The Alt Characters of Shadow vs the World

Since the main setting of “Shadow the Hedgehog be the World” is in an alternate timeline, I thought it would be neat to bring back preexisting characters but give them a bit of a twist.

Their bios are below if you are interested!

Rouge the Bat: At first glance, she seems to be a cool and fashionable individual, but as it turns out, she is actually a bounty hunter for hire. Knuckles the Echidna: Prior to leaving Angle Island to take back the Master Emerald from an aggressive black-arms hybrid, he was a noble warrior who was also the sole protector of the emerald. Once he left towards Westopolis, he only had himself to look after. Anyone else was either a nuisance or a threat, especially the hybrid kind.

Amy Rose: Volunteering as a mascot performer in her favorite amusement park, she always presents a cheery disposition. Though she can sometimes be considered as “too eccentric for her own good” by her robotic coworkers within the park, that doesn’t stop her from spreading positivity to those around her. Even if it’s for a corporation that enacts the opposite.

Miles “Tails” Prower: A prodigal artist who is never afraid to express his mind and think outside the box. However, the hedgehog was suddenly announced missing. Miles must step out of his comfort zone to search for him, including collaborating with those he never saw himself sharing the same side.

the bright light peeking through windows and the bustling noise of Hermes cabin did nothing to help wake you up. the fact that you still slept so peacefully, despite all the ruckus, left Luke questioning if you were alive or not. you were, the soft rise and fall of your chest while you slept assured that.

his calloused fingers delicately brushed your hair from your face. he cooed your name softly, continuing to lure you from your dreamstate. Luke left gentle kisses on both your forehead and your cheek, still coaxing you back to the present with his sweet words.

you sighed in your sleep, half awake. Luke smirked to himself, still running his fingers through your hair. “time to wake up, baby,” he whispered, “you’ve already missed two meals.” his calming chuckle sounded right into your ears.

your eyes fought to open – just a little, though. the bright sunlight burned, causing your eyes to slam shut, and your arm to fling over them, almost hitting Luke right in the face. he laughed as you whined, your whine morphing into a yawn half way through. “hi sweet girl, did ya’ sleep good?”

you muttered out a ‘mhm,’ hesitantly uncovering your eyes. when you finally allowed your eyes to adjust, you were met with the kind eyes of your sweet boyfriend. a precious smile engulfed your lips as you stared up at him. he mimicked your smile, fingers still softly brushing through your hair.

“hi, Lukey,” you mumbled, yawning once again, drowsily blinking up at Luke. “hi, baby, what time did you go to bed last night?” he questioned, you took a moment to think before answering him. “8:30,” you mumbled sweetly.

Luke laughed, you’d almost slept a full twenty-four hours, and you would have if it wasn’t for him. he helped you sit up, chuckling to himself at the sheet marks on your arms and your flushed cheeks. all signs of a good night's rest.

he stood up from his spot on the floor, holding out his hand to you to help you up. you gratefully took his hand, standing up and leaning into him. his strong arms wrapped around you, warming you up. it almost made you fall asleep right there.

before you did, though, Luke spoke. “come on, sleepy girl, let’s go get you something to eat, yeah?” he used his fingers to tilt your head up to look at him, waiting for your nod of agreement. you nodded, letting him help you put on your slippers and leading you out of the cabin.

One sketch (by @jestierabbit ) gave me the idea for «The Brave Tailor AU». So far there are only redrawings of poses from the cartoon, but I have something to say!

- Oswald is a handyman.

- Mickey and Oswald dreamed of becoming heroes of the kingdom since childhood, but over time it remained just a dream.

- Mickey, in addition to being a very good tailor, is also a dreamer and storyteller. Most often, neighboring children come to the brothers to listen to fairy tales about heroes, dragons and beautiful princesses.

Actually, this is where the story begins - Mickey composed the king's story "about himself" for children, and the idea of "killing seven with one blow" came because of the incident with the flies. (Great inspiration!)

As a result, either because of childish naivety, or because of random passers-by, this story reached the king...

That's all I've come up with for now. Oh, no, one more thing.

Minnie will not only be delighted with the future hero, but also alarmed that... Tailor is being sent against the giant (a very nice tailor).

Oh, and the story is unlikely to end with a victory over the giant. This is probably how the brothers will begin their journey as heroes using their skills against their enemies.

Here's how Mickey dealt with the giant in the original. It was cool.

Are you familiar with the How to Train Your Dragon series? Since Fidget has a busted wing and Olivia's dad is a very skilled toy/robot maker he might be able to create a contraption for him to be able to fly. Fidget would let Olivia fly on his back.

Yes, I am! I'm really glad that you asked me this because I have wondered about it for a while now and even tried to incorporate a thing as such in a future design for him. I only had the idea of Dawson patching the wing for now as he is a surgeon and stuff, but I also really really love the contraption idea!!!

These designs for adult Olivia and Fidget are a little old though, I plan on changing Fidget's peg leg to a metallic one like the one he has in his Lorcana card.

And I also have an idea that these two become investigators like Basil and Dawson when they grow up, but I need to finish the concepts of their villains/rivals!! Which I hope it can be soon enough.

Thinking about a Yuu who loved Greek mythology in their world or maybe jus mythology in general and then when they get to twisted wonderland they’re looking at the ruler of the underworld like “….
