down the whole mouthful of what Professor Mcgonagall was saying, all the while Bella was retrieving her memory from last week where Tonks was changing up her hair colour from shockingly bright pink to purple.

The ringing her voice cut Bella off from her daydream session, “People are born with the power, rarely though, there are skilled witches and wizards who do learn this power overtime.”.

“Do you think I am a skilled wizard, Professor? What do you reckon?” Teased a voice that rang immense familiarity to Bella. A frown drew itself upon Professor Mcgonagall’s forehead. She halted her journey of travelling around the classroom and turned to face Fred who was sitting at the far front of the classroom. Everyone could tell that she was stunned by his retaliation. She manage to stutter out an answer “I don’t quite understand what you are trying to get at, Mr.Weasley?”.

Fred emphasised and elongated the word “Well” in a high-pitched tone as his eyes darted across the classroom and fell upon Bella. She had not realised until then that this was his misdirection plan and instantly she unwraps the candy from the grip of her right hand.

Eyes bulging and heart racing as her gaze shifted to the double coloured candy. Bloody hell. Fred never told me which side does the trick to make me sick. I am going to hex him! Here goes nothing, I guess.

Quickly nibbling on the orange side of the candy, she prayed intensely that she was chewing on the right side. All at once her stomach felt as though it has been twisted and the contents of it were being forced out.

Thankfully his eyes were glued to her the entire time and abruptly he shouted making the other students jolt in their seat “Professor, Bella seems unwell. Let me send her off to the hospital wing.” With a scowl Professor Mcgonagall objected “Ms.Fortescue appeared fine seconds ago.” Her eyes gleamed with curiosity as she squinted them.

“Andddd is now sick. I got to bring her to the hospital wing. Sorry, professor.” He hurriedly collected his belongings and dashed his way to Bella who was utterly embarrassed about being the centre of attention while the nauseated expression drew itself across her face.

The warm palms took hold of her wrist and dragged her out of the class. Leaving the room full of bewilderment.

Their unrestrained laughter echoed throughout the empty halls as heartbeat quickens and breath shortens. The exhilaration they felt as their stomps brave them towards a new adventure together. Hands gripped tightly. They ran for their life. This is what being alive feels like the pair thought.

A grassy and earthy scenery filled the perimeter of their vision. This scene brings back innumerable amount of memories. Fred spotting Bella in a crowd of thousands when he was having a match. Fred bringing Bella and showing her cool tricks. Fred asking Bella to be his girlfriend. Instantaneously the pair was brought back from the flashing sea of memories to reality when Bella puked on the Quidditch pitch. “Way to diffuse the moment.” Teased Fred as Bella averted her eyes upwards to meet Fred who was practically beaming.

“Shove off. Why are we here?” Bella summoned all the power within her to be annoyed by Fred but could only muster a giggle and grin. His arms were outstretched as he pointed to a broomstick in the middle of the field “See that” his voice was tranquil and serious now “you need to trust me.” He gave her a sideways glance with hope illuminating in his aura. She put on a smug face and pestered him “Wellllll, I don’t know. After what just happened.”.

A sly expression fell upon his face “Bet.” He challenged. It startled Bella that the strong built of his upper body suddenly took hold of her legs and carried her body on his shoulder. Minutes ago the two were racing out of trouble and now she was propped on his shoulder while her vision faces where they stood minutes ago. As though his life depended on it, Fred ran faster than usual.

Propped to the nourished grassy field, Bella wobbled and tried to gain balance. “Hop on, then.” Fred’s hands move in an encouraging manner while his head nodded sideways beckoning Bella. Her steps were groggy and paced. At this precise moment Fred realises that she has trust issues with broomsticks. He slides himself onto the broomstick and steals her gaze with a tender expression that he counts on to be the thing that makes her have faith in him.

“Don’t you trust me, love?” He inquired while offering his hand to her. It took her a minute before she decided that she puts all her faith in him. As she takes tiny steps to him, the green eyes never broke the gaze to the brown one. There was an unspoken communication of trust in their eye contact.

She braced herself with courage and ascended the broomstick. He peered to his behind and benevolently said to her “Hold on tight.”. Though her arms may be short, it was the perfect size to wrap around his waist. Head leaning against his back she felt his warmth and goosebumps travel through her body. There was something intimate and sentimental about putting your trust in someone. Not a thing in the world matter as the pair soared off the grounds. Only the presence of each other became of great importance now.

From below clouds appear as though they are one thick dense layer, but as the two soar in between the clouds move constantly, flowing from here and there as though it had a journey. Deliberately the pair acquired a bird eyes view. A tiny tree near the Black Lake reminded her of the whispered conversations that seems days away now. The thrilling adventures in those halls are now ran through by minuscule figures. When one perceives the world this way everything seems small. It makes them realise that they have chosen each other to be a big part of one another’s life.

Far off Hogsmeade was a cliff and Fred was steering the broomstick towards that direction. Bit by bit buildings started to grow larger and larger as the broomstick descended to the ground.

The pair was greeted by the tender breeze, pushing them down to the soft grass, though it was thin it served as a nice comforting mattress where the pair laid down next to each other, above them were the deep blue ceiling and scattered all around it were fluff cottons shaped like various things. The pair took time guessing and teasing one another about the shapes they saw.

He pulled her close to embrace her into a cuddle. In the serene atmosphere, his cuddles felt like a little touch of heaven that was warm and secure. The pair wished they could just extend or even pause the time so they could just stay close forever, feeling right in the embrace. “Love, can I say something cheeky?” His voice never quivered with so much jitters. “Go for it.” She answered him, the eagerness to know increased. “With you, I start to believe that there is nothing to fear in life. I start to believe that there are happy days and love. I feel that I have found someone who is able to turn me head over heels. Makes me feel complete.”
