I think its a rite of passage to make an au at least once, and ive been thinking super hard about how Sonic raised tails lately. So obviously an age swap au had to happen. Aka, the au in which they are both team turbo nerd and Tails needs a Vacation as a dire medical suggestion.

just completed neutral route! big huge spoilery ramble below
summary: definitely recommend playing neutral route because holy shit wow. plus you get some new dialogue and stuff from other characters which is cool
I thought Martlet picking up the determination syringe was an aborted genocide only thing but she had it and i was only level 7...she throws it away of course but it still kinda shocked me. She was already ready to kill Clover if they did anymore violence, even if she changed her mind in the end. And then Flowey just kills her-
Really interesting to me that when Flowey doesn't intervene clover just stays with Toriel. I feel like Clover had a hard life on the surface (based off of Star's couch bringing "unpleasant memories", mainly) I feel like deep down, they wanted comfort. They came down the mountain to find the 5 missing humans but they forgot about that in exchange for Toriel's comfort. A home. They're just a kid. man..
The boss..fuck. I knew it got scary because I accidentally spoiled myself on a few things but wow I was not ready. it really emphasizes the fact that Flowey has complete (not counting the player) control over what happens to clover. Speaking of that, that one scene at the end where Flowey looks directly at the screen..wonder if he realized that him and clover aren't the only ones here. T- DON'T DO THAT CREEPY LAUGH sorry was typing this while watching the credits anyway..
The fight itself was AWESOME. Super creative, the sections where you have to avoid Flowey's vines like Undyne's spears was amazing. The attacks were...creepy as hell Flowey with Humanoid Eyes will stay in my mind for a while. And that's a compliment, the horror factor was nailed here. The battle box lines too. "Clover wants to cry but they don't have eyes" wow! fun! jesus christ.
The intermission(?) between the phases. All the other final bosses showed memories of the characters, so it makes sense Flowey would also get those! I'm...not entirely sure what most of it was about besides the part where Asriel first awakens as Flowey ("mom..? dad..?") but holy shit the mountain of dead Floweys was horrifying. Every single reset...damn. Its more likely that Flowey was created a bit before frisk fell, not clover, at least in undertale canon. But still, it really puts into perspective just how many times he died, over and over and over. Plus I'm inserting UTY into my headcanon anyway at this point lmao. oh yeah and then we're in Snowdin! yay it's Martlet! she's speaking slightly weird but I'm sure nothing bad will happen Uh Oh
The second phase is just, really, really good. I didn't expect anything to match Photoshop Flowey but this? Pretty much does it perfectly. i love the different artstyles for every different phase rather than theming around the different souls too. The clay one got me very close to becoming the joker fuck that one
I'm wondering what would've happened if i exited the game at some point, maybe ill redo it later. But yeah, awesome boss, awesome route, definitely go play it yourself. You can just kill like 1 monster and you'll get it i think. ignore the fact that i killed way more than one monster i needed the health ok

Peter Parker. The absolute nerdiest nerd of Midtown. How did a Stark of all people notice him? She can't do math. And math was slightly important if you wanted to graduate high school, so she gratefully accepted Peter's invitation to help her pass.
She was hesitant to accept his offer, assuming he only wanted to help in an attempt to be closer to the oh so amazing Tony Stark. What was so amazing about him anyway? Oh he's smart and wears metal, BOO HOO-
(Y/N) shook the thoughts dissing her own dad from her head as she jogged up the steps of Peter's apartment complex. Her backpack bounced against her back on every step, not that it was very full.
She had never talked to Peter much, they shared a couple classes and that was it. He was cute and smart but an outcast. She knew Flash bothered him for no reason and that he hung out with that kid- What was his name again? Bob? No, it definitely doesn't start with a b. It was some three letter name, but she couldn't exactly place i-
"No, Ned! She's literally on her way right now! I'm not lying dude! Take a pict-? No, that's so creepy! Don't you dare come over, I'll kill yo-" Peter's voice sounded muffled through the door, but not so muffled (Y/N) couldn't make out what he was saying.
Ned! That was it, she knew it was three letters, that's good enough. Trying to ignore the fact Peter was clearly talking about her, and way too loudly at that, she brought up her hand to ring the doorbell before stepping back.
"Oh my god, I'm hanging up idiot, she's here. Don't come over. Goodbye- Yes, I'll tell you what happens- GOODBYE!"
(Y/N) grinned, leaning over slightly to hide her smile. This guy was adorable.
Said guy opened the door with a nervous grin. "Heyy, you made it, ah, come on in." She nodded, walking past him. He had a nice apartment, real homey.
"Do you- live here alone?" She asked, turning around.
He laughed, not out of humor, more of a filler laugh. "No, I live with my aunt, she's working. Do you think- a fifteen year old could live alone?" He asked, a little concerned.
(Y/N) thought for a good few seconds, "Nah, just wondering. I like this place, it's cute." She smiled back at him, a genuine one. He didn't think she'd be so nice, standing silently in response.
She took the awkward silence as an invitation to continue speaking for him, "So, your room? Or do you want to do it on the couch?"
"Do w- do what?" he whispered, his jaw falling to his feet.
(Y/N) broke into full on hysterical laughing, throwing her head back at his reaction. "Oh my god, Parker! You're hilarious, man." She managed to get out between fits of laughter, slapping him on the shoulder.
He felt the wind get knocked out of him, his jaw still on the floor. "Uhm, the couch- yeah, couch is fine." Man, his voice broke a lot.

"If 7 (y - 3) = 2 (y - 9) + 2y, what's the value of y?" Peter turned to (Y/N), watching her scribble down the equation on her loose piece of paper. She suddenly stopped, staring intently at the numbers on the page.
"Do you want hel-" "No."
Peter leaned back a bit, still looking over her shoulder, as she did nothing.
The numbers danced over the page, blurring into shapes in front of her. God, she hated numbers. Letters too, who the hell decided to put them together and torture children with them? She shook her head before looking at Peter with a sigh. "Yeah, yeah okay I want help." She mumbled, handing him the paper.
He chuckled lightly, "Well uh, I can't answer for you but first you have to simplify each side so it's not as scary, you know? So basically, taking it apart. First you look at 7 (y - 3), what's 7 x 3?"
'God, I hate this, please let someone throw a brick through that window to hit me right on the hea-'
"21. So, then you'd have 7y - 21, right?" She looked at Peter, praying she was right, and he didn't think she was some idiot.
"Yes, exactly!" He grinned, leaning over to write that down on the paper while (Y/N) let out a long sigh of relief. He was a good tutor, she'd have to pay him a good amount, not that it'd be hard. A cute tutor too, even with his weird interpretations of everything she said.
The door opening made both their heads snap in the direction of it, watching a- really pretty woman walk in? "Who's that...?" (Y/N) mumbled, staring at her with no shame.
"My.. aunt- why did you say it like that?" He asked quietly, looking back at the young Stark. "I didn't say it like anything, I was just asking." She retorted, looking back at him. "No, you were like 'Whooo'sss thaaaat?'" He did his best (Y/N) impression, earning a not so impressed look from his student.
She was a little impressed by his sudden confidence in talking to her, she wanted him to talk to her like that all the time, instead of being so nerv- Wait, what was she thinking, that's so weird to even think a-
"You brought home a girl, Peter?" The beautiful woman asked, setting a few groceries down on the counter.
Peter turned slightly red, closing some of the textbooks. "Uhm yeah Aunt May, I thought I told you I was helping a friend with homework." He clenched his jaw, staring wide eyed at his aunt.
"You didn't say it was a girl, a pretty one too." The older woman laughed, opening the fridge to put away some milk.
(Y/N) smiled at that, nudging Peter with her elbow. "I love your aun-" "Dude!" Peter whisper yelled, shoving some textbooks, that weren't even (Y/N)'s into her backpack and zipping it shut quickly.
"But uh- we were finishing up, right (Y/N)?"
The younger Stark sighed and nodded, "Yeah, my dad is texting me crazy anyway." She explained, opening her backpack to take her wallet out.
Peter quickly stood up, "Oh, it's free, I was just helping you out, you know, it wasn't a big deal-"
(Y/N) cut him off, shoving two twenties into his fidgeting hands. "We might not have finished that last problem, but you helped me finish almost every single one on that worksheet Parker. That's more than my dad has helped me with." She whispered the last part with a grin, "I'll see youuuuu.. next weekend? At that burger joint down the street?"
He didn't respond before she said goodbye to Aunt May and walked out the door.
He stared at the door with an open mouth before looking down at the money in his hands. "$40 bucks for a 35 minute tutoring session..?" He mumbled.
"I like her!" Aunt May exclaimed, also looking at the door with her hands on her hips. "You'd be adorable together; you should really shoot your shot Pete."
Peter gasped, gaping at his aunt. "It's not like that, you're so weird May." He dragged his hands down his face, groaning. "Come on, that's (Y/N) Stark! It's definitely like that. She seems really nice too, nicer than her dad seems at least. Also, she totally just asked you out."
"It's to do homework!" Peter defended, picking up the rest of the textbooks on the coffee table.
"And to eat. Which means it's a date."
"I- what?!" Peter gave up, dragging his feet to his room with a very red face.

"What's his name?"
"Peter."
"His full name, (Y/N)."
"Sorry, I didn't ask for his middle name."
Tony sighed, rubbing his forehead. "If he's harmless, why won't you just tell me his name."
(Y/N) kept a straight face, staring down her dad. "Because you'll search him up and stalk him anyway. Like the last two guys I hung out with in the past like five years."
She sat on one of the stools at the counter, swirling a straw in her smoothie.
"What do I have to do to get you to just tell me?" He asked, leaning against the sink on the other side of the kitchen, facing her. She hummed, looking up.
"Tell me what that meeting was about, with the secretary of state." She said, looking back at him.
He groaned, "No, pick something else. I'll buy you 1,000 Honey Buns if I have to."
"Just tell me! It's not like I have anyone to talk to about it if you do, my lips are sealed." She held out her pinkie, leaning over. "You're my daughter, it's impossible for you to shut your mouth."
(Y/N) gasped in offense, dropping her hand onto the marble surface. "Fine, I'll bribe Steve, he tells me everything." She stuck out her tongue before hopping off the stool and leaving the kitchen with a huff.
"You better tell me that kid's name, don't make me look through your phone, young lady!" He yelled after her, before sighing and putting her empty cup in the sink.

i wanted to share some old TTS-related arts that were actually very formative for my original characters (because I felt mildly nostalgic, and don't hate all my old stuff right now)

The other half of that Hubert piece was--you guessed it!--actually Caspar (which I was too embarrassed to share at the time-- kinda still am, but my like for the composition outweighs that atm).
I am very tempted to redo this one, and try some show-style rendering, just for kicks
I wanted this Cass-Cas nickname mixup peppered throughout their Road Trip saga, in both casual or perilous contexts. Because the best jokes are the most ill-timed ones. right?
For TTS Lyall, Ben Platt is a fairly certain voice claim. Which led to this short scene idea wherein he pointedly sings Billy Joel's 'Vienna' at Varian (the lyrics fit, I think). He's definitely the sort to boldly serenade a friend in such a way, and the concept scratches my 'if my characters were in a musical' brain itch
i lowkey shipped these two, and that might have been because I originally built up Caspar's character so specifically to compliment her traits and sometimes challenge her approach to things. their military backgrounds were their biggest bonding point, and there were Cass-Cas-Sass-offs which I enjoyed more than I ought to have
TTS Hugo turned into a reindeer. felt much better, only I don't know how he'd have handled Corona's sunny climates. would he have been okay?? :(

Fake Dates Questions and Blog update
First I would like to say welcome to any newbies. Second I would like to say requests are still open I never actually closed them. I do have a few questions down below that I would like to have a few people answer. I will be redoing my Masterlist and Who I Write For lists. I will also be putting out a poll next week to see what shows and movies people are still interested in. Like I said before If you don’t see a show that you like that you want more people to write for let me know or even a show where you think my style would be interesting to see when it comes to writing. I’m always looking for something new and fresh to watch. Those shows or movies that I know are hard to find will stay as well as characters that aren’t written about frequently. I do apologize for not getting more content out I’ve been a bit ill lately and I got put on a different medication for my ADHD so focus is definitely an issue but I am writing, I am finishing up some pieces while starting on others its just coming in spurts and at random. But I am working on that poll so by Friday night it should be up and I’ll leave it up until next friday. I will also at some point update the prompts lists.
Before I update Fake Dates I would like to ask a few questions:

3. Favorite story arc
I'd say season 7 (or 3B but I have to pick one). It gave us so many cool new characters to love and it was definitely the soft reboot that the show needed to come back from the disaster that season 6 was. They needed a bunch of fresh conflicts to work with and the season 7 storyline introduced just that while at the same time keeping some of the old conflicts that still had potential to develop. I loved how it feels like a redo of season 1 but without having some of the things that annoyed me and with having higher stakes. Henry and Jacinda were great as the main couple and I loved the addition of twists when it comes to who cast the curse and how that happened. It was a lot more complicated to break as well while at the same time allowing some of the characters to be themselves at an earlier point in the season. I think it had a great balance of things and that's why it managed to become my favorite arc of the show.
10. Favorite backstory
Cora's. I know that we didn't really get a lot of her backstory but I just love what they did with it. I'm mostly talking about what we see in 2x16 The Miller's Daughter here. It's just the perfect way to make her sympathetic without veering into trying to excuse her actions. They made it clear that she could have chosen to turn back at any point and her own villainy is all her choice. But at the same time you can understand perfectly well where her ambition comes from. You can see that she has skills and smarts that are overlooked simply because of her social status and that is easy to relate to for the average viewer. And her backstory in 3x18 Bleeding Through adds a little flavor to that, a little humanity to Cora as we see her be naive just like any other girl her age and then taking a hit because of it that made her into what we know her to be. I think that Cora is one of the most fascinating villains on any show and a big part of the reason why is the amazing work on her backstory that gives you just enough to inform her actions and contextualize them without making excuses for her.
18. Character who deserved better
There are many names that can go here but the one that really belongs in this spot is Mulan. She was given nothing. They completely forgot about her. She never got the happy ending that she definitely deserved and they didn't even include a throwaway mention of her in the finale like they did about Lily's father. Girl was done so dirty.
21. If you could remove or alter any one episode's backstory, which would it be, and why?
The one in Ill-Boding Patterns. It was so OOC and completely assassinated Baelfire's character just to make a parallel for the sake of Rumple and Gideon's relationship. I don't even care about Baelfire as a character and that flashback enraged me to hell and back. I would remove it completely and do something else there. Honestly, my memory of season 6 is mostly nonexistent because I did not like 93% of it so I can't talk about what I would've wanted to do there but pretty much anything else would've been better.

YES MORE CROSSWORDS!
Yay! I’ll try to post it this weekend. It’s very much a first pancake and will have some...weird bits, but I actually really enjoy the process of making them (except for the moments when I hate the process, all words ever invented, and myself for deciding this was a fun activity) so I want to keep practicing.
Also I’m so mad at a Phil, eel would have worked perfectly in this one I finished two days ago, but I decided I couldn’t come up with a clue for it.
#i still cant fathom how people make them following all the rules (symmetry no words shorter than 3 letters following a theme)#but maybe one day!#if i keep making them#probably this is another of me 1-2 week long quarantine obsessions#but two of my favorite things are words and puzzles so its kinda perfect in that sense#weirdly im not that into doing them#but building them is a lot of fun#the other challenge is coming up with dnp related words#some of them are definitely stretches (and some have no connection)#i need like a transcript of everything theyve ever said that i can just search#glad you enjoyed it! im definitely happy to post any of the ones i do wind up making if even jist a couple people want to do them#i just need to figure out the hest format to post them#ty <3#also wait i just went back to check it for issues and there was one but i figured out a way to fix it while making the worst word make sense#its now two words#when in doubt add a black square really#at this point though im so afraid ill find an error cuz theres really no fuxing a big thing at this point without entirely redoing stuff#anf i tend to leave out letters when i write words#there was a while id changed something and i didnt realize brasil had become brosil#i almost left it and tried to make a joke then decided that was too much of a joke and just switched some stuff around

Godstiel vs Angelus vs Casifer
Ever since I saw this very fun post by @trekkiedean several months ago I have had had many thoughts stewing but now I’ve actually seen the Casifer arc I’m actually in a position to lay them out. So:
The big thing that interests me about the idea of Casifer being an attempt to redo Godstiel by making it more Angelus-y, is that as character explorations of the character involved go, Casifer is (on paper) the least interesting but arguably the most love interest-y. On the surface, it sounds like trying to have another go at a very interesting concept (Godstiel) by making it more like a slightly less interesting concept (Angelus) resulting in an even less interesting concept (Casifer). Except, of course, that’s not actually quite what’s going on because this isn’t about Cas in his own right.
The optimal Godstiel (or, indeed, Dark Willow) arc (an exploration of how the character’s traits manifest in an extreme situation designed to bring out the worst in them) would be a more interesting piece of character analysis than the optimal Angelus arc (all of the dark impulses of the character, with no agency from their regular self), which would be a more interesting piece of character analysis than the optimal Casifer arc (where aside from having the opportunity to explore the reasons the character would put themselves in this situation, it’s literally just some other guy). However, the thing is that while character analysis of Cas is ostensibly sort of the point of Godstiel (in order to justify killing him off) as Cas and Angel are both supporting characters, they are really not the focus for Casifer and (btvs s2) Angelus in their own right. I do think it’s informative to touch on, but they’re not really what we should be comparing in order to look at what the story’s trying to do with them, especially not for a show as pathologically protagonist-focussed as spn.
What we should be looking at instead, is comparing the ways in which Angelus and Casifer are designed to impact our leads, so Buffy and Dean respectively. An ideal godstiel arc has to have Cas as the focus, so by default isn’t going to be (and shouldn’t be) tailored around the effect on Dean in the way that btvs s2 Angelus is re Buffy. Casifer kind of falls in a middle ground, because purpose-wise, it is also a way to facilitate having Lucifer around again (not that there couldn’t also be other ways), and unlike Angelus where torturing Buffy (although also in the process her friends) is his whole raison d’être, Lucifer really doesn’t give a shit about Dean. However, in the season where Dean is suddenly strikingly nicer to Cas again it is definitely worth looking at the plausible story logic behind Casifer through the lens of what it shows about Cas and Dean’s relationship, and the primary function it seems to serve on a character level is simply damselling Cas.
Angelus instead is all about the ways this relationship gone bad hurts Buffy, while Angel himself is entirely absent (because yeah, schoolgirl, your boyfriend is dead). Buffy’s feelings about Angel serve no practical function anymore, they only make it more difficult for her to do what needs to be done. They’re also not new information for us: we know Buffy loved Angel, that’s why this happened plot-wise, and why we care as an audience. On the other hand – in contrast to Angelus which does still tell us things about Angel and also the rest of the Scoobies – the main thing Casifer does on a character level, is give opportunities to show that Dean cares about Cas and avoiding him being hurt, to an extent that goes both beyond practicality (Dean, why saving Cas step 0 in your apocalypse-stopping plan when it’s not even necessary?), and beyond the way other characters feel (“it’s not an ‘it’, Sam, it’s Cas”). Aside from briefly touching on Cas’s horrifically low self-worth, it is simply all about Dean’s focus on Cas’s well-being, which I find particularly fun to run through the lens of this illuminating post by @autisticandroids. Just as much as the Angelus arc, the Casifer arc is one that it makes most sense to give to a love interest, but specifically when you, the spn writers’ room, are looking at the relationship through the perspective of the male other party. What if not only was someone evil wearing your beloved’s face, but you also had to rescue your beloved from them?? Delicious.
Anyway, I love it when spn does things that won’t allow me to parse Cas as anything other than Dean’s love interest, and the Casifer arc thoroughly does that for me. This is strengthened not only by the parallels with the Angelus arc, but specifically by the effects of the fact that in contrast to Angel, Cas isn’t dead – Dean can still try to help him. And then most entertainingly the fact that the Casifer arc is less conducive to interesting character work otherwise, means cementing Cas’s position as at the very least someone Dean cares immensely about, but really as his love interest, is absolutely the primary thing it’s doing on that score.

- all of the marauders(+lily eventually) are extremely proficient in occulo repairo cause james broke his glasses so often(james’ glasses are pretty much just magic at this point)
- peter is really good at sneaking around, he’s the one who found like half of the secret passageways at hogwarts. without him the marauders would have been caught way more
- remus and dorcas get high together(only weed)
- lily definitely smoked, both cigs and weed, she’d get her weed from dorcas, she low-key didn’t trust the shit remus smoked
- lily and sirius would often smoke in the astronomy tower together when their home lives became too much. sometimes they’d talk and other times they’d just sit in each other’s company, cause while their situations may of been different they still felt camaraderie over their fucked up families
- remus curses more than the rest of them combined
- lily curses the most after remus
- lily has pretty dark humor
- lily’s hair is a dark, deep red that seems almost unnatural, it always made her stand out. it also became another thing that petunia called lily a freak for, so when lily met james and he remarked on her hair she thought he was making fun of her, when in reality he just thought it was really pretty and just really wanted to touch it
- remus has freckles.
- sirius likes to make constellations out of remus’ freckles. enough said.
- sirius has some flat moles scattered across his body, not a lot but still a good few
- remus loves to kiss sirius’ moles
- sirius is ticklish. like severely. not that he would EVER admit that
- james is very artistic. he’s the one that designed the marauders map. he will also doodle on everything, school work, skin(his own and his friends), jeans, shoes, books, walls, anything. it causes many issues. he often has to redo school work because of this. the amount of times he had to redraw the map because he absentmindedly started doodling on it is honestly ridiculous. when he and lily started dating she became his favorite canvas. lily loved it, but sometimes it became very inconveniencing
- lily annotates her books. a lot. and if she really loves a book she’ll do it so much that she has to get a new copy because the book becomes unreadable and starts to fall apart
- remus annotates his books too and him and lily will annotate books they read and exchange them with each other to annotate
- lily loves waffles.
- james eats a lot of spicy food. sirius absolutely can not handle spicy food. this caused a lot of problems, especially when sirius moved in with the potter’s. lily actually likes spicy food but can’t handle the same amount of heat as james.
- sirius could never fully shake the upperclass mannerisms that his parents ingrained into him and would sometimes comes off snobby, especially during first year. this caused a lot of issues between sirius and remus during first year(and sometimes for the rest of their lives, especially during arguments).
- mary wanted nothing to do with the war(tbh i don’t blame her)
- marlene was lily’s first kiss but lily wasn’t marlene’s.
- dorcas meadows was the baddest bitch to ever live. dorcas was an extremely good fighter and well versed in both light and dark magic and was willing to use that knowledge to her advantage.
- if it wasn’t for james the marauders probably wouldn’t have been friends. he was absolutely the glue that kept them together
- james was very charismatic, not in a suave way but he had a tendency to draw people to him.
- sirius is classically trained in the piano. he doesn’t play often but he’s actually very good
- lily is the one that introduces sirius to motorcycles and is the one to go with him to buy his. she also helped him charm it. they practically gave james a heart attack the first time they took it in the air
- james is very naturally gifted and talented when it came to magic but he still had to study for exams and assignments. he was very serious about it and had a very precise study regimen. it was one of the only times he’d actually snap at sirius(for interrupting him). sirius would often make himself scarce when james was studying and go hang out with someone else
- lily snuck into the restricted section more than the marauders ever did. nobody knew until the marauders finished the map. it was a whole fiasco, but in the end they both agreed to keep each others secrets(though that was more like a threat coming from lily).
- lily was often times very last minute when it came to studying and doing her assignments. she tends to get sidetracked with whatever side projects or extra curricular knowledge she seeks(which is often not school approved, or legal for that matter). she had a bad habit of waiting until the night before an assignment was do to do it and would stay up until the early morning to do it. the only people who knew that she did this was her dorm mates and the marauders. she would regularly sneak out and into the library at night/early morning cause of these reasons and the marauders and her ran into each other sneaking around during third year. also a random hufflepuff kid named dorian knew(dorian was a first year and lily was a fifth year when they ran into each other sneaking around)(dorian’s a sweetheart, the sweetest bean)(lily and dorian became besties after this and lily totally took him under her wing because i say so(someone write a fic)). the professors never knew.
- peter was often times unintentionally hilarious, he could always make someone crack up and he loved that
- lily is generally a very chill person, however some people just have a special talent in knowing what buttons to push *cough*james*cough*
- remus is the most sarcastic person you will ever meet
- remus came up with a good chunk of their pranks
- lily actually found the marauders pranks amusing and interesting, when they weren’t used to bully someone. unless that person was someone who was a shitty person, then she wouldn’t care but didn’t want anything to do with it. unless said shitty person went after someone she cared about, then she became very vindictive and the marauders learned early on to get out of her way. when the marauders went after someone she cared about(snape) or someone innocent she would become extremely furious, which would quickly lead to confrontation between them, james and lily mostly
- lily had a very sharp tongue and would often make very quick witted, cutting remarks
- lily knew a lot of hexes, jinxes and (not that many people knew this) curses. like she knew some pretty dark and dangerous stuff. don’t even get me started on some of the potions she knew.
- the james, sirius and remus were all very naturally strong and talented wizards and they would use their spell repertoires in very creative and unique ways, which made them formidable foes, however one of the reasons that peter was able to keep up with thin was because while he might not be as physically or magically strong and more average, he was a quick thinker and quick reacting, which helped him stay ahead of people who could overpower him

Hi, I’m not the original person who sent you that ask about the ‘ulzzang’ pictures, but I wanted to say something since I get what they’re saying. I’ve been reading your au and I liked it so far, but after reading what op said, I also understand what they mean. I don’t think op was trying to tell you not to use pictures at all, but there are definitely some aus that don’t use pictures that have the reader insert in them at all, so it’s not impossible. I don’t mean to sound mean, but you sounded sort of dismissive in your response, and not everyone can just ~imagine~ themselves when they see a picture that they can’t relate to in the slightest. I checked out the account op mentioned and that person has guides & examples as to how to be inclusive with socmed aus, plus I’m pretty sure I’ve seen a few aus on here from other people (the first example I can think of at the moment being loved. by wooyukh, I believe, though I’m not exactly sure so cmiiw) that are don’t use any photos of the reader directly. I understand a lot of people use those faceless pictures, but that’s exactly the issue if you think about it. So many people use photos like that, it’s to the point where people hear y/n and imagine someone else rather than themselves. Plus, it’s also partially the reason people request for appearance specific things (like black!readers, tall!readers, etc.). Anyways, I’m not trying to be rude, but I’m basically saying op has a point. Since Fiesta is already 23 chapters along, I wouldn’t ask you to redo the whole au either, but limiting the usage of those kinds of pictures and maybe taking note of this for future aus wouldn’t be so bad?

new tiki and equo lore just dropped
okay so i’m pretty much scrapping everything i had on them before and am completely redoing them bc i wanted to. before, equo had been a product of a nightwing restoration project and locked away in a cave all her life, until sneaking out and finding tiki and and some other dragons held captive in a skywing experimentation and venom harvesting lab. i don’t love that story anymore (i definitely don’t hate it, i just prefer the new one lol) so i made another
in the new “canon” (i don’t have a better word for the solid base stories for my ocs, as a lot of them have a bunch of different alternate stories based on the original), equo is a hermit living in the woods between the rainforest and jade mountain, taxidermist and necromancer that has some powers (hatched on a full moon). he has telepathy, but it must be a very powerful emotion or thought for them to be able to pick it up. she can also create illusions, giving himself an almost mythical reputation while being completely unaware of their infamy. he’s become a sort of cryptid-like entity, mostly known by the skywings and rainwings. they’re seen as a harbinger of death, a bad omen, although there are rumours that she’s a real necromancer. her reputation and image varies from dragon to dragon, and it can be anywhere between huge shadow ghost adorned with skulls and bones to just some weird dragon that lives in the woods. in reality, they’re just a sea/night that likes living alone in the middle of nowhere, and he enjoys taxidermy and bone collecting (the cave they live in is full of animal remains) and can perform necromancy on recently dead animals. i have no idea how she does that but honestly i don’t care that much
now. tiki is a falconer living in the rainforest village, her main bird being a harpy eagle. she still takes meticulous records of wild birds in the rainforest, along with her own, organizes them neatly and cataloguing each scroll by species, age, sex, etc. she uses molted feathers as decoration and jewelry, always wearing a long wire lined with her eagle’s feathers draped across both of her wings. she is a seer, possessing many eyes all over her body (my goal with her is to have an indeterminate amount of eyes at any given time, as they can fully disappear into the rest of her scales when closed, and new ones seem to pop up all the time), but she doesn’t use them much because she doesn’t feel she needs to.
they meet when tiki’s eagle falls deathly ill one day, and nothing will seem to cure it. desperate, she seeks out the necromancer that supposedly lives in the woods. she really doesn’t believe that the necromancer is even real, but she’ll do anything to save her eagle at this point. eventually she gets lost in the woods, it’s the middle of the night and the fog is thick, and her eagle dies in her arms. obviously she breaks down crying before a dark figure appears before her, and equo offers to reanimate her eagle, seeing it’s in good enough condition. tiki is hysterical and agrees, and soon she realizes this ghost story that had seemed to scare away all the superstitious was really just an overstatement. equo was just a dragon that liked oddities. idk where it goes from there, i don’t have it super fleshed out yet, but yeah! that’s their new lore so far

(I went on the just Dabi route for this one! I uh, have little brain energy currently, so pardon the misspellings if there are any and pardon the bad pacing! ))
He hates to admit it aloud, but yes, he finds things adorable. What?! He has an image to keep up! Ya know, badass, emo, uncaring and murderous! He has to look at least a bit intimidating!
Cats? Adorable. Dogs? Adorable. You trying to get away from his touch at every turn as if you have a chance? Fucking adorable. Your constant fighting is down right adorable and cute because you think you can take him on being quirkless.
Right now he has you in his lap, squeezing you against his chest with a bone crushing hug, the nausea from the virus disappearing completely as soon as he’s able to have you in his grasp.
People think that pain, confusion, delirium and worse symptoms are just horrible with this virus, but In his mind it wouldn’t be any different. He’s sure even if he didn’t have the illness he’d be just as sick, just as in pain. Dabi is sure fate would make you two end up together in the end either way, and Shigaraki can bitch and moan all he wants, Dabi knows in his heart you were meant to be his.
“Holding you is the best cure...” he mumbled out loud, distracted as his fingers play with your hair and tug it gently. He loves the music that is your breathing, the blessing that is your lips moving to say his name, and how his inner predator growls at how he wants to protect and provide for you. He wants to sink his teeth into your pretty little neck and draw blood, taste the divine that is your skin and essence until his lips and teeth are stained.
A huge bite such as that should prove he owns you.
No one will come near you with such a mark, and just thinking about it makes his aches and pains go away. “I can be your cure too. Undo all the brainwashing those asshole hero’s did to you”.
You wince as he gives kisses up and down your neck and shoulder, biting your tongue when a protest tried to crawl up your throat. The muffled noise was seen as more out of embarrassment than resentment, you could sense the smile on his lips, and knew a cocky, arrogant remark was about to follow.
“No need to be so shy. I gotcha, mmm daddy Dabi isn’t gonna let you go baby”.
He licked a stripe up your neck and purred, rolling his hips up against your ass, coaxing out a noise that made him want to break his restraint and make you a complete and utter puddle of bliss on the floor by the time he’s done. He’s utterly smitten with you, but where’s the fun if he can’t control himself?
“Oh? Does my little runaway like that? Are you needy for me?”.
“Fuck off” you hissed out, trying to hide your arousal by clenching your thighs together, balling up fists of your shirt to keep from clawing at him.
“God you make me crazy” he huffs, clearly turned on. “I watched you for months and you still make me hard by just a little back-talk. God, you’re so amazing”.
He began to kiss you roughly, growling deep in his throat as he holds you by the throat with one hand “I love you so fucking much- god damn kisses aren’t enough. I want you to fall apart for me”.
He truly did. You were his ray of sunshine, his reason to keep going, the reason to stay in the league and show the world he can take on anything. You invigorated him and made him mad with lust and need, and soothed the aches in his bones with every look and insult you threw at him.
You were more than an adorable, rebellious lover. You were fucking irresistible, making him desperate and weak in the best of ways.
He’s only human. He can’t hold back anymore, and begins to slide his hand down to your hips, teasing the lining of your pants, watching as you jerk and twitch at the tickling warmth. He just wants you to feel like you’re as special as he sees you, can’t you let his fingers work their magic?
“I need you, baby, I need you so bad it hurts”. His voice was so desperate, so needy, it was a stark contrast to his usual demeanor. Dabi began to undo the button on your pants, adjusting you in his lap as he did so “I want to make you mine. Protect you. You’ve been nothing but betrayed and hurt and I want to only spoil you baby”.
He began to go on a rant, getting angry and slamming you on the table “it made me so upset to see you used and abused. God they’re all gonna burn and scream for what they’ve done”.
You scramble for words but stop cold in your tracks when he grabs your hand and places it on his heart. There was a definite pitter against your palm, the organ beating hard against his rib cage. “Feel how fast I beat for you kitten? Feel how much I adore you?”. His hooded eyes had an odd look to them, something that wasn’t human anymore.
No, this man was completely gone. What lies inside this villain isn’t human anymore, just a virus with a host to take what it wants. A crazed puppet with sick desires.
Your back is pressed back against the tabletop, throwing items out of the way as he dived in for a rough and demanding kiss, grinding harder against you as his body slides between your legs. “Mm-“ another kiss “I’ll kill for you-“ another kiss “baby I need to make you feel good-“ he said frantically, hands yanking down your pants, breath becoming increasingly uneven and labored as the kisses continue.
You squeal feeling a sharp, abrupt pain. His teeth had sunk into your skin, definitely breaking it. A pleased and possessive noise reverberates against your shoudler while a tongue laps up whatever blood bubbles to the surface. “I can’t get enough of you-you’ll always be the one I want to smell, hear, see, and taste”. Dabi snakes a hand down to your underwear, teasing the outside as the table creaks and rocks with his frantic kisses exploring your upper body and trailing lower.
Having you underneath him like this made him lose all resolve. He needed to taste you, make you see stars, see that he loves you and that you’re all he could ever ask for. He loves you. You don’t seem to believe that, but he’ll prove it. Sometimes actions speak louder than words.
“I love you more than anything,” he admitted, fingers gripping into your hips and yanking you lower off the table to meet his face “and I’m gonna prove it”.
(Ugh I’ll have to redo this at some point and make it better than it is I’m sorry bby-Mommabean ))

i don’t mean this with any ill intent but sometimes the way you address people on twitter who point out something racially/culturally insensitive seems very dismissive and inconsiderate at times. i know its probably not intentional but your response is always to see it as people being dramatic rather than upset at something justifiable :/
I said it was completely understandable for poc to be upset and I still think so, which is why I think it should be addressed as opposed to the Techno/Schlatt stuff. It is definitely something that shouldn’t have happened and she should make a statement and possibly even redo the skins (some people have already done color corrections so it shouldn’t be that hard and it’s honestly the least she could do), my only thing is that I want to see an explanation before claiming the whitewashing was intentional or something like that.
I think I may come off dismissive just because that’s just how I project myself. I don’t like to sound extremely emotional or upset about things because I don’t like showing that typa emotion on the internet. I am disappointed in the artist and I do think people have every right to be upset, I’m also annoyed at it (no one here has talked about how Tommy and Vik have almost the same skin color which also should be pointed out), if anyone needs clarification.

top 5 fandoms written: I haven’t written for that many unless you count all the stuff I wrote as a kid. So it’s just Far Cry 5 and I wrote one short thing for Dishonored
top 5 fandoms you want to write for/more: I’d really like to write more Dishonored stuff. I liked the idea of focusing on Daud and the Whalers and just like various short adventures with them and them encountering different Dishonored characters. The Whalers are a good opportunity for OCs too because only a few of them are named.
Prey (2017) has a lot of potential too. I don’t know what I’d write exactly but I love all the detail they put into each of the crewmembers down to like, a D&D type game some of them were playing and the characters for that game.
Other than that I don’t know.

Just the one. Drown in Glory (changed the name) but I only have 3 chapters and I’m kind of meh about it right now. I’m almost definitely gonna delete and redo chapter 3, but I’m just more excited about other stuff right now.

Usually delete them. If I leave them up it’s because I do want to go back to them at some point.

Yes! I’ve had some of my best ideas come from prompts. I don’t always use all of them but I really do appreciate when people send them in. Just as long as you know, you’re not expecting something right away.
how do you feel about kudos?:
They are nice, but I usually pay more attention to hits and comments.
do you read fic as well?:
Yes and no. I don’t know if it’s like a mental illness thing or what but I have a really hard time getting into and reading long form chapter fics (and books) even when they’re really good. And when I do have a good day/night where my concentration is ok I usually like to use my limited amount of mental energy to work on my own stuff. I read as many shorter fics and one shots as I can, and I promise I will one day read everyone’s chapter fics. I also don’t typically read crossover fics with fandoms I’m not interested in/don’t like.

Hey all wanted to share what I'm up yo this week,
Eome home renovations and quilting while seeds are sprouting and starts are so very sloooooooowly growing~
Quilty stuff (more on that to come in the future~
Some house renovations and painting being done to convert a previously occupied room into a work space for me, yay!~
Some before and after paint and the old ceiling fan. Had to caulk up the floor boards. I forgot to get a full set of before pics :/
First wall coat, ill be repainting the door too, but I'd like to take it outside to put on the horses to fully redo.
And the roof, it is definitely easy to see where its been done in the pic. The guy we had out to clean the vents and do ac maintenance had confirmed there was smokers in the house at one point judging from the crud they cleaned out.
Side note, if anyone here gets a home of their own 100% get your ac and vents deep cleaned, acid washed and if you can afford it resealed(?) When you can. And yearly maintaining, very important for that. You will save yourself trouble, a huge amount of cost and keep your unit working longer and better.
Grossly more evident here, ill be going through and touching up and finishing the paint with a smaller roller and brush
Hoping to have it finished painted today and switch out the electrical outlets, plates, switch tomorrow and begin moving stuff in tomorrow :)
