him as your brother can be frustraing sometimes. beacuse he's the type of brother who makes fun of you.
if he'll say his infamous lines such as: "father will hear about this!" ,, you'll just simply say back: "mother will hear about this!" And the list just go on.
Narcissa and Lucius would be super stressed for the both of you when you two were just a child. Draco would often touch things in the store and you jsut joining him.
But to tour dismay, one time draco broke something, he framed you. To which you were mad at him and didn't talk to him in one week. He was lucky that you didn't have the mood to hex him or else lucius would hide your wand.
There are times that both of you are sworn enemies, but at the same time both of you treats one another as an actual sibling. They might thought that you would often fight, yes that is true, but there are times that both of you are tired that you two just usually do and decided to form an alliance and tries to be good to one and another.
As soon as both of you are attending and hogwarts, you both have the same circle of friends.
"He's your brother?!" Your seatmate asked, and you nodded. "I get it, i know the reaction. I mean, we literally shared the same womb so i know what you're feeling." You said it out loud enough to hear by everyone. when he turns around you smiled wickedly and started to run.
In serious fights during holidays at the manor, there's one time that you both used spells on one another. Because he found out that you're seeing a particular someone that he wasn't aware of. The entrance were wrecked and the couch was on the wall and got flipped.
"I told you! This is none of your business draco!" You angrily said. He scoffed, "it's my business because im your brother! Seeing someone that who is not even acceptable!" He talked back.
"Well it's not not my fault i fell for harry! Blood status does not matter when it comes to love draco! You're just blind!" You were practically yelling now. Soon enough, the door opened to see your mother and father. Narcissa was horrified to see you two fighting in an extent where you used both magic to one another. Both of you looked down as your father scolded you two for making a whole mess in the place and scared your mother.
You both soon apologised to them but the only thing to make them forgive you both is to apologise to one another which it took days before giving up.
It times in sadness and hardship, you both care for one another, but not in a direct way though.

Closeted Harry coming out to Ron after his breakup with Ginny and Ron just being like, “cool just don’t date one of my brothers”
Fred and George freezing and looking at Harry with nothing but absolute delight at the potential mischief.
Harry making eye contact with them, immediately understanding their intentions, and winking as he puts a finger to his lips, shushing them.
Ron following Harry’s line of sight and screaming “NO. NO. FUCK NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT.”
Harry and the twins platonically flirting in the most obnoxious ways imaginable.

Ron eventually gets used to this but absolutely loses it when the rest of his brothers send him their sweaters and flirt with him at the Burrow.
The Weasley boys sending flirty howlers to Harry just to send Ron spiraling.
Ron being so relieved when Harry dates literally anyone who isn’t one of his older brothers.

alright strap in I've got another scorpius & draco malfoy centered scorbus fic concept:
scorpius malfoy, the squib
draco malfoy, the widowed hogwarts professor
astoria dies when scorpius is around 5 years old, leaving draco completely broken since she's the one person who's ever been able to reach into his chest and touch his heart, so he's completely lost without her
eventually draco leaves his job at the ministry so he can move to hogwarts with his young son and take up a teaching position
which he's... surprisingly good at?? (shocking everyone even himself)
in a way he's able to relive the school days that he didn't really get to have for himself through his students. he wants them to be the best versions of themselves that they can, so he's hard on them (especially any trouble making gryffindors) but the kids really do love him
scorpius, meanwhile, gets raised at hogwarts
the castle essentially becomes the place he lives at, but the place he'll never actually belong
because he's a squib
everyone has always known he was a squib
and why would a squib belong in a school for witches and wizards?
that doesn't stop him though, he's always had an overwhelming positive attitude (draco attributes it to astoria)
scorpius knows pretty much every secret of the castle. he's friends with all the ghosts. has spent hours interviewing all of the paintings. he knows all the secret rooms, passage ways, and hide outs. he even regularly stops by to visit Hagrid (who's still the grounds keeper but, in his old age, needs a little bit of help getting everything done)
when scorpius turns 11 draco is amazed at how unphased his son is by not recieving his hogwarts letter. not that that thought he was GOING TO, draco just thought that the reality of the situation might finally hit his son
but it doesn't. at least not outwardly
since scorpius doesn't let himself cry before going to bed on august 31st (even though he wants to)
so there's a new flood of students, except this time they're scorpius's age (and he's never really been around kids his age, they've always been older)
he meets albus potter
he's heard stories of him, of course he has, he's the son of pretty much the most famous wizard that ever lived!
but the thing is... albus isn't what scorpius expected
he's nothing like his loud older brother, james, who scorpius tends to avoid as much as he can
he's quiet and soft and scared (especially when he gets sorted into slytherin, which no one really saw coming). but he also has a way of being funny, brilliantly funny, in a timid albus potter sort of way.
albus is the black sheep of his family
so what is scorpius supposed to do besides instantly become his best friend?
yeah i'm gonna write it.

☔Is there a fic concept you have that you'd like to just explain and share because you're not sure you'll ever write it? If so, what is it?
Hello, dear Apri! thanks so much for asking. I have quite a few of these. I would never say never and in fact I have started writing all of these, to various extents, but they have been languishing in my docs for many years now so may never see the light of day.
First we have the Theo Knot fic (my eternal thanks to the Theo Knot anon) and I do really want to write this one because I think it would be really fun to tease out the tone? Like, would it be more cracky or more angsty? I think in my planning doc for this one I had the idea to bring adult Teddy into it too, with a werewolf inheritance and maybe him having a crush on Theo and that would bring tension between him and Harry... Or maybe he even has a crush on Harry and his wolfy instincts just make things worse. anyway I am mentioning this here because I really want it to happen sometime!
I also had an idea for a sentient homes fic where Harry finds out he has a country house (also left to him by Sirius) but that the house is actually "mated" or paired in some way with Malfoy Manor. Harry and Draco hate each other, and their house start ruining their lives by trying to shove them together. Lots of potential fun for healing/ redemption arc/ post-war reparation stuff. Plus country squire deliciousness.
Aaaand one other fic I have a good few thousand words written of is a multi-POV quidditch fic where Harry is a washed up somewhat slutty Quidditch star, and Draco comes back from France and buys the team Harry plays for in a last-ditch attempt to save them from relegation. I had eight scenes planned in the POVs of people like Pansy, Lee Jordan, an OC who is a young French seeker Draco recruits, Oliver Wood, Ron, and so on. I think I also had a scene with Draco wearing... gold... shorts? and then the final sex scene would be in Harry/Draco POV. anyway. i think that would be fun as I've never done a full multi POV fic.
