How did you make miniature stained glass? I just saw a post of yours from last year and I'd love to put some in my dollhouse
Print.
Use your highest quality photo paper setting. Use cellophane paper. It usually comes with a piece of white paper loosely attached to the back. You can buy it at the office supply store. If you do not have that sort, a quick spray of Mr. Super Clear over a piece of cellophane, which you can buy at the craft store, left to dry overnight will work.
Cut to paper size, so it fits in your printer.
Choose your stained-glass. Make one, if you like, in an art program. Or just select an image.
Print with the paper side down, or the Mr. Super Clear up. If you are using Mr. Super Clear, you will need to clean your printer head and rollers with acetone and let dry, just to make sure it doesn't get a build up.
Leave to dry overnight. Seriously. Do not skip this step.
Once dry, cut to shape, leaving a half to one inch border to attach to your project. Before attaching, seal it. I use a gloss seal. You can use another coat of Mr. Super Clear to get that frosted look. For a thicker window, you can use UV or regular resin. This is a personal call.
Remember to not use tape on ANY colored surface. If you must attach pieces over the stained-glass image, use gem glue or a low temp hot glue gun on the piece you want to attach, *then* press it into the image.
It takes a few tries to get past the nerves of a new project, but once you get the hang of it, your doll house can have the best stained-glass windows EVER, and customized to your needs.

My first doll house (1/12 scale) and it took a long time >.<
It's not perfect I only just finished the inside. Also I think I messed up on the construction since the rooms are suppose to be even like this...but whatever.

Given Youtube might undergo a mass deletion of videos, I thought of bringing back up into the news some stuff that might interest people.
Such as this channel, which hasn鈥檛 been active in years, but is a MASSIVE archive of lots and lots of documentaries. It mostly focuses on art documentaries in all of its forms: documentaries about painting, jewelry and architecture from various countries and time periods, from modern 20th century America to Imperial Japan - but it also contains here and there more unique gems, such as a documentary about doll houses, or one about the figure of witches in old Europe.
It is a huge resource about a lot of fascinating topics
