like, it might not be apparent before but i've never been normal about Marika for one bit... so a demigod with a whole ass giant statue of her cradling a baby in his boss room (also, that's the most LOVING depiction of Marika so far in the entire game) + the first one to outright calling her Mother ?? also all the “unwanted child” thing is pure fan speculation so far. no one in canon is saying he's unwanted. yes he carries all the symbols that are against the Erdtree but have you considered ...... they are trophies ....... of all the forces he had slayed to protect his Mother ...... how about that .........

interpreting foolish making a few of his own skins as qfoolish knowing how to sew and making his own clothes is one of my favourite headcannons because one of qfoolishs main ways of expressing his love and care is acts of service, he loves through actions. So it only makes sense that he might tend and care for the clothes of his loved ones too

imagine qfoolish sewing all of Leo's clothes, each new shirt or sock getting slightly larger than the last as she grows up before his very eyes, feeling immense pride as he goes from sewing tiny rompers to elaborate dresses that take days to complete and rolls and rolls of fabrics just to her liking all for his little girl. His heart melting ever so slightly as he starts all over again with a red and white striped scarf for a baby Pepito.

For the longest time qroiers clothes were plagued with tears and gashes. Rips in his overalls after bobby passed, the gash in his hoodie from a friendship turned backstabbing. He can't find it within himself to fix alone, he hardly knows how. Until he's adopted, qvegetta and qfoolish taking him in with open arms and suddenly there's another hand steadying his shaking fingers because qfoolish cannot undo the hurt qroier has faced but with needle and thread he can help his son repair what he has

Mixing this with another headcannon, I like to think that the suit qroier wore at his wedding might've been one of qvegettas from one of his failed marriages. Knowing he'd never allow himself to wear it and let himself be hurt again and so instead wanting his son to have it and see it worn at a happy wedding, one based upon genuine love. Though he may never experience that moment himself at least someone he loves can, the cycle continuing for qvegetta but finally breaking for roier. But Vegetta is BUILT, broad as a brick wall and muscled like no other, and foolish steps in, adjusting the shoulders and waist and whatever else until it's perfectly tailored for qroier ready to walk walk down the aisle carrying the love of both his fathers with him.

lets talk abt house and empathy. the general perception of house is that he's hypoempathetic and generally doesn't care about people. however i would argue very distinctly that he cares TOO much and feels TOO MUCH empathy!!

this is my second post in a row talking abt john house but THINK abt his childhood! they moved around constantly, so he likely never got a chance to make friends as a kid. his dad abused him and his mom let it happen. for a kid who cared so much about the people around him, that would kill him!!!! it's highly likely that he initially developed his "antisocial tendencies" as a protective mechanism so that people couldn't hurt him by leaving or by actually hurting him.

on top of that, he says that he became a doctor essentially because he saw a guy who was treated horribly and yet people still needed him when it came to medicine. it makes a lot of sense to me that a young greg house would feel deeply for that man AND see himself in him. he also talks about how the appeal of his job is solving puzzles - but there are lots of other jobs where that would work!!! he could have become a detective (acab but w/e), a computer scientist, etc etc. instead he chose a career where he SAVES people.

house doesn't talk to patients because he doesn't want them to become real to him, because then he'll care too much. a puzzle is a puzzle and a puzzle doesnt need feelings or morality, but when he has to come face to face with a patient, it becomes a situation where he can start to feel for them and care about them. this is commented on multiple times in the show but notably in the episode with the doctor in antarctica, who he cares very deeply about by the end.

i also firmly believe that house is autistic, like its nondebatable to me, and i think that he doesn't instinctively know how to read social cues, which is why he's so obsessed with patterns. he's memorized what emotions look like on other people, and he's memorized the typical behaviors of the people around him (e.g. wilson's ties, stacy's cross) and that's how he can read their emotions. if he doesn't connect to a patient he can't necessarily feel their emotions as strongly, he has no chance to learn their reactions!!

Like, you could say that Sleep is a counter to Madness? Logically of course; Frenzy is a torture, excessive energy and.... well, frenzy, whereas Sleep is the opposite - tranqulity and rest. And visually? Not only status effect icons are mirroring one another, but also the color of one is opposite to another! Or more specifically, if you remove the yellow hue from FF, it will become cold purple!

I definitely believe theory that Trina has a connection to Miquella, in a similar form how Radagon was Marika's alter, but this could be similarly not a normal thing? I assumed that Radagon was the result of curse of the Giants inflicted on Marika but separating from her as maybe a way to defy it! Yet despite Giants not affiliating with GO (being in counters with it, actually), Radagon is very much a GO person. But what if a similar thing happened to Miquella? He got sick with Frenzy for one reason or another, but as a very powerful Demigod Empyrean super cool super strong person he of course could not "truly" go down for it, needless to mention that it is said to only make humans sick with it. But at the same time, Frenzied Flame does come from an outer God, and those can be a problem for Demigods- heck, his sister is the example of that! However, Miquella is also Unalloyed; his whole thing is being stuck in a "pure" state, countering Outer Gods successfully (and even not aging physically)! So instead, it resulted in an alter ego- at the same time, twisting the thing into basically an opposite element!

+ @val-of-the-north also suggested that maybe this is how Miquella became an Empyrean; not only being "Unalloyed" would not do for starting a new era so some sort of affiliation, even if in a roundabout way gave his potential more 'personality', but also he says being an Empyrean seems to be associated with femininity and that's why Trina is a she?

Really just me speculating a little because apparently overthinking the fact there is a weird purple fire is a good activity for 3 AM dksdjsdfd I really think DLC should reveal more to us about both dreams and Miquella from the looks of it 🤔

Foaming at the mouth rn about how Davy Jones wasn’t cursed until after Calypso broke her promise. He was tasked by her to lock his heart away, spend ten years at sea, and bring her dead to the afterlife and he did that.

It’s not like he didn’t listen to her or something. He actually did what she asked of him. Because he was in love with the sea. He gave her his heart (literally) and locked it away with letters he wrote her to both prove he was being serious and to make sure he wouldn’t love anything else until they could meet again and he could have it back.

But Calypso didn’t meet him on land when those ten years were up, and so was unable to free him. I don’t think he really cared about that part too much, it was the fact that despite everything he’d just done for her, he was a human and she was the sea. And it didn’t matter what tasks he completed for her or how long he spent separating himself from the rest of humanity, he would always be a human, even though he had no heart. And where she went, he could not go.

That part was where the curse came from. Calypso never freed him from his psychopomp status, except now to get back at her he’s been holding her dead hostage in the Locker (like she’s been holding his heart/humanity) for about 200 years. The Locker is not the afterlife, that’s just where the dead get thrown in limbo because Jones refuses to see them all through. That’s why Tia Dalma/Calypso said Jack wasn’t actually dead, he was basically being held captive because he died at sea and that’s Davy’s jurisdiction. That’s why his curse couldn’t be lifted, because now he purposefully wasn’t completing his task. And at some point he played a part in binding Calypso to a human body so that he could hold her captive on land the way he felt she held him captive on the sea.

Also some food for thought: the only thing Calypso still had that she and Davy Jones shared was his heart-shaped locket.

to me even creating Radagon is a way for Marika to defy the Greater Will. He’s the part of her that loves and feels things deeply, her bleeding human heart given a life - discarded so it might be safe. During Goldmask quest it’s mentioned that the Golden Order centers around the belief that Marika is One True God, and he expressed his shock that wtf is Radagon doing there.

in a way, it seems like Marika’s still stubbornly clinging to everything that makes her human, despite the Greater Will’s best effort to make her ‘perfect’ (Messmer, Radagon - even his devotion to the Golden Order...is also love, even allowing Miquella to make another whole ass tree when it’s clear she can’t do anything to save her daughter now)

Marika’s soreseal: Solemn duty weighs upon the one beholden; not unlike a gnawing curse from which there is no deliverance.

Mending Rune of Perfect order: The current imperfection of the Golden Order, or instability of ideology, can be blamed upon the fickleness of the gods no better than men.

They scorn her for being too human, even though it’s them who shackles her in this mess, this is the worst ending to me… I feel like we need to honor her legacy by being the most chaotic gremlin possible...

& I’m sure Marika used to be a lively girl ! The Mimic’s veil ! The Erdtree used to grant abundant blessing to everyone & their mom ! Numen rune mentions the Numen are long-lived but seldom born, so she had probably naively believed that if no one has to die everyone will be happy!

Also because birth is such a rare occurrence to her people, how happy and awed she must have felt when she had Messmer, or Godwyn… but Messmer had to be left behind, the Omen twins had to be discarded, the Empyrean twins and their curse, Ranni dragging Godwyn to death with her…

it’s just cruel the way Marika couldn’t save her children, even though they must have been the most beautiful miracle to ever happen to her.

Note: i also think Messmer is Marika's firstborn when she was still human. The official press release of the DLC stated that the Land of Shadow is where Marika became God-Queen. What if Messmer is her first born BEFORE she became a God… i felt like she could have been a perfectly happy normal woman with a child who was her world, but the Greater Will butt in & took her away from her son.

Her ascension of course meant Messmer becomes a demigod, but because he was born when she was human, he was not allowed to follow her to the Golden Order… depriving him of his birthright because he is the proof that God/ Marika was all too human, once.

Me, already counting how much money I can put aside for all the future Wakfu webton/manga volumes, the potential Kickstarter for another season and any Ankama project.

Going to a karaoke booth with tsum cater. He's just perching on my shoulder as i go through song after song. Little hands bobbing at the screen, pointing out the songs trending at the moment, but slowly, it starts to dip into lesser known songs. Songs he holds dear.

The playlist is a mix of songs, both of our favoruites. Sure, some of his songs are cheesy, and Cater Tsum always get startled when one of my rock song blares through the speakers. But we're having fun, nonetheless.
